TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an eyelash curling device mainly used by women and girls, which can be used for lower eyelashes and also for upper eyelashes.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A pair of scissors are pivotally mounted about a support shaft, both scissors have a pair of pressing portions for pressing the eyelashes, and each pressing portion is provided with a pressing portion. Conventionally, there is an eyelash curling device in which the other pressing portion slides along the guide portion of the scissor piece to pinch and release the pinch, and the guide portion is substantially linear. Reference 1). In addition, there has conventionally been an eyelash curling device in which scissor pieces are formed relatively thin (for example, Patent Document 2).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The eyelash curl device of Patent Document 1 described above has a configuration in which the forked rod portion is bent in the middle, but the bending angle is relatively small. Therefore, the direction of the upper surface of the elastic receiving seat substantially coincides with the length direction of the support rod. Since the conventional eyelash curling device including the eyelash curling device of Patent Document 1 is for curling the upper eyelash, the upper eyelash is curled as shown in FIG. 6 of Patent Document 1. .
[0005]
Conventionally, there is no eyelash curling device for lower eyelashes, so when trying to curl lower eyelashes, the eyelash curling device is turned upside down from the state of FIG. I was using. However, when using it in such a manner, the hand holding the eyelash curl device must be raised close to the head, resulting in immediate fatigue of the hand. In addition, when the hands are raised, the sides open widely, which makes the hands unstable, making it difficult to smoothly curl the eyelashes. This is the same for the eyelash curling device of Patent Document 2. Therefore, the present invention can curl the upper eyelashes in addition to the lower eyelashes, and when curling any of the upper and lower eyelashes, the hand position is almost the same height, and it is not necessary to raise the hand near the head, An object of the present invention is to provide an eyelash curling device capable of performing stable work without being tired immediately.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the pressing portion is squeezed and released by the other pressing portion sliding along the guide portion of the one scissor piece. Is a substantially right angle configuration. According to a second aspect of the present invention, one of the pressing portions is formed in a plate shape, and a pressing portion of the pressing portion is formed in a stripe shape, and the other pressing portion is formed of an elastic body such as rubber and the like. The element has a configuration in which an element that is a protruding surface of an elastic body such as rubber is limitedly added to the first aspect. A third aspect of the present invention is the scissor piece, wherein a portion extending forward from the support shaft is substantially linear when viewed from the side, and is bent at a boundary with the guide portion. This is a configuration limitedly added to the item 2. According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the base portion slides by receiving a force from the link bar, the link bar bends in the same direction as the bending direction of the one scissor piece, and a link near the boundary with the base portion. An element that the root portion of the rod extends in substantially the same direction as the guide portion is configured to be limitedly added to each of the above claims.
[0007]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, a pair of scissors pieces are rotatably mounted around a support shaft, each scissor piece is formed to be relatively thin, and each operation portion is substantially linear when the eyelash curl device is viewed from the side. Both scissors pieces have a pair of pressing portions for pressing the eyelashes, each pressing portion is provided with a pressing portion, and the direction of the pressing force at the time of pressing, at least one operation In this configuration, the length direction of the portion is substantially perpendicular.
[0008]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, a pair of scissors pieces are rotatably mounted around a support shaft, and both scissor pieces have a pair of pressing portions for pressing the eyelashes, and each pressing portion has a pressing portion. Is provided, and one scissor piece is bent halfway in a portion forward of the support shaft, and the direction of the clamping force at the time of clamping and the length direction of the operating portion of at least one scissor piece are substantially the same. The pinching position is a right angle and exists on or near the extension of the operation unit.
[0009]
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, an elastic member for urging the clamping portions to open each other is provided between the two scissor pieces, and the operating portion of the other scissor piece is supported by the fulcrum portion and the guide portion with respect to the operating portion body. An element which is movable so as to be able to take a use state in which the other operation part can be pressed by the force point part against the elastic member and an unused state in which both scissors pieces can be folded. This is a configuration limitedly added to claim 5 or claim 6. Claim 8 is a configuration in which an element in which the support portions of both scissors pieces are bent in the same direction is further limitedly added.
[0010]
Claim 9 is formed so that the width of one scissor piece is larger than the width of the other scissor piece, and one scissor piece has a side plate portion, and the other scissor piece is between the side plate portions. An element that can be folded so that it can be substantially accommodated is a configuration limitedly added to Claim 7 or Claim 8. Claim 10 is characterized in that one of the pressing portions is formed of an elastic body such as rubber. Is a protruding surface of an elastic body such as rubber, and the pressing portion of the other pressing portion has a striation shape.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the pressing portion slides along the guide portion of one scissor piece to perform clamping and release, and the guide portion is substantially perpendicular to the length direction of the one scissor piece. It is a configuration that makes. This means that the direction of the squeezing force at the time of squeezing and the length direction of one scissor piece are substantially perpendicular to each other. Therefore, when the eyelashes are pinched, the surface constituted by the guide portion follows the surface of the face, and the operation portion hits the face at a right angle or an angle close thereto without being greatly inclined with respect to the face surface. . In this way, the height of the hand holding the eyelash curl device is almost the same when the eyelash curl device is inverted and the upper and lower eyelashes are curled, and it does not come to a high position near the head, so the hand during use Less tired. Further, since the hand does not come to a high position, the side is not greatly opened and the hand is stable, so that the curling operation can be performed smoothly.
[0012]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, one of the pressing portions is formed in a plate shape, and a pressing portion of the pressing portion is formed in a stripe shape, and the other pressing portion is formed of an elastic body such as rubber and the like. Since the portion is a protruding surface of an elastic body such as rubber, the lashes can be surely curled by compression of the elastic body such as rubber at the time of pinching. According to a third aspect of the present invention, a portion of one scissor piece extending forward from the support shaft is substantially straight when viewed from the side, and is bent at a boundary with the guide portion. Therefore, by bending the guide portion at a substantially right angle to the portion extending forward, the guide portion is substantially at a right angle to the length direction of the scissors piece, so that the processing is simple. According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the base portion slides by receiving a force from the link bar, the link bar bends in the same direction as the bending direction of the one scissor piece, and the link bar near the boundary with the base portion. At the base of the guide extends substantially in the same direction as the guide. Therefore, since the force for sliding the base portion works along the guide, that is, in the sliding direction, the base portion slides smoothly and the operation is easy.
[0013]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, a pair of scissors pieces are rotatably mounted around a support shaft, each scissor piece is formed to be relatively thin, and each operation portion is substantially linear when the eyelash curl device is viewed from the side. The direction of the squeezing force at the time of squeezing and the length direction of at least one of the operation portions are substantially perpendicular to each other. Therefore, the fact that the direction of the squeezing force at the time of squeezing and the length direction of at least one of the operation parts are substantially perpendicular to each other means that the scissors piece is formed relatively thin, and that each operation part is In combination with the fact that the operating portion is formed substantially linearly, the operating portion at the time of use hits the face at a right angle or an angle close thereto without being largely inclined with respect to the surface of the face.
[0014]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, a pair of scissor pieces are rotatably mounted on a support shaft, and one scissor piece is bent halfway in a portion forward of the support shaft, and a direction of a clamping force at the time of clamping. And the length direction of the operating portion of at least one scissor piece is substantially at a right angle, and the pinching position exists on or near the extension of the operating portion. Therefore, the direction of the pinching force at the time of pinching and the length direction of the operating portion of at least one scissor piece are substantially perpendicular to each other. The person hits the face at a right angle or an angle close to the right angle without tilting. And since the pinching position exists on or near the extension of the operation unit, the height of the hand holding the eyelash curling device is almost the same when the eyelash curling device is turned over and the upper and lower eyelashes are curled. Because you never come to a high position near your head, your hands are less likely to get tired during use. Further, since the hand does not come to a high position, the side is not greatly opened and the hand is stable, so that the curling operation can be performed smoothly.
[0015]
According to a seventh aspect, an elastic member for urging the clamping portions so as to open each other is provided between the pair of scissors pieces. Therefore, usually, the elastic force acts to open the operation part, so there is no need to provide a finger ring and insert the finger there to open the operation part, and when the finger ring is not provided, use the eyelash curl device. It can be formed thin. Alternatively, when the finger ring is provided so as to be foldable, it can be similarly formed to be thin. In addition, the operating portion of the other scissor piece is movably supported by the fulcrum portion and the guide portion with respect to the operating portion body, and the other operating portion can be pressed by the force point portion against the elastic member. It is possible to take the non-use state in which both scissors pieces can be folded. Therefore, when not in use, by keeping the operation unit in a folded state, the entire unit becomes thinner, which is convenient for carrying.
[0016]
Claim 8 is a configuration in which the support portions of both scissors pieces are bent in the same direction. When a pair of scissors is pivotally mounted on the support shaft, if both scissors are formed almost straight, the tip of the scissors is bent inward to oppose the clamping section and pressed. It is necessary to form a part. Then, the interval between the two pressing portions becomes narrower by the amount of the bent portion of the scissor pieces protruding inward, so that the opening angle of both scissor pieces must be increased in order to sufficiently increase the interval. For this reason, the operation of the operation unit with a finger becomes unstable because both operation units open at a large angle during use. Therefore, in general, at least one of the support portions is bent upward or downward so that the interval between the two pressing portions is not reduced. If one of the supporting portions is bent and the other supporting portion is kept straight, the other straight supporting portion extends to the bent portion when both scissor pieces are folded. As a result, since the two supporting portions do not overlap, the side area of that portion is large, so that the portion is not compact and is rather thick. This is remarkable when both support portions are bent in opposite directions. Then, in claim 8, since both support parts are bent in the same direction, when both scissors pieces are folded, both support parts overlap and a thin eyelash curl device can be obtained.
[0017]
Claim 9 is formed so that the width of one scissor piece is larger than the width of the other scissor piece, and one scissor piece has a side plate portion, and the other scissor piece is between the side plate portions. It is a configuration that can be folded almost to fit. Therefore, the side portion of the other scissors piece is substantially exposed between the side plate portions and is not exposed. When the folded eyelash curl device is held in the hand, only the side plate portion touches the hand, so that the feel is good.
[0018]
According to a tenth aspect, one of the pressing portions is formed of an elastic body such as rubber, the pressing portion of the pressing portion is a protruding surface of the elastic body such as rubber, and the pressing portion of the other pressing portion has a linear shape. This is the configuration that has been done. Therefore, since the striae-shaped pinching portion presses the eyelash while compressing the rubber at the pinching position, the eyelash can be surely curled.
[0019]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, scissors pieces 1 and 2 mainly composed of metal wires are rotatably mounted on support shafts 3 and fingers are inserted into finger hook rings 6 and 7 provided on operation units 4 and 5. The operation units 4 and 5 are opened and closed.
[0020]
The one operation part 4 is formed substantially linearly, and bifurcated support parts 8, 8 are integrally connected in front, and as shown in FIG. It is formed in a straight line. The distal end of the support portion 8 is bent downward at a substantially right angle, and a pair of guide portions 9 and 9 extends ahead. At the tips of the guide portions 9, 9, a plate-shaped pressing portion 10 for connecting the two guide portions 9, 9 is provided integrally. The pressing portion 10 curves slightly rearward, and the upper end edge acts as a striation-shaped pressing portion 11. With such a configuration, the direction of the pinching force at the time of pinching the eyelashes and the length direction of the scissors piece 1 are substantially perpendicular to each other.
[0021]
A short support portion 12 is integrally connected in front of the other operation portion 5, and bifurcated link rods 13 are rotatably connected to the support portion 12. A metal base portion 14 is integrally provided at the tip of the link rods 13, 13, and the above-described guide portions 9, 9 are inserted into insertion holes provided on both sides of the base portion 14. The platform 14 can slide along the guides 9, 9. A pressing portion 15 made of rubber is fitted to the base portion 14, and a protruding surface of the pressing portion 15 functions as a pressing portion 16.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 2, the link rod 13 is bent in the same direction as the bending direction of the support portion 8. The base portion 17 of the link rod near the boundary with the base portion 14 is substantially linear and extends in substantially the same direction as the guide portion 9. Therefore, when the base portion 14 is slid, the base portion 17 of the link rod applies a force to the base portion in the sliding direction, so that the base portion 14 slides smoothly.
[0023]
Next, a method of using the above-described eyelash curling device will be described. FIG. 2 shows a state in which the scissor pieces 1 and 2 are closed, and in use, first, the operating sections 4 and 5 are operated by a finger to open the scissor pieces 1 and 2 as shown in FIG. FIGS. 1 and 2 show a state in which the striae-shaped pressing portion 11 is located below and the rubber pressing portion 16 is located above it. Is shown. In this state, the lower eyelashes are inserted between the pressing portions 11 and 16 as shown in FIG. 3, and the operation portions 4 and 5 are closed with fingers to press the eyelashes. At this time, since the operation can be performed with the eyelash curling device being substantially horizontal, there is no need to raise the arm greatly, so that the arm does not tire immediately.
[0024]
The eyelash curler of the present invention can curl not only lower eyelashes but also upper eyelashes. FIG. 4 shows a use state in which the upper eyelashes are curled. In this case, the eyelash curl device is turned upside down so that the striae-shaped pressing portion 11 is located above and the rubber pressing portion 16 is located below the pressing portion. The upper eyelashes are inserted therebetween, and the operation parts 4 and 5 are closed with fingers, and the upper eyelashes are curled as shown in FIG. At this time as well, since the operation can be performed with the eyelash curling device being substantially horizontal as is apparent from the figure, the arm does not need to be raised up greatly and the arm does not get tired immediately.

The support portion 25 is bent in the opposite direction at its tip to form a base portion 26. Reference numeral 45 in FIG. 7 denotes a reinforcing rib connecting the two side plate portions 24, 24.
[0028]
A pressing portion 27 made of rubber is removably fitted to the base portion 26, and the protruding surface of the pressing portion 27 acts as a pressing portion 28. The holding portion 28 is oriented substantially perpendicular to the operation portion 21. A coil spring 32 for elastically expanding the operation units 21 and 22 is attached to the inner surface of the operation unit 21, and a replacement rubber 33 is detachably fitted.
[0029]
As described above, the support portion 25 is inclined downward from the operation portion 21 and sharply bends near the front portion, so that the pressure holding portion 28 is provided on the side plate portions 24 provided on both sides of the operation portion 21. , 24 on the extension. That is, the squeezing position 44, which is the contact point between the squeezing portions 28 and 42, exists on the extension of the side plate portions 24 and 24. In the configuration described in claim 6, "the squeezing position exists on or near the extension of the operation unit", the squeezing position 44 exists on the extension of the side plate portion 24 as shown in FIG. Or two radial lines 47 extending radially forward from the support shaft 20 and having an angle α of 20 degrees in the vertical direction about the longitudinal extension line 46 of the operation unit 21. , 47 within the range.
[0030]
The other scissor piece 19 is formed narrower than the one scissor piece 18 so as to be rotatable inside the side plate portions 24, 24 described above. As shown in FIG. 8, the eyelash curler can be folded when not in use. The operation unit 22 is formed separately from the operation unit main body 23, and arms 29, 29 are integrally provided on both sides of the distal end of the operation unit 22. The arms 29, 29 are positioned along both outer sides of the operation section main body 23, and a journal shaft 30, which is a fulcrum provided on the inner surface of the distal end of the arm 29, 29, is provided on a guide provided on the operation section main body 23. The bearing is journaled to a bearing hole 31 having an oval cross section. With this journal connection, the operation unit 22 can move back and forth with respect to the operation unit main body 23, and the operation unit 22 can rotate around the journal shaft 30. Reference numeral 43 denotes a ridge for preventing slippage.
[0031]
A configuration and a method for opening the folded eyelash curl device shown in FIG. 8 to a use state will be described. First, when the operating portion 22 is pulled backward in the state of FIG. 8, the locking projection 34 provided on the operating portion 21 and the locking recess 35 provided on the U-shaped rear wall 39 of the operating portion 22 are locked. And the operation unit 22 moves backward. The operating portion 22 moves rearward and the elastic force of the coil spring 32 causes the operating portion main body 23 with which the coil spring 32 contacts to rotate upward, and the operating portion 22 opens accordingly. When the operation unit 22 is fully opened, the operation unit 22 is pushed forward and moved so that the distal end portion 36 of the operation unit rests on the step 37 of the operation unit main body. At this time, the projection 38 functions to restrict the forward end of the distal end portion 36 from going forward. When the distal end portion 36 is placed on the step portion 37, it can be used, and can be operated by sandwiching both the operation portions 21 and 22 with fingers.
[0032]
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the above-mentioned U-shaped rear wall 39 is formed to have substantially the same curvature as the U-shaped rear end of the side plate portion 24 when the lash curl device is folded. Therefore, when folded, the U-shaped rear wall 39 and the U-shaped rear end face of the side plate portion 24 are flush with each other, so that the lash curling device is smooth and has a good touch.
[0033]
When folding the eyelash curler after use, the above operation may be reversed. That is, the user pulls the operation unit 22 to move it fully backward, and then folds the eyelash curling device by sandwiching the operation units 21 and 22 with fingers. Next, the rear wall 39 is pushed forward to move the operation unit 22 to just before the step 37. At this time, the distal end of the U-shaped rear wall 39 advances below the operation section 21, and the locking projection 34 and the locking recess 35 are locked so that the folded state can be maintained.
[0034]
A plate-shaped support portion 40 is integrally connected in front of the operation portion main body 23, and the support portion 40 extends slightly inclining downward with respect to the length direction of the operation portion main body 23, and bends and rises in the middle. A pressing portion 41 is formed at the tip. That is, the support portion 40 and the support portion 25 of the scissor piece 18 are both bent, and the bending directions are the same. For this reason, when the eyelash curling device is folded as shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, the support portion 40 is substantially accommodated between the support portions 25, so that the whole is smart and compact. If the support portion 40 is formed in a straight line, the side portion of the support portion 40 appears as the base of the triangle at the triangular bent portion of the bent support portion 25, and the bent portion is thick. It is not smart and compact.
[0035]
At the upper end of the pressing portion 41, a striation-shaped pressing portion 42 is formed. As described above, since the pressing portion 28 of the one operating portion 21 is oriented substantially perpendicular to the operating portion 21, the direction of the pressing force at the time of the pressing is substantially perpendicular to the length direction of the operating portion 21. Make
