<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic purchase system suitable for performing purchase business of specified group and for purchase agency business of unspecified group. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic purchase system is provided with purchaser side terminals installed at the purchaser side, a server 20 for registering various information, and a system computer 18 for performing data exchange between the purchaser side terminals and the server 20. The server 20 has a unit price merchandise database 62 registering information about the unit price merchandise and estimated merchandise database 64 registering information about the estimated merchandise. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ネットワーク網を利用して商品を取引するときに使用する電子購買システムに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、商品を購入する場合、購入者は見積依頼する取引者を選定し、この選定した見積依頼先に見積依頼を行っている。見積依頼を受けた取引先は、購入希望者に対して見積書を提出し、購入者は取引者からの見積書（複数の取引者から見積を取った場合には複数枚の見積書）を検討して取引発注先を決定し、決定した取引発注先に発注書を発行してその商品に対する発注を正式に行っている。このような流れは、従来、書類をベースに行われており、それ故に、手続が煩雑で、手間が掛かるという問題がある。

このようなことから、購買業務の流れを簡素化して事務効率化を図るために種々の電子購買システムが提案され、その一つとして、購入商品を入力すると、その商品の購入先（取引先）候補が自動的に抽出され、その購入先に関する購買実績データ、購買評価などが表示されるシステムが提案されている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。この購買システムでは、購入商品を入力すると購入先候補が抽出され、これら購入先候補の購買実績データ、購買評価などを参考にすることによって、購入先候補から取引発注先を決定することができ、購買業務の簡素化、効率化を図ることができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述した従来の購買システムは、会社の社内システムとして提案されたものであり、従って、会社の購買システムとしては適用することができるが、その適用範囲を関連会社、その他の一般会社まで含めた購買システムとして適用することが難しい。

一方、近年の情報化社会の進展により、商品の購入業務についても、自社内に限定することなく、他社（関連会社、その他の一般会社）の購買業務の代行を行うことも考えられている。他社の購買業務の代行をも含めて購買業務を行うと、商品の取扱量が増え、これによるコストダウンメリットが生じるとともに、購買業務代行による手数料収入も見込め、購買業務としての新しいビジネスが生まれる。このようなことから、自社の購買業務に加えて他社の購買業務代行をも行うことができる新しい電子購買システムの実現が望まれている。

本発明の目的は、自社などの特定グループの購買業務及び他社などの非特定グループの購買業務の代行を行うに適した電子購買システムを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項１に記載の電子購買システムは、購入側に設置される購入側端末装置と、情報を登録するためのサーバと、前記購入側端末装置と前記サーバとの間でデータのやり取りを行うためのシステムコンピュータと、を備え、前記サーバは、商品価格が予め決まっている単価商品に関する情報が登録された単価商品データベースと、見積りにより商品価格が決まる見積り商品に関する情報が登録された見積り商品データベースとを有し、単価商品を購入するときには、前記単価商品データベースに登録された単価商品データが利用され、見積り商品を購入するときには、前記見積り商品データベースに登録された見積り商品データが利用されることを特徴とする。

この電子購買システムにおいては、商品価格が予め決まっている単価商品と、商品価格が見積りにより決まる見積り商品とが購入対象として取り扱われる。購入者側端末装置を用いて購入商品を入力すると、その購入商品が単価商品である場合、単価商品データベースに登録されたその単価商品に関する情報が読み出され、この読み出された単価商品データを見ることによって、単価商品の購入依頼を容易に行うことができる。また、その購入商品が見積り商品である場合、見積り商品データベースに登録されたその見積り商品に関する情報が読み出され、この読み出された見積り商品データを見ることによって、見積り商品の見積り依頼を容易に行うことができる。

また、本発明の請求項２に記載の電子購買システムでは、前記購入側端末装置は、特定グループに設置された第１の購入側端末装置と、前記特定グループ以外の非特定グループに設置された第２の購入側端末装置とから構成され、前記システムコンピュータは、前記第１の購入側端末装置を用いて前記単価商品又は前記見積り商品を購入するとき、前記単価商品データベースに登録された単価商品又は前記見積り商品データベースに登録された見積り商品のうち前記特定グループ向け商品の選択を許容し、前記第２の購入側端末装置を用いて前記単価商品又は前記見積り商品を購入するとき、前記単価商品データベースに登録された単価商品又は前記見積りデータベースに登録された見積り商品のうち前記非特定グループ向け商品の選択を許容することを特徴とする。

この電子購買システムでは、購入側端末装置として特定グループ、例えば特定の会社に設置される第１の購入側端末装置と、非特定グループ、例えば特定会社の関連会社、その他の一般会社に設置される第２の購入側端末装置とから構成され、自社のみならず関連会社、一般会社を含めた購買システムとなる。第１の購入側端末装置を用いて単価商品（又は見積り商品）を購入するとき、単価商品データベース（又は見積り商品データベース）に登録された単価商品（又は見積り商品）のうち特定グループ向けの単価商品（又は見積り商品）の選択が許容され、また第２の購入側端末装置を用いて単価商品（又は見積り商品）を購入するとき、単価商品データベース（又は見積り商品データベース）に登録された単価商品（又は見積り商品）のうち非特定グループ向けの単価商品（又は見積り商品）の選択が許容されるので、特定グループ（例えば自社内の部門）向けの取扱い製品と非特定グループ（例えば関連会社、一般会社）向けの取扱い商品とを区別することができ、購買業務の適用、不適用を商品毎に選択することができる。

また、本発明の請求項３に記載の電子購買システムでは、前記サーバは手数料の料金に関する情報が登録された料金データベースを含み、前記システムコンピュータは手数料を演算する手数料演算手段を備え、前記第２の購入端末装置を用いて前記見積り商品を購入すると、前記料金演算手段は前記料金データベースに登録された料金データを用いて手数料料金を演算することを特徴とする。

この電子購買システムでは、第２の購入側端末装置を用いて見積り商品を購入すると、料金演算手段はその見積りに対する手数料を料金データベースに登録された料金データを用いて演算する。第２の購入側端末装置は非特定グループに設置されるものであり、従って、この非特定グループ（例えば、関連会社、一般会社）からの見積り商品についての購入があると、その見積りのやり取りに対しての手数料が算出され、この手数料が購入依頼先に請求される。尚、第２の購入側端末装置を用いて単価商品を購入したときには、購入毎に所定手数料を請求するようにしてもよく、或いは購入毎に手数料を請求するのではなく、会費のように一定額を月又は年で請求するようにしてもよい。また、第１の購入側端末装置を用いて商品（単価商品及び見積り商品）を購入したときには、特定グループ（例えば自社内の部門）からの購入依頼であるので、手数料を必要とせず、その算出演算は行われない。このようにすることによって、非特定グループからの見積り商品の購入依頼に対して個別に手数料を請求することになるので、見積り商品についての購買業務を非特定グループ（例えば、関連会社、一般会社）に広げてビジネスとして成立させることができる。

また、本発明の請求項４に記載の電子購買システムでは、前記料金データベースには前記見積り商品についての報酬率が登録されており、前記手数料演算手段は、前記見積り商品の購入予定金額と確定発注金額との差額と、その見積り商品についての報酬率とに基づいて手数料を演算することを特徴とする。

この電子購買システムでは、手数料の算出には、見積り商品の購入予定金額とその商品の確定発注金額との差額と、この見積り商品の報酬率が用いられ、この差額とは購入依頼者が得る利益であり、報酬率とは取引先に見積りを出すシステム運営会社の購買業務担当者の購買業務ノウハウの程度であり、上記差額及び上記報酬率に基づいて算出された手数料は、購入者及び購買業務者の双方を利益を考慮したものとなる。

また、本発明の請求項５に記載の電子購買システムでは、前記サーバは見積り適用商品に関する情報が登録された適用商品データベースを更に含み、前記システムコンピュータはデータを検索するデータ検索手段を備え、前記第１の購入側端末装置を用いて前記見積り商品を購入するとき、前記データ検索手段は前記適用商品データベースに登録された適用商品データを用いて適用商品であるかの検索を行うことを特徴とする。

この電子購買システムにおいては、第１の購入側端末装置を用いて見積り商品を購入するとき、データ検索手段は適用商品データベースに登録された適用商品データを用いて適用商品であるかの検索をする。このように適合をチェックすることによって、特定グループ（例えば、自社内の部門）であっても、誰もが見積り商品の全てを購入依頼できるというのではなく、特定グループ内の特定購入者（例えば、特定部門）のみが特定の見積り商品を購入することができ、購入後の使用などにおける安全性などを購買業務の段階で確保すことができる。

また、本発明の請求項６に記載の電子購買システムは、特定グループの購入者側に設置される第１の購入側端末装置と、前記特定グループ以外の非特定グループの購入者側に設置される第２の購入側端末装置と、情報を登録するためのサーバと、前記第１及び第２の購入側端末装置と前記サーバとの間でデータのやり取りを行うためのシステムコンピュータと、を備え、前記サーバは、商品に関する情報が登録された商品データベースを有し、前記システムコンピュータは、前記第１の購入側端末装置を用いて商品を購入するとき、前記商品データベースに登録された商品のうち前記特定グループ向け商品の選択を許容するが、前記非特定グループ向け専用商品の選択を禁止し、また、前記第２の購入側端末装置を用いて商品を購入するとき、前記商品データベースに登録された商品のうち前記非特定グループ向け商品の選択を許容するが、前記特定グループ向け専用商品の選択を禁止することを特徴とする。

この電子購買システムでは、購入側端末装置として特定グループ、例えば特定の会社に設置される第１の購入側端末装置と、非特定グループ、例えば特定会社の関連会社、その他の一般会社に設置される第２の購入側端末装置とから構成され、第１の購入側端末装置を用いて商品（単価商品及び見積り商品）を購入するとき、特定グループ向けの商品の選択は許容されるが、非特定グループ向け専用商品の選択が禁止され、また第２の購入側端末装置を用いて商品を購入するとき、非特定グループ向けの商品の選択は許容されるが、特定グループ向け専用商品の選択が禁止され、このように構成することによって、特定グループ（例えば自社内の部門）向けの取扱い商品と非特定グループ（例えば関連会社、一般会社）向けの取扱い商品とを区別し、各商品について購買業務の適用、不適用を選択することができる。また、このようにして、特定グループ向け専用商品、非特定グループ向け専用商品、これらグループ共通の商品とすることができる。

また、本発明の請求項７に記載の電子購買システムは、購入者側に設置される購入側端末装置と、取引者側に設置される取引側端末装置と、情報を登録するためのサーバと、前記購入側端末装置、前記取引側端末装置及び前記サーバとの間でデータのやり取りを行うためのシステムコンピュータと、を備え、前記システムコンピュータは、前記サーバに登録された登録データのうち所定データを出力するデータ出力手段を備え、更に、前記システムコンピュータに関連して、データを登録するための外部記録登録手段が設けられており、設定所定期間内においては、前記購入側端末装置及び／又は前記取引側端末装置から登録データを要求すると、前記システムコンピュータは前記サーバに登録されたデータのうち要求されたデータをその購入側端末装置及び／又は前記取引側端末装置に送るが、前記設定期間が経過すると、前記データ出力手段は、前記サーバに登録された所定データを前記外部記憶登録手段に出力して外部記録媒体に登録することを特徴とする。

この電子購買システムにおいては、購入側端末装置及び取引側端末装置からの入力情報はサーバに登録され、設定所定期間（例えば６か月間、１２か月間）内においては、購入側端末装置（及び／又は取引側端末装置）を用いて登録データを要求すると、システムコンピュータはサーバに登録されたデータのうち要求されたデータをその購入側端末装置（及び／又は取引側端末装）に送り、購入者（及び／又は取引者）はそのデータ内容を知ることができる。また、この設定期間が経過すると、データ出力手段は、サーバに登録された所定データを外部記憶登録手段に出力して外部記録媒体に登録するので、サーバに登録された所定データを出力して管理することができ、またその管理を外部記録媒体、例えばＣＤ−Ｒ、ＭＯなどを用いて容易に且つ省スペースで行うことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、添付図面を参照して、本発明に従う電子購買システムの一実施形態について説明する。図１は、本発明に従う電子購買のシステム全体を示す簡略図であり、図２は、図１のシステムにおけるシステム運営会社のシステムコンピュータ及びサーバを簡略的に示すブロック図であり、図３は、図１のシステムを用いた単価商品の購入の流れを示すフローチャートであり、図４は、図１のシステムを用いた見積り商品の購入の流れを示すフローチャートであり、図５は、図４のフローチャートにおける社外向け商品の場合の流れを示すフローチャートであり、図６は、図１のシステムに使用される単価商品の発注明細画面を示す図であり、図７は、図１のシステムに使用される発注画面を示す図であり、図８は、図１のシステムの適用商品データベースに登録された適用テーブルの一部を示す図であり、図９は、図１のシステムの料金データベースに登録された手数料テーブルの一部を示す図であり、図１０は、図１のシステムの発注データベース及び検収データベースに登録されたデータを統合して示す図であり、図１１は、図１のシステムの見積り依頼から検収までのデータを統合して示す図である。

図１において、図示の電子購買システムは、システム運営会社２に設置される購入側端末装置４Ａ，４Ｂ，４Ｃと、このシステム運営会社２の関連会社６に設置される購入側端末装置８と、システム運営会社２と関係のない一般会社１０に設置される購入側端末装置１２と、システム運営会社２と各種商品の取引を行う取引会社１４Ａ，１４Ｂ，１４Ｃに設置される取引側端末装置１６Ａ，１６Ｂ，１６Ｃと、を備え、これら購入側端末装置４Ａ〜４Ｃ，８，１２を入力操作して商品の購入依頼が行われ、取引側端末装置１６Ａ〜１６Ｃを用いて購入商品の受注を行う。システム運営会社２には、また、システム全体を管理するシステムコンピュータ１８と、取引に関する各種情報が登録されたサーバ２０が設置され、これら端末装置４Ａ〜４Ｃ、８，１２，１６Ａ〜１６Ｃ及びシステムコンピュータ１８が、インターネット網の如きネットワーク網２２を介して通信可能に接続されている。

システム運営会社２の購入側端末装置４Ａ〜４Ｃは、この会社の資材部門、総務部門、開発部門、設計部門、営業部門、生産部門などの社内組織に設置され、これら社内組織は同じ会社として特定グループに属し、特定グループの端末装置として第１の購入側端末装置を構成する。関連会社６の購入側端末装置８は、会社の資材部門、総務部門、開発部門などの関連会社内組織に設置され、また一般会社１０の購入側端末装置１２は、同様に、社内の資材部門、総務部門、開発部門などの一般会社内組織に設置され、関連会社及び一般会社のこれらの組織はシステム運営会社とは別会社で、上記特定グループと異なる非特定グループに属し、非特定グループの端末装置として第２の購入側端末装置を構成する。

図１では、説明を簡略化するために、関連会社６として１社を、一般会社１０として１社を、また取引会社１４Ａ〜１４Ｃとして３社を示しているが、実際の取引では関連会社、一般会社及び取引会社は多数存在している。また、システム運営会社２に３台の購入側端末装置４Ａ〜４Ｃを、関連会社６に１台の購入側端末装置８を、一般会社１０に１台の購入側端末装置１２を、更に取引会社１４Ａ〜１４Ｃに３台の取引側端末装置１６Ａ〜１６Ｃを示しているが、これら端末装置４Ａ〜４Ｃ、８，１２，１６Ａ〜１６Ｃについても、関連会社８、一般会社１０及び取引会社１４Ａ〜１４Ｃに多数の端末装置が存在している。

次に、図２を参照して、システム運営会社２に設置されたシステムコンピュータ１８及びサーバ２０について説明する。図示のシステムコンピュータ１８は、例えばマイクロプロセッサから構成されるデータ処理手段２４及び通信手段２６を備え、このシステムコンピュータ１８に関連して、入力手段２８、印刷手段３０、表示手段３２及び外部記録登録手段３４が設けられている。データ処理手段２４は各種データを後述するように処理し、データ読出し手段３６、データ選択手段３８、データ検索手段４０、データ登録手段４２、手数料演算手段４４、データ消去手段４６、出力禁止手段４８、強制出力手段５０、計時手段５２及びメモリ５４を含んでいる。

データ読出し手段３６はサーバ２０のデータベース（後述する）に登録された各種データを読み出し、データ選択手段３８はデータを後述するように選択し、データ検索手段４０は後述するように検索し、データ登録手段４２はサーバ２０のデータベースに各種データを登録する。また手数料演算手段４４は後述するように手数料を演算し、データ消去手段４６はサーバ２０に登録されたデータを消去する。更に、出力禁止手段４８はサーバ２０に登録された各種データの出力を禁止し、データ出力手段５０はサーバ２０に登録された所定データを強制的に出力し、かく出力された所定データが外部記録媒体（図示せず）、例えばＣＤ−Ｒ、ＭＯに記録される。更にまた、計時手段５２は時刻を計時し、メモリ５４にはデータ処理手段２４により処理される各種データが一時的に記録される。

通信手段２６は送受信装置などから構成され、ネットワーク網２２を介してシステム運営会社２、関連会社８及び一般会社１０の購入側端末装置４Ａ〜４Ｃ，８，１２に接続されるとともに、取引会社１４Ａ〜１４Ｃの取引側端末装置１４Ａ〜１６Ｃに接続される。また、入力手段２８はキーボード、マウスなどから構成され、各種情報を入力するときに入力操作され、印刷手段３０はレーザプリンタなどから構成され、各種データを印刷出力するときに用いられる。表示手段３２は液晶表示装置、ＣＲＴなどから構成され、各種情報の内容を表示する。また、外部記録登録手段３４は、ＣＤ−Ｒ用記録装置、ＭＯ用記録装置などの外部記録装置から構成され、ＣＤ−Ｒ、ＭＯ等の外部記録媒体に情報を記録する。

次に、サーバ２０について説明すると、サーバ２０は、単価商品データベース６２、見積り商品データベース６４、フォームデータベース６６、見積り依頼データベース６８、発注データベース７０、料金データベース７２、手数料データベース７４、適用商品データベース７６、納品データベース７８、検収データベース８０及び支払いデータベース８２を含んでいる。単価商品データベース６２には、単価商品に関する商品データ、即ち単価商品の商品名、商品の単価、取引会社などが登録されており、単価商品を購入するときには、この単価商品データベース６２から購入する商品データが読み出される。また、見積り商品データベース６４には見積り商品に関する商品データ、即ち見積り商品の商品名、取引会社などが登録されており、見積り商品を購入するときには、この見積り商品データベース６４から見積り依頼する商品データが読み出される。尚、単価商品データベース６及び見積り商品データベース６４は、購入可能な商品の商品データベースを構成する。

この実施形態では、特定グループ、即ちシステム運営会社２と非特定グループ、即ち関連会社６及び一般会社１０とが購入可能な商品が異なっており、特定グループの購入者は単価商品データベース６２及び見積り商品データベース６４に登録された商品の全てを購入可能であるのに対し、非特定グループの購入者は単価商品については単価商品データベース６２に登録された商品のうち社外向け商品を、また見積り商品については見積り商品データベース６４に登録された見積り商品のうち社外向け商品を購入可能になっている。尚、特定グループの購入者は特定グループ向け（この場合、社内向け）商品（単価商品、見積り商品）を購入することができるが、非特定グループ（この場合、社外向け）の専用商品については購入することができず、一方、非特定グループの購入者は非特定グループ向け商品については購入することができるが、特定グループ向けの専用商品については購入することができないように各種商品を設定するようにしてもよく、このように構成した場合、購入可能な商品に特定グループの専用商品及び非特定グループの専用商品が含まれ、グループ専用の商品設定を行うことができる。

また、フォームデータベース６６には、購入依頼、見積り依頼、発注、受注などの各種フォームが登録されており、これら登録されたフォームを利用して各種情報が入力される。見積りデータベース６８には、見積り商品の見積りに関するデータが登録され、発注データベース７０には商品の発注に関するデータが登録されている。また、料金データベース７２には見積り商品について料金に関するデータが登録されており、この料金データを利用して手数料演算手段４４が後述するようにして手数料を演算する。手数料データベース７４には手数料に関するデータが登録され、手数料演算手段４４により演算された手数料が登録される。更に、適用商品データベース７６には特定グループ（システム運営会社）内の各部門の適用商品に関するデータが登録されており、納品データベース７８には発注した商品（単価商品、見積り商品）についての納品に関する情報が登録され、検収データベース８０には納品した商品（単価商品、見積り商品）についての検収に関するデータが登録され、更にまた支払いデータベース８２には購入した商品（単価商品、見積り商品）についての支払いに関するデータが登録されている。尚、上述した形態では、単価商品データベース６２、見積り商品データベース６４、フォームデータベース６６、見積り依頼データベース６８などの各種データベースを備えているが、これらデータベースを適当に統合してデータベースの数を少なくするようにしてもよい。

システム運営会社２、関連会社６及び一般会社１０の購入側端末装置４Ａ〜４Ｃ，８，１２並びに取引会社１４Ａ〜１４Ｃの取引側端末装置１６Ａ〜１６Ｃは、例えばパーソナルコンピュータなどから構成され、このような端末装置には、システムコンピュータ１８と同様に、入力手段、印刷手段及び表示手段が装備されるとともに、必要に応じて外部記録登録装置が装備される。

次に、図１及び図２とともに図３〜図５を参照して、商品の購入の流れについて説明する。主として図２及び図３を参照して、単価商品の購入の流れについて説明すると、単価商品を購入する場合、システム運営会社２の購入側端末装置４Ａ〜４Ｃ（又は関連会社６の購入側端末装置８、一般会社１０の購入側端末装置１２を入力操作してシステムにアクセスする（ステップＳ１）。このとき、購入希望者は、会社名、社員番号、パスワードなどを入力するようようになる。このようにアクセスすると、会社名、パスワードなどから特定グループ（即ち、システム運営会社２の社内）からのアクセスか、非特定グループ（即ち、システム運営会社２の社外、換言すると関連会社６又は一般会社１０）からのアクセスかが判断され、システム運営会社２の社内からのアクセスであると、ステップＳ２からステップＳ３に進む一方、システム運営会社２の社外からのアクセスであると、ステップＳ２からステップＳ４に進む。
