Description

【0001】

【0035】
<実施例1>

<実施例2>

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a binding device that is attached to the inner surface of a spine portion of a binder main body and is used for binding documents by using the binding device. Also, the present invention relates to a binder for a file binder that can easily separate the binding from the binder main body when any disposal or the like becomes necessary.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in the binder of the file binder, in many cases, the binding and the binder main body are positioned by aligning the rivet holes of the former substrate with the rivet holes of the spine portion of the latter, and matching the positions. A rivet is inserted into both holes, and the rivet is fixed by caulking.
[0003]
As described above, the fasteners of many file binders are securely fixed at predetermined positions on the inner surface of the spine of the binder body. Therefore, it is very robust and convenient as long as it is used in accordance with the usage. However, it is inevitable that such a file binder will eventually be discarded for some reason such as damage due to long-term use, or In some cases, it may be desired to remove the file target paper piece bound with the target file binder from the binder body together with the binding, store it separately, and attach a new binding again to the binder body from which the binding has been removed.
[0004]
In the case of the former, it is inconvenient to separate and discard materials for each material, which has recently become a social demand, because the fixing of the metal fittings in the file binder is required. This is because one binder main body constituting the file binder is made of paper and the other metal fastener is made of metal, so that the material of the binder is usually different. For this reason, even if, for example, the tip of a disassembly tool in the form of a flathead screwdriver is inserted between the binding board and the spine of the binder body to separate them from each other, considerable force is required. Disassembly is difficult.
[0005]
In the latter case, it is necessary to separate both the binder main body and the binding metal without causing damage, but as described above, this cannot be easily performed.
[0006]
Therefore, in order to solve the former problem in particular, a notch hole into which the shaft portion of the eyelet member can be inserted is formed in the metal substrate of the metal fitting (binder) for file, and the eyelet member is crimped into the notch hole. A metal fitting for a file has been proposed in which a notched convex piece that is locked by a deformed portion to prevent it from falling out projects inward (Patent Document 1).
[0007]
If such a file metal fitting is used for the file binder, the caulking deformed portion of the eyelet member is locked to the notch convex piece and is prevented from being pulled out when normally used as a file binder. The fixing is sufficient, and there is almost no possibility that a problem that the metal fitting for the file detaches from the binder main body occurs.
[0008]
On the other hand, when it is necessary to dispose the file fitting, the file metal fitting is attached to the binder main body so that the crimping deformed portion of the eyelet member is located on the opposite side to the position where the notched convex piece projects. Slide in parallel to the plane, and then insert the minus driver-like tip of the disassembly tool below the notch and raise it, so that the eyelet member does not particularly break it, The file fitting can be removed from the cutout hole and the file fitting can be removed from the binder main body.
[0009]
Therefore, according to the above-mentioned file binder, the purpose of separating the binder body and the binding (file fitting) at the time of disposal can be achieved, but in this case, the tip of the minus screwdriver is still used. It is necessary to use disassembly equipment, and it is necessary to dispose of such equipment at the customer who does not necessarily have such equipment. It is desirable to have a file binder that has sufficient strength, but can be easily separated from the binder and the binder body without using any special disassembly device when it becomes necessary to dispose. Will be.
[0010]
In another case, for example, as described above, use may be made such that the fastener is removed from the binder body for storage of the paper sheet to be filed and another empty fastener is reattached to the binder body. When it is desired to do so, it is not always appropriate to store it together with the file paper pieces bound to it, since partial deformation (deformation of notched convex pieces) occurs in the removed metal fittings, and There is a problem that the removal operation may cause damage to the binder main body side and may be unsuitable for reuse.

[0012]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems in the conventional file binder, and has, on the one hand, a sufficient bonding strength between the binder body and the binding metal for the purpose of filed paper sheet falling, and, on the other hand, If it becomes necessary to dispose of the file binder, use a file binder that can be easily separated and disassembled without using special equipment and without damaging each component. It is an object of the present invention to provide a metal fitting.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A first aspect of the present invention is a pair of side plates provided with an inner surface of a spine portion of a binder main body, which has a binding bar on one side facing each other and a binding tube fitted on the other side so as to be removably fitted with the binding bar, A strip comprising a substrate having the side plates raised on both sides, wherein both lower end portions of the pair of side plates are hinged to corresponding side portions of the substrate, and at least one of the two hinge connections is detachable. In the binder of the file binder of the opening or double opening structure,
An attachment means for detachably attaching the binding to the inner surface of the spine portion of the binder body,
The mounting means,
A plurality of coupling holes respectively corresponding to a plurality of mounting holes opened in the spine of the binder body, which are opened in the substrate,
A connecting member having a gate-shaped connecting head connected to each other by a locking upper plate at an upper end of the side wall facing each other, and a flange body at a lower end parallel to the locking upper plate; The board of the metal fastener is brought into contact with the inner surface of the cover while the corresponding mounting holes of the former and the corresponding coupling holes of the latter are aligned with each other, and are then aligned from the outer surface side of the spine. A connecting member that inserts the connecting head of the connecting member into the mounting hole and the connecting hole, protrudes the upper portion of each connecting head from the connecting hole, and abuts the upper surface of the flange body around the mounting hole,
A connection auxiliary piece having an insertion piece which slides and penetrates the upper surface of the substrate into a tunnel-like space formed by the upper plate and the both side walls of the connection head protruding from the coupling hole of the substrate; The tip lower surface and the base lower surface of the piece are brought into contact with the upper surface of the board, and the rear end upper surface of the insert is brought into contact with the lower surface of the locking upper plate to hold the spine cover and the board together with the flange. A connecting auxiliary piece for fixing and holding the latter to the former,
It is a metal binder of the file binder constituted by.
[0014]
The above-mentioned metal fitting is not different from that of the related art except for a portion relating to a means for attaching to the inner surface of the spine portion of the binder body. That is, the structure for binding the file-target paper pieces can employ the conventional binding device as it is. It goes without saying that the binder main body to which the metal fittings are to be attached can also adopt that of the conventional file binder as it is, except for a plurality of attachment holes opened in the spine.
[0015]
The above-mentioned substrate hinges a pair of side plates to a one-sided or double-sided structure, and as described above, the existing one can be used as it is, except for the part relating to the means for attaching to the binder body, but the connection structure with the side plate In view of the above, it is appropriate to extend the mounting plate on both sides of the portion sandwiched between the pair of side plates, and to open the coupling hole in the mounting plate. Of course, in this case, the spine portion of the binder main body has a mounting hole corresponding to a portion where the coupling hole of the mounting plate portion is to be located when the substrate is disposed at an appropriate position. Needless to say, it should be formed.
[0016]
The number of coupling holes formed in the mounting plate portions on both sides of the substrate is suitably determined according to the width of the substrate. One is sufficient for each narrow case, two for a wide range, and three or more for a wider range. The shape of each coupling hole is not limited to a specific one, but it is appropriate that the coupling hole is formed in a rectangular shape in relation to the coupling head of the coupling member inserted into the coupling hole. The same applies to the shape of the mounting hole opened in the spine of the binder body.
[0017]
The height of the connecting head of the connecting member from the upper surface of the flange body is set to slightly exceed the thickness of the spine portion of the binder body and the substrate that are superimposed. More precisely, when the connection head is inserted from the former into the mounting hole and the coupling hole of the superimposed spine and the board, the connection assistance is provided in the space below the locking upper plate protruding above the board. The height of the inserted piece should be such that it can be inserted tightly. Also, the vertical and horizontal dimensions of the connecting head as viewed from the plane are configured to substantially match the vertical and horizontal dimensions of the mounting hole of the board and the mounting hole of the spine, and when the former is inserted into the latter two. It is appropriate that the substrates superimposed on the spine do not move easily in the direction parallel to each other.
[0018]
As described above, the collar body of the connecting member projects from the lower ends of both side walls in parallel with the locking upper plate, but is configured to surround not only both sides but the entire connecting head. It is appropriate to do.
[0019]
The connection auxiliary piece, as described above, inserts the insertion piece into the tunnel-like space of the connection head protruding above the coupling hole of the board, and abuts the lower surface of the distal end portion and the lower surface of the base portion on the upper surface of the substrate, The substrate and the spine portion of the binder body are sandwiched together with the flange of the connecting member to fix the former mounting state to the latter, and therefore it is necessary to have sufficient strength. Protrusions can be formed in the vertical and horizontal directions as necessary to ensure strength.
[0020]
Therefore, according to the file binder of the present invention, it is possible to easily attach and detach the binding to and from the binder main body without using any special device, and the attachment strength is equal to that of the conventional file binder. As well as in its use, it will be satisfactory without any problems as long as it is used for filing file paper sheets according to its usage. Needless to say, the usage is the same as the conventional one.
[0021]
Attachment of the binder to the spine of the binder body can be performed as follows.
The substrate of the binding is placed on the inner surface of the spine of the binder body. The substrate may be disposed on the inner surface of the spine portion with the side plate attached, or may be fixed to the inner surface of the spine portion before mounting. Needless to say, the substrate should be arranged on the inner surface of the spine, with each of the coupling holes corresponding to the mounting hole of the spine.
[0022]
Next, the connecting head of the connecting member is inserted into the mounting holes and the connecting holes that are positioned in correspondence with each other from the outer surface side of the spine. This insertion is performed until the upper surface of the collar body of the connecting member comes into contact with the periphery of the mounting hole, that is, the outer surface of the spine.
[0023]
After that, as described above, each of the connection assisting pieces is inserted into each of the mounting holes and the coupling holes at the corresponding positions, and the connection auxiliary pieces are respectively set on the coupling heads of the coupling members whose upper portions slightly protrude from the respective coupling holes. I do. The connection assisting piece slides the insertion piece over the board and penetrates into the tunnel-like space formed by the locking upper plate and both side walls of the connection head, and the lower end of the tip and the lower face of the base are connected to the upper face of the board. A tight contact is made, and the upper surface of the rear end portion of the insertion piece is brought into tight contact with the lower surface of the locking upper plate.
[0024]
When the connecting member and the connecting auxiliary piece are set in all of the mounting holes and the connecting holes in this manner, the substrate and the spine portion of the binder body are strongly sandwiched and fixed by the flange body and the connecting auxiliary piece of each connecting member, and the binding is performed. The metal fitting is fixed to the inner surface of the spine of the binder body.
[0025]
Further, in this manner, the fastener fixed to the inner surface of the spine portion of the binder body removes the insertion piece of the connection auxiliary piece inserted into the tunnel-like space of the connection head of the connection member, and The connection head can be easily removed from the inner surface of the spine portion of the binder body by pulling it out from the mounting hole of the spine portion and the coupling hole of the substrate.
[0026]
Therefore, according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the binder for a file binder has sufficient bonding strength between the binder main body and the binder for the purpose of filed paper sheet falling, but is necessary for disposal and other purposes. In the case of occurrence, it is possible to separate and disassemble each other very easily without using special tools and without damaging each component, and conversely, the joint assembly of the binding and the binder body can also be performed. It can be done very easily.
[0027]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the metal binder for a file binder according to the first aspect of the present invention, at least the rear end portion of the insertion piece of the connection auxiliary piece is a ridge that bulges upward, and the insertion piece is When it penetrates into the tunnel-like space of the connecting head, the upper part is formed with a ridge that comes into pressure contact with the lower surface of the locking upper plate.
[0028]
Therefore, according to the second embodiment of the binder for a file binder according to the present invention, as described above, when the binding is fixed to the inner surface of the spine portion of the binder body, the connecting head of the connecting piece of the connecting auxiliary piece is used. Insertion into the tunnel-like space is performed smoothly, and after insertion, it is more securely fixed in the tunnel-like space and does not easily come off, so that the attachment of the binding body to the spine of the binder body is more stable and reliable. It becomes something.
[0029]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, a locking piece provided with a locking hole is extended from the base of the connection assisting piece in parallel with the insertion piece, by placing the binding piece on the file binder of one or two of the present invention, When the insertion piece is passed through the tunnel-like space of the connecting head, the locking hole is detachably locked to a locking projection bulged on the substrate.
[0030]
In consideration of the width of the corresponding portion of the substrate, the locking projection is configured as a semicircular projection when narrow, and a projection having an appropriate length when it has an appropriate width. Articles can be configured. In this case, it is needless to say that the locking hole opened in the locking piece should also be formed in a corresponding shape.
[0031]
Therefore, according to the file binder of the third aspect of the present invention, as described above, when the binding is fixed to the inner surface of the spine of the binder body, the locking holes of the locking pieces protrude from the substrate. Since the fitting is externally fitted to the locking projection, the fixing of the metal fitting is more reliable.
[0032]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the metal binder for a file binder according to the first, second or third aspect of the present invention, the substrate is bonded to the spine or back cover of the binder body at one or more portions of the periphery of the bonding hole. When the hole and the mounting hole of the latter are brought into contact while being aligned with each other, a positioning piece for positioning the substrate by abutting on the inner edge of the peripheral edge of the mounting hole of the latter is formed.
[0033]
Therefore, according to the binding device for the file binder of the fourth aspect of the present invention, as described above, when the binding device is fixed to the inner surface of the spine portion of the binder main body, when the substrate is positioned on the inner surface of the spine portion, the bonding hole of the binding hole is formed. Since the positioning piece configured as described above abuts against the corresponding portion of the periphery of the mounting hole to maintain the positioning state, the subsequent insertion of the connecting head into the mounting hole and the coupling hole can be performed more smoothly. After being fixed to the inner surface of the spine portion of the binder body of the binding, the movement of the binding along a plane parallel to the inner surface of the spine portion of the binding can be reliably prevented.
[0034]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0035]

When the piece 6 is in the mounted state, the locking long groove 6e is externally fitted and connected to the locking ridge 21c bulged at a corresponding portion of the leg plate portion 21.
[0049]
All the components of the above-described metal fittings are made of metal.
[0050]
Therefore, according to the binding device for a file binder of the first embodiment, the binding device 1 can be easily attached to and detached from the binder main body 8 without using any special device, and the attachment strength is the same as that of a conventional file binding device. As with binders, it will be satisfactory without any problems as long as it is used for filing file sheets according to its usage. The usage is, of course, similar to that of the prior art.
[0051]
The attachment of the binding 1 to the spine portion 82 of the binder body 8 can be performed as follows.
The substrate 2 of the binding 1 is disposed on the inner surface of the spine 82 of the binder body 8. The board 2 is arranged on the inner surface of the spine 82 with the side plates 3 and 4 removed from the board body 20. Of course, the operation may be performed with the side plates 3 and 4 attached. Needless to say, the connection holes 21a, 21a of the both leg plate portions 21 are arranged while being matched with the attachment holes 82a, 82a,. When the coupling holes 21a, 21a,... Are accurately aligned with the corresponding mounting holes 82a in this manner, the positioning pieces 21b, 21b formed on the front and rear sides of each of the former are positioned on the inner surfaces of the front and rear sides of the corresponding mounting holes 82a. The two members come into contact with each other to reliably position and fix each other.
[0052]
Next, the connecting head 5a of the connecting member 5 is inserted into the mounting hole 82a and the connecting hole 21a, which are located at the same position, from the outer surface side of the spine portion 82 of the binder body 8. This insertion is performed until the upper surface of the flange body 5b of the connecting member 5 comes into contact with the periphery of the mounting hole 82a, that is, the outer surface portion of the corresponding spine portion 82, as shown in FIGS. 3B and 3C. Do. Of course, this is done for all matching holes 82a and coupling holes 21a.
[0053]
Thereafter, the connection assisting member 5 is inserted as described above, and is connected to the connection head 5a of the connection member 5 slightly protruding above the connection holes 21a, 21a of each leg plate portion 21, as shown in FIG. The piece 6 is set. The connecting auxiliary piece 6 is formed in a tunnel-like space formed by the locking upper plates of both connecting heads 5a, 5a and both side walls while sliding the two insertion pieces 6b, 6b on the leg plate portion 21 of the board 2. 3 (a), 3 (b), and 3 (c), the lower surfaces of the distal end portions and the lower surfaces of the base portions are brought into tight contact with the upper surfaces of the leg plate portions 21 as shown in FIGS. , 6b are tightly brought into contact with the lower surfaces of the locking upper plates.
[0054]
As described above, when the two insertion pieces 6b, 6b of the connection assisting piece 6 are inserted through the connection heads 5a of the connection members 5, 5 while sliding on the leg plate portion 21, the insertion pieces 6b, 6b are simultaneously inserted. The locking piece 6c formed in parallel with them also slides in the same direction, and the locking projection formed on the leg plate portion 21 in the locking long groove 6e formed near the tip thereof. The ridge 21c is fitted and locked, and the state of the connecting auxiliary piece 6 is fixed and held.
[0055]
When the connecting member 5 and the connecting auxiliary piece 6 are set in all the mounting holes 82a, 82a, and the connecting holes 21a, 21a, the leg plates 21, 21 of the board 2 are fixed to the inner surface of the spine 82 of the binder body 8. Will be. Thereafter, the both side plates 3 and 4 are attached to both side portions of the substrate body 20 as described above, whereby the attachment and fixing of the binding 1 to the predetermined portion of the binder body 8 are completed.
[0056]
The file binder in which the binding device 1 is incorporated in this manner can be used for filing a paper sheet to be filed according to the usage, needless to say. Its usage is the same as that of this general type.
[0057]
As shown in FIG. 1, the binding 1 fixed to the inner surface of the spine portion 82 of the binder body 8 is inserted into the tunnel-shaped space of the connecting head 5a of the connecting members 5, 5,. .. And the connecting heads 5a of the connecting members 5, 5,... Are connected to the mounting holes 82a, 82a. If the binder body 8 is removed from the holes 21a, 21a, the binder body 8 can be easily removed from the inner surface of the spine portion 82.
[0058]
The connection auxiliary piece 6 is in a fixed state in which the locking long groove 6e of the locking piece 6c is fitted with the locking ridge 21c of the leg plate portion 21, but the connection auxiliary piece 6 is as described above. Is made of metal and has some elasticity itself. Therefore, if a finger is hung on a rising piece 6d or the like at the tip of the locking piece 6c and strongly pulled outward, the The engagement between the locking long groove 6e and the locking ridge 21c is released, and the insertion pieces 6b, 6b can be removed from the connecting heads 5a, 5a. When it is hard and cannot be easily pulled out, for example, a coin such as a 10-yen coin is used and inserted between the rising piece 6d and the rising portion of the substrate body 20 to be twisted (rotated). The connection auxiliary piece 6 can be moved in the pulling-out direction while releasing the engagement between the locking long groove 6e and the locking ridge 21c.
[0059]
Therefore, according to the first embodiment of the binder for a file binder according to the present invention, the binding strength between the binder main body 8 and the binding 1 can be ensured for the purpose of filed paper chip fall, but the discarding of the binder is not required. When the need arises, it is possible to separate and disassemble each other very easily without using special tools and without damaging the components, and conversely, the binding 1 and the binder. The connection and assembly of the main body 8 can be performed very easily.
[0060]
<Example 2>
The second embodiment relates to a thin file binder for filing a small amount of documents, and has the same basic configuration as that of the first embodiment. The width of the metal fitting is narrowed according to the purpose, and the specific structure of the attaching means is slightly different as long as the width is small. In principle, only parts different from the first embodiment will be described.
[0061]
The shape and size of the coupling hole 21a are the same as those of the first embodiment, but the binding member is narrow and the substrate is also narrow. Therefore, as shown in FIG. , 21 are provided with only one coupling hole at the center thereof, and a corresponding number of mounting holes are formed in the spine cover 82 of the binder body at corresponding positions. Two positioning pieces are formed in the coupling hole 21a as in the first embodiment.
[0062]
The configuration of the connecting member 5 is exactly the same as that of the first embodiment.
[0063]
As shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, the connection assisting piece 6 has one insertion piece 6b extending from the center of the base 6a and two engaging pieces extending in parallel from both ends of the base 6a. It is constituted by the stop pieces 6c, 6c. As shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, the insertion piece 6b forms a ridge along both sides in the length direction, and also forms a ridge on the base 6a along the length. , Respectively.
[0064]
A locking hole 6f is opened in the vicinity of the distal end of each locking piece 6c. The locking hole 6f is adapted to be fitted to the outside.
[0065]
Therefore, according to the binder of the file binder of the second embodiment, it can be used in the same manner as that of the first embodiment, and the binder can be attached to and detached from the binder main body.
[0066]
Since there is no rising piece 6d at the tip of the locking piece 6c of the connection auxiliary piece 6, the rising piece 6d cannot be used when removing the connection auxiliary piece 6, but instead of the locking long groove 6e. A locking hole 6f is formed to engage and lock with the locking projection 21d of the leg plate portion 21. Since the fixing hole is slightly weakened, the removal does not become troublesome.
[0067]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to the binding device of the file binder of 1 of this invention, attachment and detachment of a binding device to a binder main body can be easily performed without using a special tool, and the attachment strength is the same as that of the conventional file binder. It is just as good as it can be used for filing paper sheets in accordance with its usage. Needless to say, the usage is the same as the conventional one.
[0068]
According to the second embodiment of the binding device for a file binder, as described above, when the binding device is fixed to the inner surface of the spine portion of the binder body, the tunnel of the connection head of the insertion piece of the connection auxiliary piece is used. Insertion into the binding space is performed smoothly, and after insertion, it is more securely fixed in the tunnel-like space and does not easily come off, so that the attachment of the binder to the spine cover of the binder body is more stable and reliable. It will be.
[0069]
According to the third embodiment of the binder for a file binder of the present invention, when the binding is fixed to the inner surface of the spine portion of the binder body, the locking holes of the locking pieces are formed on the locking projections bulging out on the substrate. Since the metal fittings are fitted to the outside, the fixing of the metal fitting becomes more reliable.
[0070]
According to the binding device for a file binder of the fourth aspect of the present invention, as described above, when the binding device is fixed to the inner surface of the spine portion of the binder main body, when the substrate is positioned on the inner surface of the spine portion, the bonding hole is formed. Since the configured positioning piece abuts on a corresponding portion of the periphery of the mounting hole to maintain the positioning state, the subsequent insertion of the connecting head into the mounting hole and the coupling hole can be performed more smoothly. After the metal fitting is fixed to the inner surface of the spine portion of the binder main body, movement of the binding device along a plane parallel to the inner surface of the spine portion of the binding device can be reliably prevented.
