Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a dishwasher for storing dishes in a washing tank and performing washing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a conventional dishwashing machine, a main washing operation for washing dishes is performed, and before the main washing operation, dirt and the like adhered to the dishes are dried by spraying washing water for a short period of time at regular intervals. It has been reported that a wetting process is provided to keep the process from occurring (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 2755599 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
At present, in general households, the whole family rarely eats at the same time.Even though the meals have been eaten first, the dishes can be set in the dishwasher first and the moistening process can be performed. Since the food is not dried, the dishes of the whole family can be washed together at once. Also, in a small family, set the tableware for the morning or noon meal first and perform the wetting process, set the tableware for the evening meal and collectively wash the tableware for one day. It is also possible.
[0005]
However, basically, the wetting process is a process in which the cleaning water supplied into the cleaning tank is repeatedly subjected to a cycle of spraying the cleaning water for a fixed time (for example, 1 minute) for a relatively long time (for example, 30 minutes). In addition, the dirt that has fallen from the tableware or the soluble dirt is transferred to the washing water by spraying for a certain time, and the washing water is contaminated with the dirt.
[0006]
In Patent Literature 1, when the cycle of injecting the washing water is repeated and washed, the washing water contaminated with dirt causes a problem of propagation of an odor and bacteria. However, problems such as unpleasant odors remain on tableware.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a dishwasher with an effect of washing dishes in a wetting process in a dishwasher.

In this embodiment, the electrolyzing means 20 is provided at the bottom of the cleaning tank 2, but may be any water-contacting part in the cleaning tank 2. Further, a unit of the saline solution supply means 18 and the electrolysis means 20 which are separately provided outside the cleaning tank 2 and can appropriately supply electrolysis and electrolysis water (free chlorine-containing water) may be used. Further, instead of the saline solution supply means 18 and the electrolysis means 20, a unit for automatically adding a highly oxidizing substance such as a bleaching agent to the washing water may be used. Further, the salt solution supply means 18 may be a means for automatically feeding salt, and the salt may be supplied by a user as appropriate without using the supply means.
[0016]
FIG. 2 is a control block diagram of the dishwasher according to one embodiment of the present invention. The control device 15 includes a microcomputer 21. The microcomputer 21 stores therein a pre-programmed program. The microcomputer 21 calculates a signal from the input circuit 22 and outputs an external output circuit based on the stored program. 23, by outputting a signal to the drive circuit 24, a series of process operations such as washing or drying of tableware are performed, and an operation state or an error is displayed or notified.
[0017]
Washing of the dishes by the dishwasher 1 is performed by sequentially executing a washing step, a rinsing step, and a final rinsing step. The user selects and executes a cleaning course set as an internal program, and is provided with a plurality of cleaning courses having different settings so that the cleaning course can be selected according to dirt and the amount of tableware. Similarly, tableware can be selected from a plurality of drying courses having different drying times and drying temperatures.
[0018]
In each of the washing step, the rinsing step, and the final rinsing step, a water supply operation, a circulation operation, and a drainage operation are sequentially performed. That is, in the water supply operation, the electromagnetic valve 7 is opened to supply the washing water into the washing tank 2, and when the microcomputer 21 recognizes that a predetermined water level has been reached by the signal from the water level detecting means 8, the electromagnetic valve 7 is closed. . In the circulating operation, the pump 5 sends the cleaning water in the cleaning tank 2 to the nozzle 4 under pressure, injects it toward tableware, and circulates the cleaning water in the cleaning tank 2. In the draining operation, the washing water in the washing tank 2 is discharged to the outside of the dishwasher 1 by the pump 5.
[0019]
In the washing step and the final rinsing step, the washing water stored in the washing tank 2 is sprayed and circulated by the pump 5 while being heated by the hot water heater 9 in the circulation operation. In the rinsing step, the washing water is injected and circulated by the pump 5 without heating the washing water by the hot water heater 9.
[0020]
In the drying step, air is blown into the washing tank 2 by the blower fan 12, and is discharged from the exhaust port 14 to the outside of the dishwasher 1. Further, when a drying course using hot air is selected, the blower fan 12 is operated and the hot air heater 13 is energized to heat the air sent into the cleaning tank 2.
[0021]

The operation panel 39 includes a power switch 25 for turning on / off the power, a start / pause switch 26 for starting and temporarily stopping the operation, a washing course switch 27 for selecting a washing / bleaching course, and a drying course for selecting a drying course. A selection switch 28 is provided. The washing course switch 27 is, for example, a “light dirt course” for washing lightly stained dishes in a short time, a “standard course” for washing standard stained dishes, and a “thorough course” for washing stubborn stained dishes. This switch is used to select a washing course to be operated from among a plurality of preset washing courses, such as a "bleaching course" for bleaching tableware and a "placement course" for moistening dishes and preventing drying of tableware dirt. .
[0022]
The deodorizing / sterilizing function addition switch 29 can add a deodorizing function, a sterilizing function, or a deodorizing / sterilizing function to a washing course for washing dishes such as a "light dirt course", a "standard course", and a "careful course". Thus, it becomes possible to simultaneously carry out deodorization or sterilization of the dishes and the washing tank simultaneously with the washing of the dishes.
[0023]
The drying selection switch 28 is a switch for selecting a drying course to be operated from a plurality of preset drying courses such as 15 minutes of warm air, 30 minutes of warm air, 60 minutes of warm air, and 60 minutes of air blowing. In addition, a drying-only switch 30 is provided, which is selected when only drying without cleaning is desired. The drying selection switch 28 can be set either when one of the cleaning courses is selected by the cleaning course switch 27 or when the drying-only operation is selected by the drying-only switch 30.
[0024]
FIG. 4 is a process schematic diagram of one embodiment of the present invention. The washing operation of the dishwasher of the present invention when each washing course is selected will be described. When the cleaning course (“light dirt course”, “standard course”, “careful course”) is selected, the program (the number of times each step is performed, the execution time in each step, and the cleaning water) is set as described above. The washing step, the rinsing step, and the final rinsing step are sequentially executed based on the temperature attained by heating, and the tableware is washed. If a drying course is also selected at the same time, a drying step is performed after the final rinsing step, and the dishes are also dried. In addition, which of the selected courses is selected in the dishwasher is indicated by lighting of the selected course display LED 32, and to which process step the selected washing course has progressed is indicated by lighting of the process display LED 33.
[0025]
When the “placement course” is selected, the “placement place” of the selected course display LED 32 is turned on, and after the water supply operation of supplying the washing water into the washing tank 2 to a predetermined water level by the solenoid valve 7 and the water level detecting means 8. The cleaning means is operated for a short period of time at regular intervals to moisten dirt attached to the tableware. After repeating the predetermined number of times, the drainage operation of discharging the washing water to which the dirt that has fallen from the dishes in the washing tank 2 or the soluble dirt has migrated to the outside of the dishwasher 1 by the pump 5 is performed.
Before the next operation of the cleaning means, a water supply operation of supplying the cleaning water to the cleaning tank 2 to a predetermined water level by the electromagnetic valve 7 and the water level detecting means 8 is performed, and the cleaning means operation is performed for a short time at regular intervals. As a result, the washing water to which the dirt that has fallen from the tableware or the soluble dirt has migrated is discharged to the outside of the dishwasher 1, is changed to new washing water, and the smell of the dirt is reduced.
[0026]
At this time, the timing of the water supply operation is preferably shorter immediately after the drainage operation than immediately after the start of the next washing means operation, since the time for leaving the washing water in the washing tank 2 of the dishwasher 1 is shorter, and fresher washing water is supplied. Can be used.
[0027]
In general households, the whole family rarely eats at the same time, and although the meals have already been eaten, if the dishes are set in the dishwasher 1 first and the moistening process is carried out, the dirt on the dishes put in first will be reduced. Does not dry. Even after the dishwashed dish is set in the dishwasher 1 and the stain is added to the washing water, the dishwasher becomes new washing water, and the dishes of the whole family can be washed together and later at once.
In a small family, if the tableware for a morning or noon meal is set first and the wet process is performed, dirty washing water is replaced with new washing water. Even if dishes are set for evening meals, the amount of dirt in the washing water is small, and the dishes for one day can be washed together. As described above, by replacing the washing water by the operation of the drainage means and the water supply means at regular intervals, the same effect as in the normal washing can be obtained.
[0028]
Further, in a “soaking course” in which the washing water is sprayed for a short time at regular intervals, the washing water stored in the washing tank 2 is heated by the hot water heater 9 while being sprayed and circulated by the pump 5. Dirt adhering to tableware is easy to get wet and easy to drop. Further heating produces a sterilizing effect.
Further effects can be obtained by performing the replacement of the washing water by the operation of the above-mentioned drainage means and water supply means at regular intervals.
[0029]
Further, in a “place-on course” in which the washing water is sprayed for a short time at regular intervals, the water supply operation of supplying the washing water into the washing tank 2 to a predetermined water level by the solenoid valve 7 and the water level detecting means 8 is performed. An electrolytic operation for electrolyzing the salt supplied to 2 or the washing water mixed with the salt solution is performed. The electrolyzing means 20 is composed of a pair of electrodes. When a direct current is applied to the electrodes, electrolysis of saline solution occurs on the electrode surface, and at the same time, free chlorine such as HClO is generated near the cathode surface. In this electrolysis operation, the circulation operation by the pump 5 is also performed, and the electrolysis operation is efficiently performed so that there is no gradient of the salt and HClO concentration between the vicinity of the electrode and the cleaning water in the cleaning tank 2 other than the vicinity of the electrode. .
As described above, it is possible to obtain the effects of bleaching, sterilization, and deodorization on the washing water to which the dirt that has fallen from the tableware or the soluble dirt has migrated.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, after the water supply operation for supplying the cleaning water, the cleaning means is operated for a short time at regular intervals to wet the dirt attached to the tableware. After repeating the predetermined number of times, it is possible to perform a draining operation in which the washing water to which the dirt that has fallen from the dishes in the washing tank or the soluble dirt has migrated is discharged to the outside of the dishwasher by the pump. As a result, the washing water to which the dirt that has fallen from the tableware or the soluble dirt has migrated is discharged to the outside of the dishwasher 1, is changed to new washing water, and the smell of the dirt is reduced.
By performing a heating / electrolysis operation on this, effects such as bleaching, sterilization, and deodorization can be obtained.
