Abstract
Description
【0001】
等にLAN(Local Area Network)等の通信ネットワークを介して接続可能に構成されている。
【0006】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a medical image capturing system for capturing a medical image of a patient at a round-trip, and a method for displaying imaging order information.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In the medical field, digitization of a medical image of a patient has been realized, and a computer radiographic imaging device (hereinafter, referred to as CR; Computed Radiography) and a nuclear magnetic resonance imaging device (hereinafter, MRI; Magnetic Resonance Imaging). A medical image capturing system that obtains digital image data through a communication network and distributes the digital image data to an image management device or a display device via a communication network is used (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
In particular, CR uses a phosphor plate in which a stimulable phosphor layer is formed on a support, absorbs radiation transmitted through a patient into the phosphor plate, and irradiates with excitation light to fluoresce. The radiation energy absorbed by the body plate is excited and emitted as fluorescent light, and the emitted fluorescent light is photoelectrically converted to obtain an image signal.
[0004]
The medical image capturing system will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 21, in the conventional medical imaging system, a patient generally moves to an imaging room to perform imaging, and each imaging room has a built-in phosphor plate to perform imaging and image reading. An imaging reading device, a reading device dedicated to a cassette for reading an image from a portable cassette containing a phosphor plate, and the like are fixedly installed.
[0005]
In each of the imaging rooms, a control device for controlling an image reading operation of the reading device is installed, and these control devices are a system for managing information in a hospital (hereinafter, referred to as HIS: Hospital Information System) and radiation. It is configured to be connectable to a system that manages information within the department (hereinafter referred to as RIS; Radiology Information System) via a communication network such as a LAN (Local Area Network).
[0006]
In the medical image photographing system configured as described above, first, in the HIS or RIS before photographing, at the request of the doctor, patient information such as patient name and gender, photographing information such as gender and the like, photographing information such as photographing method, Other imaging order information including inspection information is issued. The issued imaging order information is simultaneously distributed from the HIS and the RIS to all the control devices.
[0007]
At the time of imaging, the imaging order information is displayed on the monitor of the control device, and the imaging technician confirms the patient or imaging region specified by the displayed imaging order information and performs imaging. When taking a picture with the image reading device, the image is automatically read immediately after taking the image. When taking a picture using the cassette, the technician attaches the cassette to the reading device dedicated to the cassette. Then, the reading device performs reading of an image to obtain medical image data.

[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the patient can move, the imaging is performed in the imaging room by the imaging method as described above, but for a patient who is difficult to move to the imaging room, using a movable imaging device and a cassette, In some cases, imaging is performed at a roundabout such as a bedside of a patient. In this case, since the radiographing technician cannot confirm the radiographing order information at the round-trip, the radiographer must print the radiographing order information held by the control device and bring it to the round-trip, which is inconvenient.
[0010]
Further, in the conventional system configuration, since the same imaging order information is repeatedly delivered from the HIS or RIS to all the control devices, a plurality of imaging technicians confirm the same imaging order information with different control devices, There is a possibility that a plurality of imaging technicians may prepare for imaging of one patient at the same time, and the preparation work is duplicated and wasteful. In addition, when the photographing is performed repeatedly by mistake, the patient is unnecessarily exposed.
[0011]
It is an object of the present invention to efficiently and accurately capture a medical image at a roundabout.
