Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ventilation fan, and more particularly to a ventilation fan with an improved opening / closing mechanism of an opening / closing plate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a shutter for preventing intrusion of outside air from a ventilation fan has been opened and closed by driving a built-in electric motor (Patent Document 1). However, the ventilation fan described in Patent Literature 1 needs an electric motor for opening and closing the shutter separately from the motor for driving the fan, so that it becomes expensive and is not suitable for general-purpose products. Some conventional ventilation fans used for air supply are provided with a manual shutter (Patent Document 2). However, the ventilation fan described in Patent Document 2 opens and closes a shutter by moving a shutter lever left and right. When the shutter is opened, there is a portion that wraps when the shutter is opened, so that the effective area of the ventilation path is reduced by the lap area of the shutter, and the air volume performance deteriorates.

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and has as its object to provide an inexpensive ventilation fan with improved air volume performance.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided an opening / closing plate which faces a fan or a motor for driving the fan and moves forward and backward in a direction perpendicular to a mounting surface to open and close a ventilation opening. In the ventilation fan, an opening / closing mechanism for moving the opening / closing plate is provided at a casing disposed so as to surround at least one of the fan and the motor, and at a periphery of the opening / closing plate. This realizes an inexpensive ventilation fan with improved air volume performance.
[0007]
In a preferred example, the opening and closing mechanism is provided with a latch and a striker that is appropriately engaged with the latch between the casing and the opening and closing plate, and is provided between the casing and the opening and closing plate so that the opening and closing plate always moves in the forward direction. It has a biasing spring. Thereby, even if the opening / closing mechanism is provided in the casing, avoiding the ventilation opening, the opening / closing of the ventilation opening can be easily performed by simply pressing the opening / closing plate.
[0008]
In another preferred example, the opening / closing mechanism includes a plurality of springs provided symmetrically with the latch. This prevents the open / close plate from wobbling.
[0009]
In another preferred example, the opening / closing mechanism is provided on one side of the casing. Thereby, in the air supply ventilation fan, when provided on the lower side of the casing, there is no air supply from the lower side, and when the air supply temperature is low such as in winter, the cold air does not directly hit the user. Cold draft can be reduced.
[0010]
In another preferred example, the opening / closing mechanism is provided on both left and right sides of a casing installed in a vertical direction. Thereby, smooth exhaust can be performed without obstructing the upward airflow caused by the room temperature difference.
[0011]
In another preferred example, the opening / closing amount of the opening / closing plate is variable. Thus, it is not necessary to add a tap or the like for changing the number of rotations of the motor, and the air volume can be changed at low cost.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of a ventilation fan according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0013]
1 and 2 are perspective views of a first embodiment of a ventilation fan according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view thereof.
[0014]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the ventilation fan 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is an exhaust ventilation fan, which is an axial fan 2, a motor 3 for driving the fan 2 to rotate, and a ventilation opening 4a. Is provided so as to surround the fan 2, an opening / closing plate 5 which advances and retreats in a direction perpendicular to the mounting surface of the casing 4 and appropriately opens and closes the ventilation opening 4 a, and an opening and closing which moves the opening and closing plate 5 forward and backward It has a mechanism 6.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 3, on the fan side of the motor 3, there is provided a rectifying guide 7 which is reduced in diameter from a base to a tip and is a solid rotating body having a substantially concave arc. Thereby, the flow of the wind is rectified to reduce the noise, and the rectifying guide 7 is formed so that the surface of the motor 3 appears without completely covering the motor 3, so that the air flow hits the motor 3. The motor 3 is effectively cooled.
[0016]
The opening / closing plate 5 is used as a panel or a shutter.
[0017]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the opening / closing mechanism 6 is provided around the casing 4 and the opening / closing plate 5 so as to avoid the ventilation opening 4a. A striker 6b which is appropriately engaged with the latch 6a and is integrally provided around the opening / closing plate 5 and an opening / closing plate 5 provided between the casing 4 and the opening / closing plate 5 are always attached to the opening side (forward direction). And a spring 6c which is externally fitted to a boss 4b projecting from the casing 4 and inserted into a joint 6f provided on the opening / closing plate 5, and two springs 6c are provided symmetrically on the latch 6a. Have been. This prevents the opening / closing plate 5 from wobbling.
[0018]
The latch 6a is slidably housed in a latch housing 6d, and is constantly urged to the open side (forward direction) by a latch spring 6e. Therefore, when the opening / closing plate 5 is pressed against the spring 6c, the latch 6a is also pressed and retracted via the striker 6b, and the engaging portion 6a1 of the latch 6a is engaged with the contact end 6d1 of the latch storage portion 6d. In contact with the striker 6b, the striker 6b is closed to hold the striker 6b. In this holding state, the striker 6b is further retracted, and the position holding portion 6a2 on the back side of the engaging portion 6a1 is held by the holding groove 6d2 of the latch storage portion 6d. Engages. Thereby, even if the pressing of the opening / closing plate 5 is stopped, the opening / closing plate 5 is kept closed.
[0019]
Further, when the open / close plate 5 in the closed state is further pressed and retreated, the engagement between the position holding portion 6a2 and the holding groove 6d2 is released. When the pressing of the opening / closing plate 5 is stopped in this detached state, the latch 6a urged in the forward direction by the latch spring 6e moves forward, and at the same time, the opening / closing plate constantly urged in the forward direction by the spring 6c. 5 is also moving forward. As a result, the engaging portion 6a1 of the latch 6a is detached from the latch storage portion 6d and opened, and the striker 6b is opened. Therefore, the flange portion 6f1 provided on the joint 6f abuts on the restraining portion 4c provided on the casing 4. The opening / closing plate 5 moves forward to the open position.
[0020]
Next, a method of using the first embodiment of the ventilation fan according to the present invention will be described.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 3, the exhaust ventilation fan 1 includes a plurality of leaf springs provided on an outer circumference of the casing 4 on a mounting pipe 12 provided on a mounting wall 11 of a room, for example, such that the opening / closing plate 5 is located on the indoor side. (Not shown) for vertical mounting. For this mounting, it is preferable to interpose a sponge-shaped foam cushion ring 13 between the ventilation fan 1 and the indoor mounting wall 11. Thereby, when the ventilation fan 1 is stopped, when the opening / closing plate 5 closes the ventilation opening 4a, the cushion ring 13 prevents dust from entering the room from the gap with the attachment pipe 12 due to the external wind. It serves as a filter for stopping, closes the gap with the mounting pipe 12, and can prevent contamination on the indoor side wall surface.
[0022]
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, when the opening / closing plate 5 is at the forward position, the ventilation opening 4a is open. When the motor 3 is energized in this state, the fan 2 rotates, and the air in the room is exhausted from the ventilation opening 4a to the outside of the room. In this exhaust process, an opening / closing mechanism 6 for moving the opening / closing plate 5 is provided at the peripheral portion 5a of the casing 4 and the opening / closing plate 5 so as to avoid the ventilation opening 4a, so that the performance of the fan 2 can be improved. . Further, since the opening / closing mechanism 6 is provided on both the left and right sides of the casing 4 installed in the vertical direction, smooth exhaust can be performed without obstructing the rising airflow caused by the room temperature difference.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 6, when closing the ventilation opening 4a, the motor 3 is stopped to stop the fan 2, and then the opening / closing plate 5 is pressed to move backward. When the opening / closing plate 5 is pressed, as described above, the latch 6a is also pressed via the striker 6b and retreats, closes while engaging with the striker 6b, holds the striker 6b, and further retracts in this holding state. Then, the position holding part 6a2 on the back side of the engaging part 6a1 is engaged with the holding groove 6d2 of the latch storage part 6d. Thereby, even if the pressing of the opening / closing plate 5 is stopped, the opening / closing plate 5 is kept closed.
[0024]
When the open / close plate 5 is further pressed and retracted from the closed state shown in FIG. 6 to the open state shown in FIG. 1 as described above, the engagement between the position holding portion 6a2 and the holding groove 6d2 occurs. When the pressing of the open / close plate 5 is stopped in this disengaged state, the latch 6a urged in the forward direction by the latch spring 6e moves forward, and at the same time, the latch 6a is constantly urged in the forward direction by the spring 6c. The open / close plate 5 also moves forward. As a result, the engaging portion 6a1 of the latch 6a is disengaged from the latch storage portion 6d and opened to open the striker 6b, so that the opening / closing plate 5 advances and the ventilation opening 4a is opened.
[0025]
As described above, the opening / closing mechanism 6 of the present embodiment has a structure including the latch 6a, the striker 6b provided on the opening / closing plate 5, and the spring 6c provided between the casing 4 and the opening / closing plate 5, thereby opening and closing. Even if the mechanism 6 is provided in the casing 4 arranged around the fan 2 avoiding the ventilation opening 4a, the ventilation opening 4a can be easily opened and closed by the opening and closing plate 5 by simply pressing the opening and closing plate 5. Although the opening / closing mechanism 6 is provided on both the left and right sides of the casing 4, it may be provided on any one of the left and right sides. In this case, since the opening / closing mechanism 6 on one side is eliminated, the exhaust resistance can be reduced, and the exhaust can be performed more smoothly.
[0026]
Furthermore, a second embodiment of the ventilation fan according to the present invention will be described.
[0027]
In the second embodiment, the opening and closing mechanism is provided on both the left and right sides of the casing in the first embodiment, whereas the opening and closing mechanism is provided on the lower side of the casing and an opening adjustment member is added.
[0028]
For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the ventilation fan 1A of the second embodiment is an air supply ventilation fan in which the arrangement of the fan and the motor is opposite to the exhaust ventilation fan shown in FIG. 3, and the casing 4A is formed of the fan and the motor. An opening and closing mechanism 6A is provided so as to surround both of them, and is provided below the casing 4A. Further, as shown in FIG. 8, springs 6Ac that constantly urge the opening / closing plate 5A in the forward direction are respectively fitted to the bosses 5Ab protruding from the opening / closing plate 5A. A stopper flange 5Ac is provided at the tip of the boss 5Ab, and an opening adjustment member 8A is provided near the stopper flange 5Ac. As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the opening adjusting member 8A includes a stopper 8A1 having a substantially horseshoe shape in plan view and an operating portion 8A2 projecting from the stopper 8A1. As shown in (1), it is attached to the casing 4A so as to be movable left and right. The opening / closing mechanism 6A uses a latch similarly to the opening / closing mechanism shown in FIG. 3, but the spring 6Ac is externally fitted to the boss 5Ab as described above, and is not housed in the latch housing 6Ad. Reference numeral 9A in FIG. 7 is a pair of guide pins provided on the opening / closing plate 5A and moving forward and backward in the casing 4A.
[0029]
Therefore, when the opening degree of the opening / closing plate 5A is to be maximized, when the ventilation fan is attached, the pair of opening degree adjusting members 8A are moved inward as shown in FIGS. The opening / closing plate 5A moves forward until the stopper flange 5Ac abuts on the restraining portion 4Ad provided on the ring-shaped storage portion 4Ac of the casing 4A without locking the stopper flange 5Ac to the stopper portion 8A1, and the maximum opening degree is increased. It becomes possible.
[0030]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 10 to 12, the pair of opening adjustment members 8A are moved outward and fixed, respectively, and the stopper flange 5Ac is engaged with the stopper portion 8A1, thereby opening the opening and closing plate 5A. Can be set in the middle. FIG. 13 shows a closed state of the opening / closing plate 5A when the opening adjustment member 8A is set to be capable of the maximum opening. The other configuration is not different from that of the ventilation fan shown in FIG. The opening degree adjusting member 8A may be applied to the exhaust ventilation fan 1 of the first embodiment as necessary. In that case, the amount of exhaust air can be changed according to the degree of opening of the open / close plate 5.
[0031]
Since the second embodiment has the above structure, there is no air supply from below, and when the air supply temperature is low such as in winter, the cold draft does not directly hit the user, so that the cold draft can be reduced. Since the air volume can be changed by adjusting the opening, there is no need to add a tap or the like for changing the rotation speed of the motor, and the air volume can be changed at low cost.
[0032]
In both the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the latch 6a may be provided on the opening / closing plate 5 side and the striker 6b may be provided on the casing 4 side as necessary. Can be performed smoothly.
[0033]
Further, in the first embodiment, the cushion ring 13 is interposed between the ventilation fan 1 and the mounting wall 11 on the indoor side as shown in FIG. 3, but is arranged so as to surround both the fan and the motor as in the second embodiment. In the case of the provided casing 4A, the cushion ring 13 may be interposed over the entire circumference of the annular gap between the casing 4A and the mounting pipe 12. Also in this case, it is possible to prevent dust from entering the room due to the external wind.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
According to the ventilation fan according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a ventilation fan that is inexpensive and has improved air volume performance.
