Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a suspension device for suspending paintings, various exhibits, and the like on a wall or a ceiling.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a suspension device in which a suspending device is detachably attached to a rail attached to a wall or a ceiling (see Patent Document 1).
In this suspension device, the rail is formed by forming an opening in the longitudinal direction of the rail on one wall portion of a rectangular cylindrical body, and the opening side is used as a hanging fixture mounting surface. On the fixture mounting surface side, a pair of support walls are provided so as to sandwich the opening, and the wall facing the hanging fixture mounting surface is a mounting wall for mounting and fixing the rail to a wall or ceiling.
[0003]
On the other hand, the hanging member can be inserted into the internal rail groove from the opening of the rail, and rotates 90 ° around the axis perpendicular to the hanging member mounting surface to abut on the back side of the support wall. A possible retaining block, a hook member for hooking a hook member such as a string, and an axis provided between the retaining block and the hook member and concentric with the rotation axis of the retaining block. A nut member screwed to an outer surface of the bolt member; a flat washer provided on an end surface of the nut member; and a coil spring housed inside the nut member.
[0004]
In this suspension device, after the retaining block is inserted into the rail groove from the opening, the retaining block is rotated by 90 ° so that the retaining block contacts the back side of the rail support wall. Then, by tightening the nut member, the support wall of the rail is sandwiched between the retaining block and the flat washer, so that the hanging member is attached and fixed to the rail.
The hook member is fixed to the bolt member so that the posture can be freely changed to a ceiling mounting posture protruding in a direction along the axis of the bolt member, and a wall mounting posture rotated 90 ° rearward from the ceiling mounting posture. It is pivotally attached to the mounting part.
[0005]
In this suspension device, since the suspension member is attached and fixed to the rail by tightening the nut member, there is a problem that the operation of rotating the nut member is complicated and troublesome.
Therefore, there is a suspending device in which a suspending tool can be attached to a rail with one touch (see Patent Document 2).
The hanging device of the hanging device includes a base member abutting on the hanging member mounting surface of the rail, a supporting member rotatable around an axis perpendicular to the hanging member mounting surface with respect to the base member, and A hook member attached to and fixed to the support member, and a locking member that is located within the rail groove and that attaches and fixes the hanging member to the rail by sandwiching the support wall with the base member. The stop member is rotatable integrally with the support member, and by rotating the support member, the posture of the stop member can be freely changed to a position that can be inserted into and removed from the rail groove through the opening.
[0006]
In this suspension device, the locking member is inserted into the rail groove from the opening of the rail, and the base member is brought into contact with the outer surface of the support wall (the hanging member mounting surface). The support wall of the rail is sandwiched between the lock member and the base member by rotating the support member by 90 ° about the rotation axis together with the support member and abutting the lock member on the back side of the support wall. It is configured to be fixed to the rail with one touch.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the hanging device of the hanging device mounting structure of Patent Literature 2, when the hanging device is mounted on the rail fixed to the ceiling, the hook member protrudes from the support member in a direction along the rotation axis direction. Is fixed to the supporting member.
In this case, the rail is attached to the ceiling so that the opening is directed downward, and the suspender inserts the locking member from below into the rail groove through the opening, and fingers the distal end of the hook member with the finger. It is attached to the rail by pinching and rotating 90 ° about the axis of rotation.
[0009]
However, when the rail is attached to the ceiling, the rail is usually attached to the wall, so that there is a problem that it is difficult to pinch the hook member with a finger and rotate when attaching the hanging member to the rail.
Further, since the rotation operation of the hook member when the locking member is rotated and the support wall of the rail is sandwiched between the locking member and the base member is relatively hard, the rotation operation is performed by pinching the hook member with a finger. It is difficult.
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a suspension device that allows a suspension to be easily attached to a rail attached to a ceiling.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical means taken by the present invention to solve the technical problem includes a rail, and a hanger attached to the rail, and a hanger mounting surface side of the rail is formed in a longitudinal direction of the rail. An opening of the rail groove, and a pair of support walls positioned so as to sandwich the opening, the hanging member is a base member contacting the hanging member mounting surface of the rail, and the hanging member is attached to the base member. A support member rotatable about an axis in a direction substantially perpendicular to the mounting surface, a hook member rotatably attached to the support member and hookable from the front side, and located in the rail groove. And a locking member for attaching and fixing the hanging member to the rail by sandwiching the supporting wall with the base member, and the locking member is rotatable integrally with the supporting member to rotate the supporting member. The locking portion The hook member is attached to the support member so that the hook member can fall from the support member to the front side of the hook member from a state in which the hook member protrudes from the support member in a direction along the rotation axis direction. The hook member is pivotally mounted, the hook member is tilted to the front side, and the hook member extends along the longitudinal direction of the rail. Is inserted into the rail groove, and in this state, the hook member is rotated around the rotation axis so that the hanging member is attached to the rail.
[0011]
Further, the hook member has a ceiling mounting posture in which the hook member protrudes in a direction along the rotation axis from the support member, and the hook member rotates rearward from the ceiling mounting posture and is substantially orthogonal to the rotation axis from the support member. The attitude may be changed to a wall mounting attitude that is protruded in the direction.
In addition, a cap member is provided for covering a mounting portion of the hook member to the support member, and the cap member has a cutout groove for allowing the hook member to change its posture from the ceiling mounting posture to the wall mounting posture. It is preferable that the cap member is rotatably mounted on the support member around the rotation axis so that the hook member allows the hook member to rotate from the ceiling mounting posture to the front side by the notch groove.
[0012]

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 3, reference numeral 1 denotes a suspending device for suspending paintings, various exhibits, and the like. The suspending device 1 includes a rail 2 and a suspender 3 detachably attached to the rail 2. And
The rail 2 includes a pair of opposing walls 4 facing each other in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the rail, and a mounting wall 5 provided so as to connect one end side of the pair of opposing walls 4 in the width direction. And a pair of support walls 6 extending in the opposite direction from the other end of the opposite wall 4 in the width direction. The rail 2 has an opening 8 of a rail groove 7 between the support walls 6. The mounting wall 5 is mounted and fixed to the wall 9 or the ceiling 10 (that is, the rail 2 is formed by forming an opening 8 in the rail longitudinal direction on one side surface of a rectangular cylindrical body, and A pair of support walls 6 are provided so as to sandwich the portion 8).
[0013]
The rail 2 only needs to have at least the rail groove 7, the opening 8, and the pair of support walls 6, and the overall cross-sectional shape does not have to be a square tube, and may be formed in any shape. For example, the rail 2 may be provided with the rail groove 7, the opening 8, and a pair of support walls 6 on a peripheral edge provided at a portion where the ceiling 10 and the wall 9 are in contact with each other. . Further, the rail 2 attached to the wall 9 and the rail 2 attached to the ceiling 10 may have different cross-sectional shapes.
The mounting wall 5 of the rail 2 is mounted on the wall 9 or the ceiling 10 by screws or the like that penetrate the mounting wall 5 from inside the rail groove 7 and are screwed into the wall 9 or the ceiling 10, as shown in FIG. When the rail 2 is mounted on the wall 9, the opening 8 faces in the horizontal direction (horizontal direction). As shown in FIG. 3B, when the rail 2 is mounted on the ceiling 10, the opening 8 faces downward. It is attached to face.
[0014]
Also, the side on which the opening 8 is formed on the outer surface of the rail 2 is used as a suspender mounting surface 12, and as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b), the suspender 3 It can be detachably attached at any position in the direction.
The hanging member 3 includes a base member 13 in contact with the hanging member mounting surface 12 (the outer surface of the support wall 6) of the rail 2 and an axis X around the base member 13 in a direction perpendicular to the hanging member mounting surface 12. A rotatable support member 14, a hook member 15 attached to the support member 14, and a pair of support walls that are located on the back side of the support wall 6 (the inner surface side of the support wall 6) and the base member 13. 6, a locking member 16 for mounting and fixing the hanging member 3 to the rail 2, a mounting shaft 17 for mounting the locking member 16 to the support member 13, and a cap member 18 for covering a mounting portion of the hook member 15. And
[0015]
Note that the hook member 15 is referred to as a front side A on a side where a hook member such as a string is hooked, and is referred to as a rear side B on the opposite side.
The base member 13 is formed in a disk shape, the center of which is concentric with the rotation axis X of the support member 14, and a circular insertion hole 20 centered on the rotation axis X is formed on the center side. ing.
In addition, the contact surface 21 of the base member 13 that contacts the outer surface 12 of the support wall 6 of the rail 2 is one step lower than the other portion 22 (the portion corresponding to the opening 8 of the rail 2) on the contact surface 21. The other portion 22, that is, between the contact surfaces 21 of the base member 13, is a projection 22 inserted into the opening 8 of the rail 2, and the projection 22 is The base member 13 is prevented from rotating about the rotation axis X of the support member 13 with respect to the rail 2 by being fitted into the opening 8 of the rail 2 (see FIGS. 4 and 5).
[0016]
The support member 13 has a main body 24 on one end side in the rotation axis X direction and a hook attachment section 25 on the other end side in the rotation axis X direction.
The main body 24 has an outer surface formed in a stepped cylindrical shape, and has a small diameter at one end in the rotation axis X direction and a large diameter at the other end.
A screw hole 26 concentric with the rotation axis X is formed at the center of the body 24, and one end of the body 24 in the direction of the rotation axis X communicates with the screw hole 26. A circular fitting recess 27 having a diameter larger than that of the screw hole 26 is formed.
[0017]
The small-diameter portion 24a of the main body 24 passes through the insertion hole 20 of the base member 13, and the large-diameter portion 24b of the main body 24 cannot pass through the insertion hole 20. Thus, the support member 14 is rotatable about the rotation axis X.
Further, the hook mounting portion 25 of the support member 14 includes a pair of mounting walls 29 facing each other in a direction orthogonal to the direction of the rotation axis X.
Further, a flange portion 30 is provided in a connecting portion between the main body portion 24 and the hook attaching portion 25 on the outer surface of the support member 14 so as to protrude radially outward.
[0018]
Further, at one end of the support member 14 in the direction of the rotation axis X, a pair of restriction walls 31 facing each other in a direction orthogonal to the direction of the rotation axis X is provided. The direction is the same as the direction in which the pair of mounting walls 29 face each other.
The base portion 15a of the hook member 15 is inserted between the mounting walls 29 of the hook mounting portion 25 and penetrated from one mounting wall 29 to the other mounting wall 29 (in a direction orthogonal to the rotation axis X direction). (Opposite to the mounting wall 29).
[0019]
As a result, the hook member 15 changes from the state in which the hook member 15 projects from the support member 14 in the direction along the rotation axis X direction (the state shown by the phantom line in FIG. 7) to the rear side B (see FIG. 7A). It is provided so as to be able to fall on the front side A (see FIG. 7 (b)) (from a state where the support member 14 projects from the support member 14 in the direction along the rotation axis X direction), the back side B and the front side A Can be rotated by about 90 °).
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the locking member 16 is formed of a plate material or the like, and is formed to have a length L extending from one contact surface 21 to the other contact surface 21 of the base member 13, and the width W is equal to the rail width. The width of the locking member 16 is smaller than the distance between the end surfaces of the two support walls 6, and the locking member 16 can be inserted into and removed from the rail groove 7 through the opening 8.
[0020]
A circular insertion hole 33 having substantially the same diameter as the fitting recess 27 of the support member 14 is formed in the center of the locking member 16 (the center in the length L direction and the width W direction) so as to penetrate in the thickness direction. Is formed.
The width of the locking member 16 on the center side in the length L direction is formed to be a width that can be inserted between the pair of regulating walls 31 of the support member 14. The center side is fitted between the regulating walls 31.
Thereby, the locking member 16 is rotatable integrally with the support member 14 around the rotation axis X. By rotating the locking member 16 together with the support member 14, the locking member 16 closes the opening 8. The posture can be freely changed between a posture that allows passage and a posture that cannot pass through the opening 8.
[0021]
The mounting shaft 17 has a head portion 35, a shaft portion 36 projecting in the axial direction from the head portion 35, and passing through the insertion hole 33 of the locking member 16 and fitting into the fitting recess 27 of the support member 14. A screw portion 37 protruding in the axial direction from the shaft portion 36 and screwing into the screw hole 26 of the support member 14. The mounting shaft 17 allows the base member 13 and the locking member 16 to be supported by the support member 14. 14 (removed).
A spring member 38 is interposed between the head 35 of the mounting shaft 17 and the locking member 16, and the locking member 16 is urged toward the base member 13.
[0022]
The cap member 18 is formed so as to cover the attachment portion of the hook member 15, the large diameter portion of the main body 24 of the support member 14, and the flange portion 30.
The cap member 18 is provided with an engaging portion 39 (engaging claw) that engages with the flange portion 30 of the support member 14 to prevent the cap member 18 from coming off from the support member 14. At the same time, the cap member 18 is rotatable relative to the support member 14 around the rotation axis X.
In addition, a notch groove 40 is formed in the cap member 18, and as shown in FIG. 3A, the hook member 15 rotates from the support member 14 when the hanging device 1 is attached to the wall 9. When the hanging device 1 is attached to the ceiling 10 as shown in FIG. 3B, the hook member 15 is supported by the supporting member. The posture can be freely changed from 14 to a direction along the rotation axis X and downward (a ceiling mounting posture).
[0023]
In the case of attaching the suspender 3 to the rail 2 attached to the wall 9 in the suspending device 1 having the above-described configuration, first, as shown by a virtual line in FIG. The support member 14 is rotated and positioned so that the hook member 15 fits within the width of the protrusion 22 (so that the locking member 16 extends along the protrusion 22 of the base member 13), and the hook member 15 is moved in the rotation axis X direction. 6A and 4A. In this state, the locking member 16 and the protruding portion 22 of the base member 13 are moved to a wall mounting posture in which the locking member 16 and the base member 13 are tilted toward the rear side B from this state. The rail 2 is inserted into the rail groove 7 through the opening 8, and the contact surface 21 of the base member 13 contacts the outer surface of the support wall 6.
[0024]
In this state, the hook member 15 is in a state along the longitudinal direction of the rail 2. Next, when the hook member 15 is swung downward (in the direction indicated by the arrow D in FIG. 6A) by approximately 90 °, The locking member 16 rotates together with the support member 14 in the direction indicated by the arrow C in FIG. 4, and as shown in solid lines in FIGS. 1 and 4 and FIG. 6B, the support wall 6 of the rail 2 The hanging member 3 is fixed to the rail 2 by being sandwiched between the base member 13 and the locking member 16.
In addition, when the hanging member 3 is attached to the rail 2 attached to the ceiling 10, as shown by the solid line in FIG. 7B), as shown in FIG. 7B, the hook member 15 is raised by rotating the hook member 15 by about 90 ° about the pivot 32, and protrudes from the support member 14 in the direction along the rotation axis X direction. (The ceiling mounting attitude).
[0025]
Next, as shown in FIG. 7B, when the cap member 18 is rotated by 180 ° about the rotation axis X, the hook member 15 can be tilted to the front side A. (The hook member 15 is rotated about 90 ° about the pivot 32 toward the front side A).
Next, as shown in FIG. 8A, the locking member 16 and the protrusion 22 of the base member 13 are moved from the opening 8 of the rail 2 to the rail in a state where the locking member 16 is along the protrusion 22 of the base member 13. While being inserted into the groove 7, the contact surface 21 of the base member 13 contacts the outer surface of the support wall 6.
[0026]
Next, the hook member 15 is rotated by about 90 ° around the rotation axis X from the above state.
Then, the hanging member 3 is brought into a state shown in FIG. 8 (b). Further, when the hook member 15 is rotated downward by about 90 ° about the pivot 32 from this state, as shown in FIG. The member 15 is in the ceiling mounting posture.
Further, in this state, the notch groove 40 of the cap member 18 is located on the front side, and the appearance is poor. Therefore, the cap member 18 is rotated by about 180 ° around the rotation axis X and returned to the original state, and FIG. State.
[0027]
When the hanging member 3 is attached to the rail 2 attached to the ceiling 10, the hook member 15 is in the ceiling mounting posture, and the locking member 16 of the hanging member 3 and the protrusion 22 of the base member 13 are provided. Is inserted into the rail groove 7 from the opening 8 of the rail 2 and then the hook member 15 is rotated by about 90 ° around the rotation axis X. However, in this case, the rail 2 is attached to the ceiling 10. In many cases, the rail 2 is attached to the wall 9 and the operation of pinching and rotating the hook member 15 with the finger at the wall 9 is difficult, and the rail 2 is rotated by rotating the locking member 16. Since the rotation operation of the hook member 15 when the second support wall 6 is sandwiched between the locking member 16 and the base member 13 is relatively hard, it is difficult to mount the hanging member 3 by this mounting method.
[0028]
Therefore, as described above, as shown in FIG. 8A, the tip of the hook member 15 is pinched with a finger while the hook member 15 is tilted to the front side A and along the longitudinal direction of the rail 2 ( Or, by attaching the hanging member 3 to the rail 2 by an operation of rotating it toward the front, the attaching operation of the hanging member 3 can be easily attached (attaching the hanging member 3 with relatively light force). Can be done).
Note that the cap member 18 can also be attached to the support member 14 after attaching the hanging member 3 to the rail 2. In this case, the cap member 18 does not need to have a structure rotatable with respect to the support member 14.
[0029]
Further, in the hanging device 3 having the above-described configuration, the position restricting means for positioning the hook member 15 at each position of the ceiling mounting position, the wall mounting position, and the position where the hook member 15 is tilted to the front side A. , And the position where the locking member 16 is along the protruding portion 22 of the base member 13 (the position indicated by the phantom line in FIG. 4), and the position where the locking member 16 is rotated by about 90 ° around the rotation axis X (FIG. 4). (Position indicated by a solid line in FIG. 3).
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, with respect to the rail provided on the ceiling in a state where the opening of the rail groove faces downward, the hook member of the hanging member is tilted to the front side and the hook member is in the longitudinal direction of the rail. In this state, the hanging member of the hanging member is inserted into the rail groove from the opening, and the base member of the hanging member is brought into contact with the support wall of the rail. Thereafter, the tip side of the hook member is pinched by a finger (or By hanging and rotating, the support member of the rail is sandwiched between the locking member and the base member so that the hanging member can be attached to the rail, so that the hanging member can be easily attached to the rail attached to the ceiling. Can be attached to
[0031]
In addition, in particular, a cap member is provided for covering a mounting portion of the hook member to the support member, and a notch groove for allowing the hook member to change the posture from the ceiling mounting posture to the wall mounting posture is provided in the cap member. In the formed one, by attaching the cap member to the support member so as to be rotatable around the rotation axis, the notch groove allows the hook member to be turned down from the ceiling mounting posture to the front side. .
