Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product obtained by attaching a grinding sheet at the inside of a claw-grinder for a pet, for adding a claw-cutting function. <P>SOLUTION: This claw-grinding product for the pet is provided by attaching the grinding sheet 2 at the inside of a surface material of a furniture type claw-grinder, or inserting the grinding sheet 2 at the inside of a cardboard type claw-grinder 3. Thereby, when the pet such as a cat grinds its claws, only the sharp tip parts of the claws automatically become a cut state with sand paper, and it is safe and work-saving. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI

Description

この考案はペット用爪とぎ家具タイプ表面素材下やダンボール素材爪とぎの中にサンドペーパーや研磨シートなど研磨機能を持つ素材を敷くことで爪とぎに爪きり機能をつけたものである。
猫等ペットの爪は放っておくと鋭くなり、家財や壁を傷つけることが多くなるばかりか、赤ん坊などが切り傷をこうむる事がある。また爪きりには専用の爪切りはさみで定期的に爪を切るが、猫等本能的動物の習性から爪きりを嫌う傾向があり、飼い主は手をひっかかれたりすることがしばしばある。
本発明はその強い要望をまとめて解決するものである。以下それを説明すると、
（イ）家具、タワータイプの爪とぎには表面にフェルトなどの表面材で表面加工したものが多いが、それらの表面材内側に研磨素材を敷く。
（ロ）ダンボールタイプの爪とぎには、横に切り込みをつくり、研磨素材を挿入する。
こうすれば猫が爪とぎをするごとに自動的に先端の鋭い爪の部分のみを紙やすりで爪切りをしたような状態になり安全で手間が省ける。
