TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a welding resin pin, a member connecting portion using the welding resin pin, and a method for disassembling the member connecting portion using the welding resin pin.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the blower has a resin fan case 3 connected to a base of a resin motor case 1 containing a motor (not shown) with screws 2. Although not shown, a fan is rotatably arranged, and the fan is rotatably driven by a motor to blow air from the discharge port 4.
[0003]
In this case, the fan case 3 is divided into two half case portions 3A and 3B, and after housing a fan (not shown) and connecting to a motor (not shown), the half case portions 3A and 3B They are connected by a member connecting portion 5.
[0004]

[0006]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-12392 A (FIG. 1)
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the connecting portion 5 as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6A and 6B has the following problems.
[0008]
The connecting part 5 shown in FIG. 5 has a problem that the number of parts is large, connection is troublesome, and the cost is high.
[0009]
The connecting portion 5 shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B has a problem that it is difficult to disassemble when disassembling later.
[0010]
An object of the present invention is to provide a welding resin pin which can be formed at low cost with a small number of components, and a member connecting portion formed by the welding resin pin.
[0011]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of disassembling a member connecting portion by a welding resin pin which is easily disassembled.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is directed to a welding resin pin having a pin connected to a head.
[0013]
The resin pin for welding according to the present invention is characterized in that the head is provided with a rotation engaging groove which is opened on the head surface.
[0014]
According to such a welding resin pin, the number of components is small and members can be connected at low cost. In particular, if the head is provided with a rotation engagement groove that is opened in the head surface, when it is necessary to disassemble after the member connecting portion is formed, the tip of the welding resin pin is required. In a state in which the welding enlarged diameter side is not rotated, the tip of the rotating means is engaged with the engagement groove for rotation, and the head is forcibly rotated to break the head from the pin portion. Can be easily disassembled.
[0015]
In addition, the present invention also provides a welding resin pin in which a plurality of members are overlapped with a connecting hole aligned, and a pin portion is connected to a head portion, a welding resin pin is passed through the connecting hole, and a tip end portion of the pin portion passing through the connecting hole. Is a member connecting portion by a welding resin pin which is a welding enlarged diameter portion.
[0016]
In the member connecting portion of the welding resin pin according to the present invention, the head portion of the welding resin pin is provided with a rotation engaging groove which is opened on the head surface.
[0017]
According to such a member connecting portion using the welding resin pin, since the members are connected only by the welding resin pin, the number of components is small, and the member connecting portion can be formed at low cost. In particular, since the welding resin pin is provided with a rotation engaging groove at the head thereof, which is opened on the head surface, when it is necessary to disassemble the member connecting portion, the welding resin pin is provided. In a state where the welded enlarged diameter portion side of the tip is not rotated, the tip of the rotating means is engaged with the rotation engagement groove to forcibly rotate the head and break the head from the pin portion. Can be easily disassembled.
[0018]
In this case, if the welding enlarged diameter portion of the welding resin pin is provided with a rotation preventing portion, the welding enlarged diameter portion at the tip of the welding resin pin can be easily prevented from rotating.
[0019]
Also, if the rotation preventing portion of the weld enlarged diameter portion is formed by engaging the weld enlarged diameter portion with the concave portion or the convex portion provided on the member, the rotation stop portion is formed together when forming the weld enlarged diameter portion. A part can be formed.
[0020]
Next, in the method of disassembling the member connecting portion by the welding resin pin according to the present invention, a plurality of members are overlapped while aligning the connecting holes, and the welding resin pin having the pin portion connected to the head is connected to the connecting hole. The distal end of the pin portion which is passed through and passes through the connection hole is a welding enlarged diameter portion, and the head portion of the welding resin pin is provided with a rotation engagement groove which is opened on the head surface. When disassembling the member connecting portion by the welding resin pin, in a state where the welding enlarged-diameter portion side is prevented from rotating, the tip of the rotating means is engaged with the rotating engagement groove to forcibly rotate the head. The head is broken from the pin portion.
[0021]
According to such a disassembling method of the member connecting portion by the welding resin pin, the head of the welding resin pin is merely forcibly rotated by engaging the tip of the rotating means with the rotation engagement groove of the head. Can be easily disassembled.
[0022]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
1 and 2 show an example of an embodiment of a welding resin pin according to the present invention, a member connecting portion using the welding resin pin, and a method of disassembling the member connecting portion using the welding resin pin. FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of a welding resin pin of the present embodiment and a member connecting portion of the welding resin pin, and FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of a disassembling method of the member connecting portion of the welding resin pin of the present embodiment. Parts corresponding to those in FIGS. 3 to 6 are denoted by the same reference numerals.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 1, the welding resin pin 11 used in this example has a head portion 11a connected to a pin portion 11b, and the head portion 11a is provided with a rotation engaging groove 12 which is opened on the head surface. It has a structure. Such a welding resin pin 11 is formed of, for example, a thermoplastic resin such as polyamide. The rotation engaging groove 12 of the present embodiment is formed by providing a tapered square hole such as a triangle, a square, or a hexagon in the central axis direction of the head 11a.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the member connecting portion 5 formed by the welding resin pins 11 of the present embodiment has a plurality of flanges 3 </ b> Af and 3 </ b> Bf, which are overlapped with the connecting holes 6 a and 6 b. In the disassembling method of the member connecting portion 5 by the welding resin pin 11 of the present embodiment, the rotation engagement groove 12 formed of a tapered square hole such as a triangle, a square, or a hexagon in the head 11a of the welding resin pin 11 is provided. The tip of a triangular, quadrangular or hexagonal shape of the rotating means 15 is fitted, and the head 11a is forcibly rotated by the rotation of a rotating unit such as a motor (not shown) of the rotating means 15 to rotate the head 11a. It breaks from the pin part 11b. Thereafter, the pin portion 11b is pulled out from the weld enlarged-diameter portion 11c side, and the flanges 3Af and 3Bf as a plurality of members are disassembled.
[0027]
According to the welding resin pin 11 having the above-described structure, the number of components is small, and the members can be connected at low cost. In particular, if the rotation engaging groove 12 is provided in the head 11a of the welding resin pin 11 so as to be opened on the head surface, it is necessary to disassemble after the member connecting portion 5 is formed. The head 11a is forcibly engaged with the rotation engaging groove 12 by engaging the front end of the rotating means 15 with the front end of the welding resin pin 11 not rotating on the side of the welding enlarged diameter portion 11c. By rotating and breaking the head 11a from the pin 11b, the head 11a can be easily disassembled.
[0028]
Further, according to the member connecting portion using the welding resin pin as described above, since the members are connected only by the welding resin pin 11, the number of components is small, and the member connecting portion 5 can be formed at low cost. it can. In particular, since the resin pin 11 for welding is provided with a rotation engaging groove 12 in the head 11a so as to be opened on the head face, when the member connecting portion 5 needs to be disassembled, the welding is performed. In a state where the welding enlarged diameter portion 11c at the tip of the resin pin 11 is not rotated, the tip of the rotating means 15 is engaged with the rotating engagement groove 12 to forcibly rotate the head 11a. The head 11a can be easily disassembled by breaking it from the pin 11b.
[0029]
In this case, if the welding enlarged diameter portion 11c of the welding resin pin 11 is provided with the rotation preventing portion 14, the tip of the welding resin pin 11 is not easily rotated on the welding enlarged diameter portion 11c side. Can be.
[0030]
In addition, if the rotation preventing portion 14 of the weld enlarged-diameter portion 11c is engaged with the weld enlarged-diameter portion 11c in the concave portion 13 provided on the member, the rotation-stop portion 14 is formed together with the weld enlarged-diameter portion 11c. A detent part 14 can be formed.
[0031]
Next, according to the disassembling method of the member connecting portion by the welding resin pin according to the present invention, the tip of the rotating means 15 is engaged with the rotation engaging groove 12 provided in the head 11a of the welding resin pin 11. It can be easily disassembled simply by forcibly rotating the head 11a.
[0032]
In the above example, the rotation preventing portion 14 is formed by engaging the weld enlarged-diameter portion 11c with the concave portion 13 provided on the member. However, the member is provided with a convex portion, and the weld enlarged-diameter portion 11c is formed on the convex portion. It can also be formed by engagement.
[0033]
The members to be connected are not limited to the flanges 3Af and 3Bf as described above, but may be members such as plates.
[0034]
The number of members to be connected is not limited to two, and may be three or more.
[0035]
Further, the rotation engaging groove 12 may be formed by providing a concave portion on the outer periphery of the weld enlarged diameter portion 11c.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION The resin pin for welding of this invention has few components and can connect members at low cost. In particular, since the welding resin pin of the present invention is provided with a rotation engaging groove at the head thereof, which is opened on the head surface, it is necessary to disassemble after the member connecting portion is formed. The head is forcibly rotated by engaging the tip of the rotating means with the engagement groove for rotation in a state in which the welding enlarged diameter portion side of the tip of the welding resin pin is not rotated. The part can be easily disassembled by breaking it from the pin part.
[0037]
Next, in the member connecting portion using the welding resin pin according to the present invention, since the members are connected only by the welding resin pin, the member connecting portion can be formed at low cost with few parts.
[0038]
In this case, if the welding enlarged diameter portion of the welding resin pin is provided with a rotation preventing portion, the welding enlarged diameter portion at the tip of the welding resin pin can be easily prevented from rotating.
[0039]
Also, if the rotation preventing portion of the weld enlarged diameter portion is formed by engaging the weld enlarged diameter portion with the concave portion or the convex portion provided on the member, the rotation stop portion is formed together when forming the weld enlarged diameter portion. A part can be formed.
[0040]
Next, in the disassembling method of the member connecting portion by the welding resin pin according to the present invention, the head of the welding resin pin is forcibly rotated by engaging the tip of the rotating means with the rotating engagement groove of the head. Can be easily disassembled.
