この発明は、シリンダ錠のクリック機構(以下単にクリック機構という)に係り、特に、小形のシリンダ錠にも適用でき、しかも構造が簡単なクリック機構に関する。

【従来の技術】
シリンダ錠を合鍵で施解錠操作する場合、内筒の施錠角度位置、或いは解錠角度位置においてクリック装置が作動してカチンという作動感を感知すると、確実な操作感が得られ、使い勝手が良い。

一方、シリンダ錠にはレバータンブラー錠、ピンタンブラー錠或いはディスクタンブラー錠等種々の形式のものがあるが、原理上クリック感が自然に生じるものはレバータンブラー錠のみであり、他のシリンダ錠の場合には別個にクリック機構を組込まなければならない。

このクリック機構は、例えばシリンダ錠の外筒前端部にこれを半径方向に貫通するクリック孔を形成し、このクリック孔中に、内側から順に、クリックボール、例えば圧縮コイルばねによるクリックばね及びクリック孔の外側の開口を閉塞する蓋部材を充填する。

上記した従来のクリック機構は、構造が比較的複雑である上、例えば机の引出しの錠前等寸法が小さいシリンダ錠には組込み難い等、未だ改良の余地がある。

そこで、この発明は、小形のシリンダ錠にも適用でき、しかも構造が簡単なクリック機構を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するため、請求項1に記載の発明は、シリンダ錠の外筒前端開口を縮径して段部を形成し、一方、内筒を前端のキーガイドとタンブラー支持部とに分離すると共に、キーガイドに外筒の縮径部と嵌合する小径部と、タンブラー支持部と同径の大径部とを形成し、キーガイドの大径部前端面に少なくとも1個のクリック凸部を突設する一方、キーガイドの大径部前端面と摺接する外筒段部にクリック凹部を形成し、他方、キーガイドを波形ワッシャーにより前方に付勢したことを特徴とする。

以下、この発明の実施例を図面を参照して説明する。
図1において符号1はシリンダ錠の外筒を示し、この場合、シリンダ錠としてはピンシリンダ錠、レバータンブラーシリンダ錠、或いはディスクタンブラーシリンダ錠等何れの形式のシリンダ錠でもよい。

この外筒1の前端(図1で左端)の開口は縮径され、すなわち小径とされ、その為外筒1の前端部内側には段部2が形成されている。

なお、これは言う迄もないことであるが、上記クリック凸部5及び凹部6は外筒半径方向において同じ位置にあり、また、シリンダ錠の施錠角度位置及び解錠角度位置において両者が相互に係合し、クリック感が生じるように両者の形成位置が定められているものとする。

上記したこの発明の一実施例によるクリック機構の各構成要素は、図2に示すように、外筒1の内筒部に、その前端から順に、キーガイド3、それ自体公知の波形ワッシャー7、例えば浅いカップ錠の押え板8及びCリング等の止め輪9により、キーガイド3がタンブラー支持部4とは独立に回動できるように支持、案内されている。

一方、波形ワッシャー7の弾力はキーガイド3と押え板8との間でこれらの間隔を広げる方向に作用するので、キーガイド3は外筒の段部2に弾圧された状態でこれに摺接して回転し、例えば施解錠角度位置においてキーガイド3のクリック凸部5が外筒段部のクリック凹部6に落込んでこれに係合し、このとき合鍵11を操作する手指にクリック感を呈する。

なお、この発明の図示の実施例に限定されることなく、種々に変形して実施することができる。例えば、図示の実施例ではキーガイド及び波形ワッシャーを固定された外筒段部と押え板8との挟み込んで使用するものとしたが、要するに波形ワッシャーがキーガイドに弾力を及ぼすことができる形態であれば、押え板を設けることを要しない。

【発明の効果】
以上の説明から明らかなように、この発明は、通常は一体のキーガイドとタンブラー支持部とを軸方向において分離し、これらの間に波形ワッシャーを弾装すると共に、キーガイドの大径部前端面にクリック凸部を、外筒段部にクリック凹部を形成し、これらによってクリック機構を構成するようにしたので、全く新しい構成によるクリック機構を得ることができる。

また、内筒のキーガイド或いはタンブラー支持部が回動するときには、両者は必ず合鍵を介して一体に連結され、夫々独立に回動することはないから、内筒をキーガイドとタンブラー支持部とに分離してもシリンダ錠としての作動に何等悪影響を及ぼすことはない、等種々の効果を奏する。
