Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a coaxial plug attached to a distal end of a coaxial cable.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As this type of plug, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-299173, a plug in which a contact pin is arranged at the center of a cylindrical member is known. This coaxial plug is of a so-called push-on coupling type, and when coupling with a receptacle, a contact pin is inserted into a center hole of a male screw part of the receptacle, and a cylindrical member is fitted to the male screw part of the receptacle.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2000-299173 A (FIG. 1)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since this coaxial plug is easily coupled to a receptacle, it is attached to, for example, a coaxial cable connecting an antenna terminal of a television and an antenna outlet. However, since the cylindrical member is merely fitted into the male screw portion of the receptacle, there is a disadvantage that the coaxial cable is easily pulled out of the receptacle when the coaxial cable is pulled.
In view of such circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a coaxial plug that can prevent the plug from falling out of the receptacle.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems is directed to a coaxial plug having a contact pin disposed at the center of a cylindrical member, wherein a female screw portion to be screwed with a distal end portion of a male screw of a receptacle is provided on an inner surface of the cylindrical member. It is characterized by the following. With such a structure, the coaxial cable does not fall out of the receptacle even if it is strongly pulled. Further, since the number of threads of the female screw portion of the cylindrical member is small, and the female screw portion is screwed only to the distal end of the male screw portion on the receptacle side, the screwing operation is easy.
[0006]
The present invention also provides a plurality of leaf springs arranged on the inner surface of the cylindrical member between the female screw portion and the opening of the cylindrical member in a circumferential direction of the cylindrical member. It is characterized by pinching the male screw part. By using this leaf spring, the leaf spring is elastically engaged with the male screw of the receptacle, so that the leaf spring does not fall off.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a coaxial plug of the present invention. The coaxial plug 1 is of a so-called push-on coupling type, and includes a plug body 2 and a cylindrical member 3. The plug body 2 includes a gripping portion 4, a press-fit inner ring 14, a press-fit outer ring 15, and an insulator 5. By press-fitting the press-fitting outer ring 15 into the press-fitting inner ring 14, the press-fitting inner ring 14 and the press-fitting outer ring 15 are tightly connected and do not come off. A circumferential groove 6 is formed at the joint between the press-fit inner ring 14 and the press-fit outer ring 15, and the cylindrical member 3 rotates with respect to the plug body 2 by engaging the flange 3 a of the cylindrical member 3 with the circumferential groove 6. Be free.
[0008]
The contact pin 7 is inserted into the insulator 5. The contact pin 7 has a core wire insertion portion 16 at its end. By inserting the core 17 of the coaxial cable 8 into the core insertion part 16, the contact pin 7 and the core 17 are electrically connected. On the other hand, the cylindrical member 3 is connected to an external ground conductor (not shown) of the coaxial cable 8 via the press-fit inner ring 14. There are various types of connection between the cylindrical member 3 and the plug main body 2 and various types of connection are available.
[0009]
A female screw portion 9 is formed on the inner surface of the cylindrical member 3 as a screw portion. The female screw portion 9 is arranged at a position where the female screw portion 10a of the receptacle 10 shown in FIG. 3 is screwed with the distal end portion of the male screw portion 10a, and is screwed several times with the distal end portion of the male screw portion 10a. The number of threads is formed. On the inner surface of the cylindrical member 3, a leaf spring 11 is provided between the female screw portion 9 and the opening 3b for holding the male screw portion 10a.
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of the leaf springs 11 are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical member 3 so as to sandwich the male screw portion 10a of the receptacle 10. Serrations 13 are formed on the outer surface of the cylindrical member 3 in order to facilitate rotation of the cylindrical member 3.
[0011]
The coaxial plug 1 is coupled to a receptacle 10 of an antenna outlet A as shown in FIG. 3, for example. In coupling, the distal end opening 3b of the cylindrical member 3 is engaged with the distal end of the male screw portion 10a of the receptacle 10, and the cylindrical member 3 is pushed into the receptacle 10.
[0012]
By this pushing, the contact pin 7 is inserted into the center hole 10b of the male screw portion 10a, and the male screw portion 10a enters the cylindrical member 3 while elastically deforming the leaf spring 11. When the distal end of the male screw portion 10a comes into contact with the female screw portion 9 on the cylindrical member 3, the cylindrical member 3 is rotated to screw the female screw portion 9 into the male screw portion 10a of the receptacle 10.
[0013]
As described above, the coaxial plug 1 and the receptacle 10 are coupled in a state where the female screw portion 9 of the cylindrical member 3 is screwed with the male screw portion 10a of the receptacle 10, so that even if the coaxial cable 8 is pulled by an external force, The coaxial plug 1 does not fall out of the receptacle 10. Further, since the female screw portion 9 of the cylindrical member 3 is screwed only to the distal end portion of the male screw portion 10a on the side of the receptacle 10, the female screw portion of the cylindrical member 3 can be rotated only two or three times. 9 and the male screw portion 10a of the receptacle 10 can be connected.
[0014]
Further, since the leaf spring 11 has a structure for holding the male screw portion 10a of the receptacle 10, even if the female screw portion 9 is forgotten to be screwed, the same coupling strength as that of the conventional one can be maintained. Since it is not necessary to form a slit in the cylindrical member 3 to generate elasticity, the electromagnetic shielding property does not deteriorate.
[0015]
Further, the present invention is not limited to the application to the coaxial plug 1 along the linear direction of the coaxial cable 8 as described above. For example, the present invention can be applied to a distributor 20 or the like as shown in FIG. Needless to say. The structure of the portion of the cylindrical member 3 shown in the distributor 20 or the like has the female screw portion 9 like the structure of the cylindrical member 3 in FIG. In the distributor 20 or the like shown in FIG. 4, a signal input from the cylindrical member 3 is distributed to two receptacles 18 provided on another surface of the distributor or the like, and supplied to another device. Is done.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the female screw portion of the cylindrical member is screwed and connected to the male screw portion of the receptacle, the coaxial cable does not fall out of the receptacle even when the coaxial cable is pulled by an external force. On the other hand, since the female screw portion of the cylindrical member is connected only to the tip of the screw portion on the receptacle side, the connecting operation is facilitated.
