<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary napkin which is used by making a close contact with a body and prevents a displacement of a main body of the napkin and leakage of body fluids certainly. <P>SOLUTION: The sanitary napkin comprises the main body of the napkin constituted of at least a top sheet with liquid permeability, a back sheet, and an absorbent body placed between the top sheet and the back sheet. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ナプキン本体を身体に密着させて使用する生理用ナプキンに関し、さらに詳細には、ナプキン本体のズレ及び体液の漏れを防止した生理用ナプキンに関する。

【従来の技術】
生理用ナプキンは、例えば夜用、昼用等の用途又は目的に応じ、種々の形態のものがあり、通常、ショーツ等の下着の内側に貼着されて使用される。

従来、このような生理用ナプキンの中には、使用中にナプキン本体がズレないようにするため、ナプキン本体を身体に貼着、密着させて使用するようにしたものが知られている。

図１０は、このような生理用ナプキンの一例を示す斜視図で、図１１は図１０のＸ−Ｘ断面図である。

すなわち、この生理用ナプキン１００は、透液性を有するトップシート１０１と、不透液性を有するバックシート１０２と、これらのシート間に介在するティッシュ１０３で被覆された吸収体１０４と、この吸収体１０４を長手方向両側より挟むようにしてトップシート１０１の上面側に設けられた断面がＺ字状の立体ギャザー１０５等によりナプキン本体１０６が形成され、このナプキン本体１０６の外側、すなわちバックシート１０２の外面には、剥離シート１０７が粘着剤層１０８を介して貼着されている。また、立体ギャザー１０５の長手方向の略中央部には、粘着剤層１０９が塗設されており、この粘着剤層１０９の上面には剥離紙１１０が貼着されている。使用時には、この剥離シート１０７及び剥離紙１１０を剥ぎ取り、ナプキン本体１０６を下着に貼着すると共に、粘着剤層１０９を着用者の股間部の肌に押し当てることにより、ナプキン本体１０６を身体に貼着、密着させて使用される。

一方、立体ギャザー１０５は、体液の漏れ防止用のバリアとしての機能を有するもので、１本ないし複数本の糸ゴム等からなる弾性伸縮部材１１１を内蔵した不透液性の不織布等を透液性のトップシート１０１の表面に起立した状態で設けたものである。なお、この立体ギャザー１０５の長手方向上下部には、平面ギャザー１１２が形成されている。

このように、従来の生理用ナプキン１００では、吸収体１０４を長手方向両側から挟むようにして、立体ギャザー１０５及び平面ギャザー１１２が、トップシート１０１の上面に設けられ、立体ギャザー１０５及び平面ギャザー１１２を着用者の肌に当接させることによって、体液の漏れ防止が図られている（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。

ところが、上述したように、従来の生理用ナプキン１００では、立体ギャザー１０５がＺ字状の断面形状を有し、かつ長手方向中央部の肌当接面にのみ粘着剤層１０９が設けられているだけであったので、着用者の肌との密着性が悪い上、粘着力が弱かった。このため、例えば、着用者が激しい運動等をした場合には、ナプキン本体１０６のズレが生じると共に、体液が漏れ出すという問題があった。また、ナプキン本体１０６の前後端に立体ギャザー１０５が設けられていないため、例えば、就寝時に着用していると、臀部の溝を伝わって体液が漏れ出すことがあった。

また、ナプキン本体１０６の形状が大きいため、全体が嵩張って携帯しにくい上、製造コストがアップするという欠点があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上述したような実情に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的とするところは、身体に密着させて使用する生理用ナプキンであって、ナプキン本体のズレ及び体液の漏れを確実に防止することができる生理用ナプキンを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の上記目的は、少なくとも透液性を有するトップシートと、バックシートと、前記シート間に介在する吸収体とによりナプキン本体を形成して成る生理用ナプキンにおいて、前記ナプキン本体を着用者の陰部の近傍を被覆する程度のコンパクトな大きさに形成して成ることを特徴とする生理用ナプキンを提供することによって、達成される。

また、本発明の上記目的は、前記ナプキン本体のコンパクトな大きさは、幅が２０〜７０ｍｍ、長さが３０〜９０ｍｍであることを特徴とする生理用ナプキンを提供することによって、より効果的に達成される。

また、本発明の上記目的は、前記ナプキン本体には、前記トップシートの上面における前記吸収体の全周縁部に沿った位置に立体ギャザーが環状に設けられ、該立体ギャザーの上面側に着用者の肌と当接する粘着剤層が連続的又は断続的に設けられることにより、ナプキン本体のズレを防止することを特徴とする生理用ナプキンを提供することによって、より効果的に達成される。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の好ましい実施形態について、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。

図１及び図２は、本発明の第１実施例である生理用ナプキン２００Ａの説明図であり、図１（Ａ）は本生理用ナプキン２００Ａの大きさを、図１（Ｂ）は平面構成を示す夫々上面図、図２は、断面構成を示す図１（Ｂ）のＹ−Ｙ断面図である。なお、本生理用ナプキン２００Ａは、吸収体２０３Ａの形状、立体ギャザー２０５Ａの構成、ナプキン本体２０６Ａの大きさを除くその他の構成については、前述した従来の生理用ナプキン１００と実質的に同一であるので、以下では前記従来の生理用ナプキン１００と対応する構成要素について２００番台の同一番号に符号Ａを付して説明する。

図１（Ａ）に示すように、本生理用ナプキン２００Ａは、ナプキン本体２０６Ａが両脚部Ｌの間、すなわち股間部における排血口Ｍを中心とする陰部Ｎの近傍を被覆できる程度の大きさ、具体的には長さａが約３０ｍｍ〜９０ｍｍ、幅ｂが約２０〜７０ｍｍという極めてコンパクトな大きさに形成されている。このように、ナプキン本体２０６Ａがコンパクトに形成されているので、本生理用ナプキン２００Ａは携帯が便利になり、また安価に製造することができる。

また、本生理用ナプキン２００Ａは、図１（Ｂ）に示すように、ナプキン本体２０６Ａの長手方向中央部の幅、すなわち股間部幅が狭められて形成されている。このため、着用者は股間部に違和感がなく、生理用ナプキン２００Ａを快適に着用することができる。

なお、ナプキン本体２０６Ａは、前記ナプキン本体１０６と同様に、トップシート２０１Ａと、バックシート２０２Ａと、これらのシート間に介在するティッシュ２０３Ａでその全体が被覆された吸収体２０４Ａと、トップシート２０１Ａの上面に設けられた体液の漏れ防止バリアである立体ギャザー２０５Ａ及びナプキン本体２０６Ａを下着に貼着・固定するためのウィング２１３Ａを有している。

ここに、トップシート２０１Ａには、体液を吸収体２０４Ａへ透過させる透液性のシートであって、肌着に近い感触を有し、きめが細かく繊維密度が高い素材、例えば不織布等、若しくは液透過性や液戻り防止性に優れている素材、例えばポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、又は酢酸ビニル重合体等から成る樹脂フィルム等が好ましく用いられる。

一方、バックシート２０２Ａには、吸収体２０４Ａに吸収された体液を外に透過させない不透液性のシートであって、透湿性を有する素材、例えばポリエチレンやポリプロピレン等のオレフィン系樹脂に無機充填材を溶融混練したものを、延伸処理した微多孔性シート等が好ましく用いられる。

また、吸収体２０４Ａには、解繊ポリマーを主体とした高分子ポリマーを併用した物、熱可塑性樹脂、あるいはセルロース繊維等が好ましく用いられる。この吸収体２０４Ａは、図２に示すように、ティッシュ２０３Ａにより全体が被覆されている。

また、立体ギャザー２０５Ａは、図２に示すように、幅方向の断面形状が略Ｔ字状に形成され、ナプキン本体２０６Ａの周縁部、すなわち吸収体２０４Ａの全周縁部に沿って環状に設けられている。立体ギャザー２０５Ａの上面、すなわち肌当接面側には粘着剤層２０９Ａが塗設され、この上面には剥離面がシリコン処理された剥離紙２１０Ａが被覆されている。このように設けられた粘着剤層２０９Ａを介し、ナプキン本体２０６Ａを肌に直接貼着し、密着させて使用することによりズレが防止される。本実施例に係る生理用ナプキン２００Ａは前述したように極めてコンパクトなサイズに形成されているので、通常であればナプキン本体２０６Ａが身体からズレ易いが、粘着剤層２０９Ａが設けられているためこのようなズレが確実に防止される。

この立体ギャザー２０５Ａは、防水性及びクッション性を有する不織布、あるいは防水フィルム等により作られ、内部に弾性伸縮部材２１１Ａを有し、この弾性伸縮部材２１１Ａを介してその断面形状がＴ字状となるように公知の手段により形成されている。

なお、立体ギャザー２０５Ａの高さＨは数ｍｍ〜１０数ｍｍ、好ましくは５〜８ｍｍであり、肌当接面の平坦部の幅Ｗは数ｍｍ〜１０数ｍｍ、好ましくは３〜８ｍｍに設定されている。

このように断面形状をＴ字状とし、高さＨ及び幅Ｗを設定することにより、装着時に立体ギャザー２０５Ａの縦方向に復元力を与えることができるので、立体ギャザー２０５Ａが身体の動きに追従するようになると共に、着用者の肌と立体ギャザー２０５Ａとの接触面積が増加し、より多くの接着剤を塗設することができるようになる。このため、立体ギャザー２０５Ａと肌との密着性が増し、安定したフィット感が得られると共に、立体ギャザー２０５Ａに自由度を持たせることができるので、着用者の活動を阻害することなく、体液の漏れを防止することができる。このように、立体ギャザー２０５Ａは、その断面形状がＴ字状であることが好ましいが、Ｚ字状であっても適用は可能である。

また、本生理用ナプキン２００Ａの吸収体２０４Ａには、着用者の排血口Ｍ内に挿入可能な形状、すなわち図２に断面図で示すように、吸収体２０４Ａの中央部が略山型に突出されて挿入部２１４Ａが形成されている。このように挿入部２１４Ａが形成された本生理用ナプキン２００Ａを着用すると、この挿入部２１４Ａが排血口Ｍ内に挿入されることにより、排血口Ｍ内に吸収体２０３Ａが固定されるのでナプキン本体２０６Ａのズレを確実に防止することができる。また、経血等の体液が確実に吸収体２０４Ａへ吸収されると共に、吸収体２０４Ａの面積が増加するので体液の漏れをより確実に防止できる。

また、粘着剤層２０９Ａは、皮膚に対し適度な粘着性と凝集性を有し、皮膚に優しく粘着力に富んだ医療用粘着テープ等に用いられる粘着剤によって形成されている。

さらにまた、本実施例に係る生理用ナプキン２００Ａには、使用時のナプキン本体２０６Ａのズレをさらに確実に防止するためにウィング２１３Ａが設けられている。なお、このウィング２１３Ａは、肌当接面に上述した粘着剤が塗設されていてもよく、また、ショーツを固定する面に接着剤が塗設されていてもよい。

以上のとおり構成された、本生理用ナプキン２００Ａによれば、着用した時に立体ギャザー２０５Ａの上面、すなわち粘着剤層２０９Ａが着用者の肌に密着されるので、たとえ着用者が激しい運動をしたとしてもナプキン本体２０６Ａが股間部からズレることがない。また立体ギャザー２０５Ａの内部が粘着剤層２０９Ａ１により完全に遮断されるので、体液が股間部から外に漏れることを確実に防止することができる。なお、体液溜部の面積が増えるので、ナプキン本体２０６Ａの吸収量を増大できるという利点がある。

また、吸収体２０４Ａに形成された挿入部２１４Ａにより、ナプキン本体２０６Ａのズレがより確実に防止されると共に、体液が確実に吸収体２０４Ａへ吸収され、またＴ字状の立体ギャザー２０５Ａが吸収体２０４Ａの外周に渡って設けられているので、体液の漏れを確実に防止することができる利点がある。

さらにまた、上述したようにナプキン本体２０６Ａの形状をコンパクトにしたことにより、着用者の携帯が非常に便利になると共に、製造コストを低減できるという効果が得られる。

なお、上記実施例では、吸収体２０４Ａの挿入部２１４Ａの好ましい断面形状を略山型状としたが、この形状は着用者の体形に合った種々の形状に変更することができ、また図２に点線で示すような従来公知の中央隆起型２１４Ａ’としたり、あるいはフラット型としてもよい。

本実施例に係る生理用ナプキン２００Ａは、単独でも使用できるが、これを図３に側断面図で示すように、通常タイプの公知の生理用ナプキン１００に貼着して併用することもできる。このように、生理用ナプキン２００Ａを２重にして使用することにより、体液の漏れを確実に防止することができる。また、本生理用ナプキン２００Ａを直接下着等に貼着して使用することによりパンティーライナーとしての役割を果たすこともできる。

なお、以上の第１実施例は環状に設けられた立体ギャザー２０５Ａの上面に粘着剤層２０９Ａを全周に渡って塗設して成る生理用ナプキン２００Ａであるが、本発明に係る生理用ナプキンこれに限らず、その構成を次のように変更することができる。

図４（Ａ）は、前記生理用ナプキン２００Ａの変更例に係る生理用ナプキン２００Ａ１の上面図である。本生理用ナプキン２００Ａ１は、粘着剤層２０９Ａ１の塗設場所を除くその他の構成については、前記生理用ナプキン２００Ａと実質的に同一であるので、以下では前記生理用ナプキン２００Ａと対応する構成要素には同一番号に符号Ａ１を付して表示する（なお、以下の変更例についても同様に符号Ａ２を付して表示する。）。図示するように、本生理用ナプキン２００Ａ１は、環状に設けられた立体ギャザー２０５Ａ１の両側部の表面にのみ粘着剤層２０９Ａ１を塗設したものである。

また、図４（Ｂ）は、前記生理用ナプキン２００Ａのさらに他の変更例に係る生理用ナプキン２００Ａ２の上面図を示す。図示するように、この生理用ナプキン２００Ａ２は環状に設けられた立体ギャザー２０５Ａ２の長手方向の前後端部の上面にのみ粘着剤層２０９Ａ２を塗設したものである。以上のとおり、粘着剤層２０９Ａ１，２０９Ａ２の塗設場所を変更した生理用ナプキン２００Ａ１，２００Ａ２であっても前記生理用ナプキン２００Ａと同様な効果が得られる。

なお、上記実施例及び変更例では、いずれも吸収体の形状が股間部で幅が狭められている吸収体について説明したが、上述したように立体ギャザー及び粘着剤層を設ければ、図１（Ｂ）、図４（Ａ）及び図４（Ｂ）に仮想線（２点鎖線）で示すように略楕円形状の吸収体を有するナプキン本体とすることもでき、これによっても前記と同様な効果が得られる。

また、上記実施例及び変更例では、いずれもトップシートと吸収体の間にセカンドシートがなく、かつウィングを有する生理用ナプキンについて説明したが、上述したように肌に貼着する粘着剤層を設ければ、例えば図１（Ａ）に説明図で示すようなウィングを有さない生理用ナプキン等、種々の形態の生理用ナプキンについても適用できる。

以上の第１実施例及びその変更例は、いずれもコンパクトタイプの生理用ナプキンであるが、本発明は以下の第２実施例〜第６実施例及びそれらの各変更例で説明するように、通常タイプの公知の生理用ナプキンにも適用することができる。

先ず、第２実施例に係る生理用ナプキン２００Ｂ（図示せず）は、上記第１実施例の生理用ナプキン２００Ａの大きさをコンパクトタイプから通常タイプに変更したもので、その他の構成については、前述したコンパクトタイプの生理用ナプキン２００Ａと実質的に同一である。従って、以下では前記生理用ナプキン２００Ａと対応する構成要素について同一番号に符号Ｂを付して説明する（なお、以下の実施例及び変更例についても、同様に符号Ｂ１，・・・，Ｃ，Ｃ１，・・・，のように符号を付して表示する。）。

以上のとおり形成された本生理用ナプキン２００Ｂによっても、前記生理用ナプキン２００Ａと同様に粘着剤層２０９Ｂを介してナプキン本体２０６Ｂが、着用者の肌に密着されるので、たとえ着用者が激しい運動をしてもナプキン本体２０６Ｂが股間部からズレることを防止することができる。また立体ギャザー２０５Ｂ及び粘着剤層２０９Ｂにより、ナプキン本体２０６Ｂの内部が完全に遮断されるので、体液が股間部から外に漏れることを確実に防止することができる。

さらに、吸収体２０４Ｂには、前記吸収体２０４Ａと同様に挿入部２１４Ｂが形成されている。この挿入部２１４Ｂを排血口Ｍ内に挿入して使用することにより、ナプキン本体２０６Ｂのズレがより確実に防止されると共に、体液が確実に吸収体２０４Ｂへ吸収されるので、体液の漏れを確実に防止することができ、所望の目的を達成することができる。

図５（Ａ）は、本発明の第３実施例に係る生理用ナプキン２００Ｃを示す上面図である。図示するように、本生理用ナプキン２００Ｃは、ナプキン本体２０６Ｃの幅方向の両側部に立体ギャザー２０５Ｃが、長手方向の前後端部に粘着剤層２０９Ｃが形成され、吸収体２０４Ｃの周縁部に沿って両者は環状に設けられている。

図６（Ａ）は、本発明の第４実施例に係る生理用ナプキン２００Ｄを示す上面図である。図示するように、本生理用ナプキン２００Ｄは、ナプキン本体２０６Ｄの周縁部、すなわち吸収体２０４Ｄの全周縁部に沿って環状に設けられた立体ギャザー２０５Ｄの外周側にさらに立体ギャザー２０５Ｄ’が環状に設けられている。この立体ギャザー２０５Ｄ及び２０５Ｄ’の上面、すなわち肌当接面側には粘着剤層２０９Ｄが塗設されている。

このように立体ギャザー２０５Ｄを介し粘着剤層２０９Ｄを設けることにより、ナプキン本体２０６Ｄのズレを確実に防止できると共に、２重に体液の漏れ防止バリアが形成されるので、仮に体液が立体ギャザー２０５Ｄを乗り越えて漏れ出したとしても、この外側に設けられた立体ギャザー２０５Ｄ’が防漏壁の役割を果たすので、体液の外への漏れをより確実に防止することができる。

図６（Ｂ）は、前記生理用ナプキン２００Ｄの変更例に係る生理用ナプキン２００Ｄ１の上面図である。図示するように、本生理用ナプキン２００Ｄ１は、吸収体２０４Ｄ１の全周縁部に沿って環状に設けられた立体ギャザー２０５Ｄ１の外周側に、ナプキン本体２０６Ｄ１の幅方向の両側部に立体ギャザー２０５Ｄ１’がレール状に設けられ、この立体ギャザー２０５Ｄ１及び２０５Ｄ１’の肌当接面側に粘着剤層２０９Ｄ１が塗設されている。このような生理用ナプキン２００Ｄによっても、前記同様の効果が得られる。
