【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の循環式濾過機にあっては、湯水の中に溶融している人体からの有機物の汚れである皮脂を除去することができないため、循環式濾過機の逆洗洗浄時の補給水の注入に拠らなければ有機物の汚れの指標である、過マンガン酸カリウム消費量の数値を低下させることができないという問題点があった。

本発明は、補給水の注入量を減らしても、過マンガン酸カリウム消費量の数値を低下させ、安定的に低い数値を持続させることができることを目的としている。

上記目的を達成するために、不織布・セラミック砂・活性炭・焼成イオンボールをセットし、濾過装置としたものである。

上記濾過装置を取り付ける場所は、既設の循環式濾過機のヘアーキャッチャー内である。

上記濾過装置を取り付けた場合、ヘアーキャッチャー内に付着するゴミが多量に取れるようになるため、循環式濾過機に流れ込む水の流入量を阻害することが無いように、ヘアーキャチャー内のバスケットや仕切り板より、一回り小さい形状で取り付ける方が効果的である。

【発明の実施の形態】
既設の循環式濾過機のヘアーキャッチャー内に設置するため、ヘアーキャッチャー内のバスケットの形態又は仕切り板に合わせて、PPネットにより外郭(1)を形成し、その内部外郭沿いにPPネット(2)で挟んだ不織布(3)を張り巡らせ、その内側に焼成イオンボール(4)・活性炭(5)・セラミック砂(6)をセットする。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、以上説明したように構成されているので、以下に記載されるような効果を発揮する。

この濾過装置を設置することにより、ヘアーキャッチャー内に流入して来る湯水は、流入の勢いと循環式濾過機のモーターによる引張りとでヘアーキャッチャー内で渦状に巻きながら上記濾過装置の中を通過するが、その際に湯水に溶融している人体から出る汚染物質である皮脂を不織布に吸着除去され、その他の主なゴミはセラミック砂・活性炭・焼成イオンボールの層を通過することにより除去される。

上記濾過装置により皮脂の汚れを除去された湯水は、有機物による水質汚染の指標である過マンガン酸カリウム消費量が低下し、上記濾過装置を継続的に使用することにより、過マンガン酸カリウム消費量は低い数値で安定する。
