Description

【0001】

【0044】

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 1, a medical paste kneading / injecting device 1 as an example of the present invention includes a cylinder 3 having a bottomed cylindrical body 30 having a nozzle portion 31 at one end and an opening at the other end, and a piston 5. , A cap 7 and a stopper 9.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 2, the nozzle portion 31 discharges contents, for example, powder or powder and liquid, which are contained or loaded in the cylinder 3, to the outside of the cylinder 3, or the inside of the cylinder 3 from outside. A function as an introduction / discharge path for sucking the contents. The nozzle portion 31 having such a function is formed in a cylindrical shape at one end of the cylinder 3 so as to further project from one end of the cylinder 3 along the axial direction of the cylinder 3. As shown in FIG. 2, a joining portion 32 is provided on the outer peripheral base of the nozzle portion 31. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a plurality of protrusions 33 serving as rotation preventing portions are provided at a tip end of the nozzle portion 31 at predetermined intervals in an annular shape. A screw thread 34 is screwed around the outer periphery of the nozzle portion 31 for screwing another device, particularly a convex portion 75 of the cap 7 described later. Further, the opening 35 of the nozzle portion 31 is formed in a conical shape in which the inner wall surface shape becomes narrower from the edge of the opening 35 toward the cylinder 3.
[0016]
The piston 5 is inserted through a partition 51 formed slidably in a substantially liquid-tight manner inside the cylindrical body 30 forming the cylinder 3, and is inserted through the center of the partition 51, and is rotated. A shaft portion 52 provided so as to be able to move forward and backward, and the shaft portion 52 so as to be located inside the cylindrical body 30 when the partitioning tool 51 is loaded inside the cylindrical body 30 and near the opening thereof. And a handle portion 54 provided at the other end of the shaft portion 52 outside the cylindrical body 30. As shown in FIG. 1, the partitioning tool 51 includes an O-ring 50 on its outer periphery. Thereby, the gap between the inner wall surface of the cylinder 3 and the outer peripheral surface of the partitioning tool 51 can be sealed, and the partitioning tool 51 can be slidably moved inside the cylinder 3.
[0017]
The partitioning tool 51 attached to the piston 5 is fixed at the other end of the cylinder 3 by the stopper 9. The stopper 9 fixes the partitioning tool 51 so as not to move with respect to the cylinder 3 in the vicinity of the opening on the other end side of the cylinder 3, in other words, the partitioning tool 51 moves in the axial direction with respect to the cylinder 3. As long as it can be fixed so that it cannot move forward and backward along the axis and cannot rotate around the axis, various modes can be adopted. In this embodiment, the circumference near the other end opening of the cylinder 3 can be taken. A pin that can be inserted into a through hole that opens on the side surface and that can insert a tip into a hole formed on the peripheral side surface of the partitioning tool 51 and a disk-shaped knob attached to the rear end of the pin. It is formed.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 4, the cap 7 fitted to the nozzle portion 31 has an inner plug member 71 and an outer ring 72.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 4, the inner plug member 71 includes an engagement base 73 formed in a thin disk shape and an opening in the nozzle portion 31 of the cylinder 3 protruding from the center of the engagement base 73. A plug portion 74 that can be in close contact with the inner wall, a convex portion 75 that protrudes from the engagement base 73 outside the plug portion 74, and tightens and engages the joining portion 32 of the outer peripheral base of the nozzle portion 31; A plurality of engaging legs 77 having an annular anchoring portion 76 formed in an annular shape on the opposite side of the convex portion 75, and provided in an uneven shape between the plug body 74 and the engaging leg 77. And a plurality of rotation preventing portions 78. The plurality of engaging legs 77 are arranged at predetermined intervals so as to surround the periphery of the plug body 74. A male screw 73a is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the engagement base 73.
[0020]
The plug 74 is formed in a truncated cone shape that becomes thinner toward the tip than the engagement base 73. In other words, when the plug 74 is inserted into the opening 35 of the nozzle 31, the outer peripheral surface of the plug 74 is shaped like the inner peripheral surface of the opening 35 and the outer peripheral surface of the plug 74. Are formed in a shape that follows the inner peripheral surface of the opening 35 so that they can adhere to each other without a gap. As described above, since the plug part 74 is formed in a truncated cone shape and the inner peripheral surface of the opening 35 is formed in a conical shape following the truncated cone shape, a cylinder having the same diameter from one end to the other end. As compared with a case where a plug member of a shape is attached to a cylindrical opening having the same inner diameter from one end to the other end, a large liquid-tight sealing property of the cap 7 is realized.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 4, the outer ring 72 has a substantially cylindrical shape with both ends opened, a screw 79 on the inner periphery thereof, and a locking portion formed at one end opening so as to slightly project inside. 81. The screw 79 is formed to screw with the male screw 73a when the inner plug member 71 is inserted into the outer ring 72 from the direction of the arrow in FIG. When the outer ring 72 is rotated with respect to the inner plug member 71 while screwing the screw 79 and the male screw 73a, the inner plug member 71 advances in the outer ring 72 in the direction of the arrow in FIG. The progress is stopped by the locking portion 81. That is, the engagement of the engagement base 73 with the engagement portion 81 prevents the inner plug member 71 from falling out of the outer ring 72. Accordingly, since the outer ring 72 includes the locking portion 81, the inner plug member 71 and the outer ring 71 are stably integrated. The outer ring 72 is provided with a non-slip portion 80 formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof in an uneven shape.
[0022]
Next, how to use the cap 7 will be described below.
[0023]
First, as shown in FIG. 4, the inner plug member 71 is moved outward from the opening of the outer ring 72 with the plug portion 74 at the top and opposite to the opening where the locking portion 81 is provided. Insert into ring 72. Since the tapered portion 82 is provided at the tip of the engagement leg 77, when the inner plug member 71 is inserted through the opening of the outer ring 72, the tapered portion 82 is formed on the edge of the opening of the outer ring 72. It is pushed inward, which causes the engagement leg 77 to bend inward. As a result, the inner plug member 71 can be easily and smoothly attached to the outer ring 72. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the engagement base 73 comes into contact with the locking portion 81 to be in a locked state.
[0024]
In this state, the plug portion 74 of the inner plug member 71 is pushed from the opening of the nozzle portion 31 so as to be in close contact with the inner peripheral surface, or is pushed while rotating, and a plurality of protrusions provided at the tip of the nozzle portion 31. 33 and a plurality of rotation preventing portions 78 provided on the inner plug member 71 are engaged. Since the projection 33 functions as a rotation preventing portion, the inner plug member 71 does not rotate. Further, the engagement leg 77 is in a state of surrounding the outside of the nozzle 31.
[0025]
Thereafter, while holding the outer ring 72, the outer ring 72 is rotated counterclockwise as viewed from the outer ring 72, and the locking portion 81 of the outer ring 72 is moved to the engaging leg 77 as shown in FIG. Let it. When the outer ring 72 is rotated, the anti-slip portion 80 is provided on the outer periphery of the outer ring 72, so that a finger gripping the outer ring 72 does not slip, so that the outer ring 72 can be rotated smoothly. .
[0026]
Since the rotation preventing portion 78 and the projection 33 are engaged with each other, the plug portion 74 of the inner plug member 71 does not idle, so that the outer ring 72 is securely attached to the inner plug member 71. As shown by the arrow in FIG. 6, the male screw 73a of the engagement base 73 and the screw 79 are screwed together and moved downward in the figure.
[0027]
When the lower end of the outer ring 72 is near the base of the nozzle portion 31, the locking portion 81 of the outer ring 72 engages with the annular mooring portion 76 of the engaging leg 77 as shown in FIG. The projection 75 of the joint leg 77 is pressed against the joint 32 of the cylinder 3. As shown in FIG. 6, since the annular mooring portion 76 is an annular groove, a locking portion 81 projecting inward in an annular shape is fitted into the annular mooring portion 76, thereby engaging The base 73 and the outer ring 72 are formed as a solid unit, and the cap 7 attached to the nozzle portion 31 is formed. In addition, the annular mooring portion 76 is a groove formed by an upper portion and a lower portion, and the lower portion is designed to have a larger outer diameter than the upper portion, so that when attached to the nozzle portion 31, The outer ring 72 does not pass through the lower portion of the annular mooring portion 76. Furthermore, even when not attached to the nozzle, the inner plug member 71 does not easily come off from the opening on the opposite side of the locking portion 81 of the outer ring 72. In the example shown in FIG. 6, the annular mooring portion is an annular groove formed by the lower portion and the upper portion as described above. However, when the outer ring is turned to tighten the engaging leg portion. The groove is not limited to the above-mentioned groove, and other structures can be adopted as long as the locking portion of the outer ring is formed so as not to come off from the engagement leg portion due to excessive tightening.
[0028]
Thereby, the cap 7 is more firmly fixed to the nozzle part 31. In addition, the conical cylinder of the opening 35 of the nozzle 31 and the conical trapezoidal cylinder of the plug 74 of the inner plug member 71 are in close contact with each other, so that complete sealing is ensured. Further, since the convex portion 75 is locked by the screw thread 34 provided on the outer periphery of the nozzle portion 31, the plug portion 74 is prevented from coming out of the opening of the nozzle portion 31.
[0029]
In such a state, a predetermined amount of a powder component of a medical paste, for example, a calcium phosphate-based powder is put into the cylinder 3 with the nozzle portion 31 facing downward in the figure and the opening of the cylinder 3 facing upward. Next, the kneading portion 53 of the piston 5 is inserted so as to be positioned inside the cylinder 3, and the partitioning tool 51 is stopped at the end of the cylinder 3 by the stopper 9.
[0030]
Thus, a medical paste kneading and injection base material in which the powder component of the medical paste is loaded in the cylinder 3 is formed. Further, when the curing liquid is supplied simultaneously with the introduction of the powder component of the medical paste, the medical paste kneading / injecting device in which the powder component of the medical paste, which is a powder, and a liquid such as a curing liquid are loaded into the cylinder 3. Are formed.
[0031]
In using the medical paste kneading and injection base material at the site of medical and dental treatment, first, the powder component of the medical paste loaded in the cylinder 3 and a liquid such as a curing liquid are kneaded. When the liquid has not been loaded in advance, a method may be adopted in which the liquid is loaded through the nozzle of the cylinder immediately before the kneading operation, and the powder component of the medical paste and the liquid are kneaded.
[0032]
The kneading operation is performed as follows. That is, when the handle portion 54 is rotated clockwise, the partitioning portion 51 is fixed to the cylinder 3 by the stopper 9, so that the kneading portion 53 moves forward while rotating toward the head portion of the cylinder 3, that is, the nozzle portion 31. . Since the shape of the kneading unit 53 is formed in a substantially cross shape when viewed from the axial direction of the cylinder 3, the kneading unit 53 is rotated and advanced, so that the powder component of the medical paste, for example, a calcium phosphate-based powder and the liquid, for example, a hardening liquid Is kneaded.
[0033]
The kneading unit 53 is moved to the vicinity of the nozzle unit 31 or the handle unit 54 is rotated in a predetermined direction, for example, counterclockwise to move the kneading unit 53 to the vicinity of the partitioning tool 51, that is, the kneading unit 53 is moved. By moving forward and backward while rotating in the cylinder 3, the powder component of the medical paste and the liquid are sufficiently kneaded.
[0034]
When the kneading is completed, the kneading section 53 is returned to the partitioning tool 51, the stopper 9 is removed, and the cap 7 is removed in the reverse process to use the medical paste kneading / injecting device as a syringe.
[0035]
As described above, in this embodiment, the medical paste kneading / injecting device, which is an example of the present invention, has a calcium phosphate-based powder and a curing liquid loaded inside the cylinder 3 of the medical paste kneading / injecting device 1. It becomes. The powder component of the medical paste used for medical treatment, for example, medical treatment or dental treatment is not limited to the calcium phosphate-based powder, and various powders can be loaded in the cylinder. Therefore, it can be said that the medical paste kneading / injecting device as an example of the present invention is obtained by loading the medical paste powder component and the liquid into the cylinder 3 of the medical paste kneading / injecting device 1.
[0036]
Further, in the case of a medical paste, in particular, a calcium phosphate-based paste, which starts curing immediately upon introduction of the curing liquid, it is preferable to supply the curing liquid immediately before kneading. In this case, a medical paste kneading / injecting device is prepared in which a powder such as a calcium phosphate-based paste powder is loaded into a cylinder and a liquid, for example, a curing liquid is not loaded.
[0037]
As described above, according to the medical paste kneading and injecting device of the present invention, since the cap 7 is firmly fixed to the nozzle portion 31, there is no leakage of the medical paste and the like, 7 does not come off from the nozzle part 31.
[0038]
As described above, one embodiment of the present invention has been specifically described. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment, and various specific design changes may be made within the scope described in the claims. Can be. For example, the liquid in the present invention can be a curing liquid having a function of curing a medical paste, or a kneading liquid having a function of simply forming a medical paste depending on the powder component of the medical paste, and a calcium phosphate-based liquid. Hydraulic calcium phosphate-based powder can also be used as the powder. Hydraulic calcium phosphate-based powder is more preferable because it is hydraulically hardened when applied to an affected area.
[0039]
【Example】
The medical paste kneading / injecting device according to the embodiment of the present invention was compared with a conventional medical paste kneading / injecting device with respect to kneading performance.
[0040]
The diameter of the nozzle portion 31 is set to 4 [mm], 6 [mm], 8 [mm], and the powder component of the bone paste, which is the powder component of the medical paste, and the hardening liquid are kneaded, and the mixture is mixed with the medical paste. A bone paste was prepared. After the preparation, the state of the cap 7 was confirmed. As a powder component of the bone paste, 10 g of a calcium phosphate powder composed of 6.7 g of tetracalcium phosphate and 3.3 g of calcium hydrogen phosphate was used, and 2.5 g of a 50% by mass aqueous solution of dextran sulfate sodium sulfate was used as a hardening solution.
[0041]

[0042]
Next, the paste for medical kneading and mixing 1 is shaken for 10 [seconds] to adapt the powder to the hardening liquid.
[0043]
By rotating the handle 54, the kneading unit 53 is moved from the partitioning tool 51 to the nozzle unit 31 side, and the kneading unit 53 is returned to the partitioning tool 51 side again. This one reciprocation is defined as one stroke. After the kneading section 53 is reciprocated for 10 strokes to bring the kneading section 53 close to the partitioning tool 51, the cap 7 is removed from the nozzle section 31, the stopper 9 is also removed, and the handle section 54 is pushed in, and the bone having been kneaded is completed. When the paste is pressed by the kneading unit 51, the bone paste is discharged from the nozzle unit 31.
[0044]
By performing the above operations, the performance of the cap 7 was confirmed. In the performance confirmation, it was confirmed whether or not the cap was removed during the kneading operation and whether or not the airtightness was maintained, and the results shown in Table 1 could be obtained. In Table 1, ○ indicates that the cap did not come off during the kneading operation and that the contents of the cylinder did not leak out, and × indicates that the cap came off during the kneading operation and / or the contents of the cylinder. Indicates that something has leaked.
[0045]
As a conventional product, a "kneading device for calcium phosphate-based cement" described in JP-A-2000-237208 was used, and the same operation and performance confirmation as described above were performed. Table 1 shows the performance confirmation results.
[0046]
[Table 1]
