【産業上の利用分野】
この発明は、従来使用されているラップ容器が使用に際し、ラップの巻き戻りや切断時のトラブルが発生していたものを、トラブルを極力無くし、容易に切断出来る様工夫した。又中身のラップを詰め替えるだけで何度か使用できる環境にやさしい、詰め替え用ラップ容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より使用されている食品の保存、包装用ラップの容器は、パッケージ箱をそのまま容器として使用している場合が多く、ラップの巻き戻り、切断能力に限界などが有り、何度でもの使用に耐えられず、トラブルが発生し易かった。又使い捨ての場合が多く資源のムダにも繋がった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
これには次のような欠点があつた。
（イ）従来のラップ容器であれば紙成型による使い捨ての場合が多く、使用頻度に応じ型崩れし易くトラブルが発生し易かった。
（ロ）使用後の廃棄処理は、刃と箱を分別しなければならず手間が掛かった。
（ハ）ラップを引き出す際に、ラップの巻き戻りや引きちぎれ等のトラブルが発生し易かった。
（ニ）切断刃が露出している為に危険であった。
（ホ）紙成型の場合、使い捨てが多く資源のムダにも繋がつた。

【問題を解決するための手段】
容器を、プラスチック等の容易に整形出来る樹脂で製作し、何度かの使用に耐えうる詰め替え用容器とする。又ラップを挿入し固定させる為のラップ脱着レバー（６）を容器本体（１）に一体樹脂成型で取り付ける。又ラップ切断時の刃（７）は溝２（１０）に挿入し、固定する。その事により切断力のアップを図るとともに刃（７）を露出せず安全性を図る。又刃（７）は上蓋（２）と一体樹脂成型する事により、容器廃棄時の分別手間を省く。又ラップの巻き戻り防止及びラップをスムーズに引き出せる機能を有する溝１（９）を容器本体（１）に設ける。本発明は、以上のような構成よりなる食料品等の保存、包装用ラップの容器である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例について説明する。
（イ）上蓋（２）と切断刃（７）を一体樹脂成型とする。
（ロ）容器本体（１）とラップ脱着レバー（６）を一体樹脂成型とする。
（ハ）容器本体（１）に、上蓋（２）との切断時の結合部分にラップの巻き戻り及びラップをスムーズに引き出す為の機能を有する溝１（９）を設ける。
（ニ）容器本体（１）に、ラップ面を固定しスムーズに切断出来る機能及び切断刃を露出させない機能を有する溝２（１０）を設ける。
本発明は以上のような構造で、これを使用するときは、開閉ロック（４）を解除し、上蓋（２）に設けた開閉用ツマミ（３）を指で押さえ上部に開き、容器本体（１）内部のラップ脱着レバー（６）に、ラップ脱着レバーツマミ（５）を外側に引きラップを挿入固定させる。その上でラップの端を指で引き出し容器本体（１）の溝２（１０）部分に、ラップ切断箇所を押し当て、上蓋（２）と一体成型された刃（７）によりラップを切断する。又ラップを引き出す際には、容器本体（１）に設けた溝１（９）と、上蓋（２）に一体で設けたラップ押さえバー（８）の溝１（９）への挿入により、巻き戻りの防止とラップの端の頭出しを容易にしスムーズな取り出しが可能である。

【発明の効果】
これには次のような効果がある。
（イ）ラップ切断面を固定し切断するので、ラップ素材の伸縮の違いによる切断能力の差を解消する。
（ロ）ラップを切断する為の従来の刃は、上蓋と一体化されてなく廃棄時に分別する必要があった。よって上蓋と刃を一体樹脂成型する事により廃棄時の分別手間が省ける。
（ハ）ラップを引き出す際に、引き出し部分先端の巻き戻りやトラブルが解消され、スムーズにラップを引き出せる。
（ニ）切断刃が露出されておらず安全である。
（ホ）容器本体が樹脂成型の為に、中身のラップを詰め替えるだけで何度かの使用が出来るので、資源の無駄を省き経済的である。
本発明は、これらの効果をもたらすものである。

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This had the following disadvantages.
(B) In the case of conventional wrapping containers, they are often disposable by paper molding, and the shape easily collapses according to the frequency of use, and troubles easily occur.
(B) Disposal after use requires the separation of blades and boxes, which is troublesome.
(C) When pulling out the wrap, troubles such as rewinding and tearing of the wrap were likely to occur.
(D) It was dangerous because the cutting blade was exposed.

[Means to solve the problem]
The container is made of a resin that can be easily shaped, such as plastic, to be a refillable container that can withstand several uses. A wrap attaching / detaching lever (6) for inserting and fixing the wrap is attached to the container body (1) by integral resin molding. The blade (7) for cutting the lap is inserted into the groove 2 (10) and fixed. As a result, the cutting force is increased, and safety is achieved without exposing the blade (7). In addition, the blade (7) is molded integrally with the upper lid (2), thereby eliminating the need for sorting when disposing of the container. Further, a groove 1 (9) having a function of preventing unwrapping of the wrap and smoothly pulling out the wrap is provided in the container body (1). The present invention is a wrapping container for storing and packaging foodstuffs and the like having the above-described configuration.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, examples of the present invention will be described.
(A) The upper lid (2) and the cutting blade (7) are formed by integral resin molding.
(B) The container body (1) and the wrap attaching / detaching lever (6) are integrally molded with resin.
(C) The container body (1) is provided with a groove 1 (9) having a function of rewinding the wrap and smoothly pulling out the wrap at a joint portion at the time of cutting with the upper lid (2).
(D) The container body (1) is provided with a groove 2 (10) having a function of fixing the wrap surface and smoothly cutting and a function of not exposing the cutting blade.
The present invention has a structure as described above. When using the same, the opening / closing lock (4) is released, and the opening / closing knob (3) provided on the upper lid (2) is pressed with a finger to open the upper part of the container body ( 1) Pull the wrap attaching / detaching lever knob (5) outward on the inner lap attaching / detaching lever (6), and insert and fix the wrap. Then, the end of the wrap is pulled out with a finger and the cut portion of the wrap is pressed against the groove 2 (10) portion of the container body (1), and the wrap is cut by the blade (7) integrally formed with the upper lid (2). When the wrap is pulled out, the wrap is formed by inserting the groove 1 (9) provided in the container body (1) and the wrap holding bar (8) integrally provided in the upper lid (2) into the groove 1 (9). 【The invention's effect】
This has the following effects.
(A) Since the cut surface of the wrap is fixed and cut, the difference in the cutting ability due to the difference in expansion and contraction of the wrap material is eliminated.
(B) The conventional blade for cutting the wrap was not integrated with the top lid and had to be separated at the time of disposal. Therefore, by integrally molding the upper lid and the blade, it is possible to save time and labor for separation at the time of disposal.
(C) When pulling out the wrap, rewinding and trouble at the tip of the drawer portion are eliminated, and the wrap can be pulled out smoothly.
(D) The cutting blade is not exposed and is safe.
(E) Since the container body is made of resin, it can be used several times simply by refilling the contents of the wrap, so that waste of resources is reduced and economical.
