従来、クロス形装身具は、流行や世代をこえて幅広く使用されている。しかし従来のクロス形装身具の場合は、通常、使用者がＴＰＯに合わせてクロス形状を簡単、迅速に変更することができなかった。
而して従来、形状の変化できる装身具としては、例えば本出願人の提案に係る特許文献１記載のものがある。この従来品は、複数の単位体で形成した装飾部と、この装飾部の止め具とからなり、上記の単位体同士を互いに回動自在に連結しているものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし特許文献１記載の従来品は、上記の通り、単位体同士を互いに回動自在に連結しているものであり、変形する装身具ではあっても、クロス形装身具とは別物であった。換言すると、この従来品は変形できるものの、クロス形状と、それ以外の形状に、簡単、迅速に単位体を形作ることができなかった。

本発明は、このような従来の実情に鑑み、提案されたものである。
従って本発明の技術的課題は、使用者がＴＰＯに合わせてクロス形状にも、それ以外の形状にも、簡単、迅速に変形できる、使い勝手の良い、ファッション性の高いクロス形装身具を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記の課題を解決するために、次のような技術的手段を採る。
即ち、本発明は、図１等に示されるように、十字に交差する装飾片３，４を備えるクロス形装身具であって、交差部から延びる上下又は左右の一対の装飾片３又は４が交差部を中心に同一垂直面上で所定角度回動可能に形成され、上下及び左右に延びる各装飾片３，４の外側の端部に、止め具２の取付手段６が形成されていることを特徴とする（請求項１）。

Claims
