【0001】

これは、Vout(D)=Low?
【0065】

[Object of the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle opening / closing recognition device that can recognize the opening / closing state of a vehicle door or window with a simple configuration.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The opening / closing recognition device according to the present invention has a basic configuration including a first light emitting unit, first and second light receiving units, a light transmitting member, and an opening / closing determining unit (claim 1). The first light emitting unit is provided at an open end of the door. This door has a window glass that can be opened and closed by sliding, and is a general door that can be opened and closed with respect to an opening of a vehicle body. The first light receiving unit is provided in the vehicle body opening so as to face the first light emitting unit only when the door is closed. The second light receiving unit is provided to move with the window glass. One end of the light transmitting member is provided in the vehicle body opening so as to face the first light emitting portion only when the door is closed, and faces the second light receiving portion only when the window glass is closed. The other end is provided on the door. The open / close determination unit determines the open / close state of the door by detecting the output light from the first light emitting unit with the first light receiving unit, and outputs the output light from the first light emitting unit via the light transmitting member. The open / closed state of the window glass is determined by detection by the second light receiving unit.
[0008]
The first light emitting portion, the first light receiving portion, and one end of the light transmitting member face each other when the door is closed, and do not face each other when the door is opened. Therefore, when the door is closed, the output light of the first light emitting unit reaches the first light receiving unit, and when the door is open, the output light of the first light emitting unit does not reach the first light receiving unit. Further, the other end of the light transmitting member and the second light receiving portion face each other when the window glass is closed, and do not face each other when the window glass is opened. Therefore, when the door is closed and the window glass is closed, the output light of the first light emitting unit reaches the second light receiving unit, and when the door is opened or the window glass is opened, the output light of the first light emitting unit is changed to the second light receiving unit. Does not reach the light receiving section. For example, when the output light from the first light-emitting unit is detected by the first light-receiving unit, and the output light from the first light-emitting unit is not detected by the second light-receiving unit, the window glass is closed with the door closed. Can be determined to be open. As described above, by using the output light of the first light emitting unit to recognize the open / close state of both the door and the window glass, the open / close state of both the door and the window glass can be recognized with a small number of components.
[0009]
An opening / closing recognition device according to a third aspect is the opening / closing recognition device according to the first aspect, in which the positions of the first light emitting unit and the first light receiving unit are interchanged. An opening / closing recognition device according to
[0010]
An opening / closing recognition device according to a fifth aspect of the present invention is the opening / closing recognition device according to the first or second aspect, further comprising one fixture for fixing the first light receiving portion and one end of the light transmitting member to the vehicle body opening. Things. By fixing the first light receiving portion and the light transmitting member using one fixing tool, the number of components can be further reduced. Further, since the light transmitting member can be fixed close to the first light receiving unit, the output light of the first light emitting unit can be reliably received by the light transmitting member.

[0016]
The opening / closing recognition device according to a twelfth aspect is the opening / closing recognition device according to any one of the first to eleventh aspects, wherein at least one of the first and second light receiving units is a phototransistor. The phototransistor has a higher sensitivity than a photodiode, CdS, or the like by amplifying a photocurrent by hFE times, so that an amplifier circuit is not required. Therefore, space saving and cost reduction can be achieved.
[0017]
An opening / closing recognition device according to a thirteenth aspect is the opening / closing recognition device according to any one of the first to twelfth aspects, wherein the light transmission member is an optical fiber. Since the optical fiber can be arranged in the same manner as wiring of a power window and the like, it can be easily installed as compared with a mirror or the like, and thus the productivity is improved.
[0018]
An opening / closing recognition device according to a fourteenth aspect is the opening / closing recognition device according to any one of the first to thirteenth aspects, wherein the opening / closing determination unit is configured to turn off the engine and output light from the first light emitting unit to the first light emitting unit. When the light receiving unit detects the output light and the output light from the first light emitting unit is not detected by the second light receiving unit, a window closing forgetting signal is output. As described above, when the output light from the first light emitting unit is detected by the first light receiving unit, and when the output light from the first light emitting unit is not detected by the second light receiving unit, the door is closed. It can be determined that the window glass is still open. At this time, if the engine is off, the user has forgotten to close the window. With such a simple configuration, it is possible to obtain a function of preventing forgetting to close the half-door or window.
[0019]
In other words, according to the present invention, 1) door opening / closing recognition function, 2) window opening / closing recognition function, and 3) rear vehicle visual recognition function can be obtained with a simple configuration of combining an LED, a phototransistor, and an optical fiber. Specifically, a function of recognizing door open / close is obtained by a combination of the first LED and the first phototransistor. The combination of the first LED, the optical fiber for transmitting the output light from the first LED, and the second phototransistor provides a function of recognizing window opening and closing. Then, a combination of the door open / close recognition function and the second LED provides a rear vehicle visual recognition function that allows the rear vehicle to recognize the door open / closed state.
