【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、住宅内の洗い場或いはバスルームやマンションの台所、洗面所、ベランダでの流し場または流し台やユニットバスなどの各種キャビネット内など床面の排水口に取り付けられる排水具、特に洗い場に用いられる防水パンなどの排水に適する排水具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、洗い場やその他の流し場の汚水、その他の水を扱う場所では、排水口の上面にネットや格子状キャップなどのごみ取りフイルターを載置して、排水中からごみや異物を排除して、排水管のごみ詰まりを防止することが行われている。
このごみ取りフイルターは、ネットを張ったキャップや目皿などの排水具を排水口に取り外し自在に嵌合して排水口の上面に配置するようにしたものが多用されていて、排水のみを流下して排水口にごみや固形物その他の異物を流入させずに配管ごみ詰まりを防止することができるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この従来の洗い場は、住宅などの家屋の洗い場の床面或いは防水パンの床面に排水口があって、排水具のごみ取りで糸屑などのごみの排除を行なわなくてはならないが、排水の水はけを良くするためには排水具のフイルタの目を粗くすればよいが、ごみ類の排水管や排水トラップ等への流れ込みが多くなって排水管の流路ごみ詰まりが多発するし、フイルタの目を細かくするとごみ類の捕捉が確実になっても、ごみ類で水はけが悪くなりごみの排除を頻繁に行なわなくてはならない。特に犬や猫等の愛玩用動物のペットと暮らす場合、欠かせないのが臭いやノミを防ぐためにペットボデイ洗いを洗い場でやると、洗うとたくさん出る長い動物毛が排水口に絡まって、このごみ詰まりで水はけが悪くなり排水がスムーズに行かなくなることが多く、不衛生でありごみ取り作業の掃除をも頻繁にしなくてはならないし、しかも長い動物毛は排水具の掃除も厄介で取り扱い上で不潔感も伴うので問題があった。

本発明は、これら従来の不便さを排除しようとするもので、長い糸屑や犬や猫などの愛玩動物のペットボデイ洗いによって出てくる長い動物毛があってもこれを確実に捕捉除去でき、排水の水はけも良くして、排水をスムーズに行ない、排水管のごみ詰まりを防止し、ごみ取り作業の掃除をも頻繁にしなくてもよく、しかも不潔感をも伴う長い毛の動物毛の排除も簡単で排水具の掃除を楽にして、洗い場、防水パンなどの排水に適し、安全に用いられる低コストの排水具を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、防水パン或いは床面の排水口に嵌合される取付枠を外周に備え、水流通用孔が多数ある多孔性面体からなる底部または上面部の仕切面を有する排水栓体と、環状枠に水流通用の多孔性面体からなる一次フイルタを備えたキャップ体とを上下に重合配備し、前記排水栓体と前記キャップ体との間に水切り用の二次フイルタを介在配備したことを特徴とするので、排水口への排水もスムーズで水はけがよく排水栓体の水密性を確実に保って容易に排水でき排水管のごみ詰まり防止に寄与する。

また、本発明では、前記排水栓体が、中央部に前記水切り用の二次フイルタを収納できる凹部或いは隙間を形成したカップ状ケーシングからなり床面の排水口に着脱自在に挿着すること、および前記排水栓体が、底部に下方に突出する脚部或いはリング台座を備えて排水口の目皿受け周縁上に載置できるようにしたことで、犬や猫等の愛玩用動物のペットボデイ洗いによって出る長い動物毛があっても確実に捕捉除去でき、排水の水はけも良くして排水をスムーズに行ない、排水管のごみ詰まりを防止し、ごみ取り作業の掃除をも頻繁にしなくてもよい。

さらに、本発明での排水具の前記キャップ体が、ヒンジ部によって前記排水栓体に回動自在に設けられ、前記排水栓体の多孔性面体より細かい開孔のある多孔性面体からなる一次フイルタを備え、かつ開閉用把手を備えたことと、或いは前記キャップ体が、外周縁に弾性シール部材を備えて前記排水栓体に取り外し自在に嵌合配備されていて、前記二次フイルタが、前記一次フイルタより目の細かい水流通用孔のある水切りネット或いは不織布からなり、前記排水栓体に取り外し自在に挿入したことで、二次フイルタを取り外して使い捨て或いは清掃することが可能で、不潔感も伴う長い動物毛の排除も簡単で排水具の掃除を楽にして、洗い場、防水パンなどの排水に適し、安全に用いられる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。
この実施の形態における第１実施例の排水具では、図１および図２に示すように、排水具１が防水パン２或いは床面の排水口３に嵌合され床面上に載置固定されて用いられるが、排水トラップ（図示せず）を付設した排水口３にも適用できる。
該排水具１は、排水口３に嵌合される取付枠４を外周に突出して備え、水流通用孔が多数ある多孔性面体からなる仕切面の底部５を有する排水栓体６と、環状枠７に水流通用の多孔性面体からなる一次フイルタ８を備えたキャップ体９とを上下に重合配備し、前記排水栓体６と前記キャップ体９との間に水切り用の二次フイルタ１０を介在配備した構成からなる。

前記排水栓体６としては、中央部に水切り用の前記二次フイルタ１０を収納できる凹部１１或いは隙間を形成したカップ状ケーシングからなり、床面の排水口３に着脱自在に挿着して排水具１の掃除を楽にできるようにするがよく、さらに前記排水栓体６の底部５に下方に突出する脚部１２或いは別個体で組み合わされるリング台座１２１ を備えて、前記排水口３の目皿受け周縁１３の上に載置できるようにすることもできる。
この場合、前記凹部１１は、排水栓体６とキャップ体９とのいずれかに或いはいずれにも形成して水切り用の二次フイルタ１０を収納する凹部若しくは隙間を作ることが選んでできる。

また、前記キャップ体９は、前記排水栓体６の仕切面となる底部５の多孔性面体より目の細かい開孔のある多孔性面体からなる網状、格子状、スリット状などの面体、例えばネットの一次フイルタ８をステンレス製の環状枠７に備え、例えば該一次フイルタ８のネット外周縁をステンレス製の環状枠７の内周縁に巻き込みヘリ加工して張装したものを用い、該環状枠７をヒンジ部１４によって前記排水栓体６に回動自在に設け、かつヒンジ部１４と反対側に開閉操作用把手１５を備えて開閉操作がしやすくしてあるが、このキャップ体９は、前記排水栓体６に取り外し自在に嵌合配備して、取り扱い並びに清掃し易くすることもできる。
この場合、前記底部５の多孔性面体における開孔面積は、排水効率を良好にするため前記一次フイルタ８のメッシュ開孔率と同等か、或いはそれ以上例えば、約１０％〜１００％増しの開孔率とするのが好ましい。

なお、前記二次フイルタ１０は、前記一次フイルタ８より目の細かい水流通用孔のある水切りネット例えば、所定メッシュのステンレスネット或いはナイロンネットなどの合成樹脂製網または、不織布が用いられるが、必要に応じて繊維性シート、ろ紙、その他透水性シートなどの安価な使い捨てシート類を用いてごみ取り作業の掃除を簡易で、衛生的で不快感なく取り扱えるようにするのも好ましい。
この二次フイルタ１０は、一次フイルタ８と前記底部５の多孔性面体における開孔面積との関係で適宜調整した開孔率を持ったものを選んで用いるのがよい。例えば、一次フイルタ８より約１０％〜５０％好ましくは２０％〜４０％減じた開孔率を持ったものを選んで用い、かつ前記底部５の多孔性面体における開孔面積に対しては、約４０％〜１００％好ましくは６０％〜８０％減じた開孔率を持ったものを選んで用いるなど配慮するのが、排水の流れに溜まりが少なく、できるだけより良い排水の流れを形成するようにし、長い糸屑や動物毛が排水に混入していてもこれらの異物の捕捉効率よく、排水効率もよく用いられる。
そして、前記二次フイルタ１０に長い糸屑、髪の毛動物毛が捕捉されて排水口３の排水の流れが悪くなったときに、キャップ体９の開閉操作用把手１５をもってキャップ体９を開いて排水栓体６から取り除き、ごみ取り清掃することが容易に行なえる。

また、前記防水パン２は、各部材が耐衝撃性、耐腐性、および耐熱性などに優れたＡＢＳ樹脂などで成形され、排水口３を排水具１で覆い床面或いは台上に固着されれるが、前記排水口３は、上面開口で前記排水具１の取付枠４を嵌合できる段付き嵌合溝を開口内周に設けてあり、排水具１を嵌め込みセットしやすく、また取り外しし易くしてあって排水バケット内の清掃、点検が楽にできるようになっている。

第２実施例の排水具は、図３に示すように、排水具１の排水栓体６とキャップ体９とをナイロン樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹脂などの合成樹脂で一体成型品としたもので、一体成型ネットの一次フィルタ８、一体成型ヒンジ１４１ によって連結された構成からなり、二次フイルタ１０を収納する凹部若しくは隙間はキャップ体９側に作り、前記排水栓体６の上面部の仕切面５１ に取付枠４と下方に突出する脚部１２とを備えて、排水口３の排水管に接続される目皿受け周縁１３の上に載置できるようにした形態を例示してある。
前記キャップ体９の開閉操作用把手１５は、摘まみと係止突起１５１ に対応する係止孔１５２ を排水栓体６とキャップ体９とに一体成型するのがよく、排水栓体６とキャップ体９とを一体に保持する形態として組み込み取り扱いも簡便で汎用性に富んだものにすることもできる。

図４に示す第３実施例の排水具１では、多数の丸孔のある底部５を持った排水栓体６と円盤状のキャップ体９とを軽量性、耐熱性に優れたＡＢＳ、ＰＰ樹脂などで樹脂成型した形態で、両者をヒンジ部１４で連結し排水栓体６の外周に嵌め込み或いは螺合用の嵌合溝１６と切欠部１７を形成して排水口３に嵌め込み装着できるようにしたもので、中央部に不織布の前記二次フイルタ１０を収納する凹部１１若しくは隙間が備えられ、前記排水口３の内周に形成した嵌合部に嵌装保持されて用いられ、排水具１の構成がＡＢＳ樹脂、ＰＰ樹脂などの合成樹脂で成形されているので、さびることがなく、清潔性を容易に維持することができると共に、取扱いがきわめて容易となる。
前記キャップ体９の開閉操作用把手１５は、リング体を起伏自在にブラケットに枢着して取り扱いやすくし、排水時に邪魔にならないように配慮してある。
また、前記排水栓体６の底部５は所定の深さを持ったバケット或いはカップ状乃至漏斗状、その他湾曲部を形成することにより排水の流れに溜まりや衝突をできるだけなくして、より良い排水の流れを形成することができる。

図５に示す第４実施例の排水具１では、多数の開孔のある底部５を持っていて、その中央部に不織布の二次フイルタ１０を収納する凹部１１若しくは隙間が備えられた排水栓体６に、ステンレス製ネットまたは合成樹脂製ネットの一次フイルタ８をラバー或いは合成樹脂若しくはステンレスなどの金属製又は、合金製の環状枠７に張装したキャップ体９を取り外し自在に嵌合配備した形態で、両者を前記排水口３に重ね合わせて組み込み或いは取り外せるようににしてある。
この排水栓体６の底面に下方に張り出す台座６１ を備え、排水口３の排水管に接続される目皿受け周縁１３の上に載置できるようにして、中央部に二次フイルタ１０を介在配備して前記排水口３の内周に嵌装保持されて用いられ、前記二次フイルタ１０に長い糸屑、髪の毛動物毛が捕捉されて排水の流れが悪くなったときに、キャップ体９の開閉操作用把手１５をもってキャップ体９を開いて取り除き二次フイルタ１０を清掃したり或いは新たな二次フイルタ１０に取り替えて挿入することが容易に行なえる。
そして、さらに清掃済の再生二次フイルタ１０或いは新たな二次フイルタ１０を排水栓体６の凹部１１に組み込んで、キャップ体９で排水口３を塞げば、排水管の下流部において管路流の閉塞現象やごみ詰り現象の発生がなく有効に用いられる。

例示した各実施例では、前記排水具１を防水パン２に備えるのに、排水口３の一つを選んで開口し、他の排出口は蓋をするか、開口しないままにするかしておき、この防水パン２に開口した排水口３にごみよけ用の排水具１を着脱自在に嵌合或いはねじ込み配備するのがよい。
そして前記防水パン２の排水口３は、目皿となる排水具１で覆われていてこれを取り外せば、一次フイルタ８および二次フイルタ１０を取り除くことができ、或いはキャップ体９を開けば或いは取り除けばフイルタの洗浄、ごみ取り等の除去も容易に行えるし、排水の流れを良好にし排水口の清潔性を容易に維持することができると共に、排水具１の取り扱いを簡易にすることができる。
