Description
【0001】
Ca(1−X)MX(OH)2 (1)
Ca(1−X)MX(OH)2 (1)
【0014】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a halogen-containing resin composition having excellent heat resistance and heat-resistant discoloration resistance obtained by adding a calcium-containing hydroxide and hydrotalcites in a predetermined ratio to a halogen-containing resin.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Halogen-containing resins, such as polyvinyl chloride, have the disadvantage of dehydrogenation when exposed to heat or light, causing degradation. To overcome this, various heat stabilizers have been added to halogen-containing resins. Addition has been done. For example, a stabilizer combining an organic acid metal salt such as cadmium, barium, calcium, magnesium, and zinc, and a lead-based or tin-based stabilizer are known. Among these stabilizers, those containing heavy metals such as cadmium and lead have toxic problems. Among them, those which are combined in consideration of toxicity and environmental aspects, for example, those using an organic acid calcium salt, an organic acid zinc salt or an organic acid magnesium salt have no problem in terms of toxicity, but have a high heat during processing. There was a problem that the stability was insufficient. Therefore, in this case, an inorganic compound having a high ability to capture hydrogen halide generated when the halogen-containing resin is degraded, an additive that supplements the stabilizing ability, and an additive combining these have been proposed. Examples of these additives include hydrotalcites, zeolites, polyhydric alcohols, β-diketones and the like. However, the heat resistance up to blackening of the halogen-containing resin composition to which these are added and the heat-resistant coloring prevention properties are not sufficient.
[0003]

【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on examples. However, the present invention is not limited to these.
[0032]
The components shown in Tables 1 and 2 were blended and kneaded with an 8-inch roll at 200 ° C. for 3 minutes to prepare a test sheet having a thickness of 0.4 mm. The obtained polyvinyl chloride sheet was cut into 15 mm × 30 mm, and ten test pieces of each composition were placed on a glass plate having a thickness of 2 mm. Ten pieces were placed on a 195 ° C. gear oven turntable at 195 ° C. The sample was placed, and every 10 minutes, one glass plate was sampled and sampled. The sample was evaluated for heat resistance and heat-resistant coloring prevention. Further, the above test sheets are superposed on each other to a thickness of about 1.5 mm, and a press heat stability test is performed under the conditions of a pressure of 150 kg / cm 2 , a temperature of 190 ° C., and a time of 2 minutes and 30 minutes. The prevention was evaluated.
[0033]
The evaluation of the resistance to discoloration in oven heat was performed by measuring the hue after 30 minutes. The evaluation was performed in four steps: white for ◎, slightly yellow-white for ○, yellow for Δ, and orange-yellow for ×. In this evaluation, those of Δ and × were inferior as products and could not be commercialized. In this example, the following ingredients were used.

[Table 1]
[0036]
[Table 2]
[0037]
As is clear from Tables 1 and 2, Examples 1 to 4 show that the calcium-containing hydroxide and the hydrotalcites are all in the range of 1 to 0.3 to 1 to 19 (weight ratio) within the range specified in the present invention. ), The improvement of anti-heat coloring and heat resistance in oven heat stability, and the improvement of anti-heat coloring in press thermal stability test are attempted. On the other hand, in Comparative Example 2 in Table 1, the calcium-containing hydroxide and the hydrotalcites were used in combination, but the ratio was out of the range specified in the present invention, and the ratio to the calcium-containing hydroxide was changed. As a result, in the oven heat stability evaluation and the press heat stability evaluation, the heat resistance coloring prevention property is improved, but the heat resistance (blackening time) of the oven heat stability is inferior.
[0038]
Comparative Example 1 and Comparative Example 3 in Table 1 were blends containing only one of hydrotalcites or calcium-containing hydroxide, and were resistant to heat discoloration and heat resistance (black color) of oven heat stability and press heat stability. It can be seen that the compounding time is inferior to the examples using the combination of these. Example 5 in Table 2 contains the β-diketone compound further in the formulation of Example 4, and in this case, excellent results were obtained in all the test results. In Example 6, the composition of Example 4 further contained a metal perchlorate, and in Example 7, the composition of Example 3 further contained a β-diketone compound and a metal perchlorate. Thus, the test results in this case are excellent.
