Abstract

本発明は、コンクリート建造物等の壁面診断装置に関し、特に、各種の診断装置を壁面に沿って昇降させるための装置に関する。

従来、築後長年を経たコンクリート建造物等における老朽化診断、あるいは外壁改修工事等における壁面診断装置として、超音波診断装置、赤外線診断装置等が提案されている。

前記のごとき、壁面診断に際しては、前記診断装置を診断壁面に沿って昇降させることが必要である。そのための装置として、屋上等から前記診断装置を吊り下げて診断壁面に沿って昇降させることが行われている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記のごとく、屋上から診断装置を吊り下げて壁面診断を行う場合には、前記診断装置を、診断壁面と一定間隔を保ってスムーズに昇降させることが必要であり、さらに一度の上昇あるいは下降時にできるだけ広い範囲の診断を行うこと作業効率上望ましい。

前記目的を達成するため、請求項1の本発明の壁面診断装置は、矩形枠体の四隅部に上下方向を向けて壁面に当接するガイド輪が設けられ、前記矩形枠体の横枠に診断装置が設けられ、前記矩形枠体の両側縦枠に前記ガイド輪の車軸より前記壁面から離してそれぞれガイドプーリが設けられ、該それぞれのガイドプーリにそれぞれガイドワイヤが掛け渡され、該それぞれのガイドワイヤの上下端が前記壁面方向に保持され、さらに前記矩形枠体が前記壁面に沿って昇降自在に構成されてなることを特徴とする。

以下、本発明の実施の一形態を図面に基づいて説明する。図1は本発明に係る壁面診断装置の概念図、図2は要部の斜視図である。

図中、1は屋上のパラペット等に支持される移動自在の上部フレーム、2は地上近くに保持される移動自在の下部フレーム、3は横長に構成された矩形枠体である。該矩形枠体3は、上方横枠4a、下方横枠4b及び縦枠5a、5bで構成され、さらに四隅部には、それぞれ上下方向に向けて壁面Wに当接するガイド輪6が設けられる。
