Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to an air conditioner used for air conditioning of a house or the like, and particularly to an air circuit.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 7, in a conventional air conditioner, a cross flow fan 5 configured by connecting a plurality of blades 9a and a series of end plates 9b supporting the blades 9a in a plurality of axial directions is provided. It is arranged between the stabilizer 7 and the rear guider 10 that constitute the casing, and the stabilizer 7 and the rear guider 10 form an air outlet, thereby forming a blower circuit. At least one end of the rear guider 10 is provided with a block 11 between the vicinity of the cross flow fan 5 and the outlet to improve the blowing speed at the end of the cross flow fan 5 and generate an unstable airflow. And reverse suction are prevented, and turbulence of the air flow is suppressed even when the direction of the blowing air is deflected. In addition, it is possible to reduce intermittent abnormal noise (surging) that occurs when ventilation resistance increases due to accumulation of dust on the filter (for example, see Patent Document 1).

[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-5-87087
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as described above, in the conventional configuration, the effect of the block 11 can reduce the surging that occurs near the end, but on the other hand, surging does not occur only from the end. Varies from an end to a central portion or a central portion. In the case of surging from a part other than the end, the block 11 has a very large ventilation resistance, which leads to deterioration of air volume performance, and thus cannot be said to be an effective measure as a whole.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and to provide an air conditioner capable of suppressing a decrease in ventilation performance and suppressing surging from an end portion to a center portion or even in a center portion. .
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, an air conditioner of the present invention includes a cross flow fan, a stabilizer, a rear guider, and a heat exchanger in a main body, and is substantially parallel to a longitudinal direction of the stabilizer on an outlet side of the stabilizer. And a plate-like projection is provided on the upper surface. Further, the thickness of the plate-like projection is gradually increased from the upstream to the downstream of the blowout portion. Further, the thickness of the plate-like projection provided near the end of the blowout portion is maximum near the end portion, and gradually becomes thinner toward the center of the blowout portion. Further, the thickness of the plate-shaped projection is uniform at the center portion, and the end portion of the projection is gradually thinned.
[0007]

With this shape, in the stabilizer 7a, the static pressure is increased in the portion having the projection 8a, and the effect of reducing surging caused by the increase in ventilation resistance is obtained.
[0012]
(Embodiment 2)
In the second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, in the stabilizer 7a, the thickness of the projection 8b is increased continuously or intermittently from upstream to downstream of the blowout portion.
[0013]
By changing the thickness, the ventilation resistance increases as compared with the case where the plate thickness does not change, but on the other hand, the static pressure can be increased, and the reduction of surging caused by the increase in ventilation resistance can be reduced. The effect can be obtained. Further, by increasing the thickness continuously, it is possible to suppress an increase in noise without increasing the fluctuation component.
[0014]
(Embodiment 3)
In the third embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5, in the stabilizer 7a, particularly when the projection 8c is provided at the end, the thickness is continuously or intermittently reduced from the end to the center. It was done.
[0015]
When the surging occurs from the end to the center due to the influence of the end due to the shape with this thickness changed, according to the feature that the influence of the end decreases according to the distance from the end, The surging generated due to the increase of the ventilation resistance due to the decrease of the air blowing performance can be reduced.
[0016]
(Embodiment 4)
In the fourth embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 6, the stabilizer 7a has a uniform thickness at the center of the projection 8d, and the thickness is reduced continuously or intermittently at the end of the projection 8d. Things.
