【0070】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned conventional recycling method, the article to be recycled is disassembled into a disassembled processing exterior member and a non-dismantled processing member based on the result indicated by the display unit. Specifically, first, the disassembly information is displayed on the display unit, and based on the displayed disassembly information, the exterior member / housing of the article to be recycled is disassembled. At this time, the disassembly information includes disassembly information of the exterior member and the housing part of the article to be recycled, and recycling information and reuse information of the exterior member and the housing part. And the name of the material maker of the casing, the name of the maker of the exterior member and the article to be recycled of the casing, the name of the exterior member and the casing, and the member number of the exterior member and the casing.
[0009]
However, there has been a problem that it is difficult for a dismantling worker to know exactly how to disassemble an article to be recycled only with such dismantling information.
In addition, it is desirable that the demolition workers know the appropriate procedures according to the progress of the demolition work in order to promote the demolition work efficiently. When the types are enormous, there is a certain limit to grasp even the skilled person. In addition, it is conceivable to carry out dismantling work while referring to a manual or the like showing the disassembly procedure for each item to be recycled. However, if the types of items to be recycled are enormous, it takes time to refer to the manual and the like. That is, there are certain limits to the efficient demolition work. Further, even when the dismantling process is complicated, it takes time to refer to a manual or the like, and there is a similar problem.
[0010]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such unresolved problems of the conventional technology, and a recycling work support system, a recycling work support program, and a recycling work support system capable of efficiently performing dismantling work. The purpose is to provide a work support method.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a recycling work support system according to the present invention is a system for supporting a work of dismantling a recycling target article to be recycled, and includes article identification information for identifying the recycling target article. An article identification information inputting means for inputting, and an article dismantling information storing means for storing article disassembly information for composing a plurality of different disassembly diagrams in the process of disassembling the article to be recycled in association with the article identification information; An article disassembly information search means for searching for the article disassembly information from the article disassembly information storage means based on the article identification information input by the article identification information input means; and an article disassembly information search means. A disassembly diagram composing means for composing the disassembly diagram based on the article disassembly information and a disassembly diagram constituted by the disassembly diagram composing device are output. Disassembly drawing output means, and the disassembly drawing composing means determines the progress of the work process by identifying a tool used in the work process of dismantling the article to be recycled, and obtains the obtained progress. According to a situation, any one of a plurality of disassembly diagrams that can be constituted by the article disassembly information retrieved by the article disassembly information search means is configured.
[0012]
With such a configuration, when disassembling an article to be recycled, first, article identification information for identifying the article to be recycled is input by the article identification information input means. When the article identification information is input by the article identification information input means, the article disassembly information search means retrieves the article disassembly information from the article disassembly information storage means based on the input article identification information. As a result, when the corresponding article disassembly information is found, the disassembly diagram forming means selects one of a plurality of disassembly diagrams that can be constituted by the found article disassembly information according to the progress of the disassembly work of the article to be recycled. Either is configured, and the configured disassembly diagram is output by the disassembly diagram output means.
[0013]
The dismantling worker can proceed with the dismantling work while referring to the output dismantling diagram. Further, the disassembly diagrams are output one after another according to the progress of the disassembly work, so that it does not require much trouble and time to refer to the next disassembly diagram. In particular, since the progress of the operation is performed by specifying the used tool, it is possible to accurately determine the progress.
This enables the dismantling worker to understand the specific dismantling procedure for how to dismantle the recycling target item from the dismantling diagram, and also allows the dismantling work to be performed without any trouble or time. Since a relatively appropriate procedure can be grasped in accordance with the progress of the disassembly, it is possible to obtain an effect that the dismantling work can be performed more efficiently than in the related art.
[0014]
Here, the disassembly diagram refers to a drawing or a text explaining an operation procedure for shifting to the next step in one disassembly step in dismantling the article to be recycled.
[0015]
In addition, the disassembly diagram output means may output the disassembly diagram by display, printing, or any other method that can be perceived by the five senses, or may output the disassembly diagram as data.
Further, the article disassembly information is information for composing a plurality of different disassembly diagrams, and all of the disassembly diagrams may be constituted by drawings, or all of the disassembly diagrams may be constituted by sentences. Alternatively, each disassembly diagram may be composed of either a drawing or a sentence or a combination thereof.
[0016]
The article dismantling information storage means stores the article dismantling information by any means and at any time, and may store the article dismantling information in advance or store the article dismantling information in advance. Alternatively, article disassembly information may be stored by an external input or the like during operation of the present system.
[0017]
Further, the recycling work support system according to the present invention is characterized in that the specification of the tool is performed by detecting a position and the number of times the tool is used from an image.
According to this configuration, it is possible to accurately and automatically determine the progress of the process, so that the disassembly operator does not need to obtain information for recognizing parts in advance and is displayed. It is only necessary to work according to the instruction of the disassembly diagram, so that the burden on the operator can be reduced.
[0018]
Further, in the recycling work support system according to the present invention, when the tool to be used is an electric tool, the specification of the tool is performed in accordance with a state transition of a switch of the tool in addition to a use position and the number of times of the tool. And
According to this configuration, it is possible to accurately and automatically determine the progress of the process, so that the disassembly operator does not need to obtain information for recognizing parts in advance and is displayed. It is only necessary to work according to the instruction of the disassembly diagram, so that the burden on the operator can be reduced.
[0019]

Next, the process of specifying the used tool in step S316 will be described in detail with reference to FIG. FIG. 13 is a flowchart illustrating a process of specifying a used tool. First, in step S500, the coordinates of the component to be removed from the image in the image obtained by the
[0046]
Next, in steps S501 to S505, it is determined whether the power tool has been used based on the temporarily stored information. First, there is a sequence of “off”, “on”, and “off”, and the position change from “on” to “off” is a limited range (operating range shown in FIG. 3), and “on” to “off”. Only when the work time until the operation time exceeds the specified value (the operation time shown in FIG. 3) and the use position from “on” to “off” matches the work target position (the position specified in step S500). , Are counted as valid operations (step S506). Other than this state, it is determined that it is not the operation of removing all the components, and the process returns to step S501 to repeat the process. Then, in step S507, it is determined whether or not the count value of the valid operation has become a value necessary for performing the target work. If the count value has become a value necessary for performing the work, the current The work performed is identified by determining that the target work has been performed.
[0047]
In this manner, the progress of the work is determined based on whether or not the expected tool has been used, so that the work progress can be reliably grasped.
[0048]
Next, the disassembly diagram configuration processing in step S320 will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
FIG. 10 is a flowchart showing the disassembly diagram configuration processing.
When the disassembly diagram configuration process is executed in step S320, as shown in FIG. 10, the process first proceeds to step S400.
In step S400, CAD data is acquired from the article dismantling information read out in step S318, and the process proceeds to step S402. Based on the angle of the
[0049]
In step S404, it is determined whether or not unprocessed component information is present in the read article disassembly information. If it is determined that unprocessed component information is present (Yes), the process proceeds to step S406 and is read. Unprocessed component information is acquired from the article disassembly information, and the process proceeds to step S410, where the material of the corresponding component (refers to the component related to the read component information) in the disassembly diagram is determined based on the acquired component information. The process proceeds to step S412.
[0050]
In step S412, it is determined whether or not the component type of the corresponding component is a screw. If it is determined that the component type of the corresponding component is a screw (Yes), the process proceeds to step S414 and the work instruction direction is set. Is displayed on the disassembly diagram, and the process proceeds to step S404.
On the other hand, when it is determined in step S412 that the component type of the corresponding component is not a screw (No), the process proceeds to step S404.
[0051]
On the other hand, if it is determined in step S404 that there is no unprocessed component information in the read article disassembly information (No), a series of processes is terminated and the process returns to the original process.
