現在では、食品だけを例にとっても、お茶・お菓子をはじめにレトルト食品・冷凍食品等々袋詰めカップ詰めされた食品食材が普及し、一般家庭でも大量に消費されるようになった。そうした中、消費者の開封しにくいとの声も多く聞かれ、今日では多くの主婦が仕事を持つようになり、そのため家事も更に忙しくなって開封に手間取るだけでもイライラすると言い、一方、歳を取ると指先にも力が入らず視力も衰えて、丈夫な袋や切り口を探して開封するのは大変だと言う高齢者の声もある。こうした問題点を解決するため、この発明では、包丁やハサミ等を使わずとも誰にでも安全、簡単、速やかに包装袋等の開封ができ、さらに、必ず出る切れ端を容器内部に収容できる開封器具の提供を目的としている。

この発明は、容器の上部に開口部を設け、その前壁上端面に断面凹状の刃受け溝を縦貫状に形成してなる容器本体と、前記開口部に整合し開閉自在とする蓋体の長手方向縁部に案内レールを載設し、同案内レール及び同長手方向縁部に前記刃受け溝とほぼ合致する細隙を設けてなる蓋体とを、係合可能に蝶着するとともに前記案内レール及び細隙に、V字形刃物を有する摺動体を往復動自在に設けることで、蓋体と前壁上端面による挟持機構と、案内レールと摺動体の移動による断裁機構とが構成され、包装袋の瞬時の開封とその切れ端を収容するとした手段を設けるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施形態を図面1〜図面6にもとずいて説明する。

図1に示すものは、本発明の切れ端を収容できる開封器具の斜視図であり、大きさは任意とし、おもに、容器本体1と上部開口部2に蝶着された蓋体3と、その蓋体3に設けられた案内レール4及び摺動体5などで構成されている。

容器本体1には、上部に平坦な開口部2が設けられ、その前壁上端面6に溝幅約2ミリ、深さ約5ミリとする断面凹状の刃受け溝7が、前壁上端面6の両端部を未貫通状として直線状に形成されている。この挟持機構の下部となる前壁上端面6の肉厚は7〜8ミリ程度が適当であり、また、切れ端Kは前壁上端面6に密着し易いため、上端面の内側辺を曲面状(図2参照)に面取りするとよい。

図1、図2で示すように、板状とする蓋体3には、開閉側の長手方向縁部に沿って、レールの両内側を凹部4aとした案内レール4が載設され、外側のレール基部8は蓋体3の端面とズレなく設けられ、その案内レール4と長手方向縁部には、上記刃受け溝7の溝幅と長さにほぼ合致する細隙9が貫通状に形成されている。

図3で示すように、上記のごとく構成され上部の挟持機構となる蓋体3は、開蓋時の仰角Aが80度以上となるよう、また、閉蓋時には刃受け溝7と細隙9が整合するよう開口部2に蝶着されている。蝶着する場合は蝶番を用いても、又は、容器本体1と蓋体3の各々に蝶着部が形成されたものでもよい。なお、容器本体1と蓋体3及び案内レール4には合成樹脂材を用いるのが最も望ましい。

図1〜図4で示すように、案内レール4に往復動自在に設けられる摺動体5は、把手部10と摺接部11と、その底部に固着されるV字形の刃物12で構成され、同摺接部11を凸部11aとして案内レール4の凹部4aと嵌合させることにより、摺動体5は案内レール4からの安易な脱離が防止され、断裁機構として安全に機能することになる。なお、摺動体5の材質も円滑な摺動と刃物12の固着に適した合成樹脂材を用いるのがよい。

また、上記摺動体5は案内レール4からの抜脱と、嵌入をも自在とすることができる。その手段として、細隙9の長さ及びレール材質の硬度や肉厚に因って、外側レールに撓みが生じるため、レール中央部に位置させた摺動体5をレール方向に45度程傾けることにより、梃子の作用で凸部11aが外側レールを押し拡げ、よって摺動体5の嵌脱が片手でも容易できることになる。なお、外側レールの撓みが緩い場合はレール中央部で摺動体5がガタつくため、外側レールによる摺動体5への挟持力を調節できる棒線バネ13又は、板バネ等を用いるものとする。棒線バネ13は径1.8ミリ程の金属棒をレールの長さと同等にして弧状に曲げ、レール基部8と平行にして棒線バネ13の両端部をレール基部8に固着するもので、これにより外側レールは内側に押し戻され摺動体5への適度な挟持力が保持されることになる。

図4に示すように、摺動体5の底部に固着された刃物12は、刃先角度を約90度の両刃としているため、摺動体5は案内レール4のどこの位置からでも挟持した包装袋等の断裁ができ、しかも、押圧移動により開封箇所両側の固定と刃物12での断裁が同時進行するため、摺動体5の瞬時の移動(0.数秒)による断裁を可能にしている。なお、刃物12は錆びにくいステンレス製を用い、薄さは0.3ミリ程度とするのがよい。

図5に示すものは、U字状に形成した側板14にシート状素材15を帖着し、上方を開口させた中容器16である。中容器16は容器本体1内に納置して切れ端Kを収容し、容易に取り出せる容器としており、薄く丈夫な素材と断面がU字形状(図3参照)であれば製法などはとくに限定されない。このU字形状とすることで容器本体1への出し入れが容易となり、また、切れ端Kの底部へのへばり付きが防止されるからである。なお、中容器16を出し入れする際、空気抵抗がある場合は容器本体1の底部に空気抜き孔17(図3参照)を設けるのもよい。

上記のように構成された開封器具の使用方法は次の通りである。

まず、開封する包装袋の側部か底部を持ち、利き手で把手部10を摘み摺動体5を案内レール4の端部に寄せ持ち上げると蓋体3が開く。次いで、包装袋の開封箇所を刃受け溝7に重合させ、蓋体3を閉めると同時に摺動体5を押圧しつつ一気に移動(図6参照)させて開封箇所を断裁する。次いで、蓋体3を少し開けると包装袋は外れ、切れ端Kは中容器16へと収容され、切れ端Kが溜まれば中容器16を容器本体1から取り出して捨てるものとする。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、包装袋を挟持し摺動体を移動させるだけで、然程力も要らず簡単に開封でき、断裁時にも刃物が全く露出しないため誰にでも安心して使え、一台で包丁やハサミやカッターナイフ等の役割りがなせる。

本発明は、濡れた手や油などが付いた手でも使用することができ、さらに、瞬時の断裁が可能なため開封する数が多いほどその機能が発揮され、切れ端も全て容器内に収容されるため、ハサミを使った場合のように切れ端を片付ける必要がない。
