Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an amusement device suitable for being installed in an amusement park or the like of a shopping facility such as a department store or a supermarket, in addition to an amusement park or a park.
[0002]
Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention
It is well known that various amusement facilities for entertainment are installed in amusement parks and the like. For example, there is known a game device in which an arm is provided on a horizontally provided rotating support shaft, a seat is attached to this arm, and the seat is rotated or rocked in a vertical plane around the rotating support shaft. ing. According to these devices, a player sitting on a seat can experience gravity (G) when ascending, and can experience a feeling of weightlessness when descending, and can experience a unique sensation that cannot be experienced in daily life. The device has gained popularity among many people, especially young people.
[0003]
Also, a roller coaster or the like is well known as a vehicle that gives a player a sense of speed and thrill. In recent years, there have been proposals for vehicles that have a flipping part or a sudden reversing part as a vehicle with a further increased sense of speed and thrill, because this also allows you to easily experience a unique feeling that you can not enjoy in everyday life at all. , Has gained popularity among many people, especially young people.
[0004]
However, all of the above-mentioned amusement devices are large-sized devices, and cannot be very easily installed in a place where the installation space is limited, such as a game corner in a department store or a supermarket. Another problem is that the manufacturing cost is extremely high.
[0005]
Furthermore, all of the above-mentioned amusement devices have been developed for young people who have grown physically. Conventionally, the number of amusement devices and equipment for younger children than the young people has been extremely limited.
[0006]
The present invention has been made under such circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an unprecedented amusement device which is inexpensive to manufacture, can be installed in a limited space, and can be used easily by infants.
[0007]
Means for Solving the Problems and Their Effects
The present invention for achieving the above object has a floor member in which an upper surface is a play area having a predetermined size, and is engaged with a lower surface of the floor member so as to be rotatable around a horizontal axis. The present invention relates to an amusement apparatus, comprising: a supporting means for supporting a floor member; and a lifting means for supporting a lower surface of the floor member and raising and lowering the supported position.
[0008]
According to this amusement device, the support position of the floor member supported by the elevating means moves up and down by the operation of the elevating means. Accordingly, the floor member supported by the support means rotates around the horizontal axis and tilts, and the tilt angle changes.
[0009]
Then, in this way, the player can enjoy various games on the floor member whose inclination angle changes. For example, since the player simply stays on the floor member, the inclination angle of the floor member changes and moves up and down, so that the player can experience a feeling of riding on a seesaw, and the inclination angle of the floor member can be changed. If the size is appropriately increased, a game similar to a slide, such as sliding down on an inclined floor member, can be enjoyed.
[0010]
In this case, it is preferable that the support means is disposed below the center of the floor member and is engaged with the lower surface of the center of the floor member. In this way, the floor members on both sides of the support means can be moved up and down by the same amount, and the player can enjoy playing more like a seesaw. Further, by making the inclination angle of the floor member larger, it becomes easier to perform the above-mentioned downhill play.
[0011]
Further, the present invention provides a floor member having an upper surface serving as a play area having a predetermined size, and a supporting means which is engaged with a lower surface of the floor member and supports the floor member so as to be tiltable in an arbitrary direction with respect to a horizontal plane. A game apparatus comprising at least two elevating means for supporting the lower surface of the floor member and elevating the supported position.
[0012]
According to this amusement apparatus, each support position of at least two lifting / lowering means supporting the floor member is raised / lowered by the operation of each lifting / lowering means. Thereby, the inclination direction and the inclination angle of the floor member supported so as to be freely tiltable in an arbitrary direction with respect to the horizontal plane change according to the vertical support position of each lifting / lowering means.
[0013]
Then, in this way, the player can enjoy various games on the floor member whose inclination direction and inclination angle change every moment. For example, in the same manner as described above, the player simply moves on the floor member, and the tilt direction and the tilt angle of the floor member change and move up and down, so that the player can experience the feeling of riding on a seesaw, In addition, if the inclination angle of the floor member is appropriately increased, it is possible to enjoy a game similar to a slide such as sliding down on the inclined floor member.
[0014]
Also in this case, it is preferable that the supporting means is disposed below the central portion of the floor member and is engaged with the lower surface of the central portion of the floor member. With this configuration, the floor members on both sides of the support means can be moved up and down by the same amount, so that the player can experience a greater change and can easily perform the above-mentioned downhill play. .
[0015]
Further, the present invention includes a floor member having an upper surface serving as a play area having a predetermined size, and at least three lifting means for supporting the lower surface of the floor member and raising and lowering the supported position. A game device according to the present invention.
[0016]
According to this amusement device, each support position of at least three elevating means for supporting the floor member is respectively raised and lowered by the operation of each elevating means, whereby the floor is supported according to the supporting position of each elevating means in the vertical direction. The inclination direction and the inclination angle of the member change. Therefore, the same effects as described above can be achieved by this game device. Note that, in this case, it is preferable that the lifting units are arranged at appropriate intervals so that the floor member can be stably supported.
[0017]
Further, each of the above-described amusement devices further includes a surrounding member surrounding the floor member, and a flexible sheet-shaped and annular cover member, and an outer peripheral edge of the cover member is formed of the floor member. It is preferable that the inner peripheral edge is adhered to the outer peripheral edge of the surface of the floor member while being adhered to the surrounding member above the movable region.
[0018]
According to the amusement device having such a configuration, since the surrounding member is provided around the floor member so as to surround the floor member, if a plurality of balls are arranged on the floor member, the balls move around due to the displacement of the floor member, The player can enjoy playing such as capturing the moving ball. Also, if the height of the surrounding member is appropriately increased, the surrounding member can prevent a player on the floor member from jumping out of the floor member.
[0019]
In addition, when the surrounding member is provided around the floor member, a gap is naturally generated between the floor member and the surrounding member, and there is a concern that a player's hand or the like may be caught in the gap and cause injury. However, since the outer peripheral edge is bonded to the surrounding member above the movable region of the floor member, and the inner peripheral edge is provided to the outer peripheral portion of the floor member surface, the cover member is provided. A gap formed between the floor member and the floor member is covered and covered by the cover member, thereby preventing a player's hand or the like from being caught in the gap portion and causing injury.
[0020]
Further, it is preferable that the cover member is adhered to the outer peripheral edge of the surface of the floor member in a state where the inner peripheral edge is folded down. With this configuration, the cover member bends in a state in which it bulges toward the center of the floor member, so that the cover member is prevented from biting between the floor member that moves up and down and the fixed surrounding member. .
[0021]

[0023]
The game unit on the second floor has a game space separated from the outside by a net 5 and a sheet 6 spanned (stretched) between the columns 2, and a number of balloons 8 are arranged in the game space. The air in the play space is caused to flow by a blower 7 disposed at the upper end of the support column 2, and the balloon 8 in the play space is agitated by the air flow, and the balloon 8 Floats and dances.
[0024]
Note that the net 5 is also stretched (stretched) over a portion corresponding to the ceiling of the play space. The player can enter the game space from the stairs 3.
[0025]
In the game space on the second floor, in a play space where the balloons 8 float and dance, for example, a “game of tag” utilizing the fact that the view is obstructed by the balloons 8 and a game where the balloons 8 float and dance are captured. Thus, the player can enjoy various games in the game space.
[0026]
On the other hand, the game unit on the first floor is composed of four game units: a first game unit 11, a second game unit 15, a third game unit 20, and a fourth game unit 25, which are subdivided into a square shape. You. The first playing unit 11 is a so-called ball pool in which a large number of balls 12 are accommodated in a pool, and the second playing unit 15 is a playing unit in which a sewing packet 16 is arranged. The third playing section 20 is a playing section provided with a mat 21 which is formed by filling compressed gas into an airtight and bag-shaped elastic body.
[0027]
In the first game part 11, the player can enjoy the game while being buried in the balls 12 arranged in the pool. In the second game part 15, the player climbs on the sewing wrap 16 or the like. The third game unit 20 can enjoy a game such as jumping on the mat 21.
[0028]
Further, as shown in an enlarged manner in FIG. 2, the fourth play unit 25 includes a quadrangular window frame-shaped seat member 26, a floor member 27 provided inside the seat member 26, and a floor member 27. 3 to 5 and the like. The ball 28 is disposed on the ball 27 and the tilting device 30 shown in FIGS.
[0029]
The floor member 27 is made of a rectangular flat plate, and the upper surface thereof is a play area having a predetermined size. And, by being disposed inside the seat member 26 as described above, the seat member 26 is surrounded by the seat member member 26. The floor member 27 is mounted and fixed on a frame 40 formed by connecting square pipes in a fence shape as shown in FIGS.
[0030]
A window frame-like cover sheet 29 also having a rectangular shape is adhered to the upper surface of the seat member 26, and the inner peripheral edge of the cover sheet 29 is further folded downward to form the floor member 27. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 6 to FIG. 8, the floor member 27 swells, curves, and has a sufficient space.
[0031]
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the tilt device 30 is provided with a base plate 31 disposed below the floor member 27, and is disposed on the base plate 31, and the mounting and fixing of the floor member 27 is performed. A support mechanism 32 for supporting the frame 40 and a support mechanism 32 that is also disposed on the base plate 31 at an angle of 90 ° about the support mechanism 32 to support the frame 40 on which the floor member 27 is mounted and fixed. A first elevating mechanism 45 and a second elevating mechanism 50 configured to elevate and lower the support position in a vertical direction, and a control device 55 for controlling the operations of the first elevating mechanism 45 and the second elevating mechanism 50 It is composed of
[0032]
The support mechanism 32 has a pair of support brackets 33, 33 erected at appropriate intervals on the upper surface of the central portion of the base plate 31, and has a cross shape in plan view disposed between the support brackets 33, 33. A connecting plate 34, two pairs of brackets 35, 35, 38, 38 erected on the upper surface of each edge of the connecting plate 34, and central members 41, 42 constituting the frame 40, respectively. It is composed of brackets 37 provided so as to hang downward.
[0033]
The brackets 35, 35 are erected on each upper surface of a connecting plate 34 located between the support brackets 33, 33, and are supported by support shafts 36, 36 screwed to the support brackets 33, 33, as indicated by arrows C-. It is swingably supported in the D direction. The brackets 38, 38 are erected on the connecting plate 34 so as to sandwich the brackets 37, 37, and are supported by support shafts 39, 39 screwed to the brackets 37, 37 in the directions indicated by arrows EF. It is swingably supported.
[0034]
In this manner, the frame 40 and the floor member 27 can be moved arbitrarily with respect to a horizontal plane about the center thereof by the combined swinging operation of the support mechanism 32 in the directions indicated by the arrows CD and EF. It is supported by the support mechanism 32 so as to be tiltable in the direction.
[0035]
The first elevating mechanism 45 includes a servomotor 46 having a rotary encoder and two crank arms 48 and 49 connected to each other. The end of the crank arm 48 is connected to an output shaft 47 of the servomotor 46. , And the end of the crank arm 49 is connected to a member 43 provided in parallel with the arrangement direction of the brackets 37 among the members constituting the frame 40. When the output shaft 47 rotates, the crank arm 49 moves up and down, and the up and down movement of the crank arm 49 causes the frame 40 and the floor member 27 mounted and fixed on the frame 40 to show the arrow CD. Rocked in the direction.
[0036]
The second elevating mechanism 50 includes a servomotor 51 also having a rotary encoder and two crank arms 53 and 54 interconnected with each other. The end of the crank arm 54 is connected to the output shaft 52, and the end of the crank arm 54 is connected to a member 44 provided in parallel with the arrangement direction of the support brackets 33, among the members constituting the frame 40. When the output shaft 52 rotates, the crank arm 54 moves up and down, whereby the frame 40 and the floor member 27 are swung in the direction of the arrow EF by the up and down movement of the crank arm 534.
[0037]
The control device 55 controls the operation of the servo motors 46 and 51 while receiving a detection signal related to the rotation angle position of the output shafts 47 and 52 from each of the rotary encoders. This is controlled so that the rotation angle position of the camera becomes a desired angle position. Thus, the vertical support positions of the crank arms 49 and 54 that support the frame 40 are controlled.
[0038]
The movable area of the floor member 27 that swings as described above is below the upper surface of the seat member 26.
[0039]
Thus, in the fourth play unit 25, the servo motors 46, 51 are appropriately driven under the control of the control device 55, so that the brackets 33, 33, 35, 35, 37, 37, 38, 38, the frame 40 and the floor member 27 can be arbitrarily moved with respect to a horizontal plane about the center thereof by the combined swinging motion in the directions indicated by the arrows CD and EF. 6 to 8, the ball 28 disposed on the floor member 27 rolls on the floor member 27 due to the inclination.
[0040]
Then, since the player who has entered the fourth play unit 25 in which the floor member 27 swings just stays on the floor member 27, the inclination direction and the inclination angle of the floor member 27 change, By such a change, the player himself / herself moves up and down, and the player can enjoy the feeling of riding on a seesaw or catching the moving ball 28.
[0041]
As described above, the cover sheet 29, the other of which is attached to the upper surface of the stool 26, is attached to the outer peripheral edge of the floor member 27, and between the stool 26 and the floor member 27. Since the formed gap is covered and covered by the cover sheet 29, it is possible to prevent a player's hand or the like from being caught in the gap and causing injury.
[0042]
As described in detail above, since the game apparatus 1 of the present example has a two-story structure, it is possible to consolidate areas in which various games can be performed, and to provide various games with a small installation area to a player. You can entertain.
[0043]
Further, since the fourth play unit 25 employs an unconventional structure in which the floor member 27 is swung and tilted in an arbitrary direction, the player can play a game full of a novel taste that has never existed before. You can enjoy.
[0044]
As mentioned above, although one Embodiment of this invention was described, the specific aspect which this invention can take is not limited to the thing of the above example at all.
[0045]
For example, in the above example, in the fourth play unit 25, the floor member 27 is configured to be surrounded by the seat member 26, and the floor member 27 is supported by the support mechanism 32 (actually via the frame 40). Although the floor member 27 is inclined by the first and second two lifting mechanisms 45 and 50 having the servo motors 46 and 51, respectively, as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 27, the floor member 27 may be supported by the joint 61, and the floor member 27 may be inclined by the elevating mechanism 65 having one servomotor 73.
[0046]
The joint 61 has its upper end fixed to the lower surface of the central portion of the floor member 27 and is rotatable about a horizontal axis (an axis perpendicular to the plane of FIG. 10), that is, in the direction indicated by the arrow HI. Support.
[0047]
The elevating mechanism 65 includes a drive shaft 67 disposed in parallel with the horizontal shaft, bearings 66 rotatably supporting the drive shaft 67, and crank arms 68 69 connected to each other. 70, 71, a gear 72 engaged with the drive shaft 67, a servomotor 73 disposed side by side with the drive shaft 67, and a gear engaged with the output shaft of the servomotor 73 and meshing with the gear 72. 74.
[0048]
As shown in FIG. 9, the crank arm 68 has one end engaged with the right end of the drive shaft 67, and the other end of the crank arm 69 connected to the lower surface of the floor member 27. Similarly, the end of the crank arm 70 is engaged with the left end of the drive shaft, and the end of the crank arm 71 is connected to the lower surface of the floor member 27.
[0049]
Further, the cover sheet 29 is in a state where its outer peripheral edge is attached to the inner surface of the wall member 60 above the movable area of the floor member 27.
[0050]
In the fourth play unit 25 having the above-described configuration, the servomotor 73 is driven and controlled by the control device 55, and the gear 74 fixed to the output shaft and the gear 72 fixed to the drive shaft 67 are connected. , The drive shaft 67 rotates about the shaft center, and the crank arms 68 and 70 attached to the respective shaft ends thereof cause the crank arms 69 and 71 connected thereto to move up and down, respectively. As a result, the floor member 27 swings in the arrow HI direction.
[0051]
The control device 55 controls the operation of the servo motor 73 while receiving a detection signal related to the rotation angle position of the output shaft from a rotary encoder provided in the servo motor 73, and controls the rotation angle of the output shaft. This is controlled so that the position becomes a desired angular position, that is, the support position of the crank arms 68 and 70 in the vertical direction is controlled.
[0052]
Thus, even with the above configuration, the floor member 27 is swung and its inclination angle changes, and as in the above-described example, the player merely rides on the seesaw just on the floor member 27. By feeling the natural feeling and increasing the inclination angle of the floor member 27 as appropriate, it is possible to enjoy a game similar to a slide, such as sliding down on the inclined floor member 27.
[0053]
Further, in each of the above examples, a servo motor that can be precisely controlled is used for driving the floor member 27. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a normal electric motor or a hydraulic motor may be used. However, in the case where the inclination angle and the inclination direction of the floor member 27 are highly controlled using a plurality of motors, it is preferable to use a servo motor or a stepping motor.
[0054]
When three or more lifting mechanisms are used to support the floor member 27, the floor member 27 can be stably supported by appropriately disposing the floor member 27. , 61 need not be particularly provided.
[0055]
In addition, the above-described elevating mechanisms 45, 50, and 65 are not limited to the above configuration at all if they have a configuration that can raise and lower the floor member 27. For example, as other examples, the configurations shown in FIGS. 11 and 13 can be exemplified.
[0056]
An elevating mechanism 80 shown in FIG. 11 includes flat plates 81 and 82 vertically arranged, a tension coil spring 84 and an airbag 83 provided between the flat plates 81 and 82, and a flow path 81a formed in the flat plate 81. A compressor 88 for supplying compressed air into the airbag 83 via a pipe 89 connected to the flow path 81a; a switching valve 85 and a flow regulating valve 86 interposed in the pipe 89; And a flow control valve 87 provided on the exhaust side.
[0057]
The lower ends of the tension coil spring 84 and the airbag 83 are both engaged with the upper surface of the flat plate 81, and the upper ends thereof are both engaged with the lower surface of the flat plate 82. The operation of the switching valve 85 and the flow rate adjusting valves 86 and 87 is controlled by the control device 90. The airbag 83 is formed by forming an elastic member into a bag shape. Also, as shown in FIG. 12, for example, the lifting mechanism 80 is arranged such that three of them are arranged below the floor member 27 at appropriate intervals, and the flat plate 82 is engaged with the lower surface of the floor member 27. Has become.
[0058]
According to the elevating mechanism 80, when the switching valve 85 is in the air supply state, the compressed air is supplied from the compressor 88 to the airbag 83 via the pipe 89, the flow regulating valve 86, the switching valve 85, and the flow path 81a. As a result, the airbag 83 is inflated against the contraction force of the extension coil spring 84, and pushes the floor member 27 upward as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. That is, the support position is raised.
[0059]
When the switching valve 85 is switched to the exhaust state by the control device 90, the supply of the compressed air from the compressor 87 is shut off by the switching valve 85, and the airbag 83 is compressed by the contraction force of the extension coil spring 84 so that the flat plates 81, The gas is pressed between the gas passages 82 and the gas inside the gas passage 82 is exhausted to the outside through the flow passage 81a, the switching valve 85, and the flow regulating valve 87. As a result, the airbag 83 contracts, and the floor member 27 moves downward. That is, the supporting position is lowered.
[0060]
The speed at which the airbag 83 inflates and pushes the floor member 27 upward, and the speed at which the airbag 83 contracts and the floor member 27 moves downward are controlled by the control device 90, respectively. And a flow control valve 87.
[0061]
In this way, in each elevating mechanism 80, the controller 90 controls the vertical support position of the floor member 27 in the vertical direction to move the support position up and down. The inclination angle changes, and the player can enjoy the various games described above on the floor member 27 in which the inclination direction and the inclination angle change every moment.
[0062]
The lifting mechanism 95 shown in FIG. 13 differs from the lifting mechanism 80 in that the tension coil spring 84 and the flat plate 81 constituting the lifting mechanism 80 are omitted and the pipe 89 is directly connected to the airbag 83. This is the same as the lifting mechanism 80.
[0063]
In the elevating mechanism 95, when the switching valve 85 is in the air supply state, the compressor 88 sends the air through the pipe 89, the flow rate adjusting valve 86, and the switching valve 85 in the same manner as the elevating mechanism 80. Compressed air is supplied to the bag 83, whereby the airbag 83 is inflated and pushes the floor member 27 upward as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG.
[0064]
When the switching valve 85 is switched to the exhausted state by the control device 90, the supply of the compressed air from the compressor 87 is shut off by the switching valve 85, while the airbag 83 owns the weight of the floor member 27 and the game on it. The body is pressed by the body weight of the person, and the gas inside the body is exhausted to the outside through the switching valve 85 and the flow regulating valve 87. As a result, the airbag 83 contracts, and the floor member 27 moves downward.
[0065]
As described above, the vertical support position for supporting the floor member 27 also moves up and down by the elevating mechanism 95, whereby the floor member 27 changes its tilt direction and tilt angle. The various games described above can be enjoyed on the floor member 27 whose inclination angle changes every moment.
[0066]
Further, in the above-described example, the configuration in which the ball 28 is disposed on the floor member 27 is illustrated. However, the configuration is not limited to this. Can be arranged on the floor member 27 and used for a game of a player.
