(1)サービススポットに関する位置情報を記憶した位置情報データベースと、利用者端末から現在位置情報を受信する受信手段と、利用者の現在位置に基づいて、当該現在位置近傍のサービススポットを前記位置情報データベースから選択する選択手段と、選択されたサービススポットの位置情報を利用者端末へ通知する通知手段とを含むことを特徴とする。
(2)各サービススポットから通知される優先度情報を受信する受信手段と、受信された優先度情報を管理する優先度情報データベースと、選択手段により選択されたサービススポットの優先度情報を前記優先度情報データベースから抽出し、当該優先度情報に基づいて各サービススポットに優先順位を付与する手段とをさらに含み、前記通知手段が、選択されたサービススポットの位置情報を、その優先順位と共に送信することを特徴とする。
