TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wireless device that selects a transmission channel and a reception channel at arbitrary frequencies as represented by a mobile phone device. In particular, the present invention relates to improvement of radio characteristic deterioration due to radiation of a fundamental wave and an Nth harmonic of a reference clock generated by a clock oscillation circuit built in a wireless device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, in a small portable wireless device that selects a transmission frequency or a reception frequency at an arbitrary frequency represented by a camera-equipped mobile phone device, in addition to control means for controlling the entire wireless device, a CCD camera is used. It is becoming necessary to provide a clock oscillating means in each of image processing control means for image processing and liquid crystal display control means for controlling color liquid crystal display. However, these clock oscillating means may radiate the fundamental wave and the Nth harmonic of each reference clock as electromagnetic waves in free space, and the frequency of each electromagnetic wave matches the frequency of the transmission channel or the reception channel. Or, in the case of being very close to each other, mutual electromagnetic wave interference occurs, so that radio characteristics such as transmission characteristics and reception characteristics are deteriorated.
[0003]
As a conventional method for improving the deterioration of the wireless characteristics, as the conventional method, the oscillation frequency (F X ) Is multiplied by an integer (N), and the calculation result is N times the transmission frequency (N · F X ) And the receiving frequency (F R ), And when the reception frequency is equal to the calculation result, the clock frequency (F X ) Shifted frequency (F X + ΔF), and when they are not equal, the clock frequency (F X ) Is used without shifting (for example, Patent Document 1). According to this method of shifting the clock frequency, the reception frequency (F R ) And clock frequency (F X ) Are equal, the clock frequency is shifted (F X + ΔF), so that the harmonics are out of the reception band of the wireless means and do not become noise. Even if the harmonics do not completely fall outside the reception band, it is expected that the intensity will weaken due to the shift of the center frequency and will be eliminated by the function of the automatic gain control (AGC) circuit of the receiver.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2-41033 (page 2-3, FIG. 2)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional wireless device, when the reception frequency and the harmonic frequency are equal, the clock frequency is shifted, but when the reception frequency and the harmonic frequency are not equal, the clock frequency harmonic is close. Even when affected, the clock frequency is not shifted. Even if the center frequency is shifted, the original received radio wave may be weaker than the harmonic of the clock frequency, and the harmonic of the clock frequency disappears due to the function of the automatic gain control (AGC) circuit of the receiver. Not exclusively.
[0006]
The present invention has solved the problem that the above-mentioned harmonics of the clock frequency are not equal to the reception frequency or the transmission frequency, but the radio characteristics such as the transmission characteristics and the reception characteristics are deteriorated when the harmonics are nearby and affected. An object is to provide a wireless device.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides, as first means for solving the above problems, radio means for selecting a channel at an arbitrary frequency, control means for controlling a radio apparatus, and clock oscillation for generating a reference clock for the control means. Means, storage means for storing conditions for switching the oscillation frequency of the reference clock generated by the clock oscillation means, and whether or not the oscillation frequency of the reference clock should be switched based on the frequency selected by the wireless means. Comparison operation means for comparing, and frequency switching means for switching an oscillation frequency of a reference clock generated by the clock oscillation means based on a comparison result of the comparison operation means, wherein the oscillation frequency of the reference clock stored in the storage means is changed. As a condition for switching, a predetermined band including the oscillation frequency of the reference clock generated by the clock oscillation means or the base band is used. Predetermined band including the frequency of the harmonics of the clock, when overlapping with a predetermined band including the frequency that tunes are those to switch the oscillation frequency of the reference clock, wherein the clock oscillation circuit is formed.
[0008]
According to the present invention, as a second means for solving the above problems, a wireless means for selecting a channel at an arbitrary frequency, a control means for controlling a wireless device, and a reference clock for the control means are generated. Clock oscillating means, storage means for storing a condition for switching a frequency selected by the wireless means and an oscillation frequency of a reference clock generated by the clock oscillating means, and the clock based on the conditions stored in the storage means. Frequency switching means for switching the oscillation frequency of the reference clock generated by the oscillating means, wherein the radio means selects a frequency stored in the storage means, and selects a reference clock to be switched according to the selected frequency. When the oscillation frequency is stored in the storage means, the reference clock generated by the clock oscillation means depends on the output state of the frequency switching means. In which was to switch the oscillation frequency.
[0009]
Therefore, the present invention controls the frequency switching means based on the frequency selected by the radio means and the contents stored in the storage means, and oscillates the reference clock generated by the clock oscillation means. By switching the frequency, it is possible to prevent the radiation of the fundamental wave of the reference clock and the N-th harmonic of the electromagnetic wave of the clock oscillation means from interfering with the frequency being selected, thereby reliably improving the deterioration of the radio characteristics. be able to.
[0010]

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0011]
(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a schematic block diagram showing the configuration of the wireless device according to the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, a radio unit 5 having a transmission unit 50 for selecting a transmission frequency at an arbitrary frequency, a control unit 6 for controlling a radio device, and a clock oscillation for generating a reference clock 12 of the control unit 6 Means 10, a storage means 2 for storing conditions for switching the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the clock oscillation means 10, and a state in which the oscillation frequency of the reference clock should be switched based on the transmission frequency selected by the transmission means 50. A comparison operation means 3 for comparing whether or not the operation is performed, and a frequency switching means 4 for switching the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the clock oscillation means 10 based on the comparison result of the comparison operation means 3.
[0012]
The control unit 6 will be described as an overall control unit that performs overall control. The state in which the oscillation frequency of the reference clock should be switched means that a predetermined band including the oscillation frequency of the reference clock generated by the clock oscillation means or a predetermined band including the frequency of the harmonic of the reference clock is selected. Means a state where the frequency band overlaps a predetermined band including the frequency.
[0013]

FIG. 2 shows the transmission frequency (F R ), The frequency of the harmonic of the reference clock (NF X ) Is in a state where the frequency is slightly higher. Transmission frequency (F R ) And the harmonic frequency (NF X ) Are not the same, but each electromagnetic wave is spread over a band of a predetermined width centered on each frequency. In FIG. 2, the transmission frequency (F R ) Tail bandwidth (W R ) And the harmonic frequency (NF X ) Tail bandwidth (W X ) Overlap.
[0014]
FIG. 3 shows the transmission frequency (F R ), The frequency of the harmonic of the reference clock (NF X ) Indicates that the frequency is slightly lower. Transmission frequency (F R ) And the harmonic frequency (NF X ) Are not the same, but since each electromagnetic wave is spread over a band of a predetermined width centered on each frequency, the transmission frequency (F R ) Tail bandwidth (W R ) And the harmonic frequency (NF X ) Tail bandwidth (W X ) Overlap.
[0015]
In the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the transmission frequency (F R ) Tail bandwidth (W R ) And the harmonic frequency (NF X ) Tail bandwidth (W X ) Is a state in which the oscillation frequency of the reference clock should be switched, and the oscillation frequency of the reference clock is switched, and the oscillation frequency of the reference clock is shifted as indicated by broken lines in FIGS. 2 and 3. I'm going to. A predetermined band including the oscillation frequency of the reference clock generated by the clock oscillating means or a predetermined band including the frequency of the harmonic of the reference clock (W X ) Is a predetermined band (W R ), The transmission frequency (F R ) To the harmonic frequency (NF X ) Minus the magnitude of the absolute value of the frequency is the transmission bandwidth (W R ) And the bandwidth of the harmonic frequency (W X ) May be confirmed to be equal to or more than の of the sum of This relationship is shown in (Equation 1).
[0016]
| F R -NF X |> (1/2) × (W R + W X (1)
When the above (Equation 1) is satisfied, a predetermined band (W X ) Indicates a predetermined band (W) including the selected frequency. R ) Does not overlap. When (Equation 1) is not satisfied, a predetermined band (W) including the frequency of the harmonic of the reference clock is used. X ) Indicates a predetermined band (W) including the selected frequency. R ). By incorporating this (Equation 1) in the control program of the control means 6 for controlling the entire wireless device, it is possible to compare and calculate the frequency status and determine whether or not the frequency should be switched. Here, the transmission bandwidth of the transmission frequency (W R ) And the bandwidth of the harmonic frequency (W X ) May be measured each time the wireless means is operated, or may be incorporated in the control program as a constant based on the result measured in advance.
[0017]
The direction and magnitude of shifting the oscillation frequency of the reference clock can be derived from (Equation 1).
[0018]
Next, the operation of the above-described first embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the first embodiment, when the wireless device is activated, the control unit 6 starts initialization of each unit. At that time, the frequency switching means 4 outputs a switching signal 40 for setting the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the clock oscillation means 10 to the first oscillation frequency. The clock oscillating means 10 to which the switching signal 40 has been input sets the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 to the first oscillation frequency. When the initialization is completed, the control unit 6 controls the transmission unit 50 to sequentially scan the transmission frequency, select an arbitrary frequency, and start transmission. At this time, the comparison operation means 3 determines the transmission frequency selected by the transmission means 50 and the condition stored in the storage means 2, that is, a predetermined band including the oscillation frequency of the reference clock generated by the clock oscillation means or a harmonic of the reference clock. More specifically, a comparison is made as to whether or not the predetermined band including the frequency of (1) overlaps with the predetermined band including the selected frequency, based on (Equation 1). The oscillation frequency of the reference clock generated by the clock oscillation means 10 (F X ) Or a predetermined band (W) including the frequency of the harmonic of the reference clock. X ) Is the selected frequency (F R ) (W) R ), The radiation of the fundamental wave and the Nth harmonic of the reference clock 12 is at a frequency that interferes with the transmission frequency selected by the transmission means 50, and the frequency switching means 4 Outputs a switching signal 40 for setting the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the first clock to the second oscillation frequency. The clock oscillation means 10 to which the switching signal 40 has been input sets the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 to the second oscillation frequency.
[0019]
Further, the comparison operation unit 3 compares the transmission frequency selected by the transmission unit 50 with the condition stored in the storage unit 2, and determines the oscillation frequency (F) of the reference clock generated by the clock oscillation unit 10. X ) Or a predetermined band (W) including the frequency of the harmonic of the reference clock. X ) Is the selected frequency (F R ) (W) R ) Does not overlap, and if it is determined that the radiation of the fundamental wave and the Nth harmonic of the reference clock 12 is not a frequency that interferes with the transmission frequency selected by the transmission means 50, the frequency switching means 4 A switching signal 40 for setting the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the oscillation means 10 to the first oscillation frequency is output. The clock oscillating means 10 to which the switching signal 40 has been input sets the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 to the first oscillation frequency.
[0020]
As described above, by switching the oscillating frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the clock oscillating means 10 between the first frequency and the second frequency in accordance with the transmission frequency selected by the transmitting means 50, the clock oscillating means 10 generates Thus, interference between the fundamental wave of the reference clock and the Nth harmonic electromagnetic wave and the transmission frequency selected by the transmission means 50 can be prevented, and the deterioration of the transmission characteristics can be reliably improved.
[0021]
(Embodiment 2)
FIG. 4 is a schematic block diagram showing a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 4, a radio unit 5 having a reception unit 51 for selecting a reception frequency at an arbitrary frequency, a control unit 6 for controlling a radio device, and a clock oscillation for generating a reference clock 12 of the control unit 6 Means 10, a condition for switching the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the clock oscillation means 10, a storage means 2, and whether or not the oscillation frequency of the reference clock should be switched based on the reception frequency selected by the reception means 51. Here, the state in which the oscillation frequency of the reference clock should be switched means that the oscillation frequency (F) of the reference clock generated by the clock oscillation means 10 is the same as described in the first embodiment of the present invention. X ) Or a predetermined band (W) including the frequency of the harmonic of the reference clock. X ) Is the selected frequency (F R ) (W) R ).
[0022]
Next, the operation of the above-described second embodiment will be described. In the second embodiment, when the wireless device is activated, the control means 6 starts initialization of each means. When the initialization is completed, the control means 6 controls the reception means 51 to sequentially scan the reception frequency, select an arbitrary frequency, and start reception. At this time, the comparison operation unit 3 determines the reception frequency selected by the reception unit 51 and the condition stored in the storage unit 2, that is, the oscillation frequency (F) of the reference clock generated by the clock oscillation unit 10. X ) Or a predetermined band (W) including the frequency of the harmonic of the reference clock. X ) Is the selected frequency (F R ) (W) R ) Is compared to see if it overlaps. The oscillation frequency of the reference clock generated by the clock oscillation means 10 (F X ) Or a predetermined band (W) including the frequency of the harmonic of the reference clock. X ) Is the selected frequency (F R ) (W) R ), When it is determined that the radiation of the fundamental wave and the Nth harmonic of the reference clock 12 is a frequency that interferes with the reception frequency selected by the reception means 51, the frequency switching means 4 outputs the clock oscillation means. The switching signal 40 for setting the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by 10 to the second oscillation frequency is output. The clock oscillation means 10 to which the switching signal 40 has been input sets the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 to the second oscillation frequency.
[0023]
Further, the comparison operation unit 3 compares the reception frequency selected by the reception unit 51 with the condition stored in the storage unit 2, and determines the oscillation frequency (F) of the reference clock generated by the clock oscillation unit 10. X ) Or a predetermined band (W) including the frequency of the harmonic of the reference clock. X ) Is the selected frequency (F R ) (W) R ) Does not overlap, and when it is determined that the radiation of the fundamental wave and the Nth harmonic of the reference clock 12 is not a frequency that interferes with the receiving frequency selected by the receiving means 51, the frequency switching means 4 A switching signal 40 for setting the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the oscillation means 10 to the first oscillation frequency is output. The clock oscillating means 10 to which the switching signal 40 has been input sets the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 to the first oscillation frequency.
[0024]
As described above, by switching the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the clock oscillating means 10 between the first frequency and the second frequency in accordance with the reception frequency selected by the receiving means 51, the clock oscillating means 10 generates Thus, interference between the fundamental wave of the reference clock and the Nth harmonic wave and the reception frequency selected by the receiving means 51 can be prevented, and the deterioration of the reception characteristics can be reliably improved.
[0025]
In addition, if it is configured to have both functions of the first embodiment and the second embodiment, it is possible to surely improve the deterioration of both the transmission characteristics and the reception characteristics.
[0026]
(Embodiment 3)
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram showing the configuration of the third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 5, a radio means 5 having a transmission means 50 for selecting a transmission frequency at an arbitrary frequency, a control means 6 for controlling a radio apparatus, and a clock oscillating means for generating a reference clock for the control means 6 10, a storage unit 2 for storing a condition for switching a transmission frequency selected by the transmission unit 50 and an oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the clock oscillation unit 10, and a clock based on the conditions stored in the storage unit 2. A frequency switching means 4 for switching the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the oscillation means 10 is provided.
[0027]
Next, the operation of the above-described third embodiment will be described. In the third embodiment, when the wireless device is activated, the control unit 6 starts initialization of each unit. When the initialization is completed, the transmitting unit 50 reads the transmission frequency from the storage unit 2, selects the transmission frequency, and starts transmission. At the same time, the frequency switching means 4 reads from the storage means 2 a condition corresponding to the transmission frequency read by the transmitting means 50. The condition is a frequency at which the radiation of the fundamental wave and the Nth harmonic of the reference clock 12 interferes with the transmission frequency selected by the transmission means 50, and the reference clock to be switched according to the selected transmission frequency. For example, when the second oscillation frequency is stored in advance in the storage unit 2 as the oscillation frequency of the clock signal, the frequency switching unit 4 sets the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the clock oscillation unit 10 to the second oscillation frequency. The switching signal 40 is output. The clock oscillation means 10 to which the switching signal 40 has been input sets the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 to the second oscillation frequency.
[0028]
When the condition read from the storage unit 2 indicates that the radiation of the fundamental wave and the Nth harmonic of the reference clock 12 is not a frequency that interferes with the transmission frequency selected by the transmission unit 50, The switching means 4 outputs a switching signal 40 for setting the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the clock oscillation means 10 to the first oscillation frequency. The clock oscillating means 10 to which the switching signal 40 has been input sets the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 to the first oscillation frequency.
[0029]
As described above, according to the third embodiment of the present invention, as in the above-described first embodiment of the present invention, the selected transmission is performed without performing the comparison operation each time using the comparison operation means 3. By storing the oscillation frequency of the reference clock to be switched according to the frequency in the storage means 2 in advance, when the transmission frequency is selected, the condition is read out from the storage means 2 and the clock oscillation means 10 generates the condition. The first frequency and the second frequency can be switched according to the transmission frequency selected by the transmission means 50 for the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 to be transmitted. As a result, the frequency of the reference clock generated by the clock oscillating means 10 is shifted more quickly, so that the fundamental wave of the reference clock 12 and the Nth-order harmonic electromagnetic waves are radiated and the transmission frequency selected by the transmitting means 50 is selected. Can be prevented, and deterioration of transmission characteristics can be reliably improved.
[0030]
(Embodiment 4)
FIG. 6 is a schematic block diagram showing the configuration of the fourth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 6, a radio unit 5 having a reception unit 51 for selecting a reception frequency at an arbitrary frequency, a control unit 6 for controlling a radio device, and a clock oscillation unit for generating a reference clock for the control unit 6 10, a storage means 2 for storing a condition for switching a reception frequency selected by the reception means 51 and an oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the clock oscillation means 10, and a clock based on the conditions stored in the storage means 2. A frequency switching means 4 for switching the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the oscillation means 10 is provided.
[0031]
Next, the operation of the fourth embodiment will be described. In the fourth embodiment, when the wireless device is activated, the control means 6 starts initialization of each means. When the initialization is completed, the receiving means 51 reads the reception frequency from the storage means 2, selects the reception frequency, and starts reception. At the same time, the frequency switching means 4 reads from the storage means 2 a condition corresponding to the reception frequency read by the receiving means 51. The condition is a frequency at which the radiation of the fundamental wave and the Nth harmonic of the reference clock 12 interferes with the reception frequency selected by the reception means 51, and the reference clock to be switched in accordance with the selected reception frequency. For example, when the second oscillation frequency is stored in advance in the storage unit 2 as the oscillation frequency of the clock, the frequency switching unit 4 sets the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the oscillation unit 10 to the second oscillation frequency. The switching signal 40 is output. The clock oscillation means 10 to which the switching signal 40 has been input sets the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 to the second oscillation frequency. If the condition read from the storage unit 2 indicates that the radiation of the fundamental wave and the Nth harmonic of the reference clock 12 is not a frequency that interferes with the reception frequency selected by the reception unit 51, The switching means 4 outputs a switching signal 40 for setting the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the clock oscillation means 10 to the first oscillation frequency. The clock oscillating means 10 to which the switching signal 40 has been input sets the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 to the first oscillation frequency.
[0032]
As described above, according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention, the reception reception is performed without performing the comparison operation each time using the comparison operation means 3 as in the above-described second embodiment of the present invention. By storing the oscillation frequency of the reference clock to be switched in accordance with the frequency in the storage means 2 in advance, when the reception frequency is selected, the condition is read out from the storage means 2 and the clock oscillation means 10 generates the condition. The first frequency and the second frequency can be switched according to the reception frequency at which the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 to be selected is selected by the reception means 51. As a result, the frequency of the reference clock generated by the clock oscillating means 10 is shifted more quickly, so that the fundamental wave of the reference clock 12 and the radiation of the Nth harmonic electromagnetic wave and the receiving frequency selected by the receiving means 51 are selected. Interference can be prevented, and the deterioration of the reception characteristics can be reliably improved.
[0033]
In addition, if it is configured to have both functions of the third embodiment and the fourth embodiment, it is possible to surely improve the deterioration of both the transmission characteristics and the reception characteristics.

The crystal oscillation circuit 13 includes a CMOS inverter 600 and a feedback resistor 601 inside the microprocessor 60, a crystal oscillator 130, resistors 131, 132, 133, capacitors 134, 135, 136 and a variable capacitance diode 137 outside the microprocessor 60. , 138.
[0035]
Next, the operation of the fifth embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 8, when the wireless device is activated, the microprocessor 60 starts initialization of each unit. At this time, the frequency switching means 4 outputs a switching signal 40 for setting the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the crystal oscillation circuit 13 to the first oscillation frequency. The crystal oscillation circuit 13 to which the switching signal 40 has been input sets the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 to the first oscillation frequency. When the initialization is completed, the receiving means 51 reads the reception frequency from the memory circuit 20, selects the reception frequency, and starts reception. At the same time, the frequency switching means 4 reads from the memory circuit 20 a condition corresponding to the reception frequency read by the reception means 51. The condition, that is, whether a predetermined band including the oscillation frequency of the reference clock generated by the clock oscillation means or a predetermined band including the frequency of a harmonic of the reference clock overlaps with the predetermined band including the selected frequency. Compare. A predetermined band including the oscillation frequency of the reference clock generated by the clock oscillating means or a predetermined band including the harmonic frequency of the reference clock overlaps with the predetermined band including the selected frequency, and the crystal oscillation circuit 13 generates the predetermined band. When the fundamental wave of the reference clock 12 and the radiation of the N-th harmonic indicate a frequency that interferes with the reception frequency selected by the reception unit 51, the frequency switching unit 4 uses the crystal wave oscillation circuit 13. A switching signal 40 for setting the oscillation frequency of the generated reference clock 12 to the second oscillation frequency is output. The crystal oscillation circuit 13 to which the switching signal 40 has been input sets the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 to the second oscillation frequency.
[0036]
Further, according to the condition read from the memory circuit 20, the predetermined band including the oscillation frequency of the reference clock generated by the clock oscillation unit or the predetermined band including the frequency of the harmonic of the reference clock is the predetermined band including the selected frequency. The frequency switching means 4 does not overlap with the band of the reference clock 12 and indicates that the radiation of the fundamental wave and the Nth harmonic of the reference clock 12 is not a frequency that interferes with the reception frequency selected by the reception means 51. Outputs a switching signal 40 for setting the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the crystal oscillation circuit 13 to the first oscillation frequency. The crystal oscillation circuit 13 to which the switching signal 40 has been input sets the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 to the first oscillation frequency.
[0037]
As described above, the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the crystal oscillation circuit 13 is switched between the first frequency and the second frequency in accordance with the reception frequency selected by the reception unit 51, whereby the crystal oscillation circuit 13 is generated. Thus, interference between the fundamental wave of the reference clock and the Nth harmonic wave and the reception frequency selected by the receiving means 51 can be prevented, and the deterioration of the reception characteristics can be reliably improved.

(Embodiment 6)
FIG. 9 shows a schematic block diagram of the sixth embodiment. FIG. 9 shows a camera control unit 110 and an LCD display control unit 100 in addition to the control unit 6. These control means have a camera clock oscillating means 111 and an LCD clock oscillating means 101, respectively, are connected to the control means 6 for controlling the whole, and control the photographing operation of the CCD camera 112 under the overall control. And a display operation of the display means 102 such as a color liquid crystal display device. In the wireless device shown in FIG. 9, the control means 6, the camera control means 110, and the LCD display control means 110 for shifting the reference clock frequency of each of the clock oscillating means require the storage means 2, the comparison operation means 3, and the like. , The frequency switching means 4 is shared.
[0039]
A receiving operation according to the sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 10 shows a flowchart of the operation of the sixth embodiment of the present invention. In the sixth embodiment, when the wireless device is activated (Step 101), the control unit 6 initializes each unit (Step 102). When the initialization is completed, the receiving means 51 selects an arbitrary frequency and starts receiving (step 103). Then, the oscillating frequency of the reference clock 12 of the control means 6 is shifted and determined as necessary using the comparison operation means 3, the frequency switching means 4 and the storage means 2 (step 104). The detailed procedure is the same as in the second embodiment already described. In the sixth embodiment, after the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 of the control unit 6 is determined, the LCD clock oscillation unit 101 of the LCD display control unit 100 is compared under the overall control of the control unit 6. The oscillating frequency of the reference clock is shifted and determined as necessary using the arithmetic means 3, frequency switching means 4, and storage means 2 (step 105). Although the description of the transmission operation is omitted, as in the reception operation, the control unit 6 and the reference clock frequency of the clock oscillation unit of the LCD display control unit 100 are determined, and the wireless unit 5 performs intermittent transmission and reception with the base station. , A so-called incoming call waiting state (step 106). If a switch for operating a CCD camera (not shown) is turned on in the camera-equipped mobile phone device of the sixth embodiment during the incoming call waiting state (step 107), the reference of the camera clock oscillation unit 111 of the camera control unit 110 is set. The oscillation frequency of the clock is determined by shifting the frequency as necessary using the comparison operation means 3, the frequency switching means 4, and the storage means 2 (step 108). When the camera shooting is completed (step 109), the process returns to the incoming call waiting state (step 106). Then, when a wireless communication end signal is input from a key operation means such as a ten-key (not shown) (step 110), the operation ends (step 111).
[0040]
Since the size of a mobile phone device with a camera has been reduced, the control unit 6, the camera control unit 110, and the LCD display control unit 100 for controlling the whole are provided close to the wireless unit 5, so that the reception frequency and the transmission frequency are different from each other. There is a high possibility that a predetermined band including the frequency of the reference clock or a predetermined band including the reception frequency or the transmission frequency and the frequency of each of the harmonics is high. The switching between the first frequency and the second frequency in accordance with the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 to be performed, the LCD clock oscillation means 101 and the camera clock oscillation means 111 according to the reception frequency selected by the reception means 51. The radiation of the fundamental wave of the reference clock and the Nth harmonic wave generated by the clock oscillating means 10 and the generation of the LCD clock. The radiation of the fundamental wave and the Nth harmonic wave of the means 101 and the radiation of the fundamental wave and the Nth harmonic wave of the camera clock oscillating means 111 interfere with the reception frequency selected by the receiving means 51. Can be prevented, and the deterioration of the reception characteristics can be reliably improved.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, as is clear from the above embodiment, the oscillation frequency F of the reference clock oscillated from the clock oscillation means is X Is multiplied by N, and the operation result (N · F X ) Is equal to the reception frequency or the transmission frequency selected by the radio means, and of course, a predetermined band including the oscillation frequency of the reference clock generated by the clock oscillation means or the frequency of a harmonic of the reference clock. When the predetermined band including the frequency overlaps with the predetermined band including the selected frequency, the clock oscillation unit 10 switches the oscillation frequency of the reference clock 12 generated by the clock oscillation unit 10 to another frequency shifted by the clock oscillation unit 10. In this case, the interference between the fundamental wave of the reference clock and the Nth harmonic wave generated by the radio means and the frequency selected by the wireless means 5 can be prevented, and the deterioration of the wireless characteristics can be reliably improved.
