Abstract
Description
【0001】

A disposable brief as a conventional absorbent article includes a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorber interposed therebetween. At the upper end of the waist portion of the back sheet and at the lower abdominal position below the elastic portion, there are provided elastic portions made of a plurality of thread rubbers, each of which generates a holding force on the human body. (For example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
Further, a disposable brief as another conventional absorbent article includes a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorber interposed therebetween, as described above. An elastic portion made of a plurality of thread rubbers that generates a holding force on the human body is provided at an upper end of the waist portion of the back sheet and a lower abdomen position below the upper portion, and the elastic portion of the upper end portion of the waist portion is located at the lower abdomen position. The elastic force is set larger than the elastic part. (For example, see Patent Document 2).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 2690870 [Patent Document 2]
Japanese Patent No. 2833720 [0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in each of the above-mentioned conventional examples, since the elastic portion is strengthened at the waist portion, a tightening force is concentrated on the waist portion at the time of mounting, and a load is applied to the human body. There were inconveniences such as occurrence.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article that reduces a burden on a human body at the time of wearing and has a gentle holding feeling and a holding power that is not different from the conventional one.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 is an absorbent article that is mounted from the waist of the human body to the crotch and includes an absorber at a position corresponding to the crotch, and includes a sheet member that covers the crotch from the waist of the human body at the time of mounting. An elastic portion that generates a holding force on the waist is provided, and the elastic portion includes a plurality of elastic members, and the elastic stress decreases from the waist portion of the sheet member to the lower abdomen so that the mounting holding force decreases toward the lower abdomen. Are arranged so as to be changed.
[0008]
In the above configuration, the elastic portion is not formed separately at the waist portion and the lower abdomen portion of the sheet member as in the related art, but a plurality of elastic portions provided side by side over a wide range from the waist portion to the lower abdomen portion Since the holding force is generated by the member, the generation of the tightening force concentrated on a part of the human body can be reduced.
Furthermore, since the elastic portion is set so that the mounting holding force becomes smaller as going from the waist portion to the lower abdomen, the elastic portion as a whole maintains a high holding force, but the tightening force to the lower abdomen of the human body. Compression can be effectively avoided, and the burden on the human body can be reduced. For this reason, it becomes possible to effectively eliminate the tightening trace and itching of the waist and the lower abdomen of the human body.
[0009]
The invention according to claim 2 has the same configuration as the invention according to claim 1, and adopts a configuration in which the elastic portion is made of two or more types of elastic members having different levels of elastic stress.
That is, in the waist portion, the elastic member having a strong elastic stress is mainly disposed, and in the lower abdomen, mainly the elastic member having a low elastic stress is mainly disposed, so that the elastic portion has a moderate mounting holding force from the waist portion to the lower abdomen. Significant reduction is realized.
[0010]
The invention according to claim 3 has the same configuration as the invention according to claim 1 or 2, and the elastic portion is made of two kinds of elastic members having different strengths of elastic stress, and changes in the mixing arrangement ratio thereof. Thus, the elastic stress is changed so that the mounting holding force decreases from the waist to the lower abdomen.
That is, the elastic portion is set for each of the plurality of elastic members from the waist portion to the lower abdomen so that the closer to the lower abdominal portion, the higher the ratio of the elastic member having the lower elastic stress becomes. Thus, the elastic portion achieves a gradual decrease in the mounting holding force from the waist portion to the lower abdomen. Further, since the number of types of the elastic members is reduced, the productivity is effectively improved.
Note that the “mixing arrangement ratio” refers to the number ratio of various types of elastic bodies having different strengths when a plurality of elastic members arranged in a predetermined direction are divided into a predetermined number. .
[0011]
The invention according to claim 4 has the same configuration as the invention according to claim 1, 2, or 3, and further includes a configuration in which each elastic member is an annular rubber thread provided around the waist portion. I am taking it.
In the above configuration, the mounting holding force in the elastic portion is generated by the elastic stress of the plurality of annular thread rubbers. As described above, it is possible to improve the productivity by making each elastic member a thread rubber that is easily available.
[0012]
The invention according to claim 5 has the same configuration as the invention according to claim 4, and each thread rubber is provided with a difference in strength of elastic stress due to a difference in type, width, thickness, and sticking length. Has been adopted. In addition, "attached length" shall mean the difference of the length at the time of being attached to an absorbent article with respect to the natural length of thread rubber.
In the above configuration, since the material is thread rubber, a difference in strength of the mounting and holding force of each elastic member can be set by its thickness and width, and productivity is improved from the ease of such strength adjustment. .
[0013]
The invention according to claim 6 has the same configuration as the invention according to claim 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, and the plurality of elastic members are arranged at equal intervals in the direction from the waistline to the crotch side. It has a configuration of being arranged.
In the above configuration, the elastic members are arranged at equal intervals so that the mounting and holding force is generated over the entire width of the elastic portion, thereby avoiding partial concentration of the mounting and holding force and effectively reducing the human body. To reduce the burden on
[0014]
The invention according to claim 7 has the same configuration as the invention according to claim 1, and the elastic portion continuously changes the elastic stress by changing the arrangement interval of each elastic member. That is, on the side of the elastic portion, the intervals between the elastic members are arranged to be dense, and the intervals between the elastic members are gradually reduced toward the lower abdomen.
Further, in the above configuration, it is possible to realize a continuous change in elastic stress by the same elastic member, to reduce the number of types of components, and to improve productivity.
