And an electric pseudo incense stick device configured to evaporate the medicine in the medicine container.
[0002]
Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention
As a conventional electric aroma evaporating apparatus for evaporating a medicine including an aromatic substance, a suction wick is provided in a medicine container, and a predetermined distance from the suction wick near an upper end of the suction wick exposed from the medicine container. 2. Description of the Related Art There has been known an electric fragrance evaporating apparatus in which a heater is provided at a distance to evaporate a medicine in a medicine container (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
However, the electric fragrance evaporation apparatus heats the suction wick by a heater provided at a predetermined distance from the suction wick to evaporate the medicine in the suction wick, and the evaporation efficiency is poor.
[0004]

In addition, the present invention provides an electric pseudo incense stick device in which the liquid reservoir is an upwardly open cutout groove extending from a contact portion of the heater with the suction core to an outer surface of the heater.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a plan view of the electric pseudo incense stick device, FIG. 2 is a front view of the electric pseudo incense stick device, and FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 1 to 3, reference numeral 1 denotes an electric pseudo incense stick device. The electric pseudo incense stick device 1 includes a holding member 4 in a medicine container 3 containing a medicine 2 containing a fragrance and a fuming agent. And a PTC heater 6 composed of a thermistor, whose resistance increases when the temperature rises, is closely attached to the outer periphery of the upper end portion 5a of the suction core 5 exposed from the medicine container 3. A casing 7 which is disposed and covers and seals the suction core 5 and the PTC heater 6 which are exposed from the medicine container 3 with a predetermined interval therebetween is fitted closely to the upper end 3a of the medicine container 3. Is provided.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 4, the PTC heater 6 has a plurality of through-holes 8, 8... Penetrating from the contact portion of the suction core 5 to the outer surface of the PTC heater 6. .. Are configured to be liquid pools for generating a liquid pool to be described later. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 9 denotes an insulating layer interposed in the PTC heater 6.
[0010]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, an air pump 10 as a blowing means for sending air into the housing 7 is provided beside the housing 7, and the air pump 10 is connected to the housing 7 by a pipe 11. At the top of the housing 7, there is provided an exhaust tubular body 12 as an exhaust means which is communicated and has an appearance similar to that of an incense stick. Further, an optical fiber 13 as a light emitting means which penetrates through the inside of the tubular body 12 and is exposed at a predetermined dimension from the upper end of the tubular body 12 is provided, and the other end of the optical fiber 13 is provided on the outside of the housing 7. It extends near an LED (light emitting diode) 14 that is a light emitting body, and is configured to emit light from the LED 14. In the drawing, reference numeral 15 denotes a case which is attached to the side of the housing 7 and houses the LED 14, and 16 denotes a connection line of the PTC heater 6.
[0011]
When the drug 2 is sufficiently sucked into the suction core 5 by capillary action, the drug 2 oozes out into the plurality of through holes 8, 8. When the PTC heater 6 is turned on to heat the PTC heater 6 in this state, the liquid pools L, L... In the through holes 8, 8 are heated, and the drug 2 evaporates. At the same time, the medicine 2 in the suction wick 5 evaporates, and at the same time, fragrance due to the fragrance contained in the medicine 2 and smoke due to the smoke generating agent are also generated.
[0012]
In this state, when the air pump 10 is operated, air is sent from the air pump 10 through the pipe 11 into the housing 7, and the air flows around the upper end 5 a of the suction core 5. The vaporized gas of the drug 2 is diffused to increase the vaporization efficiency, and is mixed with the vaporized gas. The gaseous mixture of the vaporized gas and air is discharged from the upper end of the tubular body 12 to the outside. At this time, since the gas containing the scent and smoke is mixed in the mixed gas, the scent and smoke are discharged from the upper end of the tubular body 12.
[0013]
Further, when the LED 14 emits light, the light of the LED 14 irradiates the optical fiber 13, and the light is guided inside the optical fiber 13, and emits light at the tip 13 a of the optical fiber 13 exposed from the upper end of the tubular body 12. Let it.
[0014]
Thus, in the electric pseudo incense stick device 1, the outer appearance of the tubular body 12 simulates the incense stick, the distal end portion 13 a of the optical fiber 13 exposed from the upper end of the tubular body 12 emits light, and By discharging the scent and smoke from the upper end of 12, it is possible to simulate a state in which the incense is ignited and emit scent and smoke, and the simulating effect can be enhanced.
[0015]
The aroma evaporator 1 is provided with through holes 8, 8... Serving as a liquid reservoir in the PTC heater 6, and the PTC heater 6 is disposed in close contact with the outer periphery of the suction core 5. Are formed in the through holes 8, 8, and the liquid pools L, L are directly heated to evaporate the medicine 2, and the PTC heater 6 is brought into close contact with the suction core 5. By doing so, the medicine 2 in the suction core 5 is also directly heated and evaporates, and the evaporation efficiency can be greatly increased.
[0016]
Furthermore, the resistance of the PTC heater 6 increases when the temperature reaches a predetermined temperature and becomes constant, so that even when the PTC heater 6 is in close contact with the suction core 5, the suction core 5 and the medicine 2 are not overheated, and It becomes possible to heat.
[0017]
Furthermore, since the electric pseudo incense stick device 1 uses the optical fiber 13 as the light emitting means, the vicinity of the tip of the tubular body 12 can be easily made to emit light, and the optical fiber 13 can be easily attached. Further, since the LED 14 is used as the light-emitting body, the light-emitting body can be made smaller, have a lower voltage, and have higher luminance.
[0018]
FIG. 5 shows another PTC heater 17 provided in place of the PTC heater 6. The PTC heater 17 is formed so as to be in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the suction core 5. A plurality of open notches 18 extending upward from the close contact portion to the outer surface of the PTC heater 17 are formed, and the notch grooves 18 are formed as liquid pools for generating liquid pools. Have been.
[0019]
Thus, when the medicine 2 is sufficiently sucked into the suction core 5, the medicine 2 oozes out into the plurality of notch grooves 18, 18,. In this state, when the PTC heater 17 is turned on and the PTC heater 17 is heated, the liquid pools L, L... Of the notched grooves 18, 18,. The drug 2 in the inside evaporates.
[0020]
Thus, even when the PTC heater 17 is used, the PTC heater 17 is in close contact with the suction core 5 and the liquid pools L, L... Are formed in the notched grooves 18, 18,. , L... And the drug 2 in the suction wick 5 are directly heated and evaporated to greatly increase the efficiency of evaporation.
[0021]
Note that, instead of the PTC heater 6 or the PTC heater 17 used in the electric pseudo incense device 1, another heater controlled at a predetermined temperature, for example, a nichrome wire heater can be used. Can obtain the same effect.
[0022]
The liquid reservoir may be formed in any other shape as long as a sufficient liquid reservoir can be formed in the liquid reservoir and the fragrance of the liquid reservoir can be evaporated.
[0023]
The present invention can be variously modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and it goes without saying that the present invention extends to the modified ones.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail in the one embodiment of the present invention, the invention according to claim 1 is, in the electric pseudo incense stick device, while closely attaching the heater to the outer peripheral surface of the suction core exposed from the medicine container, Since a liquid reservoir for the medicine is formed in the heater in close contact with the suction core, the electric pseudo incense stick device has a liquid reservoir in the liquid reservoir, and the liquid reservoir is directly heated to evaporate the medicine. At the same time, when the heater comes into close contact with the suction core, the medicine in the suction core is also directly heated, and the medicine evaporates, so that the evaporation efficiency can be greatly increased.
[0025]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the heater is a PTC heater, in addition to the effect of the first aspect of the present invention, the resistance of the PTC heater increases when a predetermined temperature is reached, and the PTC heater becomes a constant temperature. Even when the suction core is in close contact with the suction core, the suction core and the drug can be heated at a predetermined temperature without overheating.
[0026]
Further, in the invention according to claim 3, since the liquid reservoir is a through-hole penetrating from the contact portion of the heater with the suction core to the outer surface of the heater, a liquid reservoir can be formed in the through-hole. Accordingly, the same effect as the effect of the invention described in claim 1 or 2 can be expected.
[0027]
Further, in the invention according to claim 4, the liquid reservoir is an upwardly open cutout groove extending from a contact portion of the heater with the suction core to an outer surface of the heater. This is an invention that has a very significant effect, for example, the same effect as the first or second aspect of the present invention can be expected by the accumulation.
