従来は、依頼並び技工指示者が手書きによる依頼書及び技工指示書の作成を行い製作者に渡されていましたが、内容の記入漏れ、判読の困難な物や正確な用語の成されていない物などが多く、また紙による書類の為に詳細な画像を別にして渡さなければならない煩わしさから中には、製作に重要な画像や情報を正確に伝えない事が多くありました。その為に製作物の調整の発生または、再製作を余儀なくする事もありました。また依頼書並び技工指示書の紛失も問題とされてきました。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の紙による方法では依頼並び技工指示が伝わり難く画像の現像に時間がかかる事から製作に間に合わずその事から画像による詳細な情報を製作者が受け取れなかったりと双方のコミュニケーション不足から結果的に患者にっとって不利益な事が発生していた。本発明はこの課題を解消する事を目的とするものである。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
上記の課題を解消する為、本発明により医療用具並び歯科義歯の依頼書及び技工指示書をパーソナルコンピューターで動作するソフトウエアー内のフォーマットに用意された記入箇所及びチェック項目に依頼及び技工指示内容の記入を行いそこに必須部分を設けることで記入漏れを防ぎ、同時にフォーマットに画像添付箇所を設けることにより画像添付を促す手段と電子メールにより製作者に送信する事で伝達、管理及び保存を容易にする手段を備えている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、発明の実施の形態を説明する。
(イ).医療用具並び歯科義歯の依頼及び技工指示者は、ソフトウエアーのフォーマットに設けられた記入箇所及びチェック項目に記入を行い必要であればフォーマットに設けられた添付箇所に詳細な画像の添付を行い電子メールにより製作者に依頼並び技工指示を送信する。
(ロ).製作者は電子メールにより依頼並び技工指示書を受け取り医療用具並び歯科義歯の製作を行い、依頼並び技工指示書の管理、保存を行う。
