Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suturing device facilitating putting a suture through the bone by improving a conventional steel wire for perforating the bone for suturing the bone again after osteotomy or suturing of crushed hard tissue in an orthopedic surgery.
SOLUTION: In order to suture the bone again after osteotomy for developing an artificial joint or to suture bones with respect to the crack of a femur in the work of the artificial joint and breaking of the bone made by an external injury, a bone perforation part at the tip of the steel wire is threaded. A peripheral part other than the threaded part is stepped and thinned. A thinned terminal end is perforated for putting the steel wire or a thread for bone suture. By thinning the peripheral part, conventional operation for pulling out the steel wire mechanically from an opposite side is not required, and can manually be carried out. A bone suture needle for performing this bone suture easily and speedily is developed. By this medical device, it is facilitated and accelerated to suture the bone again after osteotomy in the orthopedic surgery and to suture the broken bone.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a suturing device that enables a suture to be easily passed through by improving a conventional steel wire for bone drilling in orthopedic surgery by reattaching after bone cutting or suturing crushed hard tissue. It is about.
[0002]
[Prior art]
After bone cutting for deployment of artificial joints, cracking of femur during artificial joint setting work, or fracture due to trauma, until now, holes were made in bone with steel wire needle in advance for bone suture, Normally, a suture is passed through the hole and sutured, and the procedure is extremely complicated.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In consideration of the above problems, the distal end of the steel wire needle is threaded for suturing these bones, and the periphery below the threaded portion is thinned. Then, a hole for passing a steel wire or thread for bone suture is formed at the thinned end, and the suture thread is passed through the hole. In other words, by making the periphery thinner, the operation for mechanically pulling out the steel wire needle from the opposite side of the conventional body is unnecessary, and it becomes possible manually. The main purpose is to develop a bone suture needle for easily and quickly performing this bone suture.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Under such circumstances, the present inventors have conducted intensive studies and as a result, the present invention will be described in detail below. As shown in FIG. 1, the tip of a conventional steel wire is threaded, and its length and thickness are variously manufactured according to its use. First, a bone suture needle is perforated with a power drill or the like in a bone to be sutured. When the threaded portion at the tip passes through the bone, the distal portion is stepwise or smoothly thinned, so that the bone suture needle can be manually extracted from the bone. A hole for passing a thread is formed at the end of the bone suture needle, a thread or a steel wire for fastening is passed through the hole, and the bone suture needle of the present invention can be pulled out to easily and suture the bone very easily. .
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
【Example】
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
Surgical method: As shown in Fig. 1, the tip of a conventional steel wire for bone drilling is threaded, and its length and thickness are variously varied depending on the application, with steps to reduce the diameter, or various types of bones that are smoothly thinned. It is a suture needle. A hole for passing a suture or a steel wire for suturing is formed in the distal end portion. In practice, a bone suture needle is perforated with a power drill or the like for a bone to be sutured as shown in FIG. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, when the threaded portion at the tip passes through the bone, the distal portion is stepwise or smoothly thinned, so that the bone suture needle of the present invention is manually extracted from the bone to be sutured. It can be sutured with the connected bone suture.
[0006]
【The invention's effect】
The bone suturing needle of the present invention facilitates bone fastening and contributes to shortening of operation time.
[Brief description of the drawings]
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 shows a threaded steel wire for drilling a bone, with a step or with a smoothly thinned end, and a threaded hole at the end for fastening and suturing the bone.
FIG. 2 shows a bone suture needle perforated with a power drill or the like for a bone to be sutured.
FIG. 3 When the threaded portion at the tip passes through the bone, the distal portion is stepwise or smoothly thinned. Therefore, the bone suture needle is manually extracted from the bone to be sutured and connected, and the bone suture thread is connected. Sewn together.
