本発明は、男性用パンツに関し、特に、排尿時の操作性を簡便にするとともに、着用感も損なわないようにしたものである。

従来、この種の男性用パンツは、ブリーフ或いはトランクスとして知られているが、ブリーフでは、前身頃に縦割れの排尿部を設けている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】

このようなことから、本発明は、上記の問題点に鑑みなされたものであって、安心して容易に排尿できることを目的としている。

本発明に係る請求項１記載の男性用パンツは、前身頃及び後身頃を股間部で連続させるようにしたパンツ本体には、左右の脚口が備えられるとともに、前身頃側で排尿部が構成されるようにした男性用パンツにおいて、前記排尿部は、腹側から延びる前だれ部分及び股間部側から延びる下合せ部分がそれぞれ重なるように構成され、しかもこれらの前だれ部分及び下合せ部分が横割れ可能になっていることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】

したがって、下合せ部分２ｂは、股間部分４から着用部分６まで延びる必要がないことから、従来の縦割れ構成の排尿部に比べて、原反の使用量が少なく、縫い合せの作業量も少なくなる。
また、排尿時には、前だれ部分２ａを引き上げるとともに、下合せ部分２ｂを引き下げれば排尿が可能になるため、安心感をもって着用できる。

次いで、本発明の第２実施形態に係る男性用パンツについて説明するが、上述の第１実施形態と同様な構成部分には、同一符号を付して説明を省略または簡略化する。図３は、本発明の第２実施形態に係る男性用パンツを概念的に示した説明図である。
図３において、男性用パンツは、特に、軽度の失禁者に好適させるため、前記排尿部７の下合せ部分２ｂの内部側には、図４で明示されているように、内袋８が形成され、この内袋８内には、吸水パット９が備えられるものである。この場合、内袋８は、内布を縫い合せるか、或いは下合せ２ｂを延長して折り曲げるようにすれば、容易に構成できる。なお、排尿部７の前だれ部分２ａとしては、図１と異なり凹曲状を呈するものが示されている。
また、前記吸水パット９は、例えば、吸水・速乾性の生地、一般に普及している吸水性樹脂、逆戻し防止・通気性のある立体メッシュ生地及び吸水・保水性の生地などを積層することで尿もれ、防水が可能になる。この場合、内袋８の身体側の内側には、フィルム状のビニールシートなどを貼って防水加工すれば、さらに防水性が高まる。
さらに、前述した内袋８は、吸水パット９にマジックテープなどを備えるようにすれば、省略することも可能である。
なお、健常者或いは軽度の失禁者では、尿もれ量が、数ミリリットル〜数十ミリリットルであるから、吸水パット９による吸水があれば、濡れによる不快感を生じない。

【発明の効果】
