従来、図6に示すように、分電盤の充電部は充電部支持台21により上面からの塵埃等の侵入を防いでいた。
また、図7に示すように、充電部の正面には負荷名称表示板22を取り付けることで塵埃等の侵入を防いでいた(例えば特許文献1参照。)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来技術における充電部の保護構造では、充電部の上面または正面を覆う形で塵埃の侵入を防ぐため充電部からの放熱がうまくできず、通電時熱がこもり使用状態が悪くなるという欠点があった。また、特許文献1における充電部の保護構造では、分電盤設置後には負荷名称表示板は配線覆いに付け替えてしまうため、その場合には充電部を正面から保護できなかった。その他に、設置後の改造工事で分岐1回路のみに変更を加える場合でも、充電部を保護しているカバーを全部外さなくてはならず、他の回路の充電部も保護できない。

そこで本発明は、塵埃の侵入を防ぎつつ充電部放熱も可能とする分電盤の充電部保護構造を提供することを目的とし、その構造は、充電部は分岐回路毎に分割された充電部カバーを取り付けると共に、充電部カバーは充電部被覆部と取り付け部とを形成し、充電部被覆部は一部跳ね上げ部を形成することを特徴とする。

本発明に係る充電部保護構造は、充電部を正面から被覆する充電部カバーを用いる。充電部カバーは、充電部被覆部と取り付け部とから構成され、ブレーカの端子カバー取り付け部に差し込んで充電部を被覆する。充電部被覆部には跳ね上げ部を形成し、塵埃を跳ね返し、充電部への塵埃の侵入を防ぐ構造とする。また、跳ね上げ部によって形成される隙間から、充電部近傍の熱を外へ放出する。

分電盤にはブレーカ1等の電気機器を配置し、これら電気機器を接続する銅バー等で充電部が構成される。充電部への塵埃等異物の侵入を防ぐために正面から充電部カバー2で充電部を被覆する。

【発明の効果】
以上述べたように、本発明は、充電部は分岐回路毎に分割された充電部カバーを取り付けると共に、充電部カバーは充電部被覆部と取り付け部とを形成し、充電部被覆部は一部跳ね上げ部を形成するため、分電盤を設置した後及び改造工事時、負荷名称表示板で充電部を被覆していない時に、塵埃からの保護を可能としている。また、改造で一回路を変更したい場合には、その回路の充電部カバーを外すことができるので、他回路は塵埃の侵入や感電事故等からの保護が可能となる。
