【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bird harm prevention device attached to, for example, a structural material of a power transmission tower.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this kind of bird harm prevention device, for example, as in the device described in Patent Literature 1, an electrode member formed in a perch shape having a predetermined length is used as a horizontal structure material (L-shaped angle material) of a steel tower. Attached along is known. That is, the electrode member is formed by winding a pair of conductive wires spirally at a predetermined pitch around a support rod member made of an insulator, and one of the conductive wires is connected to the voltage applying means and the other is connected to the other. The configuration is such that the conductive wire is grounded to the horizontal structure of the tower. When a flying bird (crow, pigeon, or the like) stays at the electrode member and comes into contact with the conductive wires at the same time, a low-voltage current flows through the body of the bird to cause a repelling reaction, By causing such a repelling reaction, the birds are repelled, and the learning effect at that time prevents the birds from approaching again to prevent nesting.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment in which the present invention is embodied in a bird harm prevention device mounted on a power transmission tower will be described below with reference to FIGS.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 1, the bird harm prevention device 11 of the present embodiment has a device main body 12 of a predetermined length, and the device main body 12 is a place where birds B such as crows and pigeons fly on a power transmission tower. Is attached to an L-shaped angle member (structural material) 13 extending in the horizontal direction along the length direction of the L-shaped angle member 13. As shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 2, the L-shaped angle member 13 includes a horizontal portion 13a and a vertical portion 13b, and is a well-known structural material having a L-shaped cross section orthogonal to its length direction. A number of such L-shaped angle members 13 are vertically and horizontally and diagonally combined to form a transmission line tower. In the present embodiment, an example is shown in which the device main body 12 of the bird harm prevention device 11 is attached to an L-shaped angle member 13 which is horizontally erected as shown in FIG. In the case of the angle material 13, the outer surface (one side surface) P of the vertical portion 13b hanging from one end of the horizontal portion 13a forms a vertical plane.
[0012]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, the device main body 12 is a long resin molded product made of a substantially U-shaped insulating resin having a cross section orthogonal to the length direction and having an upper opening. A pair of protruding pieces 12d, 12e project in the horizontal direction from upper ends of both side walls 12b, 12c having a lower end connected to the bottom wall 12a. The two projecting pieces 12d and 12e function as a staying part for the bird B that has come flying, and the distance between the tips of the two projecting pieces 12d and 12e extends over the entire length of the apparatus body 12. A gap (gap) S having substantially the same width as each thickness of the horizontal portion 13a and the vertical portion 13b of the L-shaped angle member 13 is formed. That is, the width of the gap S is set to be smaller than the width of the L-shaped angle member 13 in plan view. The flat inner surface of the side wall portion 12c on one side (the right front side in FIG. 2) of the both side wall portions 12b and 12c is opposed to the outer surface P of the vertical portion 13b of the L-shaped angle member 13. It is configured as an engaging portion Q that abuts and engages in a surface contact state.
[0013]
Conductors 14a and 14b made of conductive resin are provided on the upper surface of the projecting pieces 12d and 12e of the device main body 12 so as to be exposed in parallel in the length direction of the device main body 12. An electrode section 14 for applying an electric shock to the bird B under a certain condition is constituted by the conductors 14a and 14b. Of the two conductors 14a and 14b, one of the conductors 14a is a positive electrode portion and the other conductor 14b is a negative electrode portion. The power supply means 15 attached to the outer bottom surface of the wall portion 12a is connected via electric wiring (not shown). In the present embodiment, the power supply means 15 is configured by combining a solar cell (not shown) and a transformer.
[0014]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, each of the side walls 12 b and 12 c of the apparatus main body 12 is located at a plurality of positions (two positions in the present embodiment) which are separated by a predetermined distance in the length direction of the apparatus main body 12. A pair of front and rear locking holes (locking portions) 16 are formed to penetrate so as to correspond to each other between the side wall portions 12b and 12c. A flexible resin bundling member 17 is inserted into each locking hole 16 in a positioning and locked state, and the apparatus body 12 is bound and fixed to the L-shaped angle member 13 by the bundling members 17. Configuration. In the present embodiment, the binding member 17 is provided with a lock mechanism 17a (see FIG. 3) that winds and tightens the other end of the tape body at one end of the band-shaped tape body.
[0015]
Next, an operation procedure when the bird harm prevention device 11 of the present embodiment configured as described above is attached to the L-shaped angle member 13 on the transmission line tower will be described.
First, the worker who climbed on the transmission line tower puts the device main body 12 of the bird harm prevention device 11 against the L-shaped angle member 13 laid horizontally in the place where the bird B lands, so that both length directions are the same direction. It is arranged so that it becomes. Next, the space S between the projecting pieces 12d, 12e is expanded while slightly elastically deforming the upper ends of the side walls 12b, 12c of the apparatus body 12 outward. The mold angle member 13 is incorporated inside the apparatus main body 12. Then, the engaging portion Q of the apparatus main body 12 is brought into contact with the outer surface P of the vertical portion 13b of the incorporated L-shaped angle member 13 in a surface contact state.
[0016]
Then, the device main body 12 of the bird harm prevention device 11 is configured such that the two protruding pieces 12d and 12e functioning as a staying portion of the bird B are in the upper position state with respect to the L-shaped angle member 13 and the two protruding pieces 12d. , 12e are in a temporarily fixed state in which they are engaged with the upper surface of the horizontal portion 13a. In other words, in this temporarily fixed state, the apparatus main body 12 does not fall even if the worker releases his / her hand from the apparatus main body 12. Then, the device main body 12 is moved in the longitudinal direction of the L-shaped angle member 13 so that the device main body 12 in such a temporarily fixed state is in a desired position in the length direction of the L-shaped angle member 13. Adjust the position while moving along. Specifically, the device main body 12 is moved back and forth in the engaged state in which the engaging portion Q of the device main body 12 is brought into contact with the outer surface P of the vertical portion 13b of the L-shaped angle member 13 in a surface contact state. Slide in the direction (left-right direction in FIG. 1).
[0017]
Then, when the device main body 12 is in a desired position in the length direction of the L-shaped angle member 13, next, the engagement mode between the outer surface P of the vertical portion 13 b and the engaging portion Q of the device main body 12 is performed. While maintaining the above, the apparatus main body 12 is slightly lifted up. Then, the locking holes 16 of the side wall portions 12b and 12c are in a position where the locking holes 16 are higher than the upper surface of the horizontal portion 13a of the L-shaped angle member 13. Then, in this position, the binding member 17 is inserted into each locking hole 16, and the apparatus main body 12 is bound and fixed to the L-shaped angle member 13 by the inserted binding member 17.
[0018]
Then, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the bird harm prevention device 11 has an L-shaped angle material in a mounting mode in which the projecting pieces 12 d and 12 e of the device main body 12 are in a predetermined upper position functioning as a retaining portion. 13 is attached. After the attachment, the main body 12 of the L-shaped angle member 13 is in contact with the outer surface P of the vertical portion 13b of the L-shaped angle member 13 in a surface contact state. The two protruding pieces 12d and 12e functioning as the staying portions without being rotated around are held at an upper position where the bird B easily stays.
[0019]
Next, the action of the bird harm prevention device 11 attached to the L-shaped angle member 13 according to the above-described operation procedure to repel the flying bird B will be described.
Now, a large number of birds B fly for nesting purposes and the like on the transmission line tower erected in the field, and try to stay on the L-shaped angle member 13 which is erected in a horizontal direction and forms a perch. However, if the device main body 12 of the bird harm prevention device 11 is attached to such an L-shaped angle member 13 according to the above-described operation procedure, as shown in FIG. It will stay on the parts 12d and 12e. Then, when the bird B stays on the both protruding pieces 12d and 12e, the conductors 14a and 14b constituting the electrode section 14 are provided on the protruding pieces 12d and 12e so as to be exposed. As shown in FIG. 3, the foot F of the bird B comes into contact with the conductors 14a and 14b.
[0020]
Then, a low-voltage current (for example, a low current of about 0.4 A) supplied from the power supply means 15 is transferred from one conductor 14a serving as a plus electrode to the other conductor 14b serving as a minus electrode. Since the bird B flows through the body of B, an electrical shock can be given to the bird B. Therefore, the bird B which has caused the repelling reaction by the electric shock flies off from the protruding pieces 12d and 12e, and the L-type angle member 13 to which the bird harm prevention device 11 is attached again by the learning effect at that time. The birds B are effectively prevented from nesting on the power transmission tower.
[0021]
Therefore, according to the bird harm prevention device 11 of the above embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) In the above embodiment, when the engaging portion Q of the device main body 12 is brought into contact with the outer surface P of the vertical portion 13b of the L-shaped angle member (structural material) 13, the device main body 12 serves as a stay portion. The functioning two projecting pieces 12d and 12e are in an upper position where the bird B that has flew tends to stay. Then, in this state, the device main body 12 is simply bound and fixed to the L-shaped angle member (structural material) 13 using the binding member 17 inserted into the locking hole (locking portion) 16, and the bird harm prevention device 11 ( The work of attaching the device main body 12) to the L-shaped angle material (structural material) 13 can be completed. Therefore, the work required when attaching the bird harm prevention device 11 (the device main body 12) to the L-shaped angle material (structural material) 13 which is a flight point of the bird B can be simplified, and the attachment of the device 11 can be simplified. Such work costs can be reduced.
[0022]
(2) In the above embodiment, the engaging portion Q of the apparatus main body 12 is kept in contact with the outer surface (one side surface) P of the vertical portion 13b forming a vertical plane in the L-shaped angle member 13 in a surface contact state. The apparatus main body 12 can be moved for position adjustment in the length direction of the L-shaped angle member 13. In addition, at this time, the device main body 12 is kept in an engaged state in which the outer side surface (one side surface) P of the vertical portion 13b and the engaging portion Q of the device main body 12 are in contact with each other in a surface contact state. , Can be moved while being guided along the L-shaped angle member 13. Therefore, when the bird harm prevention device 11 is mounted, the relative positional relationship between the device main body 12 and the L-shaped angle member 13 can be easily adjusted.
[0023]
(3) In the above embodiment, even after the bird harm prevention device 11 is attached, the engagement portion Q of the device main body 12 abuts and engages with the outer surface P of the vertical portion 13b of the L-shaped angle member 13 in a surface contact state. Since the engagement mode is maintained, the apparatus main body 12 does not rotate around the L-shaped angle member 13. Therefore, after the device is mounted, the both protruding pieces 12d and 12e functioning as the retaining portions can be maintained at the predetermined upper position.
[0024]
(4) In the above embodiment, when attaching the bird harm prevention device 11 to the L-shaped angle member (structural material) 13, the L-shaped angle member 13 is removed from the gap S between the two projecting pieces 12 d and 12 e of the device main body 12. If incorporated in the main body 12, the apparatus main body 12 can be temporarily fixed to the L-shaped angle material 13 before being fixed and bound by the binding member 17. Therefore, it is not necessary to hold the apparatus main body 12 by hand on the transmission line tower until the installation operation is completed, and the work load related to the installation of the bird harm prevention device 11 can be reduced.
[0025]
(5) In the above embodiment, the locking holes (locking portions) for inserting and locking the binding member 17 at a plurality of corresponding positions (two locations) in the length direction of the side walls 12b and 12c of the apparatus main body 12. The apparatus body 12 is bound and fixed to the L-shaped angle member 13 by a binding member 17 inserted into each of the locking holes 16. Moreover, the binding members 17 are inserted into the corresponding locking holes 16 so as to be positioned and locked, and do not shift in the length direction of the apparatus main body 12 after the binding. Therefore, the apparatus main body 12 can be securely attached for a long period of time in a stable binding and fixed state by the plurality of binding members 17 corresponding to the number of the locking holes 16.
[0026]
(6) In the above embodiment, the power supply means 15 is attached to the outer bottom surface of the bottom wall portion 12 a of the device main body 12 so as to be integrated with the device main body 12. Therefore, if the device main body 12 is bound and fixed to the L-shaped angle member 13 by the binding member 17, the work of attaching the power supply means 15 in the bird harm prevention device 11 can be completed at the same time, so that the bird harm prevention device 11 Work time related to installation can be reduced.
[0027]
The above embodiment may be changed to another embodiment (another example) as described below.
In the above embodiment, the two projecting pieces 12d and 12e of the apparatus main body 12 are horizontally protruded so that the tips are opposed to each other. However, as in another example 1 shown in FIG. The protruding pieces 12d and 12e may be protruded obliquely upward. Even with such a configuration, the same operation and effect as those of the above embodiment can be obtained.
[0028]
In the above embodiment, when the bird harm prevention device 11 is attached, the L-shaped angle member 13 is provided inside the bottom wall portion 12a, the side wall portions 12b, 12c, and the both protruding piece portions 12d, 12e of the device main body 12. The space S between the portions 12d and 12e is incorporated from the gap S. However, as in another example 2 shown in FIG. 4 (b), the side wall portion 12c on one side of the device main body 12 is further extended below the bottom wall portion 12a, and the extended side wall portion 12c is formed. The inner surface may form an engaging portion Q that comes into contact with the outer surface P of the vertical portion 13b of the L-shaped angle member 13 in surface contact.
[0029]
In the above embodiment, the widths of the inner surfaces of the side walls 12b and 12c of the device body 12 and the width of the horizontal portion 13a of the L-shaped angle member 13 in plan view are set to be substantially the same width. The widths of the inner surfaces of the side walls 12b and 12c and the width of the horizontal portion 13a of the L-shaped angle member 13 in plan view may not be the same. For example, as in another example 3 shown in FIG. 5A, when the horizontal dimension of the horizontal portion 13 a of the L-shaped angle member 13 is smaller in plan view, the other side of the apparatus body 12 (FIG. ), The side wall portion 12b of the left side) is inclined inward, and in this state, the apparatus main body 12 is bound and fixed to the L-shaped angle member 13 by the binding member 17.
[0030]
In the above-described embodiment, an example is shown in which the device main body 12 of the bird harm prevention device 11 is attached to the L-shaped angle member 13 in a erected manner in which the vertical portion 13b hangs from one side end of the horizontal portion 13a. However, the apparatus main body 12 can also be attached to an L-shaped angle member 13 in an erecting configuration in which a vertical portion 13b stands upright from one side end of a horizontal portion 13a as in another example 4 shown in FIG. 5B. It is.
[0031]
In the above embodiment, the device main body 12 of the bird harm prevention device 11 is formed of a resin molded product in which the bottom wall portion 12a, both side wall portions 12b, 12c, and both protruding piece portions 12d, 12e are integrally formed. However, as in another example 5 shown in FIG. 6A, the apparatus main body 12 may be configured to include a pair of main body constituent members 12A and 12B that are divided into two at the bottom wall 12a. That is, in the figure, the left main body component 12A has a wall component piece 112a projecting inward from the lower end of the side wall portion 12b in a short direction as a component of the bottom wall portion 12a, while the right main body component member 12B has a side wall 12b. It has a wall component piece 112a that protrudes inward from the lower end of the portion 12c long as a component of the bottom wall portion 12a. Therefore, before the two main body constituent members 12A and 12B are attached to the L-shaped angle member 13, the respective wall constituent pieces 112a are joined together to form the bottom wall part 12a of the apparatus main body 12. In the case of the other example 5, the production when the device main body 12 (the main body constituent members 12A and 12B) is resin-molded becomes easy. In addition, the wall part which divides the apparatus main body 12 into a pair of main body constituent members 12A and 12B is not limited to the bottom wall part 12a but may be any one of the side wall parts 12b and 12c.
[0032]
In the above-described embodiment, the example of the bird harm prevention device 11 having the electrical configuration (the electrode portion 14 and the like) for giving an electric shock to the bird B remaining on the device main body 12 to cause the repelling reaction has been described. The means for causing the repellent reaction may be based on a mechanical configuration. For example, as in another example 6 shown in FIG. 6B, a pair of front and rear bearings 20 are erected on the upper surface of an apparatus body 12 having an inverted L-shaped cross section, and a rotating shaft 21 is interposed between the two bearings 20. Alternatively, the rotatable rotator 22 may be supported as a stay for the bird B. In this case, a repelling reaction can be caused to the bird B remaining on the rotating body 22 by rotating the rotating body 22.
[0033]
In the above embodiment, the power supply means 15 is attached to the outer bottom surface of the bottom wall portion 12a of the device body 12 so as to be integrated with the device body 12, but the power supply means 15 is attached to the bottom wall portion 12a at the attachment position. Not limited to the outer bottom surface, it may be any part of the apparatus main body 12. The power supply means 15 may not be integrated with the apparatus main body 12, but may be configured to be attached and fixed to the L-shaped angle member 13 separately from the apparatus main body 12.
[0034]
In the above embodiment, two locking holes (locking portions) 16 for inserting the binding member 17 are formed in each of the side walls 12b and 12c of the apparatus main body, but are formed at a plurality of positions. If so, three or more may be formed. Further, the locking portion may be formed by a notch or the like instead of the locking hole.
[0035]
In the above embodiment, the width dimension of the gap S between the two projecting pieces 12d and 12e in the apparatus body 12 is set to be substantially the same as the thickness of each of the horizontal portion 13a and the vertical portion 13b of the L-shaped angle member 13. However, the width dimension of the gap S may be any width dimension that is smaller than the planar dimension of the horizontal portion 13a of the L-shaped angle member 13. In short, when attaching the apparatus main body 12 to the L-shaped angle member 13, the two protruding pieces 12d and 12e are attached to the upper surface of the horizontal portion 13a of the L-shaped angle member 13 incorporated into the apparatus main body 12 through the gap S. Any structure can be used as long as it can be hooked and engaged and can temporarily fix the apparatus main body 12 to the L-shaped angle member 13.
[0036]
In the above embodiment, the case where the structural material to which the device main body 12 of the bird harm prevention device 11 is attached is the L-shaped angle material 13 has been described as an example, but the engaging portion Q provided on the device main body 12 side is in a surface contact state. As long as it is a structural material having an outer side surface (one side surface) P that abuts and engages with, for example, a structural material having an H-shaped cross section or a square tubular shape may be used. Further, in addition to the structural material (L-shaped angle member 13) in the transmission line tower, if it is a structural material provided at a place where the bird B comes, it may be attached to, for example, a ferrule on a power pole.
[0037]
In FIGS. 4 (a) and (b), FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b), and FIG. 6 (a), which illustrate the above-described alternative examples 1 to 5, the illustration of the power supply means 15 is omitted. Also in each of Examples 1 to 5, it is assumed that the power supply means 15 for supplying power to each of the electrode portions 14 is attached to any of the wall portions 12a to 12c of the apparatus main body 12.
[0038]
