Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rail mounting device for mounting an electric device used for a sequencer, a power monitor, or the like on a rail, and to a rail mounting device that is easy to assemble without providing a hole.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, electric devices such as a sequencer and a power monitor are used by being attached to a DIN rail. The rail mounting device used at this time is described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, for example. Such a device attaches a hook to a housing by providing a hole or a holding groove in the housing and inserting a protrusion of a movable hook. When the electronic device is mounted on the DIN rail, the spring portion of the movable hook is deformed, and the electric device is mounted on the DIN rail.
[0003]
In such a device, since holes are provided in the electric device, dust may enter through the opening and short-circuit the circuit. Further, when an electric device handles a high voltage, there is a possibility that electricity may jump to the outside, and it is not preferable to have a hole for safety measures. In addition, even if it is not a through hole, it is necessary to ensure the thickness of the housing at the position of the hole, and the entire mounting device needs a thickness.
[0004]
Also, when the projection is inserted into the hole at the time of assembling the rail mounting device, the direction of deformation of the spring portion is different from that at the time of mounting the DIN rail.

[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a configuration perspective view showing an embodiment of the present invention.
[0009]
In FIG. 1, a main body 1 of an electric device is formed of a resin and provided with a rail groove 2 which is fitted to a DIN rail (not shown). The rail groove 2 is provided with a fixed hook 21 which is hooked on the DIN rail on one side surface, and has a projection 22 which regulates the DIN rail. The hook groove 3 is provided vertically on the other side surface of the rail groove 2, has a holding groove 31 on both side surfaces, and has stoppers 32 and 33 on the front surface. The stopper 32 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape, and the stopper 33 is formed in a circular shape.
[0010]
The slider 4 is formed of resin in a substantially U-shape, has a guide portion 41 inserted into the holding groove 31 of the hook groove 3 on both side surfaces, grooves 42 and 43 on both inner surfaces, and a hook hole 44 on the upper surface on the front side. Have. The catch hole 44 is used, for example, when a flathead screwdriver is inserted and the slider 4 is slid. The movable hook member 5 is formed of resin, is inserted into a U-shaped open portion of the slider 4, and includes a leaf spring portion 51 and a hook portion 52. The leaf spring portion 51 is formed in a parallel arc shape, and a protrusion 511 fitted to the groove 42 of the slider 4 is provided on a side surface and is regulated by the stopper 32. The hook portion 52 has a tip that is inclined, and has a protrusion 521 that is inserted into the groove 43 on the side surface, and fixes the DIN rail.
[0011]
The assembling operation of such an apparatus will be described below. FIG. 2 is an assembly view of the apparatus shown in FIG. As shown by the arrow a, the stopper 33 is inserted into the space of the leaf spring portion 51 of the movable hook member 5, and is pushed in the direction of the stopper 32. Then, as shown by the arrow b, the guide portion 41 of the slider 4 is fitted into the holding portion 31 and inserted. As a result, the side surface of the leaf spring portion 51 of the movable hook member 5 is deformed, and the protrusions 511 and 521 are fitted into the grooves 42 and 43, respectively. As a result, the slider 4 and the movable member 5 are integrated, and are configured as shown in FIG.
[0012]
Next, an operation of attaching to the DIN rail 100 will be described. When the fixed hook 21 is hooked on the DIN rail 100 and the electric device main body 1 is pushed toward the DIN rail 100, the movable hook member 5 and the slider 4 are pushed in the direction of arrow c by contacting the slope of the hook portion 52. Thereby, the leaf spring 51 hits the stopper 32 and is deformed. When the DIN rail 100 fits into the gap between the hook portion 52 and the rail groove 2, the DIN rail 100 can be returned to the original state by the restoring force of the leaf spring portion 51, and the DIN rail 100 can be fixed.
[0013]
In the detaching operation, the slider 4 is pulled in the direction of arrow c using the hook hole 44, the movable hook member 5 is pulled through the groove 42 and the protrusion 511, and the leaf spring 51 is deformed. As a result, the electric device body 1 comes off the DIN rail 100. Then, when the pulling of the slider 4 is stopped, the slider 4 and the movable hook member 5 return to the original position by the restoring force of the leaf spring portion 51.
[0014]
As described above, since the stopper 32 is provided in the hook groove 3 and the slider 4 and the movable hook member 5 are assembled by utilizing the elastic deformation direction of the leaf spring portion 51, there is no need to provide a hole, and assembly is easy. I can do it.
[0015]
Further, since there is no need to provide a hole in the electric device main body 1, the mounting device can be made thin.
[0016]
Further, unlike the related art, there is no need to provide a projection (fixing point) for insertion into a hole of the electric device main body in the spring, so there is no need to ensure the strength of the spring. That is, the leaf spring portion 51 does not need to be formed hard, can have appropriate elasticity, and can be easily attached to and detached from the DIN rail 100.
[0017]
Further, since the leaf spring portion 51 is formed in an arc shape and is deformed by hitting the stopper 32, there is no fixed point (projection portion) for restricting the operation of the leaf spring, and the leaf spring portion 51 has a degree of freedom. Since the force is dispersed in each part, the breakage of the spring can be prevented.
[0018]
Note that the present invention is not limited to this, and has shown a configuration in which the stopper 33 that regulates the operation of the hook portion 52 is provided, but a configuration in which the stopper 33 is not provided may be used. Further, a configuration in which the groove 43 and the protrusion 521 are not provided may be employed. In addition, the plate spring portion 51 is formed in two parallel arc shapes, but may be formed in one arc shape or three or more arc shapes. In addition, although the mounting device integrated with the electric device body 1 is shown, it may be a separated type.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the stopper is provided in the hook groove, and the slider and the movable hook member are assembled using the elastic deformation direction of the leaf spring portion. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a hole, and the assembly can be easily performed.
[0020]
Further, since there is no need to provide a hole, the mounting device can be made thin.
[0021]
Further, the leaf spring portion 51 does not need to be formed hard, can have appropriate elasticity, and can be easily attached to and detached from the rail.
[0022]
Further, since the leaf spring portion is formed in an arc shape and is deformed by hitting the stopper, the leaf spring portion has a degree of freedom, and a force is distributed to various portions of the arc portion, so that breakage of the spring can be prevented.
