一般的なゴミ運搬車へのゴミ積載はゴミ集積場に置かれた袋詰め等のゴミを作業者が直接ゴミ運搬車へ投入積載したり、非特許文献1の図5で示すようにゴミ運搬車10を定位置に停止(図5A)し、ゴミを収容したパレット11aをフォークリフト13で前記ゴミ運搬車10の近傍に運搬(図5B)して地上に置き、作業員が地上に置かれているパレット11aからゴミを取り出し(図5C)、ゴミ運搬車10に投入(図5D)して積載している。

上記従来の一般的なゴミ運搬車へのゴミ積載では作業員の人手によるものであり、作業員の労力負担と作業効率が悪いという問題があった。

本発明の目的は、簡単な構造によりゴミ運搬車へのゴミ積載を機械化し作業効率を向上したゴミ運搬車へのゴミ積載装置を提供することである。

上記の目的を達成するための本発明は、支持脚上にバネを介して支持されたシュートと、このシュートの下面に取り付けられ前記シュートに振動を付与する加振機と、前記シュートの前端に取り付けられゴミ運搬車のゴミ投入口縁とシュートの前端との間を架橋状にするゴム板とから構成され、ゴミを収容したパレットをフォークリフトでゴミ運搬車まで運搬して前記パレットから前記加振機によって振動が付与されている前記シュート上にゴミを投下してゴミ運搬車に積載するようにしたことを特徴とするするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。図1において、9は本発明のゴミ積載装置を示し、1は鉄板や硬質プラスチック材等で作られたシュートである。このシュート1は支持脚2にバネ5を介して地上よりある所要の高さで支持されている。前記支持脚2には移動用の手すり4が取り付け、支持脚2下端にストッパ付きキャスタ3を取り付けてゴミ積載装置9を手押しで移動可能することが望ましいが、必ずしもストッパ付きキャスタ3を取り付けなくてもゴミ積載装置9が軽量であるので持ち運び移動することができ、ストッパ付きキャスタ3の取り付けを限定するものではない。

前記シュート1下面には前記シュート1に振動を付与する加振機6がとりつけられており、また、前記シュート1の前端にはゴミ運搬車10のゴミ投入口縁とシュート1前端との間を架橋状にするゴム板7が取り付けられている。

上記の構成による本発明の作用について図4により説明する。先ず、図4Aで示すようにゴミ運搬車10を定位置に停止し、図4Bで示すようにゴミ積載装置9をゴミ運搬車10に移動し、支持脚2にストッパ付きキャスタ3の取り付けたものではストッパを効かせ、ストッパ軸8をゴミ運搬車10側の連結部材14の溝15に係合してゴミ積載装置9をゴミ運搬車10に連結する。

一方、フォークリフト13はゴミを収容したパレット11をゴミ積載装置9まで搬送し、図4Cで示すようにパレット11をシュート1の直上で反転させ、パレット12内のゴミをシュート1に投下し、図4Dで示すようにシュート1に投下されたゴミはゴミ運搬車10に投入積載されるのである。
