Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sanitary napkin with an improved wearing feeling.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Factors that affect the feeling of wearing the sanitary napkin include, for example, overall flexibility of following the movement of the body, flexibility and smoothness of the part in contact with the body, and fit of the part in contact with the body.
[0003]
In the development of conventional sanitary napkins, efforts have been made to create a good wearing feeling from these viewpoints (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-238948
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, although various products have been developed in the past, the feeling of wearing a sanitary napkin is still insufficient, and improvement from a new viewpoint is desired.
[0005]
Therefore, a main object of the present invention is to provide a sanitary napkin having an excellent wearing feeling.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors conducted a sensory evaluation on the wearing feeling as purely as possible by discarding the prejudice, aiming at body fluid absorbent articles other than sanitary napkins, in order to escape from the conventional concept of the wearing feeling. As a result, it was found that the feeling of discomfort in the crotch could be felt better than that of the sanitary napkin when wearing the disposable diaper or the panty liner (or veneer sheet). Although the results for the panty liner were somewhat predictable, the results for the disposable diaper were completely unexpected.
[0007]
Since panty liners are significantly different in size, weight, flexibility, etc. compared to sanitary napkins, it was not clear what was effective for the wearing feeling with this alone, but even adding disposable diapers to the study target The following findings were obtained. That is, the conventional sanitary napkin is still heavy compared to the underwear or the like that supports the sanitary napkin, and the discomfort due to the lowering of the underwear and the poor sense of unity with the underwear or the like are significant to the feeling of wearing. Had a significant effect.
[0008]
Although there has been a vague tendency to reduce the weight of sanitary napkins, the weight of sanitary napkins has been reduced to the utmost due to recent technological advances, and further reduction in weight has made the sanitary napkins more comfortable to wear. It was not supposed to bring any improvement.
Also, in the field of sanitary napkins, there has been a common belief that the effect of thinness is great on the feeling of wearing. Therefore, the above conclusion was completely unexpected.
[0009]
The sanitary napkin according to the present invention has been made based on such findings, and is a sanitary napkin having a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorber provided therebetween. ,
The total weight is 2.0 g / sheet or less, and the amount of absorption determined as the weight increase after immersing in physiological saline for 5 minutes, then withdrawing from the saline and standing for 5 minutes and draining is 20 g / sheet. It is characterized by the above. It should be noted here that all numerical values in this specification are in an unused state.
[0010]
Since the sanitary napkin is basically based on absorbing and retaining menstrual blood, it is not usually assumed that the absorption performance, especially the absorption amount, is significantly impaired in product development. Therefore, it is a conventional idea to provide a sufficient margin so as not to impair the absorption amount by reducing the weight, and there is no conventional device having both the total weight and the absorption amount within the scope of the present invention. .
[0011]
On the other hand, the present invention has deviated from the conventional concept described above, and has found a range that satisfies both the improvement of the wearing feeling due to the reduction of the total weight and the avoidance of the reduction of the absorption amount accompanying the reduction of the total weight. Thus, a remarkable effect of improving the wearing feeling can be obtained.
[0012]
Specifically, the sanitary napkin of the present invention can be achieved by adopting the following constitutions (a) to (d).
[0013]
(B) a liquid-impermeable backsheet, a liquid-permeable topsheet having a smaller width, an absorber provided between the backsheet and the topsheet, and an upper surface on both sides of the topsheet and the backsheet. A leakproof material straddling the upper surface of both sides and fixed to the topsheet and the backsheet, respectively, between the topsheet and the absorber, between the absorber and the backsheet, between the topsheet and the leakproof material, and leakproof. A configuration including an adhesive for bonding the material and the back sheet, and a slip-preventive adhesive provided on an outer surface of the back sheet, and having no elastic elastic member.
[0014]
(B) A configuration having a thickness of 1 mm or less, a length of 18 to 20 cm, and a width of 6 to 10 cm.
[0015]
(C) The surface sheet is 0.40 g or less, the back sheet is 0.25 g or less, the absorber is 1.0 g or less, the leakproof material is 0.15 g or less, the adhesive is 0.15 g or less, and The pressure-sensitive adhesive is selected from a weight range of 0.13 g or less, and has a total weight of 2.0 g / sheet or less.
[0016]
(D) A configuration in which the absorption amount determined as the weight increase after immersion in physiological saline for 5 minutes, then withdrawing from the physiological saline for 5 minutes and draining is 20 g / sheet or more.
[0017]
The absorbent in this case is composed of a nonwoven fabric and a high-absorbency polymer fixed to the nonwoven fabric, the basis weight of the nonwoven fabric is 16 to 19 g / m 2, and the content of the high-absorbency polymer is 0.7 to 0.1 g / m 2 . A highly absorbent polymer sheet weighing 8 g is preferred. Such a superabsorbent polymer sheet is lightweight because the amount of fibers used and the amount of superabsorbent polymer (hereinafter also referred to as SAP) are minimized. In addition, the SAP is not biased even with such a necessary minimum amount, so that the absorption performance according to the usage amount is reliably exhibited, and the absorption amount is not impaired. . In other words, it has a sufficient absorption amount for its light weight. There is also an advantage that the thickness can be easily reduced.
[0018]
On the other hand, when such a light and thin sanitary napkin is used, the thickness of the individual wrapped state in which the napkin is folded into three and wrapped by the wrapping sheet can be made 2 mm or less, which makes the napkin lightweight, compact and very easy to carry. . Incidentally, when a conventional sanitary napkin is used, the thickness is limited to 3 mm no matter how much the napkin is compressed in individual packaging. At first glance, this difference in thickness may seem negligible, but when packaging or carrying as a product, it is usual to stack multiple items, and the effect of such a difference in thickness is extremely large. Big.
[0019]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
FIGS. 1 to 3 include a liquid-impermeable backsheet 3, a liquid-permeable topsheet 2 having a smaller width, and an absorber 4 provided between the backsheet 3 and the topsheet 2. 1 shows a sanitary napkin example 1 according to the present invention.
[0020]
As the top sheet 2, a liquid permeable nonwoven fabric may be used, but a mesh sheet is preferably used from the viewpoint of weight reduction. As the back sheet 3, a polyethylene film is preferable.
[0021]
Furthermore, as the absorber of the present invention, fluff pulp or air-laid nonwoven fabric, or a general material in which SAP particles are dispersed in an unfixed state may be used, but the absorption amount is large for its light weight. A nonwoven fabric and a SAP sheet comprising a superabsorbent polymer adhered thereto are preferred. As such an SAP sheet, for example, those disclosed in JP-B-7-74277 and JP-B-7-64896 can be used. In these, an SAP monomer is applied to a fiber assembly such as a non-woven fabric by spraying or the like, and thereafter, the monomer applied to the fiber surface is polymerized to obtain an absorbent having a composite structure. In the present invention, an SAP sheet having a nonwoven fabric basis weight of 16 to 19 g / m 2 and an SAP content of 0.7 to 0.8 g is preferably used. Outside of this range, the advantage of using an SAP sheet is impaired, such that a sufficient absorption amount can be ensured even if the weight is reduced and the thickness can be easily reduced.
[0022]
In addition, the napkin example 1 has the leak-proof material 5 which straddles the upper surface of both side portions of the top sheet 2 and the upper surface of both side portions of the back sheet 3 and is fixed thereto. Such a leak-proof material is for preventing the body fluid moving through the top sheet 2 from leaking out from both sides of the sanitary napkin, and is a water-repellent nonwoven fabric because it is in contact with the skin. In addition, the sanitary napkin of the present embodiment does not have an elastic elastic member in order to reduce the weight.
[0023]
Then, between the top sheet 2 and the absorber 4, and between the absorber 4 and the back sheet 3, via the hot melt adhesive B1 applied in a spiral shape, and between the top sheet 2 and the leak preventer 5, and The space between the leak preventer 5 and the back sheet 3 is bonded via a hot melt adhesive B2 applied linearly along the longitudinal direction of the article. Further, on the outer surface of the back sheet 3, a shift preventing adhesive AD for detachably fixing the article to the underwear is applied. Known adhesives and pressure-sensitive adhesives can be used.
[0024]
In the sanitary napkin 1 having such a configuration, the surface sheet 2 is 0.40 g or less, the back sheet 3 is 0.25 g or less, the absorber 4 is 1.0 g or less, the leakproof material 5 is 0.15 g or less, and the hot melt If the total weight of the adhesives B1 and B2 is 0.15 g or less and the pressure of the adhesive AD is 0.13 g or less, the total weight of the present invention can be relatively easily determined without impairing the function as a sanitary napkin. The weight range of 2.0 g / sheet or less can be achieved.
[0025]
On the other hand, achieving such a weight distribution or gross weight has no meaning as if the absorption amount is insufficient. Therefore, in the sanitary napkin 1 of the present invention, the absorption amount determined as the weight increase after immersing in physiological saline for 5 minutes, then withdrawing from the physiological saline and standing for 5 minutes and draining water is 20 g / sheet or more. Is done. Such an absorption amount can be determined by designing and selecting the absorber 4. In particular, the point that a predetermined SAP sheet is suitable from the viewpoint of obtaining a material that satisfies light weight, thinness, and absorption amount is as described above.
[0026]
Further, when designing the weight and absorption amount of the sanitary napkin 1, its size is one barrier, but it is meaningless if it cannot be used as the sanitary napkin 1. In addition, in order to further enhance the effect of improving the feeling of wearing due to weight, the thickness of the product is particularly important. Therefore, it is desired that the sanitary napkin 1 of the present invention has a thickness Tn of 1 mm or less, a length L of 18 to 20 cm, and a width W of 6 to 10 cm.
[0027]
Further, the composite absorbent body in which at least one of the top sheet and the back sheet is pasted on the absorbent body has a higher strength than a single absorbent body or a single sheet. Therefore, when such a composite absorbent is supplied at the napkin manufacturing stage, the required strength of the absorbent and the sheet attached thereto can be reduced, so that these absorbents and sheets can be further reduced in weight and thickness. it can. Therefore, in the present invention, it is preferable to use such a composite absorber, and in this case, it is possible to further reduce the weight and thickness.
[0028]
On the other hand, in such a lightweight and thin sanitary napkin 1, as shown in FIG. 5, the napkin 1 is folded into three parts, wrapped in a wrapping sheet 10 made of polyethylene film or the like, and individually wrapped, and the thickness is set to 2 mm or less. can do. For this reason, at the time of individual packaging, it can be compressed to less than 2 mm after the napkin is folded in three and before it is wrapped by the packaging sheet. Thus, the individual package P which is lightweight, compact and very easy to carry is obtained.
[0029]
【Example】
(Experiment 1) FIG. 4 shows that the absorbent sheet composed only of fluff pulp, the absorbent sheet composed only of an air-laid nonwoven fabric, and the nonwoven fabric have a basis weight of 16 to 19 g / m 2 and an SAP content of 0.7 to 19 g / m 2. The measurement results of the absorption amount per 1 g of the SAP sheet of 0.8 g are shown. From this, it can be said that the SAP sheet in which the basis weight of the nonwoven fabric is 16 to 19 g / m 2 and the SAP content is 0.7 to 0.8 g can produce the lightest, thinner, and absorber having a large absorption amount. found.
[0030]
(Experiment 2) Various sanitary napkins having the structures shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 were manufactured by changing the weight. Example 3 was manufactured using a composite absorbent body in which a thin and light top sheet was previously attached to an absorber, and Example 4 was a composite absorbent body in which a thin and lightweight back sheet was previously attached to an absorber. It is manufactured using a body. Other than the weight, for example, the types of various materials were common. Then, the manufactured sanitary napkins were actually used by 50 subjects, and those having the best wearing feeling were selected.
Table 1 shows the configurations and sensory evaluation results of the various napkins used in the experiment.
