[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Oil-containing waste liquid treating agentThe oil-containing waste liquid treating agent of the present invention comprises three kinds of surfactants of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate sodium salt, fatty acid diethanolamide and polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, and water, It is contained as an essential component.
[0015]
Of these surfactants, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate sodium salt is an anionic surfactant, and usually has a linear or branched alkyl group having about 10 to 16 carbon atoms, Those having a polymerization degree of an ethylene group of about 2 to 12 can be suitably used. Polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate sodium salt can be used alone or in combination of two or more.
[0016]
Among the above surfactants, fatty acid diethanolamide is a nonionic surfactant, and diethanolamide of a saturated or unsaturated fatty acid having about 10 to 40 carbon atoms can be suitably used. Specific examples include oleic acid diethanolamide, linoleic acid diethanolamide, linolenic acid diethanolamide, and the like. Fatty acid diethanolamides can be used alone or in combination of two or more.
[0017]
Among the above surfactants, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether is a nonionic surfactant, and usually has a linear or branched alkyl group having about 10 to 16 carbon atoms, and a degree of polymerization of the oxyethylene group. About 2 to about 12 can be suitably used. Polyoxyethylene alkyl ethers can be used alone or as a mixture of two or more.
[0018]
In the oil / fat-containing waste liquid treating agent of the present invention, the content of the three surfactants is usually 10 to 1,000 parts by weight of fatty acid diethanolamide with respect to 100 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate sodium salt. The amount and the ratio of the polyoxyethylene alkyl ether to about 100 to 1,000 parts by weight are preferable from the viewpoint of effectively suppressing accumulation and solidification of waste fats and oils. Further, it is more preferable that the fatty acid diethanolamide is in a proportion of about 100 to 400 parts by weight and the polyoxyethylene alkyl ether is in a proportion of about 150 to 600 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the sodium salt of the polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate. .
[0019]
Water can be mixed with the above three surfactant mixtures at an arbitrary ratio. Usually, it is appropriate that the concentration of the surfactant mixture is about 10 to 50% by weight. Further, during storage, the concentration may be further increased, and the product may be appropriately diluted with water before use.
[0020]
Further, a preservative or the like may be appropriately added as an optional component to the oil / fat-containing waste liquid treating agent of the present invention.
[0021]
Method for treating fat-containing waste liquid The method for treating fat-containing waste liquid of the present invention is characterized by adding the above-mentioned agent for treating fat-containing waste liquid of the present invention to a fat-containing waste liquid.
[0022]
The fat / oil-containing waste liquid to be treated by the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is a waste liquid containing waste fat / oil and wastewater, and is, for example, a catering industry, a ryokan, a kitchen of a hotel, a fish market, a meat processing, An oil-and-fat-containing waste liquid discharged from a place or the like can be given. In particular, it is possible to suitably perform processing of cooking waste liquid in which waste oil and fat and waste water resulting from various food materials are mixed. Further, the treatment of waste oil-containing waste liquid discharged from an automobile repair shop or the like can be performed.
[0023]
As a method for performing the waste liquid treatment, usually, it is only necessary to add the waste liquid treating agent of the present invention to the oil / fat-containing waste liquid to be treated and, if necessary, to stir appropriately. The amount of the waste liquid treating agent of the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be appropriately adjusted according to the type of the fat-containing waste liquid to be treated.
[0024]
For example, when a grease trap is provided in the middle of a pipe through which the oil-containing waste liquid is discharged, the treating agent of the present invention may be appropriately added to the trap, and lightly stirred with a stirring rod or the like. . This effectively suppresses the accumulation and solidification of waste fats and oils in the trap, thereby substantially separating the waste fats and oils from the waste water and preventing the waste fats and oils from being clogged.
[0025]
When treating a fat-containing waste liquid by the treatment method of the present invention, for example, in a grease trap, waste fat and oil can accumulate and become sticky, which can be effectively suppressed from being solidified, and the oil and fat and water can be efficiently removed. It can be separated well and water can be easily drained. In addition, the volume of fats and oils can be significantly reduced, the number of removal operations can be significantly reduced, and the odor can be significantly improved. Here, the amount of the waste oils and fats generated by the removal operation is greatly reduced as compared with the conventional case, and the waste oils and fats can be easily disposed of by incineration or the like after appropriately removing water by drying or the like.
[0026]
According to the treatment method of the present invention, as described above, the reason why the waste oil and fat in the waste oil and fat containing waste liquid can be effectively suppressed from being accumulated and solidified is presumed to be due to the following mechanism of action of the treatment agent of the present invention. Is done.
[0027]
FIG. 1 is a diagram schematically showing the mechanism of action of the treatment agent of the present invention. In FIG. 1, 1 is a fat or oil molecule of waste fat or oil, 2 is a fatty acid diethanolamide molecule in the treating agent of the present invention, 3 is a complex of fat or oil molecule and fatty acid diethanolamide molecule, and 4 is a compound in the treating agent of the present invention. The polyoxyethylene alkyl ether molecule, 5 is a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate sodium salt molecule, 6 is the complex surface of 3 and the polyoxyethylene alkyl ether molecule and polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate in the treating agent of the present invention. The aggregates in a state where they are covered with sodium salt molecules are respectively shown.
[0028]
FIG. 1A shows the state of the waste oil molecules 1 in the waste water in the waste oil-containing waste liquid to be treated. The waste liquid usually becomes sticky and hardly flows as the waste oil and fat therein accumulates. When the treating agent of the present invention is added thereto, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), the fatty acid diethanolamide molecule 2 therein has a hydrophobic fatty acid residue substantially similar to that of fats and oils. It is considered that the complex 3 is formed with the fat molecules 1 to aggregate the fat molecules.
[0029]
Next, as shown in FIG. 1C, the polyoxyethylene alkyl ether molecule 4 and the polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate sodium salt molecule 5 in the treating agent of the present invention are adsorbed on the surface of the composite 3. And the hydrophobic polyoxyethylene portion present in each of 4 and 5 is oriented inward, and the hydrophilic polyoxyethylene portion shown in the shape of a half moon is oriented outward to cover the surface. It is considered to be 6. When the anion group indicated by-of the adsorbed sodium salt molecule of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate 5 is oriented to the outside of the aggregate 6, the aggregates 6 repel each other, It is considered that accumulation and solidification of the fats and oils can be effectively suppressed, the fats and oils are separated from the water, and the stickiness of the fats and oils is eliminated.
[0030]
Thus, according to the treatment method of the present invention, the waste oil-containing waste liquid can be suitably treated.
[0031]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples.
[0032]
Example 1
To 100 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene dodecyl ether sulfate sodium salt, 200 parts by weight of oleic acid diethanolamide and 180 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene tetradecyl ether were mixed to obtain a surfactant mixture. . Water was added to this surfactant mixture to prepare a waste liquid treating agent of the present invention as an aqueous solution having a concentration of 34% by weight of the surfactant mixture.
[0033]
300 g of solidified waste oil removed from the grease trap provided in the middle of the piping from which the oil-containing cooking waste liquid of the hamburger shop is discharged is put into a beaker, and 10 ml of the treatment agent of the present invention is diluted 10-fold with water. The mixture was adjusted to 100 ml with stirring and treated. FIG. 2 shows a digital photograph of the waste oil before the treatment, and FIG. 3 shows a digital photograph of the waste oil after the treatment. It is clear from FIGS. 2 and 3 that the treatment agent of the present invention can suitably separate waste fat and oil into waste fat and oil and waste water.
[0034]
Example 2
The waste liquid treating agent of the present invention prepared in Example 1 was used for treating an actual oil-and-fat-containing cooking waste liquid.
[0035]
300 ml of the above-mentioned treating agent of the present invention was added to a 100 L capacity grease trap provided in the middle of a hamburger shop in a pipe through which oil-containing cooking waste liquid was discharged, and the mixture was gently stirred with a stirring rod. As a result, the waste oil and fat were separated from the waste water without the waste oil and fat being accumulated and solidified in the trap. In addition, the volume of the oil and fat floating on the surface was significantly reduced as compared to before the treatment. In addition, the number of times of the work of removing oil and fat was seven times a week before the treatment, but once a week after the treatment is sufficient, which can be greatly reduced, and the odor during the work is reduced. Significant improvement.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
According to the fat and oil-containing waste liquid treating agent and the method for treating a fat and oil-containing waste liquid of the present invention, it is possible to effectively suppress the waste oil and fat of the waste liquid from being accumulated and hardened to flow, and it is possible to separate waste oil and waste from waste water, The work of removing waste oils and fats can be greatly reduced, and the working environment, especially the odor, etc. can be remarkably improved.
[0037]
