Description

【0001】

[0025]
First, when forming the support 11 of the furniture unit U, the reinforcing member 22 is inserted from the lower end of the support 11 before fixing the horizontal leg 20 to the lower end of the support 11. Then, in a state where the lower end of the reinforcing member 22 and the lower end of the column 11 substantially coincide with each other, they are welded to each other using the welding holes 27. As a result, the nut members 24, 24 are located at a predetermined distance inside or above the lower end of the column 11, and the center screw holes of the nut member 24 coincide with the connection holes 26 of the column 11, respectively, and are opened inside and outside. It will be in the state of having done. Then, the horizontal legs 20 are fixed to the lower ends of the columns 11.
[0026]
After the columns 11 are completed in this way, the inner surfaces 11C of the columns 11, 11 are arranged to face each other, and the columns 11 are connected to each other by the upper connection frame 12 and the lower connection frame 13. Prior to disposing the upper connection frame 12 between the columns 11, the hook members 28, 28 are fixed by welding to both ends in the longitudinal direction of the frame body 28 in advance. Then, the hook members 28 are hooked on the upper ends of the columns 11, 11, and the bolts 105 are inserted into holes 34 A formed in the end forming portions 34 of the hook members 28, and the bolts 105 are connected to the upper ends of the columns 11. It is screwed into the nut member 18 arranged on the inner surface side. As a result, the upper ends of the columns 11 are connected by the upper connection frame 12.
[0027]
On the other hand, when connecting the lower connecting frame 13 between the columns 11, the connecting pieces 51, which are welded and fixed in advance at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the prismatic pipe 50, are applied to the inner side surface 11 </ b> C of the column 11, and If the bolt 54 is screwed in such a manner that the insertion hole 52 </ b> A is aligned with the connection hole 26, the bolt 54 can be fastened to the nut member 24 located in the support 11.
[0028]
When mounting the panel 18, the rear hook 62 may be hooked to the slot hole 11 </ b> A provided on the rear surface side of the column 11. Although this work can be performed by turning backward, it can be performed at the front position of each furniture unit U. That is, it is only necessary that the horizontal member 14 is inclined from the horizontal posture and the whole is positioned behind the columns 11, 11. Then, the horizontal member 14 is returned to the horizontal position, and the rear hook 62 is inserted into the slot hole 11 </ b> A by pulling the horizontal member 14 toward the front side. . After arranging the respective horizontal members 14 at predetermined intervals, the lower panel 15 is connected to the lowermost horizontal member 14 by using the horizontal member 14 located above the lowermost horizontal member 14. The panel 15 is hooked in such a manner that the panel 15 is set in a substantially vertical posture and lowered from the upper side to the lower side with the hook 64 positioned. Then, the upper panel 15 is hooked on the upper two horizontal members 14 by the same operation. At this time, as shown in FIG. 9, the upper panel 15 is lifted up to a position close to the mounting surface 44 of the concealing member 42, and when the front hook 61 enters the slot 75 and descends, the panel 15 in FIG. It moves from the position indicated by the two-dot chain line to the position indicated by the solid line. Accordingly, when viewed from the front, a gap corresponding to the movement margin is formed above the panel 15. However, in the present embodiment, the front hanging lower surface portion 45 acts as a concealing portion. You will not be able to see it.
[0029]
After the mounting of the panel 15 is completed, the brackets 100 and 103 are mounted at predetermined positions of the support 11, and the shelf board T and the top board P are assembled in front of the panel 15, whereby the desk 10 using the furniture unit U is assembled. After that, the desks 10 are arranged so that the rear portions of the two desks 10 and 10 face each other and form a pair at the front and rear at a predetermined interval.
[0030]
Next, the top cover C1 is attached so as to straddle the upper portions of the upper connecting frames 12, 12 located in front and rear, and the side covers C2 are attached to the outer surfaces 11B, 11B so as to straddle the posts 11, 11 located in front and rear. . At this time, the front and rear desks 10 or the furniture units U are positioned such that the front and rear upper connection frames 12 and 12 are placed so as to be substantially in contact with the front and rear connection surfaces 83 and 83 of the top cover C1, while the front and rear columns 11 are placed. This is achieved by fitting the inner side portions 91 of the side cover C2 into the inner ends. When mounting the top cover C1, the fixing jigs 38, 38 are hooked on a pair of front and rear horizontal surfaces 85 provided on the lower surface side of the top cover C1, respectively, and the top cover C1 is lifted together with the fixing jig 38. And received in the frame bodies 28, 28, respectively. Then, the concealing member 42 is located on the lower surface side of the frame main body 28, and the bolt 47 is inserted from below and tightened to the nut 41 of the fixing jig 38, thereby connecting the top cover C1 to the first connection. The interconnection of the upper connection frames 12, 12 in the front and rear furniture units U as devices is completed. Here, as the amount of tightening of the bolt 47 is increased, the top cover C1 is more strongly attracted to the upper connection frames 12, 12, and the strength of the upper connection frame 12 is effectively increased by strengthening the degree of their integration. Acts to complement.
[0031]
On the other hand, the upper end of the side cover C2 is screwed with a bolt 94 into each of the pair of front and rear jagged teeth 92A in the upper space of each of the front and rear columns 11, 11, and the other portion is inside each of the front and rear columns 11, 11. The bolt 95 may be inserted so as to penetrate the outer side surfaces 11B, 11B from the side surfaces 11C, 11C and screwed into the pair of knurled teeth 92A, respectively. At this time, since the toothed teeth 92A are provided in substantially the entire area along the longitudinal direction of the side cover C2, there is no limitation on the screwing position of the bolt 95. Therefore, the relative position between the side cover C2 and the column 11 and The connection can be performed without any trouble even if there is a variation in the accuracy of the parts.
[0032]
Therefore, according to such an embodiment, since the top cover C1 and the side cover C2 serving as the connecting device are provided with the positioning means, respectively, when the two front and rear furniture units U are connected to each other, the relative positions of the two furniture units U are extremely adjusted. There is an effect that the connection operation can be performed easily and quickly by performing the determination.
[0033]
The best configuration and method for carrying out the present invention have been disclosed in the above description, but the present invention is not limited to this.

On the other hand, those skilled in the art can make various modifications in shape, position, quantity, and other detailed configurations.
Therefore, the description which restricts the shape, position, quantity and the like disclosed above is exemplarily described for facilitating the understanding of the present invention, and does not limit the present invention. The description by the name of the member excluding some or all of the limitations such as the above is included in the present invention.
[0034]
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the top cover C1 and the side cover C2 use an integrally molded product having a symmetrical shape with respect to the approximate center C in the front-rear direction is illustrated and described. It is not limited. For example, as shown in FIG. 14, cover forming members C1a, C1a of a front-rear split type are provided at a substantially middle portion in the front-rear direction of the top surface 80, and the joining surfaces 110, 110 which can be overlapped with each other are provided inward. The connection surfaces 110 may be suspended from the ends so that the connection surfaces 110 and 110 can be connected by bolts 112 and nuts 113. According to this, while each cover forming member C1a can be used as a top cover of a single furniture unit U, it can also be used as a top cover for interconnecting two furniture units. When the cover forming body C1a is used as the top cover for the furniture unit U of the single desk 10, the joint surface 110 may be provided at the rear.
[0035]
Similarly, the side cover C2 is also formed as a front-rear split type cover forming member C2a, C2a at a substantially middle portion in the front-rear direction of the side surface 90, and the joining surfaces 120, 120 that can be overlapped with each other are the inner surfaces of the side surface 90. The joint surfaces 120 may be connected by bolts 121 and nuts 122. According to this, while each cover forming member C2a can be used as a side cover of a single furniture unit U, it can also be used as a side cover for connecting the two furniture units U, U. When the cover forming body C2a is used as a side cover for a single furniture unit U, it may be provided so that the joint surface 120 is located at the rear.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, each furniture unit can be interconnected in a state where the front and rear furniture units are determined at positions separated by a predetermined distance.
[0037]
Further, since the first connection device has a structure including a top surface having an outer decorative surface extending along the upper connection frame, a connection area of the first connection device corresponds to a length of the upper connection frame. Thus, it is possible to keep the connection strength increased.
[0038]
Further, since the second connecting device also employs a configuration including a side surface portion having an outer decorative surface extending along the column similarly to the first connecting device, the second connecting device is as wide as the first connecting device. A connection region can be formed, and it is possible to provide a furniture unit connection structure having high rigidity by interacting with the connection of each furniture unit by the first connection device.
