Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cardboard box having an interior partitioned into two empty spaces by a partition wall plate, and a method of storing and packing the cardboard box.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various types of corrugated cardboard boxes have already been proposed.
For example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2001-328620 (Patent Document 1) discloses that a box body formed by a single peripheral wall is provided with a single portion and a double portion of a bottom plate at the bottom of each chamber partitioned by a partition wall plate. The height of the target object such as PET bottles stored in the bottom plate is made uneven so that the bottom plate is doubled over the entire bottom so that no steps are formed, and at the same time, the strength of the entire bottom portion is improved. Is being improved.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-328620 A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the work of storing and packing the target object in the cardboard box is automatically performed in a predetermined automatic storage and packing line, in the case of the above cardboard box having a double bottom, after assembling the cardboard box, It is recognized that the stored items must be put into the cardboard box through the upper opening.
[0005]
This is because it is difficult to mount the object on the single bottom part during assembly and then insert another bottom plate between them to make the object double.
In addition, the cardboard boxes storing and packing the object are usually stacked in multiple stages in both shipping and transportation, but in this case, in particular, avoid crushing the lower ones. There must be.
For this purpose, in the case of a single peripheral wall, as in the case of the above-mentioned cardboard box described in Patent Document 1, it is necessary to adopt a thick cardboard or to perform predetermined reinforcement by using other reinforcing materials. Disadvantage arises.
[0006]
In view of the above, the present invention firstly provides a single bottom so as to prevent a step from being formed and to prevent the height of the stored items from becoming uneven, and to provide a single bottom at the initial stage or at an appropriate time during the assembly. The object can be stored and packed very easily on a predetermined automatic storage and packing line by placing the object. Secondly, the double peripheral wall allows shipping and transportation even when relatively thin cardboard is used. Another object of the present invention is to provide a cardboard box having a strength enough to withstand a plurality of stacked sheets during storage.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The configuration of the cardboard box according to the first aspect of the present invention is as follows.
(1) The backing paper a is formed by connecting main side wall plates 2 and 3 of the same shape and the same size to the opposite long side edges of the horizontal rectangular bottom plate 1, and the substantially square main side plate on the both sides opposite short side edges of the same bottom plate 1. BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
First, the cardboard box A according to the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 will be described.
The mount a shown in the unfolded state in FIG. 1 is obtained by cutting one piece of cardboard into the following shape.
[0015]
Reference numeral 1 denotes a horizontal rectangular bottom plate, and main side wall plates 2 and 3 having the same shape and the same size as the bottom plate 1 are continuously provided on both long sides of the bottom plate 1 facing each other.
Reference numerals 4 and 5 denote substantially square main side walls connected to the opposite short sides on both sides of the bottom plate 1 respectively. , 4 ", 5 ', 5".
The sub-side wall plates 4 ', 4 ", 5', 5" form cuts 6, 6 ', 7, 7' between the main side wall plates 2, 3 and the main side wall plate 2 '. , 3 are arranged in parallel.
[0016]
Reference numerals 8 and 9 denote partition wall plates continuously provided on one side edge of the auxiliary side wall plates 4 "and 5" (edges opposite to the main side wall plates 4 and 5), and reference numerals 8 'and 9' denote the partition walls. It is a glue margin piece continuously connected to the free edge of the plates 8 and 9.
[0017]
Reference numeral 10 denotes a lid plate continuously provided on one long side edge of the main side wall plate 2 (a side edge opposite to the bottom plate 1), and the lid plate 10 is connected to the bottom plate 1 (and the main side wall plates 2 and 3). It has the same shape and the same horizontal rectangle.
Reference numerals 10 'and 10 "denote sub-sidewall plates which are continuously provided on both short sides of the cover plate 10 opposite to each other. Cuts 11 and 11' are formed between the sub-sidewall plates 4 'and 5'.
[0018]
Reference numeral 12 denotes an adhesive margin piece continuously provided on the outer long side edge of the cover plate 10, and reference numerals 13... Denote hand holes formed at required positions of the main side wall plates 4, 5 and the sub side wall plates 10 ', 10 ".
[0019]
Assembling the mount a into the cardboard box of the present invention on, for example, a predetermined automatic storage and packing line is performed as follows.
[0020]
First, the main side walls 4 and 5 stand upright at right angles with the sub side walls 4 ', 4 ", 5' and 5" with respect to the bottom plate 1 of the mount a which is horizontally arranged.
Next, the partition wall plates 8 and 9 are bent at right angles to the sub side wall plates 4 "and 5", and the sub side wall plates 4 "and 5" and the sub side wall plates 4 'and 5' are connected to the main side wall plates. It is bent at right angles to the plates 4 and 5, and the glue margin pieces 8 'and 9' at the free ends of the partition wall plates 8 and 9 are adhered to the inner surfaces of the sub side wall plates 4 'and 5'. I do.
As a result, vacancies b, b 'surrounded by the main side wall plates 4, 5 and the sub side wall plates 4', 4 ", 5 ', 5" and the partition wall plates 8, 9 are formed on the bottom plate 1. The partition is formed in a state where the wall plates 8 and 9 are superposed adjacently (FIG. 2).
[0021]
Subsequently, the main side wall plates 2 and 3 are erected at right angles to the bottom plate 1 and are attached to the outer surfaces of the sub side wall plates 4 ', 5', 4 "and 5" forming the cavities b and b '. Polymerization is applied (Fig. 3).
Thereafter, the cover plate 10 is bent at right angles to the main side wall plate 2 to close the upper openings of the cavities b and b '.
[0022]
Further, the sub-sidewall plates 10 ', 10 "and the adhesive margin piece 12 are bent down at right angles to the lid plate 10, and the vacant spaces b, b' are formed in the sub-sidewall plates 10 ', 10". The adhesive margin pieces 12 are attached to the outer surfaces of the main side wall plates 4 and 5 on the outer surfaces of the sub side wall plates 4 "and 5". The polymer is stuck on the edge.
[0023]
In this way, the intended cardboard box A (FIG. 4) is assembled, but the object to be stored and packed is in the initial stage of the assembly, that is, the main side wall plates 4 and 5 stand upright. It is placed beforehand on a predetermined portion of the bottom plate 1 or in the middle of assembling, that is, the main side wall plates 4, 5 and the sub side wall plates 4 ', 4 ", 5', 5" and the partition wall plates 8, 9 are connected. When the vacant rooms b and b 'are formed in the surroundings, the vacant rooms b and b' are to be stored in each of the vacant rooms b and b '. Which one to adopt is appropriately determined based on the specifications of the automatic storing and packing line. That is good.
[0024]
The object stored in the empty chambers b and b 'can be taken out by cutting the cover plate 10 along the contour line, or by connecting the cover plate 10 to the main side wall plate 2 or 3 (and the sub side wall overlapping with the main side wall plate 2 or 3). The plates 4 ', 5' or 4 ", 5") are opened by cutting them along their contours while keeping them continuous, and both objects are taken out from the top or side surfaces of the cavities b, b '. Good thing.
[0025]
However, according to the cardboard box A, for example, only the object stored in one of the vacant rooms b or b 'is taken out, and the object of the other vacant room b' or b is left in the stored and packed state. , And you can retrieve it later.
[0026]
For example, in the case of taking out an object from one of the cavities b, the portion corresponding to the peripheral edge of the upper surface opening of the vacancy b of the cover plate 10, and the main side wall plate 4 and the sub side wall which are overlapped A cut is made by a required cutter along an edge portion of the plate 10 ′, that is, a portion shown by a dotted line 14 in FIG. 4, so that the main side wall plate 4 and the sub side wall plate 10 ′ to be overlapped and the lid connected thereto are formed. When the half of the plate 10 is opened, the empty space b opens its upper surface and side surfaces.
Therefore, the target object in one of the empty chambers b can be easily taken out through this open portion. The other vacant space b 'keeps the object in the housed and packed state without being opened (FIG. 5).
[0027]
As described above, when the cover plate 10 or the like is cut along the contour line, or when the cover plate 10 is cut open along the portion indicated by the dotted line 14, for example, a perforation is previously formed in the corresponding portion other than by a cutter. Alternatively, a separating material such as a tape or a tape may be provided in advance, and the material may be torn off along these.
[0028]
Next, a cardboard box B according to the second embodiment shown in FIGS.
The mount c shown in the unfolded state in FIG. 6 is obtained by cutting one piece of cardboard into the following shape.
[0029]
Reference numeral 15 denotes a horizontal rectangular bottom plate, and main sidewall plates 16 and 17 having the same shape and the same size as the bottom plate 15 are continuously provided on the long side edges facing both sides of the bottom plate 15.
Reference numerals 18 and 19 denote substantially square main side walls connected to the opposite short edges on both sides of the bottom plate 15, respectively. , 18 ", 19 ', and 19".
The sub side wall plates 18 ', 18 ", 19', 19" form cuts 20, 20 ', 21, 21' between the main side wall plates 16, 17 and the main side wall plates 16 ', 18', 19 ', 19'. , 17 are arranged in parallel.
[0030]
Reference numerals 22, 22 ', 23, and 23' denote partition wall plates continuously connected to the free ends of the sub-side wall plates 18 ', 18 ", 19', and 19".
[0031]
Reference numeral 24 denotes a lid plate continuously connected to one long edge of the main side wall plate 16 (a side edge opposite to the bottom plate 15). The lid plate 24 is connected to the bottom plate 15 (and the main side wall plates 16 and 17). It has the same shape and the same horizontal rectangle.
Reference numerals 24 'and 24 "denote sub-wall plates connected to the opposite short side edges of the lid plate 24, and cuts 25 and 26 are formed between the sub-wall plates 18' and 19 '.
[0032]
Reference numeral 27 denotes a glue margin piece continuously provided on the outer long side edge of the cover plate 24, and reference numerals 28... Denote hand holes formed at required positions of the main side wall plates 18, 19 and the sub side wall plates 10 ', 10 ".
[0033]
Assembling the mount c into the cardboard box of the present invention on, for example, a predetermined automatic storage and packing line is performed as follows.
[0034]
First, the main side walls 18 and 19 and the sub side walls 18 ', 18 ", 19' and 19" stand upright at right angles to the bottom plate 15 of the mount c which is horizontally arranged.
Next, the partition wall plates 22, 22 ', 23, 23' are bent at a required angle with respect to the auxiliary side wall plates 18 ', 18 ", 19', 19", and the auxiliary side wall plates 18 ', 18' are bent. ", 19 'and 19" are bent at right angles to the main side wall plates 18 and 19.
As a result, the partition wall plate 22 is formed on the bottom plate 15 by the main side wall plates 18, 19, the auxiliary side wall plates 18 ', 18 ", 19', 19" and the partition wall plates 22, 22 ', 23, 23'. , 22 ′, 23, 23 ′ are formed into compartments d, d ′ which are in communication with each other (FIG. 7).
[0035]
Subsequently, the main side wall plates 16 and 17 are erected at right angles to the bottom plate 15 and are attached to the outer surfaces of the sub side wall plates 18 ', 18 ", 19' and 19" forming the cavities d and d '. Polymerization is applied (FIG. 8).
Thereafter, the cover plate 24 is bent at right angles to the main side wall plate 16 to close the upper openings of the cavities d and d '.
[0036]
Further, the side wall plates 24 ', 24 "and the glue margin 27 are bent down at right angles to the lid plate 24, and the vacant chambers d, d' are formed in the side wall plates 24 ', 24". The glue pieces 27 are superimposed on the outer surfaces of the main side wall plates 18 and 19, and the adhesive margin pieces 27 are formed on the outer surfaces of the main side wall plates 17, which are superposed and bonded on the outer surfaces of the auxiliary side wall plates 18 ″ and 19 ″. The polymer is stuck on the edge.
[0037]
In this way, the intended cardboard box B (FIG. 9) is assembled, but the object to be stored and packed is in the initial stage of the assembly, that is, the main side wall plates 18 and 19 are erected at right angles. It is placed on a predetermined portion of the bottom plate 15 beforehand, or is housed in each of the vacancies d and d 'during assembly, that is, when the vacancies d and d' are formed as described above. Therefore, it is preferable to appropriately determine which one to adopt based on the specifications of the automatic storage and packing line.
[0038]
The object stored in the empty chambers d and d 'can be taken out by cutting the cover plate 24 along its contour line, or by connecting the cover plate 24 and the main side wall plate 16 or 17 (and the sub side wall overlapping with the main side wall plate 16 or 17). The plates 18 ', 19' or 18 ", 19") are opened by cutting them along their contours while keeping them continuous, so that both objects can be removed from the upper or side surfaces of the cavities d, d '. It is good.
[0039]
However, according to the cardboard box B, for example, only the object stored in one of the vacant rooms d or d 'is taken out, and the object of the other vacant room d' or d is left in the stored and packed state. , And you can retrieve it later.
[0040]
For example, in the case of taking out a target object from one of the cavities d, for example, along the portion corresponding to the peripheral edge of the upper surface opening of the vacancy d of the lid plate 24, that is, along the portion shown by the dotted line 28 in FIG. When a cut is made by a required cutter and the upper portion e of each of the above-mentioned members surrounding the chamber d is opened by bending it outward of the main side wall plate 18, the chamber d opens its upper surface ( (FIG. 10).
Therefore, the target object in one of the empty rooms d can be easily taken out through this open portion.
In addition, by closing the upper part e, the target object can be maintained in the housed state in the other empty room d '.
[0041]
As described above, when the cover plate 24 or the like is cut along the contour line, or when the cover plate 24 is cut open along the portion indicated by the dotted line 28, for example, a perforation is previously formed in the corresponding portion except by a cutter. Alternatively, a separating material such as a tape or a tape may be provided in advance, and the material may be torn off along these.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the details described above, the present invention has the following effects.
[0043]
In the cardboard box according to the present invention, the vacant chambers b, b 'or d, d' for storing the object are formed with a single bottom plate 1 or 15 so that no step is formed, so that there is no step. It can be stored neatly without uneven height.
This means that in the automatic storage and packing line, the storage and packing of the object in the empty room b, b 'or d, d' can be performed accurately without any trouble.
[0044]
In the corrugated cardboard box of the present invention, since the cavities b and b 'have the entire peripheral wall as a double wall, the cavities d and d' have the entire peripheral wall as a double wall except for the partition wall plate. Therefore, in any case, the peripheral wall is reinforced, and has a strength enough to withstand stacking in a plurality of stages at the time of shipping, transportation and storage even when relatively thin cardboard is used.
