Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shower water supply device which can be used by changing a position of a shower head such as a height of a shower head by pulling out a shower hose arranged on a lower side of the base to an upper side of the base.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Equipped with a shower head on the vanity table, kitchen sink, etc., and because of its height change, the user needs to hold the shower head in operation, etc. Also, a shower water supply device having a structure in which a shower hose connected to a shower head can be pulled out to the upper side of a base has been widely used.
[0003]
However, hot and cold water that jumped during operations such as hair washing passed down the shower hose through the penetrating portion of the base, dripped from near the bottom of the shower hose, and the inside of the lower cabinet, internal storage, floor, etc. There was a wetting problem.
[0004]
In order to solve this problem, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, a lower part of a base a is partitioned by a partition plate b in a vanity stand, and a lower part of a shower hose c connected to a shower head e is provided in the inner part. It has been proposed to arrange a water receiving tray d for storing water dripped from the water.
(See, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2002-223970 (Claim 1, FIG. 1)
[0006]
However, when the shower head e is pulled out to the upper part of the base a for operation by hand, the shower hose c is dripped from the vicinity of the lowermost point of the shower hose c which is raised high below the base a with a large head. Water droplets jump from the water receiving tray c to wet the floor of the lower cabinet, and are partitioned by the partition b, so that the storage space formed in the lower cabinet is narrowly limited, and furthermore, the inspection formed on the partition b is performed. A complicated operation of opening and closing the mouth each time to check and discharge the amount of water accumulated in the water receiving tray d was required.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been devised in view of the above problems, and has as its object to provide a shower water supply device in which water transmitted through a shower hose does not wet the inside of the lower cabinet, the internal storage, the floor surface, and the like. .
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is directed to a shower water supply device which can be used by changing a position of a shower head or the like by pulling out a shower hose arranged on a lower side of the base to an upper side of the base. The water receiving means is movably attached to a shower hose on the lower side of the base, and the water receiving means receives water transmitted through the shower hose to prevent the water from being scattered. The receiving means includes a support portion for mounting to a shower hose, a water receiving portion, and a weight provided at a lower portion. Further, in claim 3, the water receiving portion includes a water receiver and a water receiver. It is composed of a funnel-shaped guide part that is expanded upward to guide water.
[0009]
According to a fourth aspect, the water receiver is formed so as to be detachable, and in the fifth aspect, the support portion has a groove-shaped sliding portion protruding in an arc shape along the longitudinal direction of the shower hose. Wherein the supporting portion has a roller having a groove on a peripheral surface thereof to be fitted to an upper surface of the shower hose.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is a partially cutaway perspective view of a shower water supply apparatus 1 of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a partially cutaway perspective view of a main part thereof, and FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view of a main part thereof.
[0011]
In FIG. 1, a shower water supply device 1 of the present invention includes a shower head 4, a shower hose 2 connected to the shower head 4, and a water receiving means 5 for receiving water transmitted through the shower hose 2.
[0012]
In the present embodiment, the shower head 4 is mounted on the base 3 composed of a counter 3a of a vanity table 23 provided with a bowl 22 on an upper part of a box-shaped cabinet body 21 provided with an opening / closing door (not shown). It is removably fitted and supported by an annular holder 25 fitted in the back portion 3a. The shower head 4 removed from the holder 25 is used by a user at an arbitrary position including the height, such as being supported by a holder (not shown) on a front wall surface, in addition to being operated by being gripped by a user. . In addition, the shower head 4 of the present invention is capable of dispersing and discharging high-pressure water from a large number of small holes, so-called shower water, and a switching mechanism (not shown) provided at the end of the shower head 4. It is also possible to provide a function that can be changed to various water supply modes, including a case where water is supplied by the water supply.
[0013]
Further, the vanity stand 23 is provided with a faucet 28 beside the shower head 4, and in this example, a water supply pipe 26 connected to a water supply via an indoor piping section, and a hot water supply such as gas or electricity installed outdoors. As the faucet 28, a mixing faucet 28a which is connected to a hot water supply pipe 27 to which high-temperature water is supplied from a boiler and obtains a supply of appropriate temperature water by opening and closing and adjusting the mixing of the two is adopted. In addition, a water supply pipe 26 connected to a water supply water supply, a water supply pipe 28 individually connected to a water supply pipe 27 connected to a hot water supply boiler, and a water faucet that only performs opening and closing by receiving a supply of appropriate temperature water adjusted on the upstream side. 28 etc. can also be provided.
[0014]
Further, the bottom of the bowl 22 has a bottom plate of the cabinet main body 21 and a drain hole (not shown) to which a drain pipe penetrating through the floor of the living room and reaching a sewer pipe or the like is connected. The space in 21 is configured as a storage unit provided with shelves, drawers, and the like.
[0015]
The shower hose 2 is formed of a bendable material such as a stainless steel bellows hose or a resin hose. One end of the shower hose 2 is connected to the mixing faucet 28a for supplying hot water from the mixing faucet 28a toward the shower head 4. The other end connected from below to the lower end and inserted through the annular holder 25 from below is connected to the tail of the shower head 4, and the U-shaped between the mixing faucet 28a and the shower head 4 below the counter 3a. Placed in
[0016]
The shower hose 2 pulled by the shower head 4 operated by changing its position above the counter 3a is pulled out above the counter 3a by sliding up and down inside the annular holder 25, and is drawn out above the counter 3a. 4 can be freely moved. Further, in conjunction with the draw-out of the shower hose 2 to the upper side of the counter 3a, the length of the lower part of the shower hose 2 on the lower side of the counter 3a increases or decreases, thereby, as shown in FIG. It moves up and down between the faucet 28 and the holder 25 while forming a shape.
[0017]
In addition, in order to guide the slide of the shower hose 2 and to smoothly move the counter 3a between up and down, in this example, the counter 3a is continuously and communicated with the lower part of the holder 25, and is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the shower hose 2. A vertical cylindrical guide 35 having an inner diameter is provided.
[0018]
The water receiving means 5 includes a support portion 6 for mounting on the shower hose 2, a water receiving portion 7, and a weight 8 provided at a lower portion. As shown in FIG. It comprises a container-shaped water receiver 9 and a funnel-shaped guide part 10 which expands upward to guide water to the water receiver 9.
[0019]
The guide portion 10 includes a trumpet-shaped container 48 and a center tube 38 that is suspended from the center hole 37 and is formed in a funnel shape. Since the trumpet-shaped container 48 of the guide portion 10 expands upward, it can receive water dripping from the vicinity of the lowermost portion of the shower hose 2 over a wide range. Since the water dripping on the inclined inner peripheral surface jumps toward the center, it does not jump out of the water receiving portion 7 and does not wet the storage portion, the stored items, and the like.
[0020]
Further, in this example, since the arc-shaped concave portions 36 are provided at the upper edge of the trumpet-shaped container 48 and at both ends along the longitudinal direction of the shower hose 2, the guide portion 10 and the shower hose 2 come into contact with each other. And smooth movement of the water receiving means 5 is enabled.
[0021]
The dripping water received by the guide section 10 falls down the center pipe 38 from the central hole 37 and accumulates in the cylindrical water receiver 9. The water receiver 9 is formed by screwing a female screw 31 formed on an upper inner periphery thereof into a male screw portion 32a on an outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical body 32 formed below a lower portion of a flared container 48 of the guide portion 10. Since it is formed so as to be removable, accumulated water can be easily discharged.
[0022]
In addition, the water receiver 9 is preferably formed of a transparent or translucent plastic in order to visually determine the amount of water from the outside. To form a slit window.
[0023]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the support portion 6 connects the support body 33 placed and supported on the shower hose 2 to the left and right sides of the support body 33 and the water receiving portion 7 in this example. And a pair of left and right support arms 34.
[0024]
The support main body 33 has a groove-like shape which opens downward along the longitudinal direction of the shower hose 2 and further has a sliding portion 11 projecting downward along the longitudinal direction in an arc shape. The water receiving means 5 is movably mounted on the shower hose 2 by being fitted in a saddle shape above the U-shaped shower hose 2 on the lower side of 3a, and the weight of the water receiving means 5 and the Due to the weight of water in the water receiver 9 and the like, the shower hose 2 moves toward the lowermost point of the U-shaped shower hose 2.
[0025]
Further, since the sliding portion 11 has a groove shape that opens downward along the longitudinal direction of the shower hose 2 and protrudes downward along the longitudinal direction in an arc shape, as shown in FIG. At the point P on the curved surface protruding in an arcuate shape substantially at the center of the bellows-shaped shower hose 2 having a large number of ring grooves on the outer peripheral surface. Also, the catching of the water receiving means 5 to the lowermost point of the shower hose 2 can be smoothly performed without causing any catch. Further, in order to reduce the friction with the shower hose 2 and make the movement to the lowermost point smoother, the surface of the sliding portion 11 is preferably covered with a smooth surface layer such as a silicone resin or a fluororesin. .
[0026]
The weight 8 is provided below the water receiving means 5, and in this example, as shown in FIG. 2, the weight 8 is formed by a metal hemisphere 8a attached to the lower part of the water receiver 9, When there is no or little water accumulation in the water, the shortage of the weight of the water receiving means 5 is compensated for, the movement of the shower hose 2 to the lowest point is ensured, and the sudden movement of the water receiving means 5 as the shower hose 2 moves in and out. The movement of the water receiving means 5 due to the excessive movement is suppressed to prevent the water accumulated in the water receiving portion 7 from spilling.
[0027]
The shower water supply device 1 of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, is linked to the movement of the shower hose 2 which is pulled out to the upper side of the counter 3a or pulled back down in accordance with the operation of the shower head 4, and The water receiving part 7 of the water receiving means 5 supported by the part 6 and moved to the lowest point of the shower hose 2 arranged in the U-shape travels down the shower hose 2 and drops water from near the lowest point. Because it is received securely, the inside of the lower cabinet, the internal storage, the floor surface, etc. do not get wet.
[0028]
FIG. 4 exemplifies a different embodiment of the water receiving means 5, and the water receiving means 5 of this example includes a support portion 6 having a roller 13 and a water receiving portion 7.
[0029]
The roller 13 includes a roll body 43 that is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the shower hose 2 and has a horizontal central axis, and disk-shaped flanges 40 provided on both sides thereof and concentric with the central axis. The annular groove 12 is formed on the peripheral surface by the outer peripheral surface of the main body 43 and the inner side surface of the flange 40. Since the distance D1 between the two flanges 40 is slightly larger than the outer diameter D2 of the shower hose 2, the groove 12 is fitted to the upper surface of the shower hose 2, so that the outer peripheral surface of the roll body 43 is formed. Is placed on the shower hose 2, and the inner surfaces of the flanges 40, 40 abut against the shower hose 2 to prevent separation from the shower hose 2, so that the roller 13 does not fall on the shower hose 2. It can roll smoothly.
[0030]
In addition, since the arm 39 rising from the water receiving portion 7 is pivotally supported by the roller 13 on the center axis of the roller 13, the roller 13 rolls on the shower hose 2 in conjunction with the movement of the shower hose 2. By quickly and accurately moving to the lowermost point of the U-shaped shower hose 2, the water receiving section 7 maintains the lower position of the lowermost point, and ensures that dripping water from near the lowermost point is kept. I can receive it.
[0031]
Further, the water receiving section 7 of the present example includes a guide section 10 and a water receiving section 9. The guide section 10 is provided in a pair along the longitudinal direction of the shower hose 2, and connects the inclined walls 45, 45 before and after which both are inclined outward and obliquely upward, between the inclined walls 45, 45, and It is composed of left and right side walls 46, 46 longer in the width direction than the wall 45 and a bottom plate 47, and has a funnel-like shape whose upper part is expanded by the inclined walls 45, 45, and is long along the longitudinal direction of the shower hose 2, and Since it is formed in the shape of a rectangular box with an open top, it is possible to reliably receive water dripping from a certain range before and after the lowermost point of the shower hose 2, and the water dripping on the inclined wall 45 is directed inward. Since it jumps toward, it does not jump out of the water receiving portion 7.
[0032]
Further, the water receiver 9 is formed in the shape of a rectangular box that is long in the longitudinal direction below the bottom plate 47 of the guide portion 10, and the dripping water received by the guide portion 10 passes through a water drop hole 44 at the center of the bottom plate 47. It falls and accumulates in the water receiver 9. In this example, since the guide portion 10 and the water receiver 9 are integrally formed of transparent plastic, and the scale 41 is formed on the side surface of the water receiver 9, the amount of water accumulated in the water receiver 9 can be accurately and easily measured. The collected water can be easily discharged by the cock 42 at the lower part. A plate-shaped weight 8 is provided on the bottom surface of the water receiver 9.
[0033]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the water receiving means 5 of the present embodiment is configured such that a water receiving portion 7 including a rectangular long box-shaped guide portion 10 and a water Since the shower hose 2 is attached to the hose 2, the space below the base 3 can be effectively used as a storage unit or the like without greatly jumping out of the width of the shower hose 2.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention relates to a shower water supply device which can be used by changing a position thereof such as a height of a shower head by pulling out a shower hose arranged on a lower side of the base to an upper side of the base. Basically, the water receiving means is movably attached to the shower hose on the lower side, and the water receiving means receives the water passing through the shower hose to prevent water scattering, and the inside of the lower cabinet, internal storage, floor surface Etc. do not wet.
