【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしこの特開平11−366349号においては、手足の関節部分に好適に用いるとしているものの、いかに身体屈曲部に適合し、且身体屈曲部が動かし易い構造とするかを提案する身体保冷具の提供を目的としているだけであり、他の特開平7−222766号、特開2002−113035号又特開2000−166956号においては本発明が意図するものではない。本発明は、保冷部構造の形状を特徴として関節の痛みを和らげるために膝蓋骨(皿)周辺保冷を効率的に促し患部の局部的治療効果を高め身体患部に安定して装着を容易にする保冷剤利用の関節疼痛緩和用保冷治療具を提供することにある。
