TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a transportation system, when bringing umbrellas wet in rain at public facilities such as stations, supermarkets, department stores, movie theaters, etc., without dewatering in a short time and indoors, without damaging the floor surface with rainwater The present invention relates to an umbrella dehydrating and drying apparatus which can carry an umbrella and perform dehydration and drying of an umbrella.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, an umbrella drying device of this type includes an air ejection nozzle 4 facing an insertion port 1 above a dehydration tank 3 having an insertion port 1 at an upper part and a drainage port 2 at a lower part. A water storage tank 5 is provided below the outlet 2, the suction port 7 of the vacuum pump 6 is connected to the dewatering tank 3, and the exhaust side is connected to the air jet nozzle 4 (see Patent Document 1).
On the other hand, although not shown, the sensor is inserted by inserting an umbrella into a holding container holding a spiral or stepwise connected pipe-shaped air ejector having many small holes for ejecting high-pressure air. And a high-pressure air supply unit that opens the high-pressure air valve for a predetermined time after detecting that the umbrella has entered, and a high-pressure air supply unit that generates and accumulates high-pressure air and stands by (see Patent Document 2).
On the other hand, although not shown, a cavity is provided in the outer peripheral portion of the drying chamber, and air is supplied from a blower through an ejection hole. [Problems to be solved by the invention]
The problem of Patent Literature 1 is that in the case of a method in which air is blown out from the upper surface of the umbrella and sucked from the lower suction port 7, the air is blown from the upper surface and spreads from the inner side of the umbrella inserted into the dewatering tank 3 to the outside. Since the air does not flow along the surface of the umbrella and only the area near the suction port 7 is particularly attracted, high-pressure air hardly flows outside the umbrella to which a lot of water droplets adhere, and as a result, dehydration occurs in a short time I can't. In addition, the problem of Patent Document 2 is that when the air is blown out from a small hole of a spirally configured air injector, the whole umbrella inserted into the holding container does not come into contact with the emitted air, and the air injection is performed with a thin tube. Due to the formation of the container, the amount of ejection from each hole is distributed, and the problem of Patent Document 3 is that the device becomes large and cannot be installed at a narrow entrance, and in any case, it can be formed when the umbrella is folded down Due to the folds, the entire umbrella could not be dried uniformly. Moreover, in each case, the sensor works at the same time as the umbrella is inserted, and high-pressure air is blown out. (The number and size of bones) cannot be accommodated, and there is a possibility that water drops will pop out of the upper insertion slot when inserting in the state of an umbrella with a lot of rain.
[0005]
[Means for solving the problem]
The invention according to claim 1 is provided with an umbrella receiver having an upper opening having a water absorbing sheet attached to the inner peripheral surface and opening in a substantially morning glory shape, and a vacuum fan mechanism for sucking water adsorbed on the water absorbing sheet. In the umbrella drying device, in order to absorb water droplets attached to the umbrella quickly by vacuuming the outer surface of the umbrella ground and making it adhere to the water absorbing sheet, it is necessary to have the water absorbing sheet have the same area as the area of the umbrella ground It is characterized by the shape of the petal-shaped umbrella receiver intended.
[0006]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in order to make the outer surface of the umbrella ground close to the water-absorbing sheet and quickly absorb the water droplets attached to the umbrella, the pressure rise in the space formed by the base plate, the casing and the umbrella receiver at the time of vacuum. In order to prevent this, a long hole is provided inside the drain fitting and the ball bearing is put in.The depth of the long hole is about twice the depth of the ball bearing, and a screw for attaching the hose fitting at the bottom is provided. A stop pin is provided in the middle of the long hole to prevent the ball bearing from dropping and when the pressure drops, the ball bearing is sucked and adhered to the drain hole of the base plate to prevent the pressure from rising. In such a case, a feature is that the water that has accumulated in the casing can be discharged.
[0007]

The casing (2) is screwed on, a sensor (12) and a stone abutment (14) are provided, a cover opening in a petal shape on a pipe-shaped drum, a trapezoidal umbrella receiving plate made of a punching plate, and a punching plate made of a punching plate. A water-absorbent sheet (10) is attached to a portion of the umbrella receiver (3) in which a U-shaped bent plate and a stone butt (14) provided with a sensor (12) screw hole are welded and fixed, to a portion which is in close contact with the outer surface of the umbrella ground. A cover (16) with a switch box (6) to which a switch (7) and an outlet cable (8) and a sensor amplifier (9) are screwed, which are attached to the casing (2) by attaching with a waterproof adhesive. The casing ( ) And screwed to the base plate (1), using the packing the required elsewhere in airtight constituted by more parts.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, a ball bearing (19) is contained in a drain fitting (15) screwed to a lower portion of the base plate (1), and the position of the ball bearing (19) is determined by a stop pin (20). Is adjusted, and water is discharged from the drain hose (18) via the hose fitting (17) from the drain fitting (15).
[0009]
【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG.
When the wet umbrella is inserted into the umbrella receiver (3) of FIG. 1 and the umbrella (11) of FIG. 2 is inserted, the sensor (12) detects the insertion of the umbrella, and the vacuum motor (5) is output by the sensor (12). When the vacuum fan (4) is started, the air pressure in the space between the base plate (1), the casing (2) and the umbrella receiver (3) drops, and the air pressure works equally on the inner surface of the space. The umbrella-covered ground is attracted to and adhered to the water-absorbing sheet (10) attached to the umbrella receiver (3). Water droplets attached to the umbrella are quickly absorbed by the water-absorbing sheet (10) by the vacuum effect and received. After the water stops flowing to the outside of the vessel (3) and accumulates at the bottom of the space, and the pressure of the space returns to normal pressure after the fan stops, the drain metal () is passed through the drain hole of the base plate (1) in FIG. 15) Stops stuck in long holes Through the clearance of the ball bearing (19) supported and supported by the housing (20), through the hose fitting (17) screwed into the drain fitting (15), and through the drain hose (18) inserted into the fitting. The umbrella ground that is discharged to the outside and is attracted to and adhered to the umbrella ground activates a timer by the output of the sensor (12), stops the vacuum motor (5) by the timer output, the atmospheric pressure of the space rises to normal pressure After recovery, the dewatered and dried umbrella can be removed from the device.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
The invention described in claim 1 enables a user to smoothly put in and out of the umbrella, and even when a large number of users use it, water drops do not jump upward so that the flow of people does not stop, It is possible to dehydrate and dry the umbrella to such an extent that water droplets of the umbrella do not fall after processing in a short time without breaking umbrellas of various types (number and size of umbrella bones).
[0011]
The invention described in claim 2 prevents the pressure increase of the space formed by the base plate, the casing and the umbrella receiver at the time of vacuum, and makes the outer surface of the umbrella ground close to the water-absorbing sheet to quickly absorb water droplets attached to the umbrella. When the pressure in the space is normal pressure, water accumulated in the casing can be discharged.
