Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a sliding member capable of suitably sliding a sliding door, and a sliding door and storage furniture using the sliding member.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various types of storage furniture provided with a sliding sliding door for opening and closing a storage space of a storage furniture body have been considered. In such storage furniture, a rail extending along the width direction of the sliding door is formed at the upper edge and / or lower edge of the opening of the storage furniture main body, and on the sliding door corresponding to the rail. Is generally provided with a slide member having a rollable roller or the like (for example, see Patent Document 1). As an example of such a slide member having a roller, the slide member includes a holder fixed to a sliding door and a roller pivotally supported by the holder.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-250571 (FIG. 3 etc.)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional storage furniture as described above, when a relatively heavy object is placed on the top plate, the top plate bends downward due to the load of the mounted object, and the top plate is moved to the upper end of the sliding door. The roller on the side of the unit is strongly pressed downward, and the rotation of the roller is hindered. That is, the roller that is originally supported by the holder to smoothly open and close the sliding door cannot perform its function. Such inconvenience does not occur only in this kind of storage furniture, but is common to sliding doors such as sliding doors provided at doorways of living rooms and the like, and is also common to sliding members including rollers. That is, if the rail portion provided on the upper end side of the door frame for guiding the sliding movement of the sliding door is long, the rail portion tends to be bent at its central portion in the longitudinal direction due to its own weight. The part strongly presses the slide member provided at the upper end of the sliding door, and there is a possibility that the opening and closing of the sliding door may be obstructed.
[0005]
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a sliding member in which opening and closing of a sliding door are not hindered by a load on a top plate of storage furniture, and an excellent sliding door using the sliding member. It is another object of the present invention to provide a suitable sliding member applicable to not only the storage furniture but also the sliding door in general.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the slide member according to the present invention, when providing the sliding door slidably with respect to the storage furniture main body provided with the top plate, opens the storage space at the upper end of the sliding door or the lower surface side of the top plate of the storage furniture main body. Relative position maintaining means attached to one of the upper edges of the opening and capable of maintaining the relative positional relationship to the rail provided on the other of the upper edge of the opening and the sliding door substantially constant. It is characterized by having.
[0007]
With a slide member having such a configuration, even when a heavy object is placed on the top plate or the top plate itself is bent downward, the slide member is always moved relative to the rail portion by the relative position maintaining means. Since a substantially constant positional relationship, particularly a vertical positional relationship, is maintained, the relative sliding movement of the slide member with respect to the rail portion is maintained in a smooth state. As a result, a sliding door provided with such a slide member at the upper end portion Means that the opening and closing operation is always smoothly performed on the storage furniture body. The slide member may be provided at the upper edge of the opening of the storage furniture main body, or may be provided at the upper end of the sliding door. On the other hand, the rail portion is provided on a member opposite to the slide member. The present invention can realize a smoother opening / closing operation of the sliding door by adding a configuration described below.
[0008]
First, the slide member is provided with a slider that is guided to slide by the rail portion, and a holder that holds the slider and is attached to the upper edge of the opening of the sliding door or the storage furniture main body. The relative position maintaining means for maintaining the relative position with respect to the rail portion substantially constant is formed, and the function is shared between the slider that mainly performs sliding movement and the holder that holds the slider and maintains the positional relationship with the rail portion. Thus, the configuration can be simplified.
[0009]
In particular, one having a simple structure as the relative position maintaining means includes one utilizing elastic deformation. Specifically, if the relative position maintaining means is constituted by an elastically deformable leaf spring formed on the holder, the holder itself can be given a function as an elastic body, so that a coil spring separate from the holder can be provided. It is not necessary to use an elastic member such as a rubber or a rubber elastic body, and the simplification of the structure can be further improved. Here, the leaf spring portion includes one bent toward the opposite rail portion side.
[0010]
Further, in the case where the leaf spring portion has a flat plate shape, a projection is formed on the leaf spring portion so as to protrude toward the opposite rail portion side, and the projection portion is provided on the sliding door or the storage furniture main body that is opposite the rail portion side. It is desirable that the leaf spring portion be elastically deformed by contacting the upper edge of the opening.
[0011]
As a configuration for easily forming such a leaf spring portion in the holder, a pair of slits is formed in an opposing wall portion facing the rail portion in the holder, and a portion sandwiched between these slits is formed by the leaf spring. Part.
[0012]
Further, in order to allow the holder to play an appropriate role without obstructing the main function of the leaf spring portion in maintaining the relative positional relationship with the rail portion of the slider, a sliding door is provided in a different portion of the holder from the leaf spring portion. Alternatively, it is preferable to form an attachment portion for loosely fitting to the opening edge of the storage furniture main body, that is, fitting and attaching with a predetermined clearance.
[0013]
As a suitable slider, a roller supported by a holder so as to be able to roll along a rail portion can be cited.
[0014]
The sliding door in the storage furniture according to the present invention provided with the slider having the above-described configuration is, in short, a rail portion arranged at the upper edge of the opening of the opening that opens the storage space of the storage furniture main body provided with the top plate. The sliding door is provided so as to be slidable to open and close the storage space, and the above-described slide member is disposed at an upper end portion facing the rail portion, so that a smooth opening and closing operation can be performed with a simple configuration. Can be realized.
[0015]
Furthermore, when a rail portion having the same configuration as the upper edge of the opening is also arranged at the lower edge of the opening in the storage furniture main body, a sliding member at the upper end portion is provided at the lower end facing the rail at the lower edge of the opening. If the slide members having the same configuration are arranged, it is possible to achieve commonization of the members, cost reduction, and quick mounting work of the slider. In addition, on the lower end side of the sliding door, the relative position maintaining means of the sliding member on the lower end side always operates due to the weight of the sliding door itself.
[0016]
In addition, the storage furniture according to the present invention including the slider having the above-described configuration is provided with a storage furniture main body including a top plate and having a predetermined storage space, and an opening that opens the storage space to open and close the storage space. A sliding door provided in the main body of the storage furniture, and a rail portion is provided on one of an upper edge of the opening or an upper end of the sliding door in the opening, and the slide member is provided on the other. Therefore, the sliding door can be smoothly opened and closed with respect to the storage furniture main body regardless of whether or not there is a load on the top plate.
[0017]
Furthermore, in this storage furniture, in order to improve the convenience of the common operation of members and the cost reduction and the assembling work, one of the openings of the main body of the storage furniture, the lower edge portion of the opening or the lower end portion of the sliding door, is also provided. It is preferable to provide a rail portion having the same configuration as the rail portion and to provide a slide member having the same configuration as the slide member on the other side.
[0018]
The present invention is not limited to the sliding member applied to the sliding door of the storage furniture described above, but can be applied to general sliding doors such as a sliding door. The present invention having a configuration for that purpose, when providing a sliding door slidably with respect to a fixed object, is attached to one of the fixed object or the sliding door, and either one of the fixed object or the sliding door A relative position maintaining means capable of maintaining the relative positional relationship with the provided rail portion substantially constant is provided. For example, when the sliding member is applied to a sliding door provided at an entrance of a living room or a building, even if a rail portion provided on a door frame serving as a fixed object bends due to its own weight, the relative position maintaining means functions accordingly. Since the relative positional relationship between the slide member and the rail portion is kept substantially constant, it is possible to maintain a suitable and smooth opening and closing operation of the sliding door.
[0019]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0020]
This embodiment is a slide member 1 applied to a first sliding door D1 and a second sliding door D2 provided in a storage furniture R such as a locker.

The finger hook M1 has a space for a standard adult fingertip to be sufficiently inserted so that a fingertip can be hung on a part of the finger hook M1 for operation. The latch mechanism L has a mooring claw that can be moored to a mooring portion (not shown) formed on the front end side of the side plate R4, and is configured to be able to perform a synchronous operation by operating the puller M. In the present embodiment, in order to stabilize the rotation operation of the pull M, appropriate rotation operation assisting members are attached to portions near the upper and lower ends of the first sliding door D1 and the second sliding door D2. Further, the first sliding door D1 is provided with a lock device N, and the first sliding door D1 and the second sliding door D2 are locked in a closed state, so that the movement of the first sliding door D1 and the second sliding door D2 is prohibited.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 3, the slide member 1 is provided at each of two places at the upper end and the lower end of the first sliding door D1 and the second sliding door D2, and has the same configuration. The structure of one of the upper slide members 1 of the sliding door D2 will be described. The slide member 1 includes a roller 1A as a slider that rolls along the rail portion 2, and a holder 1B that holds the roller 1A and is attached to a second sliding door D2.
[0028]
FIG. 4A is a front view of the roller 1A, and FIG. 4B is a side view of the roller 1A. The roller 1A is formed by integrally forming a disk-shaped large-diameter portion 1A1 and a small-diameter portion 1A2 from a resin material, for example. The large-diameter portion 1A1 and the small-diameter portion 1A2 share the same horizontal axis, and form a through-hole 1Ah penetrating in the horizontal direction at the center thereof. The large diameter portion 1A1 has a thickness smaller than the opening width of the rail groove 21 so as to roll in the rail groove 21 of the rail portion 2, and the small diameter portion 1A2 extends along the lower surface 22 of the rail portion 2. It rolls and positions the large diameter portion 1A1.
[0029]
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 11, the holder 1B includes a first holder element 1B1 and a second holder element 1B2, and the roller 1A is sandwiched between the first holder element 1B1 and the second holder element 1B2. It is a member having a half-structure that is assembled so as to be rotatably held. FIG. 5A shows an outer front view of the first holder element 1B1, and FIG. 5B shows an outer front view of the second holder element 1B2. FIG. 6A shows an inside front view of the first holder element 1B1, and FIG. 6B shows an inside front view of the second holder element 1B2. FIG. 7A shows a side view of the first holder element 1B1, and FIG. 7B shows a side view of the second holder element 1B2. The first holder element 1B1 is a synthetic resin integral molded product including a rectangular upright wall 1B11, a bottom wall 1B12 and a side wall 1B13 protruding from the upright wall 1B11 toward the second holder element 1B2. On the other hand, the second holder element 1B2 is also a synthetic resin integrally molded product composed of an upright wall 1B21, a bottom wall 1B22, and a side wall 1B23 having substantially the same size and shape as the first holder element 1B1. Note that the first holder element 1B1 and the second holder element 1B2 may be metal members.
[0030]
As shown in FIGS. 5 (a), 6 (a) and 7 (a), the center of the inner surface 1B11a of the upright wall 1B11 of the first holder element 1B1 is directed toward the upright wall 1B21 of the second holder. A hollow cylindrical projection 1B14 projecting in a substantially horizontal direction is formed. The cylindrical projection 1B14 functions as a rotation shaft of the roller 1A, and has an outer diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the through hole 1Ah of the roller 1A. An engagement hole 1B15 used for assembling with the second holder element 1B2 is provided below the cylindrical projection 1B14, that is, at the lower end of the side wall 1B13 protruding from the upright wall 1B11 toward the second holder element 1B2. Are formed. Further, an engaging claw 1B16, which is an elastically deformable mounting portion for mounting to the second sliding door D2, is formed at a central portion of the outer surface 1B11b of the upright wall 1B11. The engaging claw 1B16 is formed on the lower end side of the outer wall 1B11b of the upright wall 1B11 with respect to the center. The three sides around the engaging claw 1B16 are opened by square holes 1B17 penetrating the upright wall 1B11, and are connected to the upright wall 1B11 only on the bottom wall 1B12 side. More specifically, the engagement claw 1B16 has a triangular shape in a side view and protrudes from the upright wall 1B11. That is, the outer surface of the engaging claw 1B16 is erected with the downward tapered surface 1B16a and the upper end of the downward tapered surface 1B16a inclined upward at an angle of about 10 ° with the base portion at the connection portion with the upright wall 1B11 as the proximal end. It comprises an outer surface 1B11b of the wall 1B11 and an upward tapered surface 1B16b inclined upward at an angle of about 30 °. Therefore, when a force acts on either the downward tapered surface 1B16a or the upward tapered surface 1B16b from outside, the engaging claw 1B16 is pushed into the square hole 1B17 by elastic deformation of the connection portion with the upright wall 1B11. . Further, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), a pair of vertically extending ribs 1B18 are formed on both side ends of the outer surface 1B11b so as to sandwich the engaging claw 1B16, and a rib is provided at an upper end of each rib 1B18. The protrusion 1B19 is formed to protrude outward beyond the protrusion dimension of 1B18. A slit 1B12s extending in the width direction of the bottom wall 1B12 of the first holder element 1B1 and penetrating the thickness of the bottom wall 1B12 is formed at the front end. Further, a downward projection 1B12t having a semicircular shape in bottom view is formed to protrude downward at a widthwise central portion of the bottom wall 1B12 closer to the rear end than the slit 1B12s.
[0031]
As shown in FIGS. 5 (b), 6 (b) and 7 (b), the center of the inner surface 1B21a of the second holder element 1B2 is substantially horizontal toward the upright wall 1B11 of the first holder element 1B1. A columnar projection 1B24 is formed to project in the direction. The cylindrical projection 1B24 is fitted into a cylindrical projection 1B14 formed on the first holder element 1B1 and functions as a rotating shaft of the roller 1A, and has an outer diameter dimension equal to the inner diameter of the cylindrical projection 1B14 of the first holder element 1B1. It is slightly smaller. An engagement corresponding to the engagement hole 1B15 formed in the first holder element 1B1 is formed below the cylindrical projection 1B24, that is, at the lower end of the side wall 1B23 protruding from the upright wall 1B21 toward the first holder element 1B1. Two projections 1B25 are formed. Similarly to the first holder element 1B1, a slit 1B22s extending in the width direction and penetrating the thickness of the bottom wall 1B22 is formed at the front end of the bottom wall 1B22 of the second holder element 1B2. ing. A downward projection 1B22t, which has a semicircular shape in bottom view, is formed at the center of the bottom wall 1B22 in the width direction at a position closer to the rear end than the slit 1B22s.
[0032]
As shown in FIG. 8A, a perspective view of the slide member 1 as viewed from above, and FIG. 8B, a perspective view of the slide member 1 as viewed from below, the first holder element 1B1, the second holder element 1B2, and the roller are shown. Assembling of the integrated slide member 1 made of 1A is performed as follows. 9 (exploded perspective view of the slide member 1), FIG. 10 (longitudinal sectional view of the slide member 1), and FIGS. 11A and 11B (a): a front view of the slide member 1, (b): a side view of the slide member 1, (C); As shown in the bottom view} of the slide member 1, the cylindrical projection 1B14 of the first holder element 1B1 is inserted into the through hole 1Ah of the roller 1A, and then the cylindrical projection 1B2 of the second holder element 1B2. The portion 1B24 and the engagement projection 1B25 are inserted into the hollow interior of the cylindrical projection 1B14 and the engagement hole 1B15 of the corresponding first holder element 1B1. Thereby, the side walls 1B13 and 1B23 of the first holder element 1B1 and the second holder element 1B2 abut against each other, and the bottom walls 1B12 and 1B22 abut against each other, and the roller 1A is rotatable around the cylindrical projection 1B14 as a rotation axis. 1 is completed. Note that the contact surfaces of the first holder element 1B1 and the second holder element 1B2 may be joined with an adhesive or the like. In this assembled state, the bottom wall of the holder 1B composed of the bottom wall 1B12 of the first element and the bottom wall 1B22 of the second holder element is vertically interposed between a pair of front and rear slits 1B12s and 1B22s. An apparently unitary leaf spring portion 1Bx that is elastically deformable in the direction is formed. Further, in the leaf spring portion 1Bx, as a result of the respective downward projections 1B12t and 1B22t being joined to each other, the apparently integrally formed columnar projection 1Bt is formed to protrude downward. Further, on the upper end side of the slide member 1, approximately one third above the large diameter portion 1A1 of the roller 1A and approximately one fourth above the small diameter portion 1A2 of the roller 1A project upward from the upper end of the holder 1B.
[0033]
As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the configuration of the second sliding door D2 side for mounting such a slide member 1 is as follows. 12 and 13, the first sliding door D1 is omitted. The second sliding door D2 is mainly composed of a single rectangular metal plate material formed by bending an appropriate portion. In particular, the upper wall and both side edges of the metal plate are bent rearward at substantially right angles to form an upper wall. D21 and a side wall D22 are formed. Notches D21a are formed at both ends of the upper wall D21 in order to avoid interference with the slide member 1. The upper end of the side wall D22 is also partially notched for attaching and detaching the slide member 1. Further, an attachment member 3 for attaching the slide member 1 is provided at an upper end of the back surface D23a of the front wall D23 of the second sliding door D2. The mounting member 3 is formed by bending a single metal plate having substantially the same width as the front wall D23 serving as a front plate of the second sliding door D2 at two positions along the width direction and in a side view angle shape. The lower standing piece 31 is attached by welding or the like with the lower standing piece 31 in contact with the back surface D23a of the front wall D23. The upper end of the upper standing piece 32 is set at a position substantially at the same height as the upper wall D21. Also, at both ends of the upper standing piece 32, a pair of positioning holes 32a corresponding to the projections 1B19 formed on the outer surface 1B11b of the rising wall 1B11 of the first holder element 1B1 are formed by opening upward. I have. Then, with the protrusion 1Bt formed on the bottom wall of the holder 1B placed on the horizontal piece 33 connecting the upper and lower standing pieces 31, 32, the protrusion 1B19 of the slide member 1 is inserted into the positioning hole 32a. By doing so, the positioning of the slide member 1 in the width direction is performed. Further, an opening 32b into which the engaging claw 1B16 is inserted is formed at both left and right ends of the upper standing piece 32. The opening 32b is set to be slightly larger than the engagement claw 1B16. When the slide member 1 is placed on the horizontal piece 33, the engagement claw 1B16 is loosely fitted into the opening 32b. . By being assembled as described above, the upper ends of the large-diameter portion 1A1 and the small-diameter portion 1A2 of the roller 1A in the slide member 1 partially protrude from the upper end of the second sliding door D2.
[0034]
The lower end of the second sliding door D2 is cut out without forming a bottom wall such as the upper wall D21. Further, similarly to the above-described upper end portion side, the upper end portion of the side wall D22 is partially notched for attaching and detaching the slide member 1. At the lower end of the back wall D23a of the front wall D23 of the second sliding door D2, the same mounting member 3 as the upper end for mounting the slide member 1 is provided upside down. Further, the lower end of the upright piece 31 on the lower side of the mounting member 3 which is abutted upside down is set at a position substantially at the same height as the front wall D23. Thus, the slide member 1 is mounted in the same manner as the mounting on the upper end. Further, the lower end of the large diameter portion 1A1 and the lower end of the small diameter portion 1A2 of the roller 1A of the slide member 1 project from the lower end of the second sliding door D2. Although not described in detail, the manner of attaching the slide member 1 to the first sliding door D1 is the same as that of the second sliding door D2.
[0035]
Next, the operation of the present embodiment will be described.
[0036]
As shown in a schematic vertical section in FIGS. 13 and 14 (a), the first sliding door D1 and the second sliding door D2 when a heavy object is not placed on the top plate R2 of the storage furniture main body R0 are upper rail portions. The lower surface 21a of the second rail groove 21 and the large-diameter portion 1A1 of the roller 1A of the slide member 1 are slid lightly in the left-right direction in a state of light contact or no contact at all. However, as schematically shown in FIG. 15B and FIG. 15, when a heavy object is placed on the top plate R2, the top plate R2 is slightly bent downward. Then, the downward surface 21a of the rail groove 21 contacts the large diameter portion 1A1 from above, or the lower surface 22 of the rail portion 2 contacts the small diameter portion 1A2 from above, and the entire slide member 1 is pressed down. Can be Then, as a result of the protrusion 1Bt of the bottom wall of the holder 1B strongly abutting on the horizontal piece 33 of the mounting member 3, the leaf spring 1Bx is bent upward by elastic deformation, and the relative positional relationship between the roller 1A and the rail 2 is increased. Are maintained in substantially the same relative positional relationship as when the top plate R2 does not have a large overload. That is, the leaf spring portion 1Bx and the protrusion 1Bt provided on the bottom wall of the holder 1B maintain a relative positional relationship and function as relative position means. At this time, since the downward tapered surface 1B16a of the engaging claw 1B16 of the holder 1B abuts on the upper edge of the opening 32b, the engaging claw 1B16 is pushed into the square hole B17, resulting in the bending of the leaf spring portion 1Bx. The sinking operation of the slide member 1 is allowed. Further, the extending direction of the leaf spring portion 1Bx matches the same direction as the width direction of each of the sliding doors D1 and D2, in other words, the same direction as the traveling direction due to the rotation of the roller 1A, and thus the upper ends of the sliding doors D1 and D2. The elastic force and the amount of deflection based on the elastic force can be effectively obtained with a compact structure even in a small and limited space such as the above. Further, the projection 1Bt is apparently integrally formed, but is actually composed of the downward projections 1B12t and 1B22t individually provided on each of the holder elements 1B1 and 1B2, and thus each downward projection 1B12t and 1B22t. Acts in the same manner as the entire projection 1Bt even if they are used alone. Note that the lower slide member 1 is always pressed down by the weight of the first sliding door D1 and the second sliding door D2. That is, such a slide member 1 can maintain the relative positional relationship between the roller 1A held by the holder 1B and the rail portion 2 substantially constant.
[0037]
As described above, the sliding member 1 in the present embodiment includes the first sliding door D1 and the second sliding door D1 for sliding the first sliding door D1 and the second sliding door D2 along the rail portion 2 provided on the storage furniture main body R0. Although the sliding member 1 is provided on the sliding door D2, the sliding member 1 has a configuration functioning as a relative position maintaining means. Even if the deflection of R2 occurs, the relative positional relationship can be kept substantially constant, so that a suitable sliding operation of the first sliding door D1 and the second sliding door D2 can always be ensured.
[0038]
The slide member 1 is composed of a roller 1A and a holder 1B. The holder 1B is formed with a leaf spring portion 1Bx that can be elastically deformed, and the relative position of the holder 1B is maintained by utilizing the elastic deformation. The function as a means is given. More specifically, since the plate spring portion 1Bx is formed with the projection 1Bt that comes into contact with the attachment member 3 attached to the first sliding door D1 and the second sliding door D2, when a large load acts on the top plate R2, When the protruding portion 1Bx comes into strong contact with the mounting member 3, the plate spring portion 1Bx is easily elastically deformed, the relative positional relationship between the roller 1A and the rail portion 2 is maintained substantially constant, and the first sliding door D1 is provided. And smooth movement of the second sliding door D2 can be maintained.
[0039]
The engaging claw 1B16 formed on the outer surface 1B11b of the upright wall 1B11 of the first holder element 1B1 is engaged with the opening 32b provided in the mounting member 3 while being loosely fitted thereto. When bending from the plate R2 occurs, the downward tapered surface 1B16a of the engaging claw 1B16 is pushed by the opening 32b, and is pushed into the square hole 1B17 by elastic deformation of the connecting portion of the first holder element 1B1 with the upright wall 1B11. As a result, the upper slide member 1 can be lowered to the mounting member 3 side. Therefore, when the projection 1Bt on the bottom wall of the holder 1B strongly contacts the horizontal piece 33 of the mounting member 3, the leaf spring 1Bx is elastically deformed, and the rail 2 is bent downward. Since the upper sliding member 1 descends while maintaining the vertical positional relationship between the roller 1A and the rail portion 2, a smooth sliding operation of the first sliding door D1 and the second sliding door D2 is ensured.
[0040]
Further, since the holder 1B holds the roller 1A that rolls along the rail groove 21 of the rail portion 2, even if a load acting on the top plate R2 is applied, the first sliding door D1 and Smooth sliding movement of the second sliding door D2 is ensured.
[0041]
And the rail part 2 of the same structure is arrange | positioned in the width direction whole area | region of the lower surface side front end part of the top plate R2 of the storage furniture main body R0, and the upper surface side front end part of the bottom plate R3. Since the slide member 1 having the same configuration is arranged at both the upper end and the lower end, the members can be shared and the cost can be reduced, and the mounting work of the slide member 1 can be speeded up.
[0042]
Note that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, various types of sliding members, such as a block-shaped member, a plate-shaped member, and a protrusion-shaped member, which can smoothly move relative to the rail portion, other than a member provided with a roller, are applied. can do. Further, the slide member does not necessarily have to be divided into a slider and a holder. Furthermore, the arrangement positions of the slide member and the rail member may be reversed, and the slide member may be provided on the storage furniture main body side and the rail member may be provided on the sliding door side.
[0043]
Furthermore, the sliding member of the present invention is not limited to being applied only to sliding doors of storage furniture, and is applicable to sliding movement of any sliding door such as a sliding door that opens and closes a door frame as a fixed object provided at an entrance of a living room or a building. Is what you can do. In addition, the specific configuration of each unit is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention, as described in detail above, in order to smoothly open and close the sliding door of the storage furniture main body, when moving relative to the rail portion attached to one of them, the relative position with respect to the rail portion is substantially reduced. This is a slide member having a relative position maintaining means for keeping it constant. Therefore, if such a slide member is used, even if the top plate is bent by the overload acting on the top plate of the storage furniture main body, the positional relationship between the slide member and the rail member does not change, so that the sliding door is opened and closed. Can always be performed smoothly. Further, such a sliding member is not limited to the opening and closing of the sliding door of the storage furniture, and can be suitably performed to open and close the sliding door when applied to a general sliding door such as a sliding door.
