特許文献1に開示された錠装置は、シャッターカーテンの最下部に設けた座板に取付けた錠本体、操作部材(連動アーム)と、シャッター枠の下枠に取付けた錠受け(フックアーム)を備え、シャッターカーテンを下降して閉塞状態とすると錠本体の錠(ラッチ)が錠受けに係合して施錠し、操作部材を座板の長手方向に移動すると錠が錠受けから外れて解錠されるものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
特許文献1に開示された錠装置は、操作部材を座板の長手方向に移動して解錠するので、操作部材を前述の方向に移動した時に座板を持ち上げてシャッターカーテンを上昇して開放するので、そのシャッターカーテンの解放操作がやりづらい。

特許文献2,3に開示された錠装置は、それぞれ操作部材を上方に回動して解錠するので、その操作部材を上方に回動した後に上に移動することでシャッターカーテンを上昇して開放するので、そのシャッターカーテンの開放操作がやり易い。

しかし、特許文献2に開示された錠装置は、錠本体に施錠揺動片を上下揺動自在に設け、操作部材に設けた係合ピンを施錠揺動片に係合し、操作部材を上方に回動するとピンを介して施錠揺動片が上方に揺動して錠がスプリングで解錠位置に回動する構成で、錠と施錠揺動片が左右方向に並設していると共に、錠受けがシャッター枠の側枠に取付けてある。
このために、錠本体は座板の長手方向端部に取付けることになり、座板の長手方向中間部には取付けできない。
また、施錠揺動片と操作部材が連結され、施錠揺動片は室内外側方向に向かうピンで座板の室内面に沿って上下に揺動し、操作部材は長手方向に向かうピンで室内外側方向に回動するから、操作部材の上方への回動によって施錠揺動片を揺動する際に、その施錠揺動片に無理な力が作用し、破損する恐れがある。

特許文献3に開示された錠装置は、錠本体に上下揺動自在に設けた第2レバーが上方に揺動すると施錠位置の錠がスプリングで解錠位置に回動し、その第2レバーと操作部材が連結された構成で、その第2レバーを操作部材によって上方に揺動するので、前述と同様に操作部材を上方に回動して第2レバーを上方に揺動する際に無理な力が作用し、破損する恐れがある。

また、この錠装置は、左右の操作部材と、左右の第2レバーを備え、その左右の第2レバーは一方が上方に揺動すると他方の第2レバーが上方に揺動するように連結し、錠本体の左右両側方から解錠できるようにしてある。
しかしこの構成であると、一方の操作部材を上方に揺動した時に、一方の第2レバーが上方に揺動し、その一方の第2レバーの揺動で他方の第2レバーが上方に揺動し、それによって他方の操作部材が上方に回動するするので、左右の第2レバーの連結部(錠本体)に無理な力、例えばかじりが生じ破損することがある。

なお、特許文献3に開示された錠装置においては、その図10に示すように錠本体の上部に操作部材(第2レバー)を座板の長手方向に沿って設け、錠本体の左右両側方から解錠できるようにしているが、このようにすると、錠本体の上に操作部材が位置するから座板の上下寸法が大きくなる。

本発明は、前述の課題に鑑みなされたものであり、その目的は、シャッターカーテンの開放操作がやり易いこと、錠本体を座板の長手方向任意の位置に取付け可能であること、破損する恐れがないこと、錠本体の少なくとも左右一方側から解除できるようにすることが可能で、かつ座板の上下寸法を小さく、錠本体を破損することがないこと、を満足したシャッターの錠装置及びその錠装置を備えたシャッターを提供することである。

【作 用】
第1の発明によれば、錠本体10の錠が錠受け20に係止した施錠状態において、操作部材30を上方に回動することで解錠されるから、操作部材30の解錠操作方向がシャッターカーテンを上昇する方向である。

また、錠本体10、錠受け20の取付け位置は座板7、下枠6の長手方向に制約を受けることがなく、長手方向任意の位置に取付けることが可能である。
また、操作部材30に設けた作動部材は錠本体10の保持部材を押して第2位置に移動すれば良いから、この作動部材と保持部材を連結する必要がない。
よって、作動部材によって保持部材に無理な力が作用することがなく、錠本体10、作動部材を破損する恐れがない。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1に示すように、シャッター枠1と、このシャッター枠1に沿って昇降してシャッター枠1を開放・閉塞するシャッターカーテン2と、前記シャッターカーテン2を巻き取り繰り出しする巻き取り繰り出し部3と、シャッターカーテン2を閉塞状態で施錠する錠装置4でシャッターを構成している。
前記シャッター枠1は左右の縦枠5と下枠6と図示しない上枠を備えている。このシャッター枠1は建物開口部に取付けられる。
この実施の形態では、サッシ枠1は引き違いサッシ窓のサッシ枠を兼用し、シャッター枠1はその室内側部に障子が引き違いに装着できると共に、その室外側部にシャッターカーテン2が昇降自在に設けられ、シャッター付きサッシ窓を形成している。
これに限ることはなく、シャッター枠1とサッシ枠を別々とし、シャッター枠1を建物開口部に直接取付けるようにしても良いし、サッシ枠に取付けても良い。

前記シャッターカーテン2は複数のスラット2aを連結し、その最下部のスラット2aに座板(ボトムスラット)7が設けてある。
前記巻き取り繰り出し部3は巻取ドラム8を備え、この巻取ドラム8に最上部のスラット2aが連結され、その巻取ドラム8でシャッターカーテン2を巻き取り、繰り出しする。

なお、錠本体10は座板7の長手方向端部寄りに取付けて良く、この錠本体10の取付け位置は限定されない。また、操作部材30は錠本体10の左側又は右側、つまり左右一方側にだけ取付けても良いし、操作部材30は短尺でも良い。

次に、錠装置4、座板7の具体形状を説明するが、これに限ることはない。
図2、図3、図4に示すように、前記錠本体10は座板7の室内側部に取付けたベース11と、このベース11に設けた保持部材、例えばベース11に沿って上下動するスライダー12と、前記ベース11に施錠姿勢と解錠姿勢とに回動自在に支承した錠、例えば錠鎌(ラッチ)13と、この錠鎌13を解錠姿勢に回動付勢する弾性部材、例えばスプリング14と、錠鎌13に設けたカム15を備え、それらはカバー体16で覆われて見えないようにしてある。
前記スライダー12はスプリング14で下方位置に保持される。このスプリング14は前記スプリング14と別であっても良い。
前記錠受け20は、前記錠鎌13が係脱するピン21を備えている。
このピン21はブラケット、例えば上向きコ字状のブラケット22に室内外側方向に向けて固着してある。このブラケット22が下枠6に固着してある。例えば、ビス23で固着してある。
前記ブラケット22にカバー24が嵌め込むようにして取付けてあり、このカバー24でピン21、ブラケット22が見えないようにしてある。

前記操作部材30は錠本体10の左右側方において座板7に図2に実線で示す下方位置と仮想線で示す上方位置に亘って上下に回動自在に設けてある。好ましくは下方位置の時に錠本体10よりも上方に突出しないように設けてある。

前記操作部材30は作動部材、例えば断面円形の作動ピン31を備え、その作動ピン31は錠本体10内部に突出している。例えば、操作部材30は中空部32を有し、その中空部32に端部キャップ33を嵌合して取付け、この端部キャップ33に作動ピン31を嵌合して取付けてある。この作動ピン31は操作部材30の長手方向端部よりも突出して錠本体10の内部に突出している。
この実施の形態においては、錠本体10の左側、右側にそれぞれ操作部材30が設けられ、左右の操作部材30に跨って作動ピン31が設けられ、左右の操作部材30は作動ピン31で連結されている。
前記操作部材30の室外側部に凹陥部34を有し、この凹陥部34を座板7の室内側面7aに一体的に設けた突起7bに長手方向からスライドして嵌め合わせることで上下回動自在に取付けられる。
なお、操作部材30の座板7への取付けた方はこれに限ることはない。例えば操作部材30側に突起7bを設け、座板7側に凹陥部34を設けても良いし、ヒンジで上下回動自在に取付けても良い。

次に動作を説明する。
図4に示すように、前記錠鎌13が解錠姿勢であるとスライダー12は下方位置であり、その状態で下降すると、錠鎌13のロック溝13aの先端部13bがピン21に当接し、さらに下降すると錠鎌13が施錠姿勢に向けて回動し、これと同時に錠鎌13に設けたカム15のカム面15aがスライダー12の突起12aに接してスライダー12を上方位置に向けて押し上げる。そして錠鎌13が施錠姿勢となると図3に示すようにロック溝13aがピン21を係止して施錠すると共に、カム15が突起12aを越え、スライダー12が下降して下方位置となり、突起12aにカム15の端面15bが干渉して錠鎌13がスプリング14で解錠姿勢に回動しないように保持する。
この動作の時にはスライダー12と作動ピン31は干渉することがない。

前述の状態で操作部材30を上方に回動すると作動ピン31が上方に移動し、スライダー12の受部、例えば横向片12bの下面に接してスライダー12を上方に移動する。
前述の状態でスライダー12が上方に移動すると突起12aがカム15の端面15bと離れ、錠鎌13がスプリング14によって解錠姿勢に回動する。
操作部材30から手を離すと、スライダー12がスプリング14で下方に移動して図4に示すように突起12aがカム15のカム面15aに当接する。

次に、錠本体10の各部材を具体的に説明する。
図5に示すように、ベース11は縦板11aと、この縦板11aの左右両端部に設けた取付板11bと、縦板11aの下端部に設けた横向板11cと、この横向板11cに設けた垂下板11dを備え、その縦板11aに上下方向の長孔11eが形成され、垂下板11dにピン挿入溝11fが下面に開口して形成してある。
前記スライダー12は、縦板12cに前述の横向片12bを室内側(見込み方向)に向けて設け、その縦板12cの一部分を切り起こして前述の突起12aとしてある。
このスライダー12の縦板12cに、図6(a),(b)に示すように長孔11eを挿通した固着具、例えばピン17が固着され、スライダー12(縦板12c)はピン17、長孔11eによってベース11(縦板11a)に沿って上下動自在に支承される。
なお、スライダー12の縦板12cに縦長の打ち出し突起12dが形成され、この打ち出し突起12dがベース11の縦板11aに接し、接触面積を小さくしてスムーズに上下摺動するようにしてある。

前記カバー体16は下面と一側面が開口したほぼ箱形状で、左右両側面に切欠き部16aがそれぞれ形成してある。

前記錠受け20のブラケット22は図7に示すように一対の縦片22aと横片22bで上向きコ字形状で、その一対の縦片22aの孔25に跨ってピン21が固着される。
前記カバー24は上面と下面が開口したほぼ箱形状で、ブラケット22の上から嵌め込むようにして取付ける。
このカバー24の上部開口26から前記錠鎌13、垂下板11dが入り込み、ピン21と係合する。

このようであるから、図3に示すように左右の操作部材30に取付けた左右の端部キャップ33のピン挿通穴35に作動ピン31の両端部が挿入され、その左右端面がピン挿通穴35の底部に当接して左右方向に動かないように固定される。
具体的には、端部キャップ33は操作部材30の中空部32に挿入される本体部33aと操作部材30の端面に接する端面板33bを有し、その本体部33aに設けた係止片36が操作部材30の係止穴37に係止して取付けられる。

次に、錠本体10、操作部材30の取付け手順を説明する。
前記ベース11とスライダー12と錠鎌13を組み合わせた状態で、図3と図4に示すように、前記座板7の室内側面7aに形成した下向きの鉤片7cの上面にベース11の取付板11bの横片11b−1を接し、その横片11b−1にビス19で固着して取付ける。
この鉤片7cの上面には図4に示すように開口部7dが形成され、この開口部7dから垂下板11d、錠鎌13が下方に突出する。
この状態で作動ピン31を端部キャップ33のピン挿通穴35に挿入してピン挿通穴35の底部に当接して取付けた左右一方の操作部材30を前述のように左右一側方から取付けると共に、この作動ピン31をスライダー12の横向片12bの下方に位置させる。
そして作動ピン31が取付けられていない他方の操作部材30を左右他側方から取付けると共に、他方の操作部材30に取付けられた端部キャップ33に横向片12bの下方に位置した前記作動ピン31を挿入してピン挿通穴35の底部に当接して作動ピンが左右方向に動かないように固定する。
この後に、カバー体16を押し込んで座板7の室内側面7aと鉤片7cの上面に接して取付ける。カバー体16の切欠き部16aに作動ピン31が挿通する。

左右の操作部材30の左右方向(長手方向)の動きは、錠本体10と図1に示す座板7の室内側面7aにおける左右端部に取付けたストッパ40で規制する。

つまり、各操作部材30をピン挿通孔、例えば断面ほぼ半円形の凹部38を長手方向に連続して有する形状とし、この対向した凹部38に作動ピン31の両端部分を挿入すると共に、その各凹部38の一部分38aを打ち込み変形して作動ピン31の端部が当接するストッパとする。
この場合には操作部材30の端部に小口キャップ39を取付ける。
このようにすれば、操作部材30が長手方向に同一断面で、操作部材30をアルミ押出し形成を利用できる。

前述の実施の形態では作動ピン31を左右の操作部材30間に跨って取付けしたが、図12に示すように左右の操作部材30にそれぞれ作動ピン31を取付け、各作動ピン31をスライダー12の横向片12bの下方にそれぞれ位置させても良い。
この場合には、左右一方の操作部材30を上方に回動して解錠した時に、他の操作部材30は上方に回動しない。
