Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ceiling of a bathroom such as a system bathroom, and more particularly to a bathroom ceiling in which auxiliary equipment for a bathroom such as a lighting device and a speaker is provided.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the ceiling of a bathroom formed by blow molding, super blow molding or the like is formed as shown in FIG. 6, for example. The bathroom ceiling 100 is formed so as to have a hollow portion 104 inside by an outer surface portion 101, an inner surface portion 102, and a side surface portion 103 connecting the outer periphery thereof, and a foam material is foamed in the hollow portion 104 at the same time as the molding. By doing so, the foam layer 105 is integrally formed, and is formed in a plate shape of a predetermined shape (dome shape or flat shape) having substantially the same plate thickness as a whole. Note that this type of bathroom ceiling is disclosed, for example, in Patent Document 1.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-9-203155
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since such a bathroom ceiling 100 is entirely formed in a plate shape having substantially the same thickness, for example, when attaching a bathroom accessory such as a lighting device or a speaker to the bathroom ceiling 100, a sealing operation is performed. Is troublesome, and it is difficult to secure a stable sealing state for a long time in the mounting portion.
[0005]
That is, as an accessory for the bathroom, for example, when attaching a downlight lighting device capable of irradiating a spotlight in the bathtub and creating a fantastic atmosphere by reflected light in the bathroom, as shown in FIG. First, a mounting hole of a predetermined size is formed in the outer surface portion 101 and the inner surface portion 102 at a predetermined position of the bathroom ceiling 100, and the foam layer 105 in the mounting hole portion is removed by cutting or the like, and the mounting hole penetrated vertically. 107 is formed. Then, the main body 106a of the downlight illuminating device 106 is inserted upward from the mounting hole of the inner surface portion 102, the mounting plate 106b is brought into contact with the inner surface of the inner surface portion 102, and for example, is fixed with a screw via a seal member 108. Then, the downlight illumination device 106 is attached to the bathroom ceiling 100.
[0006]
At this time, since the plate thickness of the bathroom ceiling 100 is set to be substantially the same throughout the entire ceiling, the downlight illumination device 106 attached to the attachment hole 107 has its main body 106 a upper part higher than the outer surface part 101. It is in a state of projecting upward by a predetermined dimension. In this mounting state, since the inside and outside of the bathroom are in communication with each other by the mounting hole 107, the downlight illumination device 106 around the mounting hole 107 is mounted to prevent water leakage and steam leakage from the bathroom. It is necessary to securely seal the entire periphery between the plate 106b and the inner surface portion 102 with the sealing material 108. Therefore, the sealing work of the sealing material 108 becomes difficult particularly when there is a grain pattern on the surface of the inner surface portion 102, and it becomes difficult to maintain a stable sealing state for a long time due to variations in the sealing work. .
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to easily attach an accessory for a bathroom to a predetermined position of a ceiling main body and to maintain a stable sealing state for a long time. It is in providing a bathroom ceiling that can be.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an invention according to claim 1 of the present invention provides a ceiling body integrally formed in a plate shape having a hollow portion inside by an outer surface portion, an inner surface portion, and a side surface portion; A bathroom ceiling having a bathroom accessory provided at a predetermined position of a main body, a bulging portion having an outer surface bulging outward at a predetermined position of the ceiling main body and a mounting hole formed at an inner surface portion. And the accessory is attached to the ceiling main body in a state of being built in the hollow portion of the bulging portion.
[0009]
With this configuration, the bathroom accessory attached to a predetermined position on the bathroom ceiling is attached to a bulging portion provided in advance on the ceiling main body. At this time, since the accessory is mounted inside the hollow portion of the bulging portion and is not exposed to the outside of the outer surface of the ceiling body, it is not necessary to form a mounting hole or the like in the outer surface, for example. Can be easily attached while being securely sealed with an outer surface or the like.
[0010]
And it is preferable that the foaming material is filled in the hollow part of the ceiling main body as in the second aspect of the present invention. With this configuration, since the hollow portion is filled with the foam material, the rigidity and the like of the bathroom ceiling can be increased to increase the attachment strength of the accessory, and the heat insulating effect of the foam material and the like to separate the ceiling components from the accessory device. And the like is prevented from conducting heat.
[0011]
Further, the bulging portion is preferably provided with an opening for wiring on the outer surface thereof as in the invention according to claim 3, and in this case, as in the invention according to claim 4, Preferably, a sealing means is interposed between the opening on the outer surface and the accessory. With this configuration, since the wiring opening is provided on the outer surface of the ceiling main body, the wiring of the accessory is drawn out of the bathroom ceiling from this opening with the accessory installed inside the hollow portion. And the wiring structure is simplified. At this time, by providing the sealing means between the relatively small opening and the accessory, a predetermined sealing state can be easily secured at the attachment portion of the accessory.
[0012]
Further, it is preferable that the bulging portion is formed in a strip shape on the ceiling main body as in the invention according to claim 5. With this configuration, since the bulging portion is formed in a belt shape, the degree of freedom of the attachment position of the accessory is improved, and the accessory can be easily attached to a desired position of the bulging portion.
[0013]

[0014]
In FIG. 1, a bathroom 1, such as a system bathroom, has a waterproof pan 2, four wall panels 3a to 3d as wall surfaces of the bathroom (the wall panel 3d is not shown), and a dome type as a ceiling main body of the bathroom ceiling. Is formed in a substantially box-like shape by the two ceiling panels 4a and 4b. A bathtub 5 is installed on the wall panel 3a side of the waterproof pan 2, and a washing place is provided on the waterproof pan 2 beside the bathtub 5. 6 are provided. A counter 7 is provided on the wall panel 3b side of the washing room 6, and a mirror on which a faucet 9, a shower 10, a mirror 11, a storage shelf 12, and the like are integrally incorporated is provided on the wall panel 3b above the counter 7. Panel 8 is arranged.
[0015]
Further, the ceiling panel 4a is illuminated with a spotlight in the bathtub 5, and a downlight illumination device 13 (hereinafter, referred to as an accessory) for creating a fantastic atmosphere of light in the bathroom 1 by reflected light from the water surface. , Simply referred to as a lighting device 13). The lighting device 13 is attached to the bulging portion 14 of the ceiling panel 4a on the bathtub 5 side integrally formed by, for example, blow molding. That is, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the ceiling panels 4a and 4b as the ceiling main body are integrally formed with the outer surface portion 15, the inner surface portion 16, and the side surface portion 17 having the hollow portion 18 therein. In both cases, the hollow portion 18 is filled with a foaming material 19 such as urethane foam at the same time as the molding, and is formed into a dome-shaped plate having a predetermined thickness as a whole.
[0016]
In the ceiling panel 4a on the bathtub 5 side of the two ceiling panels 4a and 4b, the bulging portion 14 in which the outer surface portion 15 bulges outward by a predetermined size at a substantially middle position in the dome-shaped curved direction A. Are integrally formed. The bulging portion 14 is formed in a substantially square shape (or a circular shape or the like) in a plan view at a substantially middle position in the curved direction A of the ceiling panel 4a with a width W and a thickness T, for example. The bulging portion 14 includes a mounting hole 20a having a predetermined inner diameter formed in the inner surface portion 16 and a mounting hole 20b formed in the foam material 19 on the inner surface portion 16 and having substantially the same size as the mounting hole 20a. A mounting hole 20 is formed, and an opening 21 having a smaller diameter than the mounting hole 20 is formed in the outer surface portion 15 above the mounting hole 20.
[0017]
On the other hand, the illuminating device 13 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical main body 23 in which an illuminating lamp 23a such as a halogen lamp is incorporated, and a flange shape is formed at an opening end portion of the main body 23 serving as a light irradiation port. It is composed of a mounting portion 24 and a wiring 25 (power supply cord) drawn out from the bottom portion 23b of the main body 23 to the outside. The illuminating device 13 is configured such that the mounting portion 24 is fixed to the inner surface of the inner surface portion 16 with the screw 27 in a state where the main body 23 is incorporated in the mounting hole 20 of the bulging portion 14. At this time, a sealing material 26 (sealing means) is interposed between the bottom 23 b of the main body 23 of the lighting device 13 and the inner surface of the outer surface 15 of the bulging portion 14.
[0018]
In this example, the bulging portion 14 integrally formed on the ceiling panel 4a is provided at a mounting position of the lighting device 13 with a size substantially corresponding to the shape of the lighting device 13. However, for example, two points in FIG. As shown by the chain line a, the ceiling panel 4a can be provided in a strip shape in the direction orthogonal to the curved direction a of the ceiling panel 4a and substantially the same length as the width of the ceiling panel 4a, or as shown by the two-dot chain line b It may be provided in a belt shape of a predetermined length in parallel with the curved direction a of 4a. When the swollen portion 14 is provided in a strip shape in this manner, the degree of freedom of the mounting position of the lighting device 13 can be improved. Also, the position of the bulging portion 14 having a predetermined shape or a band shape in plan view can be provided at a position shifted from the center position of the ceiling panel 4a as shown by a two-dot chain line c, for example. The shape such as the height T and the width W can be appropriately changed according to the shape of the accessory (illumination device 13).
[0019]
Here, an example of a method of attaching the lighting device 13 to the ceiling panel 4a will be described with reference to FIG. First, each of the ceiling panels 4a and 4b is formed by a predetermined mold, and the bulging portion 14 is integrally formed on the ceiling panel 4a on the bathtub side at a position set in advance in the design stage. As shown in FIG. 4A, the swelling portion 14 is formed such that the outer surface portion 15 and the inner surface portion 16 of the swelling portion 14 and the foam material 19 do not have the mounting hole 20 and the opening 21 at the time of molding. I have.
[0020]
Then, in this state, a circular mounting hole 20a having a predetermined inner diameter, for example, is formed in the inner surface 16 of the bulging portion 14 having a substantially square shape in a plan view. Is removed by cutting or the like to form a mounting hole 20b. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 4B, a mounting hole 20 corresponding to the outer diameter of the main body 23 of the lighting device 13 is formed in the inner surface 16 of the bulging portion 14 and the foam material 19. In addition, a relatively small, for example, circular opening 21 having a predetermined inner diameter is formed in the outer surface portion 15 substantially at the center of the mounting hole 20.
[0021]
After the mounting hole 20 and the opening 21 are formed in the bulging portion 14, the main body 23 of the lighting device 13 is inserted from the inner surface 16 side of the mounting hole 20 as shown by the arrow B in FIG. The wiring 25 of the main body 23 is pulled out of the outer surface portion 15, and the main body 23 is positioned in the mounting hole 20 of the bulging portion 14. At this time, an annular seal member 26 having a predetermined thickness (or an appropriate shape) is fixed to the bottom portion 23b of the main body 23 by attaching or the like, and the main body 23 is pulled out with the wiring 25 pulled out from the hole of the seal material 26 upward. The fitting portion 24 of the lighting device 13 is fitted into the fitting hole 20 so that the fitting portion 24 of the lighting device 13 contacts the inner surface 16 of the bulging portion 14.
[0022]
In this state, by fixing the mounting portion 24 to the inner surface portion 16 with the screw 27, the lighting device 13 is mounted on the bulging portion 14 of the ceiling panel 4a. At this time, the main body 23 of the lighting device 13 is 14, and a sealing material 26 is interposed between the bottom 23 b of the main body 23 and the inner surface of the outer surface 15 of the bulging portion 14. The sealing member 26 seals the opening 21 formed in the outer surface portion 15 and secures the airtightness between the inside and the outside of the ceiling panel 4a at the mounting hole 20 portion, and as shown in FIG. It is attached to the outlet 14. The thickness of the sealing material 26 fixed to the bottom 23b of the main body 23 is set in advance to a predetermined value based on the height dimension of the main body 23 and the height dimension T of the bulging portion 14, and the like. Is interposed between the main body 23 and the inner surface of the outer surface portion 15 in a sealed state.
[0023]
As described above, in the ceiling panel 4a of the bathroom 1 of the above embodiment, the bulging portion 14 in which the outer surface portion 15 bulges outward is formed integrally at a predetermined position of the ceiling panel 4a. Since the main body 23 of the lighting device 13 is mounted inside the main body 23, the lighting device 13 can be mounted on the ceiling panel 4 a with good appearance without projecting the main body 23 to the outside of the outer surface portion 15. Since the thirteen wirings 25 are drawn out of the ceiling panel 4a from the small openings 21 formed in the outer surface part 15, the wiring work can be performed easily and with good appearance. In addition, since the sealing of the mounting hole 20 of the bulging portion 14 to which the lighting device 13 is mounted is performed by interposing the annular sealing material 26 in the opening 21, for example, the sealing operation itself can be easily performed. it can.
[0024]
In particular, since the mounting portion 24 of the lighting device 13 is simply fixed to the surface of the inner surface portion 16 with the screw 27 from the inside of the bathroom 1, it is sealed on the bottom portion 23 b side of the main body 23 at a position different from the fixing position. This eliminates the need for troublesome sealing work at the mounting portion 24, and can easily ensure a reliable sealing state regardless of the presence or absence of a grain pattern on the surface of the inner surface portion 16. Further, since the bulging portion 14 is formed at the same time as the ceiling panel 4a is formed, the mounting position of the lighting device 13 can be accurately and easily grasped by the bulging portion 14, and the mounting work of the lighting device 13 is further improved. It can be easily performed, and from these, it is possible to easily and efficiently perform the mounting work including the sealing work and the wiring work of the lighting device 13.
[0025]
Also, since the mounting hole 20 for mounting the lighting device 13 of the bulging portion 14 only communicates inside and outside via the small opening 21 for wiring, the opening 21 portion is merely sealed with the seal material 26 and the mounting hole 20 is formed. Inside and outside of the ceiling panel 4a can be reliably sealed, and in addition to suppressing the work variation by facilitating the sealing operation, a more reliable sealing structure can be obtained, and the lighting device 13 can be stably sealed over a long period of time on the ceiling panel 4a. It becomes possible to attach.
[0026]
In addition, the main body 23 of the lighting device 13 is mounted in the mounting hole 20 of the bulging portion 14 in a built-in state, and the main body 23 is surrounded by the foam material 19 and the outer surface portion 15. The transmission of heat, heat and the like to each part can be prevented by the foam material 19 or the like, so that it can be suitably used especially for an accessory having a motor or the like.
[0027]
In addition, since the bulging portion 14 is integrally formed in the ceiling panel 4a without the mounting hole 20 and the opening 21 in advance, in the case of a layout in which auxiliary equipment such as the lighting device 13 is not mounted, a normal ceiling panel is used. It is possible to obtain a highly versatile ceiling panel 4a that can be used and can be applied to bathroom ceilings of various layouts. In addition, by forming the bulging portion 14 in a band shape in advance, the mounting position of the lighting device 13 can be set to an appropriate position on the bulging portion 14, and the degree of freedom of the mounting position of the lighting device 13 and the like can be improved. Will be possible.
[0028]
In the above example, the case has been described where the accessory is the lighting device 13 and the wiring 25 is provided on the main body 23. However, in the case of an accessory such as a decorative light that does not require the wiring 25, for example, 5 is attached to the bulging portion 14 of the ceiling panel 4a as shown in FIG. That is, a mounting hole 20 is formed in the inner surface portion 16 of the bulging portion 14 and the foam material 19, and the mounting portion 31 is attached to the inner surface portion 16 with the main body 30 of the accessory 29 built in the mounting hole 20. 27 (or adhere). At this time, it is not necessary to provide an opening 21 for wiring in the outer surface portion 15, and the inner and outer airtightness in the mounting hole 20 portion is reliably secured by the outer surface portion 15 having no opening 21, and the internal space of the bulging portion 14 is secured. Is used as a mounting space for the accessory 29.
[0029]
In the above embodiment, the case where the accessory attached to the ceiling panel 4a is the lighting device 13 for downlight has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, other appropriate lighting devices, bathrooms, and the like. The present invention can also be applied to a ventilation fan, a speaker of a bathroom acoustic device, and the like. At this time, in the case of a speaker in particular, for example, by forming the bulging portion 14 in a band shape, the left and right speakers can be attached to both ends of the band-shaped bulging portion 14, respectively. This makes it possible to increase the rigidity of the ceiling panel 4a itself, for example.
[0030]
Further, in the above embodiment, the case where the ceiling panel 4a is dome-shaped has been described. However, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, the ceiling panel 4a can be applied to a flat ceiling panel 4a. The shape and the structure of the ceiling panels 4a and 4b themselves are also examples. For example, each of the ceiling panels 4a and 4b having a structure having a hollow portion 18 in which the foam material 19 is not filled is used as the ceiling panels 4a and 4b. Changes can be made as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the invention.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the accessory is built in the hollow portion of the bulging portion provided at a predetermined position of the ceiling main body and outside the outer surface of the ceiling main body. Can be mounted without being exposed to the outside, for example, there is no need to form a mounting hole or the like on the outer surface, and the work of mounting the accessory can be easily performed. Can be arranged.
[0032]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effect of the first aspect, since the foam is filled in the hollow portion of the ceiling main body, the rigidity of the bathroom ceiling is increased by the foam. The attachment strength of the accessory can be increased, and the heat conduction from the accessory to each part of the ceiling can be prevented by the heat insulation effect of the foam material, etc., and a more stable attachment of the accessory can be obtained. Can be.
[0033]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the first or second aspect of the present invention, since the wiring opening is provided on the outer surface of the ceiling main body, wiring of the accessory from the opening is provided. Can be easily pulled out of the bathroom ceiling, and the wiring structure and the like can be simplified.
[0034]
According to the invention described in claim 4, in addition to the effect of the invention described in claim 3, since the sealing means is interposed between the opening on the outer surface and the accessory, wiring is performed by the sealing means. A relatively small opening can be reliably sealed, and the sealing operation itself can be performed simply and reliably.
[0035]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the first to fourth aspects of the present invention, since the bulging portion is formed in a belt shape, the mounting position of the accessory is not specified and the bulging portion is bulged. It can be attached to a desired position of the part, and the effects such as improvement of the degree of freedom of installation of the accessory are achieved.
