Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a karaoke apparatus, and more particularly to a device for performing a duet song.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a conventional karaoke apparatus, for example, when performing a duet song by a man and a woman, as a method of determining whether the part is a part sung by a man or a part sung by a woman, a lyrics telop displayed on a television screen is used. It is generally known to add a mark at the beginning and change the color of the lyrics telop itself. For example, in the case of a male singing part, for example, a spade mark is added to the beginning of the lyrics telop and the color is changed in blue, and in the case of a female singing part, a heart mark is added to the beginning of the lyrics telop, for example, and the color is changed to red. By changing the color, each singing part is clarified.
[0003]
Note that the above-described content of adding a mark at the beginning of the lyrics telop and changing the color of the color change between men and women is a general operation normally performed in a karaoke apparatus, and corresponds to a publicly-known / public technology, so No technical literature is disclosed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, recent karaoke apparatuses are widely used from the young age group to the middle and old age groups. There are many opportunities for younger people to enjoy, for example, karaoke boxes, and for middle-aged and older people to enjoy, for example, restaurants such as bars and snacks. In the case of a karaoke box, the main purpose is karaoke, so the room is bright and the display that displays lyrics telops tends to be large, but when installed in a restaurant, the karaoke itself is mainly used. In order to emphasize the atmosphere in the store rather than the purpose, rather, the room is dark and a small display for displaying the lyrics telop is often used.
[0005]
Therefore, when singing a duet song, there arises a problem that a mark at the head of the lyric telop indicating which lyric part should be sung by itself cannot be sufficiently recognized.
In view of such a problem, a first object of the present invention is to propose a device that allows the singing parts of a duet song to be more clearly distinguished.
[0006]
Further, the second object is to contribute to a step-up from a device that can only sing to a device that can sing happily, in view of the reality that a karaoke device is required to have more entertaining properties.
[0007]
Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention
(1) The karaoke apparatus of the present invention has an HMI section on the front side of the apparatus main body. The HMI unit may be an operation button for inputting a request music number or the like or inputting various instructions, or a display unit such as an LED for displaying the input request music number.
[0008]
A luminous body capable of changing the luminous state is provided on the front side of the main body of the apparatus, and the luminous control means may be performing a singing part for each singer when performing a duet song. The light emitting state of the light emitter is controlled so as to be distinguishable. As the light emission state, for example, a light emission color, a light emission position, lighting / flashing / light-out, and the like are considered. In other words, the singing part is distinguished by changing the color of light emission, changing the position of light emission, and turning on, blinking, and turning off. Of course, these may be combined. When the light emitting position is changed, for example, if a light emitting body is provided near each of the left and right ends (or upper and lower ends) on the front side of the apparatus, depending on which of the left and right (or upper and lower) light emitting bodies emits light. However, even if the same color is emitted, it is sufficiently distinguishable.
[0009]
By making such a contrivance, the singing parts of the duet song can be more clearly distinguished, and the guidance effect is exerted. The light emission of the luminous body in the main body of the device exerts an unprecedented effect, and contributes to a step-up from a device that can only sing to a device that can sing happily.
[0010]
(2) The karaoke apparatus according to the second aspect is provided with an HMI section on the front side of the apparatus main body, configured to receive a requested music and play the received requested music. The HMI section is described above, and will not be repeated.
On the front side of the main body of the apparatus, there is provided a light emitter whose light emission state can be changed. When the reception of the request music is completed, the answerback control means determines whether the request music is a duet music or not. The luminous state of the luminous body is controlled so that the determination result can be visually recognized separately. As described above, the light-emitting state may be, for example, a light-emitting color, a light-emitting position, lighting, blinking, or light-off.
[0011]
In this way, the person who has performed the request operation can confirm that the requested music has been accepted. Then, since the light emitting state of the light emitting body is controlled so that it can be distinguished whether or not the song is a duet song, it is possible for a person in the vicinity to know whether the duet song has been requested without knowing the song title. Since such a staging effect is also exhibited, it also contributes to a step-up from a device that can only sing to a device that can sing happily.
[0012]
(3) A karaoke apparatus according to a third aspect has both the configuration of the invention according to the first aspect and the configuration of the invention according to the second aspect. The karaoke apparatus has an HMI section on the front side of the apparatus main body, and also has a configuration in which a request music is reproduced. It is configured to be able to receive and play the received requested music, and further includes a light emission control unit and an answer back control unit. When the reception of the requested music is completed, the answer back control means determines whether or not the requested music is a duet music, controls the light emitting state of the light emitter so that the determination result can be distinguished, and plays the duet music. At times, the light emission control means controls the light emission state of the light emitter so that it can be distinguished that a singing part for each singer is being played. Therefore, it is possible to obtain the effects exhibited by the inventions according to the first and second aspects described above, and the effect is produced from when the request is received until the duet music is performed. Naturally, the guidance effect of the singing part of the duet song is also exhibited.
[0013]
In the case where the answer back control means controls the light emitting state of the illuminant upon completion of the reception of the requested music, for example, the light emitting control means controls the light emitting state of the illuminant during the performance of the duet music by the light emitting control means. It is conceivable to correspond to. For example, at the time of karaoke performance of a male and female duet song, if the male singing part turns on the blue illuminant and the female singing part turns on the red illuminant, when the request for such a male and female duet request is completed, For example, the blue light emitter and the red light emitter are turned on at the same time. By associating the light emission control at the time of request reception with the light emission control at the time of karaoke performance in this way, the convenience and entertainment for the singer and the surroundings can be improved.
[0014]
(4) Further, as set forth in claim 5, the answer back control means determines whether the requested music is a male / female duet music, a male duet music, a female duet music, or any other music. The light emitting state of the light emitting body may be controlled so that the determination result can be visually distinguished. In this way, when the requested music is received, it is possible to know not only whether or not the music is duet, but also what kind of duet music was requested.
[0015]
(5) In addition to the above-described guidance effect and staging effect by the light emission control of the luminous body, when performing the display control of the lyrics telop performed during the performance, the singer is required to perform the duet music. It is conceivable to display such that the singing part can be distinguished. By executing the singing part in conjunction with the guidance function of the singing part in the conventional lyric telop, the singing part of the duet song can be more clearly distinguished.
[0016]

[Explanation of karaoke song performance]
Next, a description will be given of the effect of the performance performed during the performance of the karaoke song.
The flowchart of FIG. 5 shows the main processing at the time of performing the karaoke tune, and reads out the tune data of the tune to be played next from the reserved tunes from the storage device 13 (S210). Then, a background video corresponding to the read music data (that is, suitable for the performance of the music) is selected (S220). As for the background image selection, a known technique may be employed, and thus a detailed description will not be given here.
[0039]
Next, pre-production processing is executed (S230). In the pre-production process, as shown in the flowchart of FIG. 6, first, a guidance-processed counter is initialized (S231), and header information (see FIG. 3) of the production data in the music data is read (S232). Then, based on the number of pieces of guidance data in the header information, it is determined whether or not guidance data exists, that is, whether or not the number of pieces of guidance data is zero (S233).
[0040]
If there is no guidance data, that is, if the number of pieces of guidance data is zero (S233: No), this processing is ended and the process proceeds to S240 in FIG. 5. If there is guidance data, (S233: Yes), the left and
[0041]
In S240 of FIG. 5, a title picture is displayed, and in subsequent S250, MIDI data reproduction, background video display, lyrics telop display, and effect display are started, and an actual karaoke performance is started. Until the karaoke performance ends, the display of the background image, the lyrics telop, and the production are continued. When the performance ends (S260: Yes), the processing of FIG. 5 ends.
[0042]
Next, details of the effect display processing started in S250 of FIG. 5 will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
When the effect display process starts, first, it is determined whether or not the number of guidance processes already completed is smaller than the number of guidance data already read in the pre-effect process (FIG. 6) (S301). If the number is equal to or greater than the number of cases (S301: No), this processing is temporarily ended without any operation, and the processing of FIG. 7 is repeatedly executed until it is determined that the performance is completed in S260 of FIG.
[0043]
On the other hand, if the number of processed guidance data is less than the number of guidance data (S301: Yes), one piece of guidance data is read (S302), and the step value of the read guidance data is compared with the step value of the currently playing music. (S303). If the two step values are not equal, the present process is temporarily terminated.
[0044]
On the other hand, if the step value of the guide data is equal to the step value of the currently playing music, the header information of the production data in the already read music data (see S232 in FIG. 6) (see FIG. 3). ) To determine the duet type (S304). In the case of a male / female duet, the processing of S305 to S308 is executed. In the case of a male (male / male) duet, the processing of S309 to S312 is executed. Execute the process.
