Description

【0001】
図2(a)は、平面図、図2(b)は、(a)のb−b線断面図である。

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packing device for transporting articles, particularly a notebook computer, which is suitable for transporting as a courier service.
[0002]
[Prior art]
With the spread of notebook computers, the necessity of transporting notebook computers has increased dramatically. In recent years, there have been cases where requests from users for repairing notebook computers, increasing memory, and the like are accepted only by mail or courier, rather than being brought directly to the repair center of the manufacturer.
[0003]
In such a case, after the notebook computer sent from the user to the manufacturer is repaired, maintained, and repaired, the notebook computer is also returned to the user from the manufacturer by mail or courier. When transporting a notebook computer by mail or courier, measures must be taken in its packaging to ensure that the notebook computer is sufficiently protected from impact.
[0004]
When transporting a notebook computer from the manufacturer to the user, it is possible to take sufficient protective measures for the packaging or to standardize the packaging to a certain quality, but it is possible It is not always easy for a person to take sufficient protective measures for a package unless a packing material is prepared and a dedicated notebook computer carrying packaging is provided.
[0005]
In order to respond to such a demand, a packing device for transporting articles, particularly a notebook computer, has been developed which can be stably held and effectively protected from an externally applied impact (see Patent Document 1).
[0006]
[Patent Document 1] JP-A-2001-130640
[0007]
The article transport packaging described in Patent Literature 1 is an article transport packaging having a combination of an individual body 21 and an interior body 22 as shown in FIG. 7 (f). One board is folded, the folded edge covers the surface of the article M to be conveyed, and this is kept in a fixed shape. The interior body 22 holds the individual body 21 and holds the inside of the outer box 23. It is housed in. 6, the interior body 22 has a base board 26 and a holding sheet 27. The base board 26 supports the individual package 21 holding the article M in place, and has a rising portion 32 and a falling portion 31, and the rising portion 32 faces upward from both side edges of the base board 26. The falling portion 31 is folded downward from both side edges of the base board 26, the upper end of the rising portion 32 is supported by the upper bottom surface of the outer box 23, and the lower end of the falling portion 31 is supported by the lower bottom surface. The board 26 is held at a distance from the upper and lower surfaces of the outer box 23, and the holding sheet 27 has both ends fixed to the side edges of the base board 26, and covers the surface of the individual package 21 on the base board 26. The individual body 21 is pressed against the base board 26 to be fixed by bending the falling portion 31 by bending.
[0008]
According to the article transporting packing device, the notebook computer or other article M is wrapped in the individual body 21, and the individual body 21 is pressed onto the base board 26 with the holding sheet 27 and fixed to the interior body 22. Since the inner body 22 is supported by the rising portion 32 and the falling portion 31 and housed in the outer box 23, it has an effect of effectively protecting against impact that may be applied during transportation.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the transport packaging described in Patent Document 1 was used, it was found that there were some problems in actual handling. For example, when packing the articles, as shown in FIG. 6 (b), with the base board 26 spread out on a plane as shown in FIG. 6 (a), first, the both falling parts 31, 31 are first slightly upwardly directed as shown in FIG. 6 (b). Then, the space between the base board 26 and the holding sheet 27 is opened, and the individual package 21 storing the article M is inserted between the base board 26 and the holding sheet 27 as shown in FIG. Place this in the center of the baseboard.
[0010]
Next, in FIG. 7D, the both falling portions 31, 31 are folded downward from the side edge of the base board 26, and further folded at an angle of 90 ° or more to be folded on the lower surface of the base board 26.
[0011]
As a result, the holding sheet 27 is pulled by the falling portion 31 and is tensed, and the individual body 21 is pressed against the base board 26, and the protruding portion of the individual body 21 is pressed and bent downward. The side edge of the article M is pressed by the bent portion to prevent lateral displacement of the notebook computer, and this is held at a fixed position.
[0012]
The rising portion 32 is folded upward from both sides of the base board 26 as shown in FIG. 7 (e), and pressing portions 36 attached to both ends of the falling portion 31 are applied to the outer surfaces of both ends thereof, as shown in FIG. 7 (f). Then, it is put into the outer box 23 as it is, and the outer box 23 is covered to complete the packing.
[0013]
Incidentally, the prevention of the lateral displacement of the packed article M is mainly due to the tension of the holding sheet 27 due to the bending of the both falling portions 31, but when a force exceeding the deterrent force due to the tension of the holding sheet 27 is applied to the article M. Alternatively, when an impact from the article M is applied to the tensioned portion of the holding sheet 27 which is vibrated and pulled by the falling portion 31 and is tensed, the holding sheet 27 is extended to extend the inside of the outer box 23. It is unavoidable that the individual body 21 shifts sideways. In the invention described in Patent Literature 1, the reason why the shape of the article M is maintained using the individual package 21 is to prevent the article M from being laterally shifted as much as possible.
[0014]
Another problem with the packaging for transporting goods described in Patent Literature 1 is the problem of workability. After inserting the individual body 21 between the baseboard 26 and the holding sheet 27 of the article M, the user holds the both falling portions 31 with both hands and folds the downward portions, places them once on the tabletop, and then places them on the desktop. It is necessary to raise the two rising portions 32 with both hands and push the rising portions 32 into the outer box 3 from above. As a result, the worker has to perform five actions, such as changing his / her hand from a falling part to a rising part, in order to store the interior body in the outer box. Furthermore, it has been pointed out that merely looking at the combination of the expanded base board 26 and the holding sheet 27 as shown in FIG. 6A does not make it clear how to handle it.
[0015]
An object of the present invention is not only to stably hold and effectively protect against externally acting impacts when transporting articles, especially notebook computers, but also to stably hold without using an individual package, and to handle Is to provide an easy-to-carry packaging for goods.
[0016]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the packaging for transporting goods according to the present invention, the packaging for transporting goods having a baseboard and a holding sheet,
The baseboard supports the article in a fixed position, has a mounting surface, a rising portion, and a falling portion,
The mounting surface is a surface on which goods are mounted on the upper surface,
The rising portion is formed on an extension of both edges of the mounting surface, is bent upward, and the upper edge is a portion supported by the lower surface of the outer box,

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, an article transporting packing device 13 according to the present invention comprises a combination of a base board 1 and a holding sheet 2, wherein an article M mounted on the base board 1 is fixed at a fixed position with the holding sheet 2 and is externally mounted. It is packed in a box 3. In the present invention, the article M to be packed is, for example, a notebook computer, and the baseboard 1 is made of, for example, corrugated paper, and the restraining sheet 2 is made of a plastic sheet having a certain tensile strength and elasticity. It is desirable to use a transparent sheet that allows the holding state of the article to be observed from outside as the pressing sheet 2.
[0023]
FIG. 2 shows a plan shape of the base board 1. FIG. 2A is a plan view, and FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view taken along line bb of FIG. In FIG. 2, the base board 1 holds an article M, and has a mounting surface 4, a rising part 5, and a falling part 6. The mounting surface 4 is a surface on which the article M is mounted on the upper surface. When the article M to be packed is a notebook computer, an area slightly larger than the planar shape of the notebook computer is required. The rising portion 5 is formed on the extension of both end edges of the mounting surface 4 in the drawing, is bent upward later, and the upper edge is a portion supported by the lower surface of the upper bottom surface of the outer box 3.
[0024]
The falling portion 6 is a portion attached to both side edges of the mounting surface 4, and includes a vertical surface forming portion 7 and a horizontal surface forming portion 8. The vertical surface forming portion 7 is a portion that is later bent downward from the mounting surface 4 in a vertical position, and the horizontal surface forming portion 8 is a portion that is turned back from the vertical surface forming portion 7 to a horizontal position. The folded horizontal surface forming portion 8 is supported on the inner bottom surface of the outer box 3.
[0025]
The restraining sheet 2 has substantially the same width as the falling portion 6, straddles the mounting surface 4 of the base sheet 1, is further folded back from both horizontal surface forming portions 8, 8 of the falling portion 6, and adheres to the back surface of the base sheet 1. Thereby, it is fixed to both horizontal plane forming portions 8.
[0026]
The mounting surface 4, the rising portion 5, and the falling portion 6 are portions obtained by dividing one base sheet 1 by a folding line. The mounting surface 4 is square or rectangular. The rising portion 5 is a horizontally elongated rectangular portion formed on an extension of both edges of the mounting surface 2, and the falling portion 6 is a vertically elongated rectangular portion on an extension of both edges of the mounting surface 2. The rising portion 5 is separated from the mounting surface 2 by a bending line L1.
[0027]
The falling portion 6 is defined by two bending lines L2 and L3 provided inside and outside of a straight line connecting both base portions of the falling portion 6. In this embodiment, the two fold lines are distinguished as an inner fold line L2 and an outer fold line L3. Both ends of the two bending lines L2 and L3 are converged on both side bases of the falling portion 6. Therefore, a triangular portion is formed at both ends of the two bending lines L2 and L3 provided in parallel.
[0028]
The portion defined by the inner bending line L2 and the outer bending line L3 in the falling portion 6 is the vertical surface forming portion 7, and the outer bending line L3 and the portion between the outer edges of the falling portion 6 Is a horizontal plane forming part 8.
[0029]
Further, an auxiliary folding line L4 is provided in parallel with the folding line L1 forming the rising portion 5 from the mounting surface 4 to the both falling portions 6 and 6. The auxiliary bending line L4 is a part that forms the support 9 of the horizontal plane forming part when the falling part 6 is folded back from the mounting surface 4.
[0030]
When packing a rectangular parallelepiped article M such as a notebook computer in the article transporting packing device 13 according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. As shown in (b), the article M is inserted between the base board 1 and the holding sheet 2, positioned so that each side of the article M is parallel to each side of the mounting surface 4, and placed at the center of the mounting surface 4.
[0031]
Next, as shown in FIG. 3 (c), the both falling portions 6, 6 are first bent downward in the vertical direction at the inner folding line L2, and the horizontal plane forming portion 8 is further folded from the outer folding line L3 as shown in FIG. 4 (d). Fold it in a horizontal position inward. Due to the bending of the horizontal surface forming portion 8, the falling portion 7 has a U-shaped cross section with respect to the mounting surface 4 as shown in FIG. 4 (e), and a buffer space 10 is provided between the mounting surface 4 and the horizontal surface forming portion 8. Are formed, and triangular portions (protruding portions 11) formed at both ends of the vertical forming portion 7 protrude outward, and dents 12 are formed on both side surfaces of the mounting surface 4 as shown in FIG. .
[0032]
The holding sheet 2 is pulled diagonally by the overhang portion 11, and the corner of the article M on the mounting surface 4 is stably held in a fixed position by the tension. Further, both edge portions of the horizontal surface forming portion 8 are subjected to the tension of the restraining sheet 2 as shown in FIG. 4 (g), are bent upward at the auxiliary folding line L4, and are inclined. And stably supports the horizontal plane forming portion 7 folded inward.
[0033]
Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the rising portion 5 is folded upward from both side edges of the mounting surface 4, and the folded falling portion 6 is grasped and put in the outer box 3 as it is, and the lid is covered with an adhesive tape. Seal. If the user holds the both falling parts 6 and puts the packing 13 into the outer box 3 as it is, the rising parts 5 are supported by the rim of the outer box 3 and rise up naturally, into the outer box 3. Will be accommodated. In the present invention, since the dents 12, 12 formed on both side surfaces of the mounting surface 4 are formed, this becomes a gap between the outer box 3 and the packing device 13, and the conventional method is used when the container is put in the outer box. As described above, there is no need to hold the rising portion, and the folded down portion 6 can be grasped and put into the outer box 3 as it is.
[0034]
The horizontal plane forming part 8 of the falling part 5 of the packing device 13 accommodated in the outer box 3 is held at the inner bottom of the outer box 3, and the upper edges of both rising parts 5 are connected to the lower surface of the upper bottom of the outer box 3. Supported and stabilized. The packed article M is stably held at a fixed position on the mounting surface under the strong tension of the holding sheet 2.
[0035]
The pressing sheet 2 only needs to have strength enough to withstand the tension caused by the bending of the falling portion 6, and it is necessary that the pressing sheet 2 has elasticity, but it is not necessarily excellent in elasticity like a urethane sheet. There is no need to use sheets. Rather, because of the elasticity, the packed article M may shake on the mounting surface against the elasticity of the sheet when affected by vibration during transportation or the like.
[0036]
2, the direction of the flute of the cardboard paper is set to the longitudinal direction of the base board 1 (the direction connecting both the falling portions 5 and 5). Therefore, the bending strength in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction is large, and the vertical surface forming portion 7 and the horizontal surface forming portion 8 of the both falling portions 6 can be bent without difficulty while withstanding the tension of the holding sheet 2, and the falling portion 6 Due to the bending of the vertical surface forming portion 7 and the horizontal surface forming portion 8, the falling portion acts as a rib, and its strength is increased together with a buffering action. According to the structure of the present invention, it has been found that the packing device can be assembled using cardboard paper having a smaller strength than the structure described in Patent Document 1.
[0037]
Although the present invention has been developed as a packing device for transporting a notebook computer, it is needless to say that the present invention can be applied to a packing device for transporting electronic devices of the same form and other articles. In addition, the present invention has developed a structure that can directly pack articles without using an individual package as described in Patent Document 1, but of course, when packing small articles or irregular-shaped articles, Of course, it is also possible to keep the shape of the individual package and pack it.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, without using the individual body described in Patent Literature 1, a notebook-type personal computer or other articles are directly packed and vibrations that would occur during transportation as a courier service or postal service. In addition, the present invention has an effect of effectively protecting an article from an impact, facilitating handling of a package, and improving workability of the package.
