この発明は、針自体に糸切刃を設けることによって、糸を簡単に切れるように工夫した糸切刃付き針に関するものである。
元来、針は糸を通して縫いつけ、用を足したあとの糸は、ハサミ等の刃物を使って切り取るというのが、普遍的な行為であり、それ以外の何物でもなかった。
本発明はこうした従来からの固定観念を打破し、全く新しい発想から生まれたものである。
よしや、旅行中とか仕事中にボタンがとれた、ポケットが綻んだ、という様な不祥事に出喰わした場合、その場で、針仕事をすることができるという人は、まずいない。針がない、糸がない、切るものがないという訳である。
従って、こういう不測の事態に備えて、本発明品を財布等に常備しておけば、いつ何時でも、あわてふためくことはない。初めから糸を通したものを携帯しておけば、その効果は絶大なものとなる。
その構成は、図１に示すように、至って簡単である。
針本体（１）の後部には糸通穴（２）を設け、その最端後部には糸挿入口（３）を設定し、その奥の彎曲部には糸切刃（４）を設ける訳であるが、いま本品を使用すると仮定するならば、糸挿入口（３）に糸を挿入し、糸を奥に向かって押しつければ、糸は簡単に切れてしまう。
なお、他の方法でも、目的を達することができる。
そのひとつは、図２に示すように、針本体（１）の適宜部に糸挿入口（５）を設け、その下部には平面部（６）を設定し、その連接の凹部分には糸切刃（７）を設けることによって構成された、実施例１の発明品である。
いまひとつは、図３に示すように、針本体（１）の先端部にヤスリのような縦横凹凸糸切断刃（８）を設けることによって構成された、実施例２の発明品である。
糸を切るという点においては、以上の二点も、同じ効果があるが、生産する上においても、機能的な面においても、最端後部に糸切刃（４）を設けた発明品の方が、より効果的であることは疑う余地のない事実である。

Its configuration is very simple, as shown in FIG.
A thread passing hole (2) is provided at the rear of the needle body (1), a thread insertion port (3) is set at the rearmost end thereof, and a thread cutting blade (4) is provided at a curved portion at the back. However, if it is assumed that this product is used, the thread is easily cut by inserting the thread into the thread insertion slot (3) and pressing the thread toward the back.
Note that the purpose can be achieved by other methods.
One of them is to provide a thread insertion port (5) at an appropriate portion of the needle body (1) as shown in FIG. It is the invention of Example 1 constituted by providing a cutting edge (7).
Another example is the invention of Example 2, which is configured by providing a vertical and horizontal uneven thread cutting blade (8) such as a file at the tip of the needle body (1) as shown in FIG.
The above two points have the same effect in cutting the yarn, but the invention product provided with the thread cutting blade (4) at the rearmost end in both production and functional aspects. But it is undoubtedly more effective.
