TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a pressure syringe and a pressure syringe catheter for injecting and injecting a drug solution, and more particularly to a pressure syringe and a pressure syringe catheter that can efficiently inject a drug solution into a blood vessel wall or a tissue having a lateral spread.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional syringe with a needle is a pressure syringe that is injected by injecting a drug solution recently, because it is painful at the time of injection because it is inserted subcutaneously and because injection marks remain or injection mistakes occur. That is, needleless syringes are often used (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
Conventionally, in such a needleless syringe, a piston 68 in a nozzle 62 is moved at high speed by using a compression spring (not shown) provided in a compression section 67 as shown in FIG. The method of jet-injecting is often used. That is, a front cylinder 64 equipped with a nozzle 62 having an injection hole 62a at the distal end, and a rear cylinder 65 internally provided with a latch mechanism 72 for latching and releasing the piston rod 63 are screwed 69 The piston rod 63 is arranged on the central axis of the cylindrical body 66 screwed in the above. A barbed piston 68 is connected to the distal end of the piston rod 63, a compression spring is wound around the center of the piston rod 63, and the piston rod 63 is moved rearward to apply a biasing force toward the distal end. A compression section 67 is provided.
[0004]
When the needleless syringe 61 is applied to a drug solution vial (not shown) and the drug solution is inhaled, the tip of the nozzle is touched to the injection site and the latch release button 72a is pressed, the latch ball 71 jumps out of the recess 70 and the piston rod 63 is released from the latch mechanism 72, and the piston 68 is advanced at a high speed by the urging force of the compression section 67 toward the distal end, so that the drug solution is injected into the injection site. In such a needleless syringe, the medicinal solution is injected in a spray state from the injection hole 62a toward the front thereof, and therefore, the absorption efficiency of the medicinal solution to the injection site located forward from the injection hole 62a is the same as the conventional needle-equipped needle. Although it is better than a syringe, the reach of the medicinal solution injected from the syringe is generally limited to the subcutaneous fat layer. Therefore, when a deep tissue, a blood vessel wall, a body cavity wall, or the like is used as an injection site, a conventional method of connecting a syringe with a needle or a catheter to the syringe and injecting a drug solution from the tip thereof is used.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, for the deep tissues, blood vessel walls, and body cavity walls, conventional syringes with needles and catheters combined with needles are used, but in these syringes, the drug solution is used for injection needles and catheters. Since the injection is made forward from the tip, when injecting into the injection site in the surrounding area such as a tissue or blood vessel wall or body cavity wall that spreads in the lateral direction, the drug solution is not injected from the direction toward the injection site, that is, from the front direction, For example, when injecting into the blood vessel 7 from the catheter 6, as shown in FIG. 8, since the injection is performed at an angle with respect to the injection site 8, the amount of the injected drug solution 9 that reaches the injection site is small, There is a problem that injection efficiency is low.
An object of the present invention is to provide a pressure syringe and a catheter for a pressure syringe that can efficiently inject a drug solution into a tissue wall, a blood vessel wall, a body cavity wall, or the like in a sprayed state.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the pressure syringe of the present invention applies pressure to a drug solution sucked into a nozzle, and injects the drug solution at a high speed from an injection needle attached to the nozzle, wherein the injection needle is The tip is closed, and one or more injection holes for injecting the liquid medicine from the side are formed.
In addition, the catheter for a pressure syringe of the present invention is exchangeably attached to a nozzle of a pressure syringe having a means for applying pressure to a drug solution sucked into a nozzle and ejecting the drug solution from an injection hole of the nozzle at a high speed. The nozzle is closed at one end, and one or more injection holes for injecting a chemical solution from the side are formed. A screw screwed to a screw portion of the nozzle is provided on an inner peripheral surface of the nozzle. Is fixedly attached.
The pressure syringe and the catheter for a pressure syringe of the present invention are configured as described above, and can efficiently inject a drug solution into an injection site such as a blood vessel wall or a body cavity wall, which has been difficult to inject until now. .
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of a pressure syringe and a catheter for a pressure syringe according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1A is a side sectional view showing a configuration of an injection needle 1 in the pressure syringe of the present invention, FIG. 1B is a side sectional view showing a configuration of a catheter 2 for a pressure syringe of the present invention, and FIG. 1) is a cross-sectional view as seen from the AA side in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b).
[0009]
The injection needle 1 in the pressure syringe of the present invention has a cylindrical cross section as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1C, and has a metal cylindrical body 11 provided with one or more injection holes 11a on a side wall. A metal closing member 12 inserted and fixed to close the distal end side of the cylindrical body 11, and a screw portion 13a for attaching the present injection needle 1 to a pressure syringe main body 3 described later. It comprises a mounting member 13 fixed to the rear end side surface of the body 11. As shown in FIG. 1 (a), the tip of the injection needle 1 is formed integrally with the cylindrical body 11 and the closing member 12 so as to have an acute angle for easy insertion into the body.
[0010]
When a drug solution is poured into the injection needle 1 at a high pressure from the direction shown by the arrow in FIG. 1A, the drug solution flows into the spray range 5 shown by the dotted line in FIG. It is sprayed and sprayed on the injection site around the injection hole 11a. The size and number of the injection holes 11a are selected according to the size of the injection needle and the pressure applied to the liquid, but as the number of injection holes 11a in the axial direction of the injection needle 1 increases, The chemical liquid can be sprayed in a dispersed manner, and the chemical liquid can be sprayed more dispersed in the side direction as the number of the injection holes 11a is increased in the circumferential direction. Further, by widening the shape of the injection hole 11a in the outward direction, the chemical liquid is sprayed at a wider angle.
[0011]
Next, as shown in FIGS. 1 (b) and 1 (c), the catheter 2 of the present invention has a cylindrical cross section and a closed end, and is made of a metal or metal having one or more injection holes 21a provided on a side wall. It comprises a resin-made cylinder 21 and an attachment member 22 fixed to the rear end side surface of the cylinder 21 for attaching the present catheter 2 to the pressure syringe body 3 described later. The distal end of the cylindrical body 21 is preferably processed into a spherical shape so that the catheter 2 can be easily inserted into an organ such as a blood vessel.
[0012]
When a chemical is poured into the catheter 2 at a high pressure from the direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. 1B, the chemical is injected from each injection hole 21a into the spray range 5 indicated by the dotted line in FIG. It is sprayed on the surrounding injection site. The size and number of the injection holes 21a are selected according to the size of the catheter 2, the pressure applied to the liquid, and the injection site. In this case, too, the number of the injection holes 21a in the axial direction of the catheter 2 is reduced. As the number of injection holes 21a increases in the circumferential direction, the more the number of the injection holes 21a increases, the more the chemical liquid can be sprayed in the lateral direction.
[0013]
FIG. 3 shows a state in which the catheter 2 is inserted into the blood vessel 7 and the liquid medicine 9 is sprayed. The chemical solution 9 is ejected in an inverted conical shape from the ejection hole 21a, and is dispersed and sprayed on a tissue constituting a desired blood vessel wall. Therefore, most of the drug solution 9 is efficiently absorbed into the desired injection site 8. .
[0014]
FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional external view showing a configuration of a pressure syringe using the injection needle 1. As shown in the figure, the pressure syringe basically has a first grip 32 in which a nozzle 31 for attaching the injection needle 1 for injecting a drug solution is screwed to the tip, and is slidably rotated with respect to the first grip 32. Thus, a second grip 33 for inhaling a predetermined amount of the drug solution into the nozzle 31 and a release button 34 for ejecting the drug solution from the injection needle 1 by pressing the second grip 33 while the second grip 33 is engaged with the second grip 33. Is provided.
[0015]
As shown in an enlarged sectional view of FIG. 5A, the nozzle 31 integrally forms a screw member 31a in which a male screw is screwed into a female screw formed on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting member 13 of the injection needle 1. And a chemical solution chamber (cylinder chamber) 35 in which the sucked chemical solution enters is formed. As shown in FIG. 5 (b), the surface of the mounting member 13 is knurled to prevent slipping. Can be easily screwed onto the screw member 31a, and can be easily removed by turning it in the opposite direction.
[0016]
A piston 36 is provided inside the chemical solution chamber 35 so as to be capable of reciprocating sliding. When sucking the chemical solution, the piston rod 37 connected to the piston 36 is pulled down, and the chemical solution is ejected. In this case, the compression spring 38 is released and the piston 36 is rapidly pushed up by the repulsive force. Except for the nozzle 31, the same chemical liquid injection as that of the ordinary needleless syringe shown in FIG. Structure is used.
[0017]
As described above, since the pressure syringe main body 3 has the long injection needle 1 having one or more injection holes 11a on the side wall on the distal end side, the injection needle 1 is inserted into the chemical vial (not shown). Then, in a state where a predetermined amount of the drug solution is sucked into the drug solution chamber 35, it can be inserted into a desired tissue and injected.
[0018]
The catheter 2 can be attached to the pressure syringe main body 3 instead of the injection needle 1 shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b). This pressure syringe can be inserted into a deeper tissue or blood vessel to inject a drug solution as compared with the case where the injection needle 1 is used.
In order to perform injection into a predetermined tissue, first, the catheter 2 fixed to the pressure syringe is inserted into a drug solution vial (not shown), and a predetermined amount of the drug solution is sucked into the drug solution chamber 35, as shown in FIG. Then, the catheter 2 is inserted into the blood vessel 7, and the release button 34 is pressed to inject the liquid medicine. Further, when inserting the catheter 2 into a treatment site requiring careful attention such as the head, it is performed using, for example, a brain navigator 4 as shown in FIG. The brain navigator 4 moves on a magnetic field generated by a magnetic field source 43, an image scanner 41 for converting a number of tomographic images of the head taken in advance by CT or MRI into image signals, a computer 42 for reading the image signals. It comprises a three-dimensional position measuring device 44 for detecting the tip and direction of the catheter 2 to be moved, and a CRT 45 for displaying the position of the catheter 2 on the head image. By using the brain navigator 4, the position of the catheter 2 is displayed on the head image of the CRT 45, so that the catheter 2 can be reliably brought closer to the injection site.
[0019]
The injection needle and catheter for a pressure syringe according to the present invention are characterized in that the distal end is closed, and one or more injection holes for injecting a medical solution from the side surface are provided on the side surface of the distal end portion. The present invention is not limited to the configuration and shape.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
The pressure syringe according to the present invention is configured as described above, so that the performance is improved in the following points.
-By providing the injection hole for the drug solution on the side of the injection needle or the catheter, the drug solution can be efficiently sprayed onto the blood vessel wall or the tissue that spreads in the lateral direction.
-Since the injection needle and the catheter can be easily exchanged, the injection can be performed hygienically by exchanging each injection.
