Description

【0001】

【0056】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wall mounting structure applied when mounting a wall such as a back plate or a side plate forming a peripheral wall of furniture or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, for example, in a furniture such as a storage provided with a storage main body having an opening on a front surface and a plurality of door plates or revolving doors provided in the front opening, a wall constituting a peripheral wall of the storage main body. As a structure for attaching the back plate and the side plate, there are a structure in which the back plate and the side plate are attached by screws and a structure in which the back plate and the side plate are attached via a hinge (for example, see Patent Document 1). And, in order to attach the back plate and the side plate using this kind of component, first, the relative position between the back plate and the side plate is strictly positioned to some extent so that the fastening position of the screw and the hinge does not shift, After that, the back plate and the side plate are attached by attaching screws and hinges to the back plate and the side plate. It is customary to use screws or the like when attaching the top plate.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-5-31009 (Pages 1 to 3, FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 9)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as described above, the above mounting structure requires that the relative position between the back plate and the side plate be strictly determined in advance, and if the positioning is inappropriate, screws or hinges cannot be fastened. The trouble that work cannot be performed smoothly occurs. Moreover, it is troublesome to fasten relatively small parts such as screws and hinges with an appropriate tool in a state where both members are positioned, which causes a problem of impairing the mounting workability. In the storage described in Patent Document 1, the top plate is also attached to the back plate via hinges. Therefore, at least two or more hinges are required, the number of parts is increased, the cost is increased, and the mounting work becomes more complicated. In some cases, parts may be lost during the mounting operation.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and a main object of the present invention is to integrate the two members integrally by positioning the relative position between the back plate and the side plate, which are walls, by extremely simple work. It is an object of the present invention to provide a wall mounting structure that can be fixedly mounted.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following configuration in order to achieve the above object.
[0007]
That is, the mounting structure of the wall of the present invention is a mounting structure of a wall applied when mounting each wall constituting the peripheral wall of the furniture, wherein the wall is a back plate, and the back plate, A side plate attached to both side end portions, a window having an opening at each of predetermined positions of the back plate and the side plate is provided, and each window is overlapped, and each opening is communicated in the stacking direction, and inserted into each opening. The back plate and the side plate are integrally mounted so as to perform positioning in the height direction of the back plate and the side plate by inserting an insertion member provided with a guide portion for guiding the height in the height direction. I do.
[0008]
With such a structure, the back plate and the side plate can be integrally attached by a very simple operation of inserting the insertion member into the opening while the respective windows are overlapped, and the insertion member The guide portion of the above-mentioned portion contacts the opening edge portion, and the position of the back plate and the side plate in the height direction can be appropriately determined. Moreover, it is not necessary to precisely position the relative position between the back plate and the side plate in advance, and it is only necessary to perform positioning so that each window portion overlaps. Can be improved.
[0009]
In order to position the back plate and the side plate in the height direction for the same purpose as described above, the back plate and the side plate have substantially the same configuration, and windows having openings at predetermined positions of the back plate and the side plate, respectively. A portion is provided, and each window portion is overlapped, and the back plate and the opening are inserted by inserting an insertion member provided with a guide portion for guiding insertion into each opening in the width direction into each opening communicating in the overlapping direction. The back plate and the side plate may be integrally attached so as to position the side plate in the width direction.
[0010]
Further, in order to position the back plate and the side plate in the height direction and the width direction, windows having openings are respectively provided at predetermined positions of the back plate and the side plate, and the respective window portions are overlapped to communicate in the overlapping direction. The back plate and the side plate are positioned in the height direction and the width direction by inserting an insertion member having guide portions for guiding the insertion into the openings in the height direction and the width direction. It is desirable to attach the back plate and the side plate integrally as described above.
[0011]
Specific examples of the shape of the guide portion include a tapered shape and a curved shape.
[0012]
Further, in order to simultaneously perform the positioning of the top plate, the insertion member is provided at a predetermined position on the rear end side of the top plate, and the insertion member is inserted into the opening of the overlapped window portion, The positioning of the top plate may be performed together with the back plate and the side plate. In this case, for example, if the insertion member is provided integrally or integrally with the top plate, it is not necessary to employ a special member separately, and an increase in the number of parts can be effectively avoided, and The situation where the insertion member is lost during the mounting operation can be eliminated.
[0013]
In a specific embodiment, the insertion member is disposed at a position protruding rearward from a rear end of the top surface.
[0014]
As one mode of the window portion, the window portion includes a window component having the opening penetrating in a thickness direction thereof, and the window component surrounds the entire opening edge of the opening. Are preferred.
[0015]
Further, as an aspect of the window portion into which an insertion member having a taper in a height direction can be inserted, the window portion includes a window component having the opening penetrating in a thickness direction thereof. It is desirable that the opening has a notch at one of the side edges, or that the opening has a pair of windows at the upper and lower edges, and the opening is open in the width direction.
[0016]
On the other hand, as an aspect of the window portion into which an insertion member provided with a taper in the width direction can be inserted, the window portion includes the window component having the opening penetrating in the thickness direction thereof, and at least the window component Or a notch in one of the upper and lower rims, or a pair of window components provided on both side edges of the opening, and the opening is open in the height direction. Are preferred.
[0017]
Further, even if the shapes of the windows provided on the back plate and the side plate are different from each other, it can be suitably used.
[0018]
Using a simple configuration, while increasing the strength of the engagement between the back plate and the side plate, as one mode of positioning the relative position of both members to some extent, an engaging portion formed on one of the back plate or the side plate Alternatively, the side end of the back plate and the rear end of the side plate may be brought into close contact with each other by hooking on the engaged portion provided on the other side.
[0019]
Specifically, a furniture to which the wall mounting structure of the present invention is applied includes a hollow storage main body having an opening on the front surface, and a door or door plate located on the front surface of the storage main body. Preferably it is a storage.
[0020]

A pair of through-holes 27c vertically communicating with the sides are formed.
[0033]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the top plate 3 is formed by appropriately bending, for example, a single sheet metal material. Specifically, the top plate 3 is formed on both sides of the upper surface 31 constituting the top plate surface of the storage main body L1. The outer surface 32 is formed by bending the outer surface 32 downward at a substantially right angle from the edge, and the lower end thereof is bent inward to form a horizontal surface 32a facing the upper surface 31. Further, the inner side end of the horizontal surface 32a is raised upward. It is bent to form the upright wall 32b. When the top plate 3 is attached to the side plate 2, the dimensions are appropriately set such that the horizontal plane 32a and the upright wall 32b are inscribed in the horizontal plane 25d and the upright wall 25e of the side plate 2, and the horizontal plane 32a and the upright wall The wall 32b functions as a second supported portion 32c supported by the second top support 25f. Further, a protruding surface 32d is formed continuously at the rear end of the horizontal surface 32a so as to protrude rearward from the rear edge of the upper surface 31, and the rear edge of the outer side end of the protruding surface 32d has a curved shape in plan view. Of the first guide portion G1. Further, the rear end of the protruding surface 32d is also continuously formed with a protruding wall 32e protruding rearward from the rear edge of the upper surface 31 by the same dimension as the protruding surface 32d, and the height of the protruding wall 32e is set to the rear. A second guide portion G2 having a tapered shape that is set to become gradually smaller toward. When the maximum width dimension of the protruding surface 32d is such that the back plate 1 and the side plate 2 are attached, the first window portion 1W and the second window portion 2W overlap to form the first hook hole 1F and the second hook hole 2F. And the maximum height of the protruding wall 32e is set to be slightly larger than the height of the hook hole 1F of the first window W1 (see FIG. 4). 10). The protruding surface 32d and the protruding wall 32e function as an insertion portion 32f as an insertion member of the present invention.
[0034]
A rear surface 33 formed by bending the rear end of the upper surface 31 downward at a substantially right angle is provided with a notch 33s so as not to interfere with the insertion portion 32f, and a lower end excluding a region where the notch 33s is provided. Is bent inward at a substantially right angle to form a horizontal surface 33a, and the front end of the horizontal surface 33a is bent upward at a substantially right angle to form an upright wall 33b. Then, in a state where the top plate 3 is attached to the back plate 1, respective dimensions are appropriately set so that the horizontal surface 33a and the upright wall 33b are inscribed in a part of the horizontal surface 15d and the inclined wall 15e of the back plate 1. The horizontal surface 33a and the upright wall 33b function as a first supported portion 33c supported by the first top plate support portion 15f.
[0035]
At the front end of the top plate 3, a connecting portion 34 having substantially the same shape as the connecting portion 27 provided on the side plate 2 is integrally provided in the width direction.
[0036]
The bottom plate 4 is formed by, for example, appropriately bending a single sheet metal material. Specifically, both side portions of the upper surface 41 are bent into a substantially L-shape in cross section, and the bottom plate 4 is attached to the side plate 2. And a connecting portion 42 having substantially the same shape as the connecting portion 34 provided on the top plate 3 is integrally provided at the front end portion. The rear end of the lower surface 41 is bent into a substantially L-shape in cross section to form the contact portion 43.
[0037]
The left and right revolving doors L2 have a substantially rectangular shape formed by, for example, bending a sheet metal material. The right and left revolving doors L2 are housed by using hinges (not shown) provided at appropriate positions on the side ends of the revolving door L2. It is attached to the front end of the cabinet main body L1 so as to be horizontally rotatable.
[0038]
Next, an assembling procedure of the storage main body L1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 8, 9, and 10. FIG.
[0039]
First, the back plate 1 is laid on the floor f so that the rear surface 11 is in contact with the floor f. Next, the side plate 2 is approached near the side end of the back plate 1 so that the rear surface 24 is positioned on the floor surface f side, and the side plate 2 is inclined slightly inward with respect to the back plate 1. The tip 2Ka of the engaging portion 2K of the side plate 2 is applied to a part of the engaged portion 1K provided near the side end (FIG. 8A). At this time, the lower end or the upper end of the engaging portion 2K and the engaged portion 1K are made to substantially match. When the side plate 2 is rotated in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure, the tip 2Ka of the engaging portion 2K is slid along the engaged portion 1K with the operation. Subsequently, when the side plate 2 is rotated to stand so as to be substantially perpendicular to the back plate 1, the engaging portion 2K and the engaged portion 1K are substantially in close contact with each other, and further rotating operation is prohibited. Then, the contact surface 26 of the side plate 2 comes into contact with the front surface 15a of the back plate 1, and the inner surface 25c of the side plate 2 comes into close contact with the outer surface 12 of the back plate 1, so that the relative position between the back plate 1 and the side plate 2 is provisionally determined. (See FIG. 3B). When the side plates 2 are respectively attached to both side ends of the back plate 1 in the above procedure, a part of the inner surface 25a and the inner surface 25c of the side plate 2 abut or approach the both side ends 12 of the back plate 1 (see FIG. 9). . In this mounting state, the upper end surface 2K1 of the engagement portion 2K abuts or approaches the back plate 1 protruding surface 15g, and the side plate 2 moves to the upper surface 13 side of the back plate 1 (the side plate 2 moves to the back plate 1). (See Figure 1). Further, as shown in the figure, the second window 2W of the side plate 2 overlaps in front of the first window 1W of the back plate 1, and penetrates in the overlapping direction by the first hook hole 1F and the second hook hole 2F. An insertion slot S is formed. In this case, as shown in FIG. 10, the height dimension of the insertion slot S is the height dimension of the first hook hole 1F, and the width dimension is the inner side edge of the first hook hole 1F and the second hook hole. 2 is the separation distance from the side edge portion. Next, the top plate 3 is attached to the back plate 1 and the side plate 2 while pushing the insertion portion 32f of the top plate 3 so as to be inserted into the insertion opening S. Specifically, the insertion portion 32f is inserted into the insertion slot S while being guided by the first guide portion G1 provided on the protruding surface 32d and the second guide portion G2 provided on the protruding wall 32e. Since the maximum height of the second guide portion G2 is set to be slightly larger than the height of the insertion opening S, the taper is formed at a position where the height of the second guide portion G2 and the insertion opening S are the same. Due to the wedge action, the upper and lower edges of the second guide portion G2 are in close contact with the upper and lower edges of the insertion slot S, that is, the upper and lower edges of the first hook hole 1F, and further insertion of the insertion portion 32f is prohibited. The positions of the side plate 2 and the top plate 3 in the height direction are determined. On the other hand, since the width of the protruding surface 32d is set to be substantially the same as the width of the insertion opening S, the width direction of the back plate 1, the side plate 2, and the top plate 3 is inserted by inserting the protruding surface 32d into the insertion opening S. Is positioned. In order to bring the inner surfaces 25a and 25c of the side plate 2 into contact with or close to the outer surface 12 of the back plate 1 by rotating the side plate 2, a side edge portion inside the first hook hole 1F and a side edge of the second hook hole 2 are formed. The separation distance from the portion is determined to some extent, and the width dimension of the insertion port S is set to a predetermined dimension. On the other hand, before the top plate 3 is attached, since the height positions of the back plate 1 and the side plate 2 are not constant, for example, the upper edge of the second hook hole 2F is located below the upper edge of the first hook hole 1F. (Or the lower edge of the second hook hole 2F is located above the lower edge of the first hook hole 1F), and the height of the insertion opening S may be smaller than the height of the first hook hole 1F. . In this case, the second guide portion G2 hits the upper edge (or lower edge) of the second hook hole 2F when the insertion portion 32f is inserted into the insertion opening S. By the wedge action of the guide portion G2, the insertion portion 32f can be inserted to a position where the second guide portion G2 comes into contact with the upper and lower edges of the first hook hole 1F, and the side plate 2 is slightly moved accordingly. In this way, the height position of the back plate and the side plate is determined. Along with this operation, the first supported portion 33c of the top plate 3 is supported in contact with the first support portion 15f of the back plate 1, and the second supported portion 32c is supported by the second supported portion 32c of the side plate. It is supported in contact with the part 25f. On the other hand, the bottom plate 4 is slid downward to a position where the contact portion 42 of the bottom plate 4 comes into contact with the contact portion 16 of the back plate 1 while fitting portions Q provided on both side end portions to the rail portions R of the side plate 2. The connecting portions 34 and 42 provided at the front end of the top plate 3 and the front end of the bottom plate 4 and the connecting portion 27 provided at the front end of the side plate 2 are connected via a connection block B having a substantially L-shape in side view. And firmly connected by appropriate means. In this manner, the back plate 1, the side plate 2, the top plate 3, and the bottom plate 4 are integrally attached, and the lower surface 41 of the bottom plate 4 is erected so as to be in contact with the floor surface f, so that the storage body having an opening in the front surface. L1.
[0040]
As described above, in the wall mounting structure according to the present embodiment, the first window portion W1 and the second window portion W2 having the first hook hole 1F and the second hook hole 2F are provided on the back plate 1 and the side plate 2, respectively. At the same time, the window portions W1 and W2 are superimposed, and guide portions G1 and G2 for guiding the insertion into the insertion hole S are inserted into the insertion holes S formed by the hook holes 1F and 2F communicating with each other in the height direction. In order to position the back plate 1 and the side plate 2 in the height direction and the width direction by inserting the insertion portion 32f provided in the width direction, the back plate 1 and the side plate 2 are integrally attached to each other. The back plate 1 and the side plate 2 can be integrally attached by a very simple operation of inserting the insertion portion 32f into the insertion opening S in a state where the portions W1 and W2 are overlapped, and each of the insertion portions 32f The edges of the guides G1 and G2 are insertion holes By striking the opening edge, it is possible to position the position in the height direction and the width direction of the back plate 1 and side plate 2 easily and accurately. In addition, since it is not necessary to precisely position the relative position between the back plate 1 and the side plate 2 in advance, it is only necessary to perform positioning so that the windows W1 and W2 overlap with each other. Mounting workability can be remarkably improved.
[0041]
Further, since the first guide portion G1 has a tapered shape, the insertion portion 32f can be smoothly inserted into the insertion opening S, and the edge of the insertion opening S and the guide portion are formed by the wedge action of the taper. The degree of close contact with G1 can be improved without difficulty.
[0042]
Further, since the second guide portion G2 has a curved shape, the insertion of the insertion portion 32f into the insertion opening S can be performed more smoothly.
[0043]
Further, since the insertion portion 32f is integrally provided at a predetermined position on the rear end side of the top plate 3, the top plate 3 can be positioned at the same time. Further, it is not necessary to separately employ dedicated members such as positioning screws and hinges, and an increase in the number of parts can be effectively avoided.
[0044]
Since the insertion portion 32f is disposed at a position protruding rearward from the rear end of the upper surface 31 of the top plate 3, the top plate 3 is moved forward so that the rear edge of the upper surface 31 is pressed against the front surface 15b of the back plate 2. The insertion portion 32f can be reliably inserted into the insertion opening S with an operation of pushing the insertion portion 32 rearward.
[0045]
The first window W1 includes a first window component 1C having a hook hole 1F penetrating in the thickness direction thereof, and the first window component 1C surrounds the entire opening edge of the hook hole 1F. On the other hand, the second window portion W2 is provided with the second window forming portion 2C having the hook hole 2F penetrating in the thickness direction thereof, and the hook hole 2F is open to one side. Therefore, the four sides of the insertion slot S formed by overlapping the windows W1 and W2 are surrounded by the window components 1C and 2C. As a result, when the insertion portion 32f is inserted into the insertion port S, the guide portions G1 and G2 abut or approach the side edge and the upper and lower edges of the insertion port S of the insertion portion 32f, and the back plate 1, the side plate 2, and the top plate 3 can be simultaneously positioned in the height direction and the width direction.
[0046]
Even if the shapes of the first window portion W1 and the second window portion W2 are different from each other, the dimensions of the insertion opening S formed by the hook holes 1F and 2F are set so as to allow the insertion of the insertion member 32f. are doing. Therefore, compared to the case where the shape of each window is substantially the same, the processing accuracy of each window is not so required, and the shape of each window is appropriately changed and used according to a portion to be applied. It is possible to flexibly cope with various usage modes.
[0047]
Further, by hooking the engaging portion 2K formed on the side plate 2 to the engaged portion 1K provided on the back plate 1, the side end of the back plate 1 and the rear end of the side plate 2 can be brought into substantially close contact. By using a simple configuration, the strength of the engagement between the back plate 1 and the side plate 2 can be increased, and the relative positions of the members 1 and 2 can be easily determined to some extent. In addition, since the arrangement | positioning location and height dimension of both parts 1K and 2K are made to correspond substantially, the lower edge or the upper edge of both parts 1K and 2K is made to substantially correspond at the time of engagement, Positioning the relative position between the back plate 1 and the side plate 2 to some extent can be performed more easily.
[0048]
Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above,
For example, the position of the back plate 1 and the side plate 2 in the height direction is substantially the same as that described above, and the insertion portion provided with the guide portion in the height direction, that is, the guide portion G2 The back plate 1 and the side plate 2 may be integrally attached by inserting the insertion portion provided only into the insertion opening S so as to position the back plate 1 and the side plate 2 in the height direction. .
[0049]
On the other hand, the position of the back plate 1 and the side plate 2 in the width direction is substantially the same as that described above, and only the insertion portion provided with the guide portion in the width direction, that is, only the guide portion G1 is provided. The back plate 1 and the side plate 2 may be integrally attached by inserting the inserted insertion portion into the insertion opening S so as to position the back plate 1 and the side plate 2 in the width direction.
[0050]
As a mode of a window portion into which an insertion portion provided with a guide portion in a height direction can be inserted, as shown in FIG. 11, a window portion has a hook hole F penetrating in a thickness direction thereof. Even in such a case, positioning in the height direction can be suitably performed by the guide portions provided in the height direction abutting or approaching the upper and lower edges of the hook hole F.
[0051]
On the other hand, as an aspect of the window portion into which an insertion member having a taper in the width direction can be inserted, as shown in FIG. 12A, as shown in FIG. A window component C having a hole F is provided, and at least one of the upper and lower portions of the window component C has a notch SL ((e) in the figure), or the window component C faces upward. It has a substantially U-shape (or a downward substantially U-shape), in which the hook hole F is open upward (or downward) (FIG. (F)), and both side edges of the hook hole F. And a pair of window components C, and a hook hole F is opened in the height direction (vertical direction) (FIG. 3E). Even in such a case, the guides provided in the width direction abut or approach the both side edges of the hook hole F, so that the positioning in the width direction can be suitably performed.
[0052]
Further, depending on which direction the positioning is performed, each window may be appropriately selected from each of the above-described modes. In this case, the windows may have the same shape or different shapes.
[0053]
On the other hand, the shape of the guide portion may be tapered or curved, and when the insertion portion has the first guide portion and the second guide portion, each guide portion has the same shape. It may be.
[0054]
Further, by providing a window at the lower end of the back plate and the lower end of the side plate, providing an insertion portion at the rear end of the bottom plate, by inserting the insertion portion into an insertion opening formed by overlapping the window, Of course, the back plate, the side plate, and the bottom plate may be positioned.
[0055]
Further, the wall mounting structure of the present invention can be suitably applied to furniture such as a desk and a rack.
